I cannot speak highly enough about the service I experienced in the hotel! Believe it or not I very rarely write reviews but felt obligated to in this case! From the moment I walked in everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I stayed for 4 days and can honestly say this hotel is well on its way to at least 4 stars! I rarely write reviews but all of the staff are committed to doing their absolute best from the front desk to the spa staff and my sweet cleaning lady. The hotel is still under construction which was a bit of a bummer, but despite this the actual facilities are very relaxing and well designed. The view on the roof is spectacular especially at night. Despite all the pros of this hotel I do have some areas of constructive feedback in the interest of helping to make it the best it can be: please put a fan or air con in the gym!! It’s a smaller space (still sufficient) but it gets very hot in there! Also, please add hooks to the bathroom in the lobby!

We travel to Vietnam often, but this is our first stay at this hotel. I picked it for the location, but was very pleased with all that was offered. The check in staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. All staff spoke some english and others were fluent which made everything very easy. Breakfast was very tasty and offered both asian and western options. Rooms are not huge but roomy enough for two. I am disabled and was quickly accommodated with a room with walk in shower which was very modern and stunning. The rooftop pool was small but good for a cool down and some sunning We would definitely return.

This hotel was newly remodeled and is very clean. If you are visiting Ho Chi Minh, stay at this hotel. The location is a bit far from Ben Thanh market and is not walking distance but you can take the taxi there which is only 10 mins away. However, there are many good restaurants within couple blocks of the hotel. There is also a convenient store right across the street that opens 24 hours. The staffs are very polite and helpful. Whenever I need service to the room, they are very prompt to bring them to your room. Excellent service. The facilities are very clean and very well kept. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. It also has the safe box to lock up your personal things. I stayed at this place for 3 nights and I had a great experience. One of the best place I have been. They offer breakfast in the morning as well but i didn't eat there since there are so many around the hotel. But I am sure it is good too. Three thumbs up!!

My husband and I stayed at this property for 5 nights for his birthday . I would like to admit that by far this has been my best hospitality experience. I love to travel and have been to some luxury five star chains but hotel nikko experience is unparallel. We stayed at the 23 floor in the king club room . The room is spacious and the decor is modern and chic. They provide a turndown service and the housekeeping staff is well trained to add small touches when they clean the room( for example keeping shoes in one line) , it feels home when you come back to room after sightseeing. The breakfast is ellaborate and what is more interesting is that they change few dishes ( including the local ones) on a frequent basis so if you stay like us for more than a night, it will be a sigh of relief for your taste buds to try something new. Staff are well trained and willing to assist. Our best experience was with nikko club lounge( situated on 23 floor) where the views over the city are spectacular and the staff is extremely courteous and efficient including all the trainees who made us feel very special. I would recommend to book a room that has a lounge access , every extra dime you will pay is totally worth it. The staff in the nikko club lounge are so well trained and know how to deliver the first class standard of service. They also helped me arranging a cake for my husband and help me arrange a surprise for him. The hotel is truly a gem in district 1 of ho chi minh! It is slightly away from the touristic madness of city but if you fancy something wild the backpacker's street ( bui vien) is walking distance from the hotel. The other landmarks( cathedral, post office etc) are also not too far and you can order a grab for quite cheap rate. After spending at Six sense NINA Van Bay,here is EXCELLENT,compared with SSNVB, 1000 times better !THIS is 5 STAR HOTEL! Definitely staying at here makes my whole trip in Vietnam happily,good ending! Seems staff never say NO,they are super well training,great service! Especially house keeping is outstanding! They are very thoughtful ,they know how to make the guests comfortable and happy! Of course cleanup the room perfectly! I had quick breakfast,both the range of foods and taste are great,but milk pancakes are not good. The best bang mi in Saigon (I tried two best know one but here is better than those two! As information,SSNVB ‘s one is awful!)

