The hotel is shown as four star hotel in Agoda, more like a Three Star plus instead of a proper four star hotel. Positive aspects : 1. The rooms, lobby, hallway, etc looks new and smells new. The room itself is fantastic, brand new and very clean. They have a very smart bathroom will all glass door, and choice between normal shower and rain-shower for bathing. 2. The staff is very helpful and always put a smile on their face. 3. The lobby and the waiting area looks very luxurious. 4. Great location, just a stroll to nearest MRT. Food is available 24 hours with Burger King, McDonalds, and KFC just around the corner. 5. Located just opposite HSBC tower. 6. Just a short walk to Central Market, Dataran Merdeka, and you can even walk to Petaling Street. the downside : 1. Room is comparably smaller for a four star hotel standard. Conclusion : Still a very nice and pleasant experience staying in this hotel. Clearly the upside is more than the downside of this hotel.

Booked a normal room but got upgraded to superior which give us a very good first impression of the hotel. The room is spacious and nice with 4 star hotel ambience. Toilet is large and nice. The area is located in the middle of bukit bintang and pasar seni area. Go out of the hotel you turn left and you are heading to bukit bintang. Turn to the right there you have petaling street. The price are super cheap for a really nice hotel. In front of the hotel is pudu sentral where you can easily find transportation around the city. Uber? There are tons of uber drivers around. The area is always full of tourist until 10pm as the street infront of the hotel is the main road connecting pedestrian from petaling street to bukit bintang. And to the management please teach your foreign worker to respect the customers. Dont stares at the girls like hungry dogs

we are frequent travellers to KL and this was one of the best few hotel experiences we had. Staff service was excellent - it was the first time we had a follow up call to the room to ask if everything was in order from a 4 star hotel!The room was spacious (even tho we only had the standard), the bed comfortable, the facilities were all there. The best part was that it was only a 1 min walk to chinatown (petaling street) on our left, and 1 min to the new int'l bus interchange Pudu Raya on the right. There's a nice food stall at the food of the restaurant. All in all, excellent and well recommended.

Value for money - at the price, it is value for money. Aside from the location, they provide vanity kits and toiletries. There’s also hair dryer and kettle for hot water. Location - just 3mins walk to Masjid Jamek train station which easily connects to KL Sentral station and KLCC Petronas Tower. There is also nearby Mcdonalds, KFC and Burger King for fastfood, and also a convenience store beside the hotel. Also, 10mins walk to Central Market for souvenirs and 12mins walk to Chinatown(Petaling street) for cheaper souvenirs and food. Cleanliness - clean and neat. Beddings and pillows are comfortable. Staff - reception can speak fluent english and mandarin. very friendly and approachable. I even borrowed usb cord from the reception. Facilities - wifi is SUPER FAST. There’s an elevator for guest. Free use of computer at the reception if needed. We’ll surely comeback to this hotel when in Kuala Lumpur instead of trying other hotels.

The best budget hotel that I ever stayed, clean and friendly staff. LRT station is just across. Walking distance to Central Market and Petaling street. No worries about food because McD, KFC, burger King or Indian restaurants are around. Although room is small, the facilities are Ok. I like the chinese staff which working at the morning shift. He was so helpful, He explained the directions clearly, so we can reach the destinations easily. High recommendation for Big M hotel.

The staff were polite, helpful and attentive. The room was a tad small but not an issue at all for me. The hotel is modern and pleasantly decorated. The location is great for Petaling Street and Central Market, it's a short cab ride to other sights in the city. There's a cute cafe in the lobby that does good coffee and meals. I would recommended, especially for the value for money.

03 October 2019 (1 night stay) Brilliant location at the edge of Chinatown, Petaling Street Night Market is a mere 2-minute walk away. Loved that all the yummy food spots are within 15 minutes' walk in all directions. Staff are polite & accommodating, & happily stored our luggage while we went in search of lunch (we were a little early to check in, & the room was being cleaned) Room furnishing is a little dated, but thankfully the bathroom is decent (although you need to let the shower run for a few minutes to allow the hot water to kick in). Clean & comfortable, simple buffet breakfast is included in the price of the room. Room has a minibar fridge, plus an electric kettle for hot drinks. Parking is very reasonable, only RM5 per entry for hotel guests, so if you are staying longer, parking will only be RM5, as long as you don't drive out while you're there. Better option is to GrabCar/Taxi as its very cheap, and better yet, you need not worry about finding parking!

