I’m a frequent traveler and always trust agoda for my traveling. Agoda always recommend good hotel with best rate. But this was my 1st time in my entire life staying in a 4 star hotel that provide 2 star service. I can’t believe myself even how a hotel could provide such a bad service. 1st problem my room is not provided tooth brush, shower cap, face towel, cotton buds, and much more in the toilet. I called the room service they said all that is chargeable. I go down manage to meet the duty manager and complain how a 4 star hotel could provide such a service. After that they send all that for free to my room. 2nd problem my next door having party till 5.30am in the morning. According to the hotel regulations I believe 1 room max for 2 people but that room they have more then 5. I called the front desk complain 2 times but after 30 min only they took action. I consider this was my worst hotel experience. Hope agoda remove them from your hotel list to maintain your good name with people who always trust for traveling.

Although not within the city or major shopping district of Bukit Bintang, the location of the Hotel next to the monorail makes it so convenient to move around the whole of the city and even to outlying areas from Sentral Station. It's location next to Mega Mall is a plus especially as there is a superb supermarket located within the mall. Hotel staff provided excellent service and always very polite. Overall a very pleasant stay and value for money.

This hotel is great, I really cannot understand some negative reviews I have read before booking. The room was really big, air conditioned with a great view on the Petronas towers. The furniture was elegant, too. A very comfortable bathroom and a number of valuable services: you can find here the sort of amenities you would expect from a five star hotel, even if we didn't use them because we do not travel to spend our time in a hotel room. The staff was always helpful. the hotel is five minutes'walk to 2 underground stations from where you can reach any point in the city: Batu caves, for instance, is only a few stops away from Putra station (one of the two, the other being PWTC). Opposite the hotel there's a shopping mall with a lot of food options and cheap shops. If you want an American style mall you have to go to the Petronas Towers.

Everything ok, nice room, clean, big, confortable, nice view.. Can be upgrade for new tv... Just only missed communication between agoda and hotel management, i book and paid for 4d 3n but first second day hotel receptionies come to my roon and ask me to check out, after i show my agoda booking voucher and go to reception counter after double check everything be fine...

We stayed in this hotel in a family room, with a young kid. The room itself was quite spacious with a queen bed and two single beds. Centralized air-conditioning was pleasant. The hotel is located in the heart of the city within 3 Kilometres from KLCC. There were plenty of eating options around the hotels, though being vegetarian, it was quite a challenge for us! There is limited car parking available in this hotel - available on a first cum first served basis. On the first day we arrived late (around 9 PM) and did not get car parking. On the second day we arrived around 7 PM, and car parking was available. There are a couple of paid parking options available in case the hotel parking is full. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

We booked 2 rooms. 1 Twin room and 1 Double room connected together. The things I dislike are the toilet is a bit small. Location from the Monorail will take about 15mins walk and there is no traffic light on the way to the hotel. Other than that, the bed is very comfortable. Room space is just nice. Air con temperature is just nice. The breakfast is great. It is serving with local food. There are a few bus stops around that area. It is quite convenient if you are taking the bus. :) This hotel is good and Price is quite cheap. I give a Thumbs up for this hotel.

Best and strategic location a long Jln Tun Razak. Very eazy to locate this hotel. nearby to Institute Jantung Negara, Perpustakaan Negara and Istana Budaya. Hotel room is very clean and tidy but no lift access from basement parking to the hotel lobby. Morning breakfast not so many variaties and choises. Overall this hotel is good and value for money. I will recommend to my friends and releatives.

Charming location with local food stalls across the street, near Quill City Mall and a decent stroll to Chow Kit area. Despite being a new-opened hotel, my room had a broken shower knob and a faulty minibar fridge but the hotel maintenance staff dealt with the complaint quickly in the same morning. Great hospitality, everyone was polite and friendly. I didn't mind the frequent calls for prayers/sermons from the nearby mosque but guests who want some peace and quiet should be prepared by bringing their own earplugs since their first call for prayer is at about 5.30 am every morning.

The hotel very near with LRT station, PWTC. Just walk within 5 minutes only. From the hotel, we can go to Sunway Putra Mall, PWTC easily. KFC also walk within 10 minutes from the hotel. However, it is quite noisy because it is at town where you can hear the lrt sound, people using engine, and others transportation sound. The bed sheet is a little bit of dirty where you can see at one glance. But the room that I booked is big for two people. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Overall, the hotel is good. I give four star out of five star to the hotel. Thank you for your services.

Pros : - Room clean, new and comfortable as well. - They provide water heater and iron each level on that floor. So, can drink hot and cold water all the time. I like this... :-D Bonus : The rooftop view is awesome!!! Cons : - Room is not sound prove. I can hear my neighbor talking and laughing very loud from my room. - The staff talking a bit laud outside the room when ever they pass the my room. Feel a bit disturb for someone wants to have a rest. Overall, price super cheap for the hotel like that in kuala lumpur and good service specially the counter staff lady. served customer with smile and profesional.