The myst was fabulous choice to end my trip to Vietnam. Location is just fantastic, you can walk to pretty much anywhere in D1. Beautifully designed hotel, the lobby, the restaurant, and the room.. Every corner of them is eye-catching and It’s impossible not to take pics lol Staffs are very courteous and attentive. Complimentary welcome tea and snacks, free minibar and afternoon tea, jacuzzi... tons of reasons to book this hotel! It sucks that I didn’t have time to enjoy all these and wasn’t feeling well during my stay :( Hopefully I could stay longer next time! The room smells nice and the beddings as well but the mattress was little hard for my taste. The only minor issue was there’s no window and they’ve got a small balcony with jacuzzi instead so basically a view is non-existent and it was blocked by a building on a construction. Breakfast has variety of choices and you can order some on the menu without paying sub-charge. But don’t expect too much though... I’ll definitely comeback again whenever I visit saigon!

The Caravelle is 9 years old. It is a proffessionally run hotel with a wealth of experience. All the small little touches were there. We originally booked a Deluxe room, it looked ok but there was the option to upgrade as we did not have breakfast included in our package. Check in was easy, we upgraded to a deluxe suite which made all the difference to our experieince. Large seperate bedroom with bathroom, seperate lounge room with tables, sofa's and seperate kitchen. Views of the city with 2 T.V's. Dont expect the most modern room, it great, cosy but not a 5 star fit out. There is plenty to do in the hotel if your tired from shopping... pool, cafe, 2 restaurants and roof top bar. The Hotel is located centrally to everything in district one. Close to Markets, shopping centres and the great restaurants. Carravelle is up there in price from mini bar to dining in there restaurants. If you want to save some cash, spend it upgrading a room and going out for lunch and dinner which there are plenty of cheaper places to eat round the corner. Otherwise enjoy the experience in this ritzy glitzy hotel. Staff were good, english ok, business lounge, great free food and drink for happy hour. Did not try the massage or facial although, QI spa is all around Vietnam's hotel with the same prices. Had a great and psitive experience although hour before we thought to try the cafe on ground level, ordered some juices and had to wait for 20 mins. Oh well... Paul & Baz

We got to the hotel quite late, so weren’t so keen on traipsing around at that point for a drink. Thankfully, after a smooth check-in, we found that the rooftop bar was open till about 2am so we managed to get a couple of drinks before bed. The room is clean and quite comfortable with all the amenities you would find in a good 4 star hotel. The breakfast buffet, was a decent spread of asian and western options which will keep you going till late afternoon. There is wifi through out the hotel, but it worked best at the roof top bar so you can put off your roaming and still be connected to the rest of the world. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the service at the bar/restaurants was pretty decent. When you do go out, you might need local currency and if you haven’t had the chance to exchange it, worry not because you can do so at the reception at a very good rate. The best aspect of the hotel for me was the location. The hotel is situated in the heart of District 1 and everything is walking distance from the hotel. You can find a city map in your room or at the reception and hold onto this for your trip, it’s very useful. Ranging from 5 to 20 minutes you can reach, the Ho Chi Minh city museum, War Reunification Palace, the War Remnant Museum, Notre Dam Cathedral, the Central Post Office, the Opera House, Ben Thanh market and even the riverside for a nice evening walk. You don’t feel like eating in the hotel, there are plenty of nice restaurants spread around the hotel ranging from local vietnamese pho to exotic french cuisines. There are quite a few bars around if you do take the effort to locate them if you want a good mix of the locals and expats. I however enjoyed drinking at the rooftop bar for nothing else but the fact that I was just knackered by the end of each day and didn’t have the energy to go out drinking. Everything is reasonably priced within the hotel as well. PS: Carry a bottle of water while you're out.