This hotel is very strategic since nearby Central Market (only behind), River of Life (In front), Dataran Merdeka and Petaling Street. All these are only short walking distance. Unfortunately, I'm not recommended to whose drive to this hotel because very difficult to find parking unless you park the basement of hotel (Limited parking lot & chargeable) or far away from it. LRT is nearby there, public transportation is more convenient. Hotel facilities are sufficient. Just a little complaint regarding the room abit smell of humid and toilet may flood as well. Perhaps the smell since my booking is no window available. But its price reasonable. By the way, overall is consider good.

Location of the hotel is a big yes for tourists because it's a 5-8min walk to petaling street where street food stalls are located that serves authentic cuisine. Also near central market where you can go shopping for pasalubong same as petaling street as well, it's like divisoria of the Phil. Service of the hotel is good as well as their breakfast buffet for only 20rm since we fail to book it together wth our hotel reservation.. i'd definitely recommend this to friends who are travelling..

This hotel is right in the centre of the hustle and bustle of Central Market. Its a busy area so if you need a resort style location it probably won't be what you require. If, however, you love the buzz of a central location, the sounds of the day to day world going on and the feel and sights, the sounds and smells of an older style KL this place may just be a destination for you. Plenty of heritage buildings just over the road. If you like a comfortable room as a base while you go exploring and a great price this is an ideal place. Great shower and bathroom facilities. Plenty of room. The bedroom is compact but more than adequate for all your needs. GREAT big screen TV. The WIFI works well. SO CLOSE to Central Market (try the food court and Old Town White Coffee). Try some of the best restaurants in KL PRECIOUS OLD CHINA & THE BETEL LEAF - all walking distance. TRY PETALING STREET 5 minutes walk away. Walk to Masjid Jamek Station and catch LRT straight to KLCC in under 5 minutes. Great views from the pool.

If you are in Kuala Lumpur, Central Market area, this is the hotel for you! Strategically located near LRT/MRT Pasar Seni Station. 7eleven just nearby, mamak restaurant is abundance near the area. 5-10 minutes walking to Central Market, Kotaraya, Petaling Street. The room is new and clean with water kettle, hot shower is available, toilet is super clean~ all in all, excellent hotel~

very good and helpful staffs. I asked to check the room first and their veteran hotel bellboy who has worked there for 18 years, accompanied me to see the room. When viewing the room, I asked where was the bath tub drain stopper and he told me I will need to request for one and he will help me do it. I read some reviews on agoda that some complained that the stopper was missing because many who steal it and the hotel management decided to keep them and only provide upon request. The bellbiy was very friendly, talkative , helpful and even explained to me how to get to Petaling Street from the hotel which was a short walk away. My package came with breakfast and though it wasn't that great but it was still very decent. Overall for the money i paid, its well worth it. Although the exterior of the hotel looks pretty old, but inside it looked clean and well managed. I would come here stay here again in the future.

the hotel's location is a 10 minute-walk from the airport bus drop-off, which i find very accessible and convenient since i’m travelling with my family (my mother, father and aunt are in the mid-50’s and my brothers are 16, 18 and 21) we arrived in the evening so the street is pretty much crowded because of the night market in petaling street. upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by the 2 friendly hotel staffs and were given key to our room (prepare 20rm for the key deposit) and we were surprised that the lift is not working and our room is on the 5th floor! i asked the staff if it’s possible to fix the lift that night since i’m traveling with my parents and it would be difficult for them to reach the 5th floor but to our dismay they said they couldn’t fix it that night so we used the stairs. we were glad that the room is spacious (i think it’s about the size of 3 common rooms!) and the toilet is clean. the only downside is that our room is located along petaling street, so my aunt and brothers were awaken by the noise outside around 1am. everything is pretty much accessible. it’s near the central market & pasar seni station which is 1 station away from kl sentral and about 5-7 stations away from klcc station. you can grab a bite anywhere outside the hotel or haggle around the night market.

