Really convenient location for business trip to Cikarang industrial zone. The price is reasonable, and quality is one of the best among this area. But do not expect too much. This is Holiday Inn hotel.

The hotel is located near President University, with a pretty good room & clean.

First time i check in using a regular rate, because i move from discusting Hotel in front of Santika Hotel Cikarang. when i must stay one more night in cikarang, i use AGODA to make a low price check in, and the result is they threat me same like i check in REGULAR and they let me to continue the room i stay the night before. Do not hesitate to book the room. Because you might get the best experience ever, staying in Jababeka. The minus, only one. The receptionist (lady) is not smiling at all on us while we check in and out. Kinda dissapointed.. But the other staffs (the Security Man and Lady, also the housekeeper are really nice!) Hotel service is great especially during the handling of the lost of equipment in the meeting room ( forgot to take out my personal HDMI tool from the cable of LCD Projector ). The receptionist is cooperative when I requested a change of room due to less preferable view. Room service is responsive when asked for praying matt and sarong. Me and my family is Indonesia reside in Japan. We had stayed in this hotel for a night because I had business here. The facilities and all manual is written in Japanese. The staff in front office was not so friendly to wife until she knew we are Japan residence. Breakfast also not interesting at all. Not recommended for hotel stay.

the price is so cheap for 4 ppl, and this decent facility is suitavle for family and friends, for a small party

It's nice if the karaoke room is really sound proofed so it doesn't bothering the people staying in the same floor with it. Because it's really annoying when you want to sleep at 2am but the music really loud outside the room. The rest of the things are OK.

We stayed during our daughter's graduation from President University which was located in Jababeka Industrial estate. The hotel is close to the university, it has good amenities at reasonable price compared to other hotel in the area. Overall, we're satisfied with the hotel.

The staff is good, everything looks perfect and clear. The room actually a little bit narrow but we enjoy with this.

Easy find the hotel, good ambience, nice room, the breakfast completed enough, nice staff upon breakfast. Check out process quite long, may be next can do more faster.

I stayed for a night with my family to attend my graduation ceremony in President University, which is really close to the hotel (about 10 minutes drive). It's a great hotel with comfortable rooms, and I got cheap rates from Agoda making every cent very well spent. However, the traffic is very crowded on workdays since Cikarang has thousands of industries and factories...

My company from Singapore always sent us to Cikarang and this is the best hotel to stay with. Nice restaurant and foods. Best transport service. Near to Cikarang industrial park for all business matters. Besides hotel there are plenty of SPA and Massage place. Real man should stay on this hotel, you know what I mean.lol