WOW, what a lucky find in Ho Chi Minh! We were so pleased to have discovered this boutique hotel while “surfing” websites for lodging options for our recent visit to Ho Chi Minh. It is truly an oasis of serenity and peace in the very busy city of Ho Chi Minh. The hotel is located in District 1, close to many areas of interest. The hotel is an architect’s dream that has become a reality! The hotel building is very well designed...there is a great restaurant and pool on the top of the building, 11th floor, with wonderful views of the skyline of HCM. The pool is a good size, allowing the opportunity to swim and/or plunge…such a wonderful option considering the heat and humidity levels. We throughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts that included both Vietnamese and European options. We also had a nice dinner at the restaurant...such a relief to stay in this oasis and not have to search for a restaurant. Our room had a very comfortable king bed with plenty of space to relax, read or watch cable stations. The bathroom was part of the room with a walkin shower and double sinks. Service was exceptional … the staff was caring, warm and professional. Everyone greeted you with a genuine smile and then an offer of help. On transportation, we recommend that you consider using "Grab" that allow you to experience driving on a scooter in traffic. The cost was very reasonable and quicker than using a car due to the traffic. My wife and I are retired, travel a lot and wish this high level of accommodations and service would be available for all of our trips. Definitely would give this hotel a 10+ star rating!!!

First impression is very important in my option especially a 5 Stars establishment like yours! This is what I had found in Lotte Legend Hotel Saigon when I’d entered in their front door step Monday 2nd July, 2018. 1 . Staff at door entry greeted us and made us very welcome. 2. Then we were greeted by Ms Mia ( Guest Relation Officer) she was really wonderful and friendly settling us in and made us feel really welcome and she had organised a day trip tour to Chu Chi tunnels at a fraction of a cost the very next day. She is a great value. The whole few days stay experience was just perfect and every staff members there were all very friendly and helpful!! Thank you 3. Executive Lounge Restaurant was fantastic with great service staff and great window view of Saigon River. 4. Pool and Gym facilities was fantastic! Very clean and maintained. 5 Very close proximity to locals and shops/ entertainments . Thank you Mia for patience and your Great Service to my Family during our stay there. My Family had really enjoyed their stay at your 5 stars hotel. I will highly recommend to anyone thinking booking this hotel. Thank you Agoda app management team for making this happen for us. As a frequent visitor to HCMC for business, I have stayed in at least 10 different 3 to 5 stars hotels in HCMC over the past year. Many are good but every one of them is lacking in an area like service or facilities, or is just too expensive for what they provide. I don't write reviews but felt inclined to do so based on what is undooubtly my best hotel stay experience in HCMC. Eden Saigon is new and there are a few minor teething problems as can be expected. The location is good but certainly not the best compared to the up market opera tourist area. But none of these matters. The management and staff has to be congratulated for the best service I have ever received in any HCMC hotels bar none beating out much better known and much more expensive high end 5 stars establishments. The architecture and design is elegantly understated by Vietnamese standards with an impressive grand lobby and 12th floor pool and bar not to be missed for the incredible views. Most importantly, the room is elegant, warm and comfortable, equipped with everything one needs with a few extra touches that makes the difference between good and excellent....and I stayed in the lowest end room. I have no doubt Eden Saigon will flourish if they continue their impeccable service and maintain their facilities, and do not look forward to the day when their rates catch up with their reputation. In the meantime, I am going to enjoy not staying in a different hotel everytime, now that I have found the one perfect for me.

We were concerned about the location,but we soon found out it was only a 15 minutes walk to City Hall first , and then to the famous day and eve market. We were surprised by the look of the reception, high celing and marble, more 4 stars! Staff polite like all the Viet population. Big room ( we booked the queen +single bed), very clean like the new bathrooom; slept weel thanks to good mattresses and zero noise.as we arrived we received coupon for free beee and tea/coffee at the tearoom ( sunday there was live piano and violin music!)and our tired bodies appreciated the new pool on the last floor with pool lounge chairs and bar. Mini market next to hotel.

