Everything was explained Clearly and Well Conversed in English ( Non-Malay Speaking Guest, this will be Useful ). Thank you very much to the Night Shift Front Desk Indian Male Staff on 9th March 2019 for passing Fresh Towels upon Request. Contact Number will be on the Invoice and you can even Whatsapp them if you would like to Request for Amenities / Enquires etc. I find such service Awesome. Special thanks to Mr Thendran for the Prompt replies. Super Satisfied and Hats off to the great Customer Service Guys. Secondly, the prompt housekeeping service by Team Olan. We dint request Housekeeping to makeup our room. But they came by our Door in the Morning daily before 12pm, to ask if we needed any Clean up to be done ( Which other Apartment/Hotels rarely do that unless/otherwise called to request ) Hats off to that too. We requested for few items to be Topped up and that was done immediately. Thank you very much Team Olan. Appreciate it so much. Thirdly, we have visited 1 Tebrau by Subhome South Tower few times and we have always left with the fond memories of a Great stay. Spacious Room , Hall and Kitchen. Cozy and Lovely Room. Spick and Span Apartment. Wi-Fi Connection is never a Issue. Most importantly multiple security guards around the whole apartment entrance. Great place for Parents with Kids. Romantic for Couples too. Swimming Pool ( 9th Floor ) , Awesome View. Not too much of Chlorine. You've to Sign in/Out for usage of the Pool with the Security Officer. ( Safety Purpose ) Clean and Dirt Free Pool. We always look forward to Book 1 Tebrau by Subhome South Tower as we know we will have a definite, clean and spacious room to spend our vacation at JB. Fourthly, its inbetween few malls which you can easily Grab over too and pay less then 6-25rm ( Depending on the Location of your interest). Lastl

Hotel is located near eateries, board game cafes, themed park/golf club and 5-10mins car ride to Aeon Tebrau Mall. Pretty convenient to travel. Pls prepare extra RM100 for deposit purpose. The 1st floor lift lobby & our hotel room is too gorgeous to ask for more~. I requested for a quiet room, but was given a room directly opposite the service storeroom The ruckus caused during night & morning is truly a put off. But overall, it was still a good stay. Noted that security guard was on duty at hotel entrance too during night time. Definitely worth going. ;)

I had the most absolutely fantastic and relaxing time at Hotel Tebrau CT..The hotel staff are genuinely friendly and warm.They are sincere in trying to help out the guests in any way they can.Check in and check out time are super fast and hassle free.They even include complimentary drink in the relatively cheap hotel rate.The room is very large and nicely decorated.The bed is very large and comfortable.There is a large tv with a lot of free channels.The mini fridge is super cool and the hotel is nicely located to AEON Tebrau City.I will definitely make the hotel the only choice of stay each time I visit Johor..

This is a good hotel to stay in. Counter staff was very polite and very prompt in providing customer service. Very systematic checkin and checkout of guests. Hotel was very clean and taken care off. Room was spacious and toilet was very clean. TV channels are very crystal clear. Carpark parking is provided free fot hotel guests. Just proceed to the concierge and get a parking slip. Then produce the slip to parking attendant office at the carpark in return for a parking free pass. Hotel is connected with a mall where karaoke and clubs are available. The window pane is sound proof and no noise can be heard in the room. Will return back again next time.

Walking distance to Jusco aka Aeon. If you go there for gorcery shopping, you can consider booking your stay here. Ample car park spaces just in front of the hotel. Quiet surroundings. If you need a massage, go straight across the street - there is a newly opened massage parlour that provides both chinese and thai style massages. Breakfast is not inclusive of the price you pay for the hotel room but there is breakfast available at the 'restuarant' situated behind the hotel reception area. Nothing fanstatic about the breakfast - everything is mircowaved by the way including the teas! Room and bathroom are of an ok size. May come back if I'm around the area. Only good for transit travellers who are looking for a cheaper option of accommodation and suitable for family going for a weekend stay.

