"Being in the middle of downtown Dallas, there is a premium for space, but we were comfortable. Parking was an issue, but we just simply parked in a nearby lot and hired Ubers to drive us around town. Nearby Cindy's Deli was a pleasant surprise. It was within walking distance and offered genuine Southern and New York style recipes . Our visit to Big D was a great place to celebrate my birthday. "

"Cousin and i stayed for concert in Fair Park! This is my 3rd time here! Perfect location and atmosphere! Loved it! The only thing is some of the younger people that were staying there were not dressed appropriately. If i had kids, they should not have witnesses some of the things we saw. One woman did not even have pants on, she was in fishnets with nothing underneath. I think there was some kind of comic convention of some sort. All in all will definitely stay again! "

"It was good. Pros was the hotel itself was very nice and clean. I felt that I didnt get what I requested from what I thought I was. The bathroom door was pretty heavy. A small earing table would have been nice. The customer service was great! The hotel itself was very clean and fresh! But the area / location. .. Our view was disappointing. Lookimg at a broken down building across the street. Looked like a parking garage. Pan handlers EVERY WHERE!!! Disgusting when you look out your window several times and just about each time you look out you see one urinating! And the smell when we walk around wanting to site see. I know that is all out of the hotels concern but it sure would have been alot more pleasant. But the hotel itself was good. I dont know if our price something to do with it which it shouldn't. But I would suggest anyone to make it clear to avoid that side at least. "

"I was in the dallas area on vacation and the reviews made this hotel seem a lot better . For the price I paid I would think that the parking would be complimentary, but that was not the case. You pay 15 bucks to park in the hotel. My room was clean but the input plugs for the television were not working properly and they were not secure into the wall properly . The only thing I found dirty was the light over the shower had dead bugs in the light fixture. I wouldn't stay here again. "