Visiting a city one learns many things. One being that most of the locals prefer to still call their home city of Ho Chi Minh City by its old name Sai Gon. Yes. That's another thing, "Saigon" is actually two words in Vietnamese! Another is (and confirmed by our stay there) that the Majestic Hotel is one of the city's great hotels. It is an institution and has been since 1925 and, although its original external outside appearance has altered slightly over the decades (we liked the original), it's great position and reputation for quality and service have not altered. Situated on the river it is wonderfully positioned that those lucky enough to stay here can amble to all the best shops and restaurants. Those that are not, are within a short taxi ride away. Taxis are always available out the front. We opted for a river view room which was well appointed and double-glazed to keep the traffic noise out. Air conditioner worked extremely well and the room was appointed with the facilities you would expect from a hotel of this calibre. Staff was very friendly and helpful although on one occasion we did have difficulty communicating with one member of the staff. Overall, we had no problem though. Breakfasts were great. Lots to chose from and were enjoyed from the fifth floor terrace with a fabulous view overlooking the river - great way to start the day. Food did not disappoint. Even at the end of one exhausting day when we just opted for room service. Not a cheap hotel and by no means the most expensive, should you chose to stay at the Majestic you will not be disappointed.

Liberty Central's location is one of its beast features. Its very near the Ben Thank Market which my daughter and I enjoyed. The hotel is very clean, the room size is just nice and the bathroom is very clean and well appointed. The bed sheets are the same as what the other five star hotels are using. One other best features of the hotel is their restaurant where breakfast is served. We really loved the very dainty prints on the walls and the place is big and their breakfast buffet is great. The hotel's staff are very courteous and professional. The waiters are very accommodating and the food at the hotel is really delicious. We specially liked the prawn in sticky rice, its the best! Scallops were also good. when the tourist bus comes to fetch you. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay at Liberty Central.

The rate you pay for is worth it . The location is excellent. No matter which direction you go when you walk out the hotel . You can see food and restaurants everywhere. And it is very cheap . The hotel is very clean . The room is a bit small but bear in mind the rate you pay for . You get the room with reasonable size nice and clean Superb . Housekeeping is very hardworking on cleaning my room every morning. Make the room nice tidy and clean . Superb. . All the staff are nice polite and friendly. Miss trang working at the reception is a wonderful nice girl . The girl working at the restaurant in the morning breakfast is a very hard working girl . I always watching peiple doing their job . Very polite too .. Breakfast is fantastic. Of course the chef cannot satisfy all nationalities. Therefore I don't agree with a lot of comments on the choice of breakfast . For me excellent. I been in Bangkok 4 weeks staying at 4 different hotels . Always something not satisfy when I was staying at a 4 5 star hotels . But The Luxe Hotel. Nothing to complain . Excellent at all aspects qnd value for money. I would definitely recommend all my friends in England to visit ho chi Minh city and stay at the Luxe Hotel . I would also definitely coming here again next year .Just one thing can be improve is the hot water in the shower. If it can be hotter in the morning. It would be fantastic.

For me even only 1 night stay but it's totally pleasant stay and impress. Location is the best, you could reach to almost every interesting place of District 1 with 5-10 minutes or walking distance. Many international and local restaurants surrounded, convenient store is just opposite also supermarket, main sightseeing places, business hub of Ho Chi Minh City especially Bitexco Financial Tower, etc. The hotel appearance is colonial style since 1930 but it has renovated thus it's look elegance. Room is functional and look nice especially bathroom (really love it). Cleanliness is one of my pleasant point of this hotel, almost everywhere in this hotel is clean and neat. Staff are very nice, friendly and informative. Good breakfast. Nice swimming pool in the backyard, quite relax. VINASUN Taxi stand is just the front of this hotel. So, don't worry to travel to anywhere in Ho Chi Minh City with hassle-free. It's a 5-Star hotel in HCMC that i would like to recommend :)