I had a business trip in town and was looking for accommodation nearest to AICC (Austin International Convention Center). Prince 33 Hotel is the best hotel with most strategic location, it took me only 1 minute to walk over to the convention center (it’s right opposite). Not to mention there are many eateries / restaurant shop-lots nearby too. Other than the location, the rooms provided are value for money too, I had a very spacious room for two and enjoy my stay with good room cleanliness. Another plus point is the first day when I arrived I was actually planning to pay my car parking (MPJ B) with downloaded app. Somehow the owner of Prince 33 hotel came out and offer us a free parking in front of the hotel with special pass. Truly gratitude and thanks to him, the owner of the hotel for being so thoughtful and go the extra mile to serve the hotel guest. If u are looking for value for money stay in Austin town, this is the hotel u looking for.

Made 2 separately booking as we wanted to extend the stay last minute, staffs were very prompt in replying my enquiries via Agoda inbox. The place was easy to find with great location, many good food located nearby. Booked a deluxe double with wooden flooring as I'm allergic to carpet. Was given the renovated room. Very clean and neat room. Toilet comes with 3 showering modes, very cool :) Water pressure was consistent and we didn't have any trouble with it. However, water floods the toilet quickly due to clogged drainage (could be due to accumulated hair from previous travelers). But the staffs were very friendly and helpful and quickly solved the issue. They prepared some food for the travelers at RM4 each in the room. We booked the stay with breakfast included for both days but only went for it on the last day. Breakfast buffet was good with decent selection. The chef uncle was quick in replenishing the food and also very friendly. Overall, I really love the hotel stay! :)

I'm having a wonderful 2 nights stay at this hotel for a price of RM94 including GST per night. The furniture is fresh, clean and new as the hotel just been in operation on 1st November 2015. The beds, pillows and towels are so comfortable as they are using a high end material. The Restroom is quite spacious and the water heater functioning well with a suitable water pressure. The best part of staying in this hotel is the friendly treatment from all their staff especially Dilla 1. For the price i pay and the excellent hospitality I do recommend this hotel for others to experience and hopefully the management will maintain and preserve the quality of this hotel.

Booked a king size room and the room was very spacious and comfortable especially for a couple travellers. The location was good as its nearby Aeon and Ikea Tebrau. Behind the hotel has a 24hours mamak restaurant and a 7Eleven. The noise from the mamak not so noisy unless there’s a football game. Overall wonderful stay. Recommended. One more thing, you need to bring your own toothpaste and shampoo. They provide only body wash. Thank you will book again soon

As you'd know the rating system of Agoda is very weird, which explains the mixed ratings. I was worried initially, and when I got there, there was a (faint) musky smell in the room, and the cleaner was still changing my pillow cases when I got in. Things soon got better: the toilet is clean, comes with toothbrush and other toiletries and disposable room slippers. The bed is rather comfortable, the windows can be opened (mine was a superior king room) and the TV comes with axn movie channels. The location is superb. There are a few hair salons, numerous famous food joints, 7-11 and MacDonalds too. This simple hotel is let down by the design of the shower stall. Some. Complain that it is too small but trust me it isn't. It's just the way it's being laid out. For some reason they could have switched the location of the heater and the rain shower round, which would make it much more spacious. Or made it a corner shower stall with shower screens instead of curtains. The only downside was that there is no kettle. Instead, there is a thermos in each room and a water dispenser by the lift. Coffee and tea is complimentary but not bottled water. I wished they had mugs instead of teacups so there is no need to go out a few times. The lighting can also be improved: the yellow lights make the room with its 1990s styled red carpets and wallpaper look dull and old. If they brightened up a bit the hotel would be so inviting. This is a great budget hotel to escape for the weekend (the escape game room thingy is nearby too- no pun intended). A little renovation and some touch ups here and there could make this place a very enticing investment for hoteliers. There is also a public bus IM 22 which runs from Jusco every 45 mins and loops around. Not tried that but there are people taking the bus constantly.

