After reading numerous negative reviews about Avani I decided go ahead and book anyway due to the unique location and style. I'm REALLY glad I did. The renovations are now complete and the entire resort is stunning. The staff were amazing. I'm a reasonably well seasoned traveler. The service was 5 star all the way. Even the cleaning, maintenance, buggy drivers, etc, would all great you in passing. The buffet there was fantastic. Very well maintained with an astounding variety of food, much of it being prepared as required by chefs manning their particular station on the buffet. The mini bar items were also cheap in context, for eg, 4 cans of soda for under 7 USD (mini bar items must be ordered from the Avani store and will be delivered to your room) The location SEEMS to be quite isolated. It's definitely well out of the way but as I was only staying 1 night I didn't research if there were any close by tourist attractions. The beaches in front of the resort are obviously popular with local tourist and there are numerous things that can be hired such as boats, para sailing, etc, and a really cool ultralight sea plane. They do offer daily free shuttle buses to KL central but I'd expect it would take over an hour to arrive and personally, I think staying in KL central would be more suitable if that's on the itinerary. Avani is the perfect place for a layover in KL or anyone who just wants to relax in style (with the option of some thrill seeker beach activities in between if you like) Checking out was a breeze. Took about 2 minutes in total. And arranging transportation to the airport was equally as easy......book at the counter in the lobby.....3 minutes later a car arrived All in all.........absolutely 10 out of 10

Not sure why Agoda has this hotel rated only 3 stars, I think it should be rated 4 stars. Awesome and friendly staff, lovely and clean room, and the best thing is it is like 100m from the airport terminal. Only really needed somewhere overnight between flights, where I could shower and sleep, and so glad I chose Tune Hotel. Even though the terminal is only 100m away, I chose to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, and so glad I did. It was amazing too.

This airport hotel was heaven sent! They made my night so much better! I was having such a bad time because of a terrible error in my flight time and the airline and (sadly) airport staff were not particularly helpful. In short I could not get another flight so had to stay for the night. Aerotel to the rescue by having easy booking via agoda for a reasonable price. It was right next to the terminal for my new unplanned flight. When I got in the Manager was even the one who assisted me and was very accommodating when I asked to store my luggage so I can buy clothes for my extended stay before the stores closed. They even provided 2 set meals for my supper and breakfast! Room was cozy and again the manager advised me on the best room location for me.... Will definitely endorse this hotel and in particular kudos to the lady manager on 22 November. Sorry I wasn't able to get your name. Also the food was great and the lounge staff were also similarly friendly. Just Great!

When I firstly booked Sama-Sama Express Hotel KLIA2, I thought it just a hotel located near to Tune Hotel. But it was in satellite building right after your immigration check point and walked for 6 minutes until you reach ERAMAN duty free shop, turn left before you step down to escalator. My 1st impression was WOW!!! I rated 5 stars cus its clean, super cold a/c and nice location~Well, I booked Sama not because Im transitting flight but my next flight to HK was the earliest, so I slept overnight in Sama and boarding relaxly without rushing. I will be booking Sama again on my next early flight😃 CONS: You can only bring carry luggage to stay in Sama. NO checked luggage allowed

If you can get a good rate, and need a transit hotel for say 6 hours, or don't want to mess with going out and back? This was a brilliant luck-in for me. Full little buffet setups running 24-7, my bed and bath were perfect. I've seen super-expensive rates for it, which would get you 5-star stays in the city (or 4-star outside the airport/within shuttle range). So check for this one and the NEW (not old!!!) Tune hotel and check the promos. There are cheap sleep/stay options in the airport but this is a proper room and amenities.

This capsule hotel provides the absolutely basics that all travellers look for after a long flight/during transit (a comfortable bed, shower, locker for storing your luggage, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, towel and a bottle of water). The staff were very polite and friendly. The capsule itself is comfortable enough, free wifi, has an electric socket that comes in handy for charging your phone and a very tiny drawer for you to lock your belongings if you bring your own pad lock (Locker space for your luggage is available in the reception area). If you wish to store your luggage there after checking out, you can rent a locker at a fee. Due to the nature of this hotel, you do get people checking in and out throughout the night which may affect light sleeper but it wasn't so much a concern for me. The ventilation system wasn't working particularly well the day I was there, as I did find the capsule a bit too warm. The door to the capsule area was left opened by the cleaning staff much of the morning which isn't the best safety practice and should be addressed. All in all, this hotel is recommended for sole travelers needing somewhere to rest for anything between 3-12 hours.