The pros: a) The pool. It is small but long enough for a weak swimmer like me (if you the lap type, maybe go somewhere else). The view is fantastic and the best in HCMC. Very beautiful! The greatest thing is to swim with your head tilting towards to the river and you will feel like you are flying. The pool is best at night because it is too hot to really swim. They just opened the bar and it's a pretty decent place to get a mojito. Also, it's not too chlorinated. That is a big plus! I love it. b) The view from the room. c) The staff. Well, it depends on who you are. I am a business traveler so I can tell a difference between a 5 to 4-star hotel. But I like these people. Generally not too fussy with you but take care of your needs. They won't bend over backward to get you everything (e.g. chargers for your devices) but are quite nice if you just want a basic hotel service. d) The location - By the river front and within walking distance to major sights. I like the river aspect of it and watching the barge floats downstream. e) Compared to the Sheraton (another good hotel in my opinion), it's much cheaper so you will get a good price/quality ratio. Also, I just think the view here is much better. The pool at the Sheraton is bigger and more tropical due to the plants but not as "cool". Also, you won't lament the money you spent here. It's a good value.

Everything is awesome. The hotel is near to Beh Thanh market and also the night market. It is less than 1 meter. It is easy to travel around as well because the VINASUN cab is just outside the hotel. The breakfast is nice, lots of choices. It is combination of local, Asian and western breakfast. The PHO is really nice. I had it as my breakfast every morning. Room is spacious and clean. The hotel also provided 2 free mineral water every day. During our stay we booked the Mekong trip and Cu Chi Tunnel trip from the hotel. The price is reasonable and the trip was really fun. On our last day of stay, we didn’t do reservation for the water puppet show as we afraid that we cannot make it. We reached hotel around 5.40pm local time and we tried to book the ticket from hotel and was informed that since we do not make reservation. They will try to help us check on this. I saw them keep on trying to call (they call many times but was no one answer the call). They ask us to have a rest in our room instead of waiting in the lobby and they will try their very best to help us getting the tickets. The show start on 6.30pm and we are able to get the ticket when we reached lobby on 6.15pm. Really thank you to Vivian, Lina and Pauline for this. Even it is a 3 star hotel but their service is really a 5 star hotel services. Surely will stay here again when I travel to HCM in future

Really enjoyed this hotel for a family of four perfect the room was very spacious and had 3 beds for our family. And one slept on the nice couch. The bathroom was nice size although no shower only bath. The breakfast was delicious. The rooftop deck was A perfect way to end the day touring the city for happy hour and sunset. Very beautiful with the lanterns. The location is in a perfect walking street with many restaurants to choose from. Although the little local walk up the restaurant was the best for breakfast and dinner. Best place to stay at HCM, all top must see in HCM only walking distance from this hotel. Even in the middle of city , this hotel is very peaceful for your sleep. Nice view, surrounded by restaurant. But the breakfast a little bit boring, need to add a local food thought. Pillow are not so good for 4 stars hotel, but acceptable. There is no bolster. But overall nice stayed on this hotel. Will back to this hotel if go to HCM.

the hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious and kept in great condition. however, it is on the main road, so you might want to request for rooms in tower b, which is on the inside road, where there is less traffic. nonetheless, the great location next to ben tranh market means there will be crowds and noise regardless, but it is less noisy for rooms at the back. just step out the hotel and we are just a few steps away from ben tranh market. they are open in the daytime, but some stalls open for a night market on the street perpendicular to the hotel. not as many stalls or options as the daytime main market, but it is still ok. the rooms in the hotel are kept clean and everything works, including the flat screen tv. it is good value for the money. can't beat the great location. the staff has at least one person at the front desk, who speaks english and they were all very friendly and helpful. the concierge guys were extremely helpful, as we needed to book local inter-city transportation, or to find ways to get to other cities and he spent a lot of time, making calls, and doing research for us, and to help compare and show us prices of the various traveling options of sleeper bus, train and plane. eventually we decided to book flights as we wanted to experience more of vietnam in a short duration, so save time. and the concierge guy helped sort out our plans for us in good time. we enjoyed walking in the big rectangular park in front of the hotel, and used it as a great navigation point, as we went all around exploring, and also ate great seafood and pho. the best pho stall is in ben tranh market itself, it is the corner stall facing the row of sellers of peanuts, beans and pistachio. the owner of this market pho stall wears spectacles and she looks serious, but her food (beef pho) is one of the best we've ever tasted in all of vietnam. she is unpretentious and takes her cooking seriously.