I’d consider myself as as female solo traveler, though i booked 2 rooms, one for my female friend as we arrived not at the same time and stayed in a separate room. Stayed there for 3 nights, came to JB purely for business. My review: Safety and cleanliness are paramount for me, i would say this hotel is safe, there is guard standby at the front of the door. Both bathroom and the room are clean, there is water heater for shower. They have 3 floors in total. Our rooms were located at 3rd floor. No lift. Only staircase. Tips: try to get a room (if possible) that is not located in between 2 rooms to reduce the noise level. For a price we paid less than rm50 per night, i would say for overnight stay, this hotel is a gem. To the hotel: keep up the good service

Friendly counter staff during check in. Hassle free when we produce printed copy of confirmation. Clean and relative good size room with minimum decor. Good enough just for a night stop over. If you drive, car park is free but can be quite crowded. Lucky for us, we got a slot infront of hotel, thanks to the hotel's part-time car attendant who directed us when a car leaves. Like to comment something else; We were unable to change to another Kingston hotel near Sutera mall which we actually wanted to book. Hope you include it in your list in the near future

The location is walking distance to AEON Tebrau city, though the walk doesnt have proper pavement nor street lights at some points, doesnt have traffic lights for pedestrian to cross too. But if you dont mind it, it's a 5-10min walk only. To get from AEON to street level, go down escalator near "Ms Read" store, walk towards car exit gantry, beyond it there are stacks of crates where u can climb over, then walk down the stairs to street level. We tried getting a taxi at AEON but couldnt find any. At night there's a coffee shop that opens nearby, with street food. Next to hotel is a karaoke, so there's a bit of noise, choose high floors if you mind. Though after booking, i receive a pdf that says no one at hotel reception, seems like there actually is someone there. The person helped us called a taxi which reach Singapore custom within 20min via highway for 25 ringgit. Room size is good for its low price, even comes with breakfast buffet (the bee hoon is good).

Reception staffs were Super friendly. I have actually misplace the room key and realise only after 5min when I was in grab. Call the hotel and they look for it and kept it for me till I am back at around 10pm. Not many hotel or even those top tier hotel would actually do that for you. Room have basic necessities like soap, shampoo, hair dryer, toothbrush and Colgate were provided. Air conditioning were strong and cooling. Television was clear. 5 min or less to walk to those eateries area. Security with hotel is safe, as the entrance of the door is not accessible to outsiders. Need the staffs there sitting inside to enable us to enter. If you would want to stay near Sentosa budgetly, this would be better option then other home stay around the shop houses.

Value - for $$, the room rate tells it all ! Location- ideally located inside Pandan Uptown, a sleepless town but hotel tucked quietly in a corner, ZERO traffic noise. Wet market operates from evening to the next morning, Pandan city mall and at least 3 other supermarts there operates until 1am.Pasar Malam every Thursday,food and grocery are never a problem! Hotel - itself is a Muslim hotel , the Lobby photo of Mecca is majestic, Quran played non-stop at corridors , good sound-proof rooms,once room door shut, nothing can be heard. Area are not complicated , unlike other township with sexual activities and most importantly, i feel safe at Ar Raudhah, just opposite the hotel, is a police command centre. Nightly, a group of 8-10 police officer stand outside the centre at 2nd floor and wait for commands/briefings.Nightly the police car is parked outside and officers in-and-out of the centre, even at the wee hours.Like the presence of law enforcement in the vicinity. Cleaniness- Room furnitures are mostly wood , but not dusty , well-maintained, room has 2-door wardrobe, which most budget hotel lacks . Air - wise, this hotel has automatic air-freshener in the rooms !! Thumbs up! In the room- Dulexe around 20sqm,TV reception is clear with Singapore and Malaysia channels, desk and chair provided, wardrobe, pillows more to soft side, firm but comfy bed, card-access door with 1 card issued, rainfall shower, towels are clean and strong softener smell :) Wifi- STRONG, youtube no problem! Food- Manager Mr Wafiy recommends 24 hr Hotel Restaurant , tried it and............ Super pleased with the food and price, order Nasi Paperik and Soup Kambing , arrived pippin hot and tasty , the best paperik i ever had and soup is sheepishly GGGGOOOOOOODDD, will try other dish from the restaurant at my next stay.. Staff- Would liked to compliment manager Mr Wafiy and Mr Iman , very attentive to my request , replaced faulty tv set in 1 hour and my request for extra hangers were delive

Booking was honored without much fuss. Check-in process was slow; made to wait 15 mins for room to be cleaned. Went right up to room after 10 mins to see the television and air-conditioning were switched on & the cleaning was only half done. Room was as per description, decent sized without windows. Found a few stray long hairs under pillows, despite new sheets and covers. Air-conditioning was powerful; television carried about 8 free-to-air channels. No mini-fridge. Check-out was quick and functional.