I told previously to book room on the highest floor, and they give what i requested. It was a perfect place to stay for one, two, three or even more nights. The hotel is a short leap from LRT Mesjid Jamek Station, Near Dataran Merdeka, Petaling Street, Central Market, and Pudu Sentral Bus Station. They have jacuzzi for Junior Suite Room, showers with many fountain and button, which is i thought they might not work well before, but i was wrong,hha..Cool AC, good channel television, slippers, kettle, milk tea, and coffee, safety deposit box, i love them all. And even the staffs are very nice. I ask for laundry service and there two guys ready to pick up our laundry. Iron and Ironing board are also available for free, just ask to receptionist. Oya, there's only one thing lack, there's no hairdryer, but it's nothing compared to facilities i got for the price.

I travelled from east Malaysia (The Borneo). Checked in late because flight delayed. The receptionist is am awesome lady. She is a Philipino and married to Malaysian and been in Malaysia almost 25 years. How do i know her details?? Because she is so friendly and very warmest welcome i have. Hotels are in China Town in Petaling street KL. Closed to Monorails (Maharajarela) and nearest to LRT (Pasar Seni) connected to KL Sentral. Its connected to all trains service. Recommended to stay and i rated 5 stars to this Hotel.

The hotel should improve its cleanliness but overall, the basic necessities were okay. Not much variety for the breakfast buffet but it was delicious. Staff were so helpful, and the location was great too. You can walk to zhongshan building for local art stuff and petaling street is of walkable distance. You just have to cross the road using the provided pedestrian bridge. The nearest train is monorail maharajalela. It is advisable to use grab at night if you want to return to the hotel because the place was quiet and a bit dark.

I just returned from a trip yesterday night where I stayed at this hotel. Long review ahead. 1) Value for money The hotel is really value for money. A 3 days 2 nights stay costs me only SGD$98, which is equivalent to RM230. Factoring in other criteria mentioned below, I would easily give this a 5. 2) Location The location is the selling point of this hotel. Firstly, it is located only 1 minute away from one of the Rapid KL stations, which is Masjid Jamek! The acccessibility to the train station only makes your travelling around the city much much easier. It was a blessing that the hotel is conveniently situated near the train station. There are some fast-food restaurants located near this hotel, like McDonalds and Burger King, however they are closed by 10.30pm. Secret Recipe is available few blocks away. All in all, nearest food outlets are located only less than 5 minutes away. The night market is just opposite from the hotel. One of the lively spots where the it bustles with activities at night. Tourists and locals frequent this night market. It is Petaling Street located just opposite the hotel! 3) Staff Performance The hotel staff is very friendly and housekeeping services are very good. It was a pleasure being served by them. 4) Hotel Condition/Cleanliness + Room Comfort/Standard I gave this criteria a 5 for its excellence. The staff really makes the effort to keep the hotel neat and clean. I was very impressed with the room condition and overall hotel cleanliness. Travelling as a couple, we stayed in a Standard Double room and the room looks exactly like in the picture. We were greeted with a very good impression at first sight! The bed was very comfortable, same goes for its pillows. The bathroom of this hotel has got to be one of my favourites spaces. 5) Hotel Features - Flat screen tv, where local and international channels such as CNN, HBO, ESPN are available. - WIFI is free. Just request for the password at the reception

first when we enter the room, it was quite small but it doesn't matter. the room smells nice and clean. very comfy bed. everything works perfectly fine for example the water heater, aircon and the digital safety deposit box. there's water dispenser outside can choose between hot and cold. very approachable staff even the housekeeper is friendly too! there's 7-11 just beside and plus point, there's atm in the 7-11 so you can withdraw your money there. near to pudu and petaling street..both within walking distance. mcdonalds just across the street and theres guardian too etc. hotel is very near to masjid jamek lrt too and beside there's alrd jalan masjid india flea market. love it! we always cab down to bukit bintang and it's abt rm10. everything is super convenient! definitely will come back. give it 10 stars!