The manager at the time, was very understanding and showed us many rooms before we decided which was the best for us.We chose the palace suite (the best room in the hotel) and were only asked to pay an upgrade fee of The room was great with a separate living room, king bedroom with balcony overlooking the city and river, and huge bathroom with spa bath, large shower and double sinks.There was also a closet and safe making the room very homely.The bathroom was nicely finished with mosaic tiles.The toilet was a little hard to flush at times, but a very minor problem not even worth mentioning.The room was furnisehd with 2 a/c units,2 tvs, a lounge, desk and separate bedrrom.This was great for us, as my husband got to retreat behind closed doors when he needed to work on the laptop, and I could watch tv in bed. There was a balcony off the bedroom, from which you could see the main street and towards the river.Most of the noise was kept out at night though, allowing for a good rest with the blackout blinds.The hotel was extremely central in district 1.We could walk to sights, the river, and many restaurants and shopping areas.The only time we caught taxis, was to the airport, The free wifi was also a bonus, and free buffet breakfast was decent enough. the nice staff behind the counter negotiated with us, and gave us an extra 3 nights close to the rate we paid online, so we were very happy.Overall the staff were nice and tried to help where possible. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.It is one of the most central hotels in the district and comes with a good price tag attache

We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff was absolutely and attentive from our arrival to our departure. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had! We also had some great smoothies and fresh juice at the hotel restaurant during the day. The room was very cozy and bright. The bed was great and so was the rain shower. We forgot to book a time at the spa ahead of time and unfortunately weren't able to try it out as they were full. We'll definitely be back !

As there was a group of us travelling we chose to stay in an apartment this time. So glad I chose Somerset. We stayed in a three bedroom apartment which was absolutely huge!! It included two bathrooms, very large kitchen (which we didn't really use), and internal laundry. The pool was fantastic. The entire property is very modern, the staff were brilliant - in fact they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. One of our chargers was left behind, and the hotel sent it on to the next place free of charge. Breakfasts are cheap. The food in the restaurant was a bit of a let down though - limited choice, however there are so many places to eat around the area that it wasn't really an issue. Honestly, this was the best value for money place we stayed at in our month travelling around SE ASia. I will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, easy walk to markets, tourist destinations and local restaurants. Hotel was fine and staff polite but starting to feel a bit run down and tired at the edges physically and from a service perspective. Room was clean but small with no natural light (common in Vietnam) and pool was great but not sure the last time the “bar” was actually running. Breakfast not great for dietary requirements and complimentary afternoon was a plate of 5 small cakes left in the empty dining room. Great for a 2.5/3 star hotel.