If you have a short stopover in Kuala Lumpur and prefer the convenience of staying close to the airport, then do not look any further (you'll only be wasting your time!), as the Pan Pacific Kuala Lumpur International Airport Hotel has to be the best airport hotel we have ever stayed at. The best part is that it is only 2 minutes by complementary Golf Cart from the airport. Their service was spot on & stress free and they ensured our overnight stay was as good as any 5 Star International Hotel. We will happily use this hotel again, should the opportunity arise.

Our room was clean and cozy. Staff are very polite and always willing to help. The buffet breakfast was delicious spread of choices and varies everyday, which is really a delightful way to start your day. Complimentary Wi-Fi access in our room was very good. I suggest to book your airport shuttle with the hotel, which charges a reasonable price of, $10 per person each way...which is .a lot cheaper than the $42 we paid for an airport taxi going to the hotel. But regarding sightseeing tours, I think you will get a better deal booking them ahead online like Expedia, than if you book it with the tours desk at the hotel. Overall, my husband and I had a great stay in this hotel. It has the best value for your money. Highly recommended to friends and family.

I tried many hotels in this price range but this one was the best. First of all their shuttle bus service was very impressive. The driver contacted me as soon as I landed. And the moment I reached the pickup gate, shuttle arrived within minutes. Driver was very friendly. At reception, the guy greeted me warmly. I think he was already prepared and he straight away put the entry form in front of me to sign it. And handed over the keys. And literally within 5 minutes of my arrival, I was in my room. Lobby and lifts were neat and clean but floor corridor floor tiles needed cleaning. Room was neat, tidy and spacious. Washroom was again very neat and clean and was having a good size. Aircon and TV were new. Best thing was the internet. It was very fast and signals were good. I ran a speed test and it was giving me 20 Mbps download speed. There was small restaurant downstairs where you can have breakfast and meals. There is also a small mart in the lobby. I bought toothpaste, comb, noodles and biscuits from that mart and the prices were very reasonable. Again the airport drop shuttle was on time and driver was friendly and helpful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. You can't expect more than that in 25 Aud.

the entire airport area is sparse, isolated, and transit only, not for accessing downtown KL, best to pre-book shuttle bus pick-up 2 days prior via hotel website for 5 MYR as return airport taxi will rip 80 MYR and cancel any savings over staying at the bigger airport hotels, next door is a basic but acceptable restaurant, a couple of tiny corner stores, and two more hotels share the street, nothing entices further exploration, overall, more than adequate for transit, if you want a hotel with restaurant then its a price upgrade to one of the bigger hotels, the nearby Empress starts at 175-200 MYR, is functional, has a restaurant, but a little dated, much prefer the YouniQ which is 25 min to LCCT and 15 min to KLIA, most of the hotels are at this distance, only 3-4 are in the 5-10 minute zone and priced accordingly, Tune Hotel is right at LCCT with location, location, but tiny, over-priced, less than clean, and more so over time, heavy room doors get harder to open, again prefer the YouniQ - one option is to book the shuttle with enough time to eat at LCCT.

After a red-eye into KL we hastily booked a room at the Tune Hotel, only to find out we'd chosen this location which is a 15 minute (free, albeit) shuttle ride away. It turned out to be totally worth it, as the room was perfect for our short nap and had one of the best showers we've encountered in the past 4 months of travelling! No complaints, just want to make sure people are aware of the location prior to booking, as it can be quite a shock if you're walking zombies like we were...

The best hotel near KLIA so far. I have been spent night in KLIA area several times when transitting in KL, and finding good hotel in KLIA area has been difficult. But Orange Hotel provides the best value and best location so far. The location is 5 minutes drive to KLIA, but it provides shuttle transport. What makes it good is you can find excellent choice of food nearby. From Burger King, Pizza Hut, Nasi Lemak, Nasi Kandar, Mcdonald. Highly recommended if you want to stay near airport. Thumbs Up !