1. It was 10-15 minutes walk to Maharajalela Monorail. 2 stop before u arrived berjaya times square 2. Not far from the Maharajalela Monorail Station was Petaling street. 3. If u are taking cab/taxi infront of the hotel, don't forget to ask Mirama Staff to switch on the taxi signal. otherwise there no taxi stop. 4. Fare for taxi from mirama Hotel to Jalan Masjid Jamek station/ Jalan TAR was only RM5-RM6 per way. 5. if u are bringing ur own car, u have to come earlier otherwise the public carpark always full.

FOR THE PRICE ITS REALLY VALUE FOR MONEY BUT DO NOT EXPECT HOTEL STANDARD. ITS JUST A NO FRILL TYPE OF STAY. WHATEVER BASIC NEEDS YOU NEED THEY HAVE IT. HOT WATER TOWEL PILLOW SOAP TOILET PAPER TV AND AIRCON. HOT SHOWER. LOCATION ITS THE BEST JUST RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF PETALING STREET AND MANY EATERIES AROUND. THIS IS THE AT LEAST 5TH OR 6TH TIMES I AM STAYING HERE. THE STAFF IS ALSO FRIENDLY. HIGH RECOMMENDED FOR COST CONSCIOUS AND BUDGET STAY.

The location is without a doubt 5/5. Across the road from Central Markets, about 200 meters away from Petaling Street Market & Chinatown, and about 150 meters away from Pasar Seni, with its Train Station and the Pasar Seni Bus Hub, where you can catch the free GoKL Purple Bus, which takes you to Bukit Bintang and other shopping malls, like Pavilion. But it's also the staff and the cleaners that make this place great. They are just fantastic and really helpful. Not much can be done about the size of the rooms, 19 squares, but they have re-done the rooms quite well (and I stayed there when it was the Hotel Geo, marvellous improvement since then). Really GREAT value for money.

I booked Tian Jing Hotel because of the location and it looked like the newest hotel. The location is excellent f your intention is to spend time in Petaling Street, Central Market and the floral st. The room are basic but comfortable. A few things to take note: there are no chairs, no lift (its only two floors and tissue box. Mosquito might be an issue (They provide net + repellent), the security lock in my room seemed a bit flimsy- I could pull the entire thing off). I paid for breakfast RM$15. The coffee was weak, the prata was nice, the toast was okay and the glutinous rice tasted a bit strange (I didn't finish it). Overall if I were to go back to Petaling Street, I would stay in this hotel and would recommend to my friends as well, but just to take note of the above. The staff are v. pleasant and I am sure if I had highlighted all the above, they would have done remedial work. They also helped me to carry my luggages up and down without any complaints at all, kudos to them!

Sandpiper Hotel is conveniently situated at the center of most key locations at Kuala Lumpur. One can walk to Petaling Street (Chinatown), Central Market, Merdaka Square and even Bukit Bintang district. It is located in front of Pudu Central Bus Station and there is also a train station within walking distance that can connect you to KL Sentral. They offer fast wifi internet access, too. 😊It's also a value for money since we got 50% off discount from Agoda upon booking.

The location is pretty much perfect. In the middle of the city, to the left of the front door is the Metro station to take you anywhere in the city that you want to go and to the right is Petaling Street. There are restaurants nearby and the Central Market. A+ for location. The single rooms are pretty small and no windows but they're cheap and clean and big enough for one. My biggest problem was that all the single beds are located on the ground floor which means you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the lobby and at the front desk at all hours of the day and night. I asked to be moved and because all the single beds are on that floor, I'd have to upgrade to a double bed to switch to a different floor. So if you're not a light sleeper and want a cheap and comfy private room. This is the hotel for you.

I must say, this hotel is perfect for travellers who love to shop! The hotel is just a few mins away from the Petaling street market, several tourist attractions are also nearby. The room were we stayed in is very big and clean. There's ocassional noise coming from other rooms but it's tolerable because we didn't stay much inside. The staff were also straight to the point and easy to talk to :)