I've never felt so at ease and truly valued as a guest before... I had arrived in Ho Chi Minh city and at the hotel without my baggage and the staff were really helpful to go that extra mile in calling the bus company (the left my baggage behind in their Phnom Penh office) on my behalf and keeping updated on my baggage.. everyone was warm and helpful in the whole plight of my being in HCMC with no luggage, no extra clothes and nothing much other than my passport, atm cards and clothes on my back... I'm always staying in HCMC as a stopover or end point of travels in Indochina and have stayed in many hotels but this one deserves a 10 rating... The front desk staff was nice enough to extend my check out time till I got my luggage (which came at 12.30pm two days later which incidentally was the day I had my late flight out) and allowed me the extra time to check and repack my luggage in the room without chasing me out of the room even despite the hotel being fully booked up and had to adhere strictly to the check out time to accomodate their incoming guests... This shows the staff truly have compassion and heart for their guests... The room was spotless, clean, tidy, water pressure was excellent especially after the long day of running around getting my basic essentials amidst the wild goose chase for my luggage... Was really a welcome, warm, homely feel Inspite of the circumstances... Location was perfect, close to the market, convenience stores, restaurants and pretty much everything else. I'm definitely gonna stay there again and fully enjoy the facilities next time round. Considering I was preoccupied and stressed about my missing luggage. Am truly greatful to both ladies on shift at the front desk for going that extra mile (which was completely unexpected) to help enquire about my luggage status and patch me to the relevant people via telephone and helping speak to the relevant folks in Vietnamese to assist in both sides understanding. Best Value Hotel in HCMC ive stayed at so far !!! . After checking out reviews i picked this Hotel to stay at for the last 2 days of our holiday as our melbourne flight leaves at 9.00pm we generally book to have a base until early evening so i was looking for a more modestly priced hotel to stay the last nights . This trip we chose to stay in some of Classic Hotels in the 5 star range at HCMC ,HOI An ,Hue. i was expecting a good to mediocre hotel however The Grand Silverland Hotel & Spa is now at the top of my list ticking all the boxes From arrival to departure i was totally impressed The hotel staff and managers are excellent well trained and very helpful , Taking care of things like airport transfers and phoning checking airline reservations recommending shops that actually can supply your needs . Great Breakfast Really the best value for money . Five star service at 3.5 star prices Wish we were still there !!

I found this hotel on Agoda. It look really nice and have great reviews, so we thought to give it a try. When we arrived at the door, I wasn't sure we were at the right place at first as I only saw a restaurant name at the door... When I got off the taxi to look up, then I see the hotel name. I walked inside the restaurant to ask. The pleasant staff helped me with my luggages and showed me to the front desk area. The hotel was renovated recently so everything are pretty new! When we waited for check in, we were greeted with welcome drinks and fruits! The room was not very big but was cozy enough. The most important thing is that it was really clean and tidy!!! There was a wide choice for the complimentary breakfast for both Vietnamese and Western style. The food is actually quite good. We had a little trouble with the wifi in our room and the hotel staff was very helpful and swift to help with the problem. All the staffs in the hotel, from house cleaning to repairman to restaurant staffs, are super pleasant, friendly and helpful. I would recommend CCentral to anyone visiting HCMC and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip there!!!!

Harmony Saigon hotel had everything one could expect in a 4 star hotel -- elegant lobby, modern guest room, quality facilities, tasty food, and good location. However, what impressed me most was the considerate and professional hotel staff. It was on the second day of our stay when my wife suffered a sudden vertigo and vomiting during breakfast. As a tourist who didn't understand a single word of Vietnamese, I could only seek for the help of restaurant manager. Without any hesitation, the manager called reception to arrange transportation and contact an international hospital immediately. When he escorted us to the lobby, a cab was already waiting for us. Upon arriving at hospital, my wife was attended by a doctor immediately, thanks to the pre-registration by another hotel staff. Fortunately, after a few hours' checkup and infusion, my wife was confirmed no big issue and released home. Surprisingly, the same staff was still waiting outside for us. My heart was really touched at that moment. When we reached hotel, the general manager gave us a warm greeting, and a restaurant staff delivered porridge to our room. My wife recovered fast and we had a pleasant trip in the following days. Before checking out the hotel, we reminded the reception staff to settle the bill incurred by the emergency. I was surprised again when he told me all the cost had been waived by the general manager. I have stayed at about twenty 4 or 5-star hotels worldwide. The experience at Harmony Saigon Hotel was unique and well beyond my expectation. I would like to express my hearted appreciation to the hotel staff and wish them all the best.