The room designed and location is near to the beach which is good. The staff - Can be more friendly and provide infor to new guest - Such as the nearest mousque, water ativities, where to have the best/ cheap breakfast, lunch & dinner and event that we could held here. The room -No tv remote, channel was not set accordingly, no satelite channel, no praying mad, no coffee & tea facilities - sachet & spoon, no phone to call up the room service, no hanger in the closet and the pool does not separete male from female (muslim friendly). That all my review, defenitely we will come again. Tq

If its just a stopover you need near the airport i can recommend this hotel. I have stopped over on several occassions and every time everything runs like clockwork. Ask for the hotel tele number before you arrive and you can take the shuttle bus (on the hour from outside of Coffee Bean ) for 15 MYR. A taxi would cost about 50 MYR. Also if you want to use the free WIFI in your room .. ask for a room on the fourth floor or below. Otherwise u may not get a good connection and will have to use the hotel lobby, which is fine but sometimes gets busy. The room service menu is a little pricey..but there is a good selection of convenience stores and restaurants just outside the hotel. A KFC if you are craving Western food ! Book ovr the internet for the best rate ..I booked with Agoda

Staff are helpful and Hotel Rooms are small and so are all other Hotels in this area including expensive ones, but Sky Star has Kettle, a couple of coffee satchels, good shower, very comfy bed, good TV. Best value in an area now with six Hotels competing. I have come to this area for 6 years from when there was only one hotel and no food anywhere, now four restaurants, small mini-mart, small Bar, all within a short stroll. RM42.20 for Coupon Taxi from KLIA2. RM 35 transfers back. Indian food nearest to Sky Star is best by far on quality variety and price.

so nice even i'm booked for last minutes. i asked the receptionist about extra mineral water. the staff hardly tried to find me the mineral water but no other stock. then they so kind to please me that they will send the mineral water to my room. about 15 minutes later, they already send my mineral water. they are very polite and so helpful staff. besides that, i think this hotel not really bad as others reviewed. i think there are just good enough with their facilities eventhough the furnitures looks old. but for me the kind and so helpful staffs make me fall in love with this hotel. actually i'm booked my room without breakfast but i think the price still reasonable with all the facilities .

A clean and affordable hotel close to the airport. It only took us about 7-10 minutes to get to KLIA from Movenpick, which is really convenient. We even had the option to return to the hotel after checking in our luggage for an international flight. Other than that, the food was nice, the swimming pools were big and clean too. The only downside is that the kiddy pool is located in the women’s swim area, none in the men’s area. It’ll be so much better if they they have kiddy pools in both areas. Overall, we had a splendid stay at the Movenpick and we’d definitely stay there again in the future. For KLIA, without a doubt, the best available option at a very reasonable price.

Service provided really satisfying place to relax I book a room with a quiet night view balcony outside Beautiful. I have been sitting for a few days and have booked for a mini fridge the manager has managed to provide in my room .Tip top service, better than sitting in expensive hotel but service is not satisfactory you I'm right 🤔I give 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐maintain it & keep it up😊👍

SP Hotel is located about 5kms from the Bagan Lalang beach. The signboard says SP Hotel, but on Agoda its called Sg Pelek Hotel - a little confused whether I was at the correct place. The outsides of the room is a little shabby, however it is very clean inside. Mild dust on the aircond which was otherwise very cool. Shower was dated but acceptable Room on 2nd floor let in sounds from the restaurant opposite but that settled down before midnight. Parking is unguarded around the shoplot. Bed is large and surprisingly comfortable for a budget hotel. Housekeeping staff are so friendly and did a superb job. In summary - it is a very clean room with a great bed for the price. I would recommend SP Hotel highly to a budget traveller down in Sepang for a day or two.

We booked this place due to our next transit flight is in the noon time of the next day. Instead of sleeping over the bench in Starbucks, to get a proper place & stay is more refreshing for travelers like us. The room is big, provided with towel & water heater. We had a good night here, our flight was delayed & we reached the hotel around 2am, worrying the hotel might closed down, the staff was actually waiting for our arrival. Good service, good location, and good price.

The location is best for people who want to catch an early flight! They offer charter car/SUV to/from the airport for only RM40/vehicle!! Best price because grab costs RM50-60 depending on time (and may be higher if hailing a cab/taxi). The lobby is clean but the hall & rooms are just so-so (the rooms are rented for a cheap price so there’s that). Shampoo, lotion, soap, and towels are provided. The bed was comfy, also there’s TV, aircon, and WiFi in the room. We still had a pleasant stay! MAY I ADD: please do try the food at Restaurant Perantau! The food is delish especially the sweet & spicy fish and shrimp tomyum! 7-eleven can also be found nearby. :)