Nice room with daily room cleaning service, rooms have hot water kettle with coffee and tea and 2 waters daily, air conditioner blows cold but the shower head could use an upgrade. It’s an old style hand held that’s very difficult to position on the shower wall and is pretty grungy, the hot water heater also makes a ton of noise when it’s in use, it’s the only disappointment of our stay. Hotel staff was wonderful, there’s a front door man that will open the door for you every time you arrive or depart the hotel. The breakfast buffet is terrific with a couple meat dishes, usually a Malay chicken curry and a deep fried chicken egg roll, there’s noodle soup that you assemble yourself and rice soup with condiments, there’s an omelet bar, pastries and fruits, orange juice and very good coffee, the buffet was the best part about our stay, we looked forward to it every morning. Location is half decent, a 7-11 and KFC 2 blocks away, 6 blocks away is a large shopping mall

Strategic location. Walking distance from Quill City Mall, Monorail Station and lots of eatery place around. They also provided parking space if you bring your car. Fan and aircond were provided in the room. This hotel was affordable and absolutely value for money. The only disappointment was they only provide ONE plug socket for FAMILY ROOM (4 pax). This is absolutely is not enough for person.

the rooms were of a good size and were clean / well maintained. the pool had a nice view of the city and there was a small pool for children. the breakfast was standard for malaysian hotels, with a very high saturated fat and salt content, there was toast (white only) with nice strawberry jam and butter. cons: chow kit is well known as a bad area due to homelessness and drug taking. on the plus side the hotel is across the road from the night market which sells copious amounts of cheap high quality fresh fruit.

+ New swimming pool, just opened one week ago, 4 feets depth, clean and suitable for kids. + Restaurants, food hwakers and mini shops are just nearby this hotel, very convenient. + Very near to Sunway Putra Mall, about 5 mins walking distance. + Air-conditioning is cool. + Lift is clean and in good condition. + Two bottles of mineral water and two sachets of nice coffee mix (Aik Cheong) provided inside the room. - Limited free car parking lots (<20), need to wait for long time in order to get the free parking lot. - Bathroom floor is not clean, also found some small hairs stick on the bathroom wall. - Housekeeping room is just changed the mattress cover, bedsheets cover and pillow cover. Housekeeping should also including vacuum the floor, cleaning all the room items (window, TV, etc. ) and furnitures (desk, chair, etc.), bathroom sink, wall and floor. This is the second time that I stayed at this hotel, felt comfortable and convenient. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

i got deluxe room with rm145 with breakfast included. the room was quite big, clean, everything seems new, very sophisticated and elegant design. we tried the dinner. it was delicious with quite spicy thai food. (tomyam and padprik)and goreng pisang with cheese as our dessert with 2 fresh orange. it was yummy u should try!. all of those value for rm35 only. however, as you could expect from a city hotel, we could hear sounds from the roadside. but thats all tolerable as my 3months old baby could sleep soundly until morning. definitely coming back!

i stayed here coz i have to attend meeting at sunway putra mall hotel, just walking distance many mamak restaurant / eateries nearby and also convenient store need to be careful at night, lots of foreigners walking distance to SOGO mall adequate facilities including iron corner at eaach floor room clean and basic but small, adequate for 1-2 people only got cafe at lobby floor, no chance to try but looks delicious got parking space too, just speak to the receptionist and security guard before park

Apart from a few small cockroaches I have seen in the bathroom , my room was nice l Large with comfortable beds .The TV only had free Malaysia channels -2 of them blur...When I asked at reception a few minute later someone came up and fixed the problem . Wifi was VERY good . Drinking water was provided .For additional hot and cold drinking water there was a dispenser. Eating in the area is good and cheap-try the big hotel across the road .The Free GOKL buses stop 50 meters away from the hotel-Monorail 5 minutes walk For the price I paid -a bargain :-D

My friend surprised me with a city break to KL and booked us into this lovely hotel. The location is very central and only a short walk to the market and eateries. Plus there are several LRT/Metro stations close by for the other attractions around the city. The modern style room was very spacious and comfortable (5 star hotel mattress) and most importantly very very clean. Finally, the staffs are all very accommodating and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

I had stayed for the first time for one night in this hotel. Greeted warmly by Mr.Calvin at the reception counter. I initially booked a single bed room for my short business trip here in KL, I had my room upgraded for free to a king-sized bed which I highly appreciate. My room was on the 14th floor, the view from my room was magnificent overlooking Kg.Baru area and KLCC. The room was squeaky clean, equipped with a mini fridge, a large LED TV, ironing facility. and other useful amenities apart from the very soft and comfortable bed. The room is equipped with a shower with a strong water pressure despite being at the 14th floor. Air conditioning was functioning well. The buffet breakfast was also excellent with very helpful staff. All-in-all, I had a very good experience staying in this hotel. I will certainly stay in this hotel in the future, perhaps for my holiday with my family. Kudos to the staff and management team. - Dr.Manaf

First off, this hotel is located SO close to chow kit monorail station. The monorail is the best way to connect to most places in KL and the proximity to transit was the #1 reason I picked this hotel. To arrive at the hotel, take the KL express train (35RM) and get a budget taxi from the counter at the top of the KL sentral station (should be 18RM before 12am). I see that there is a 15RM KL Sentral transfer service but I wasn't able to book it with my booking...)There's a nice little local food market outside the hotel and a few 7/11 if you need some odds and ends (ie. Ice cream, slurpies and water haha). Front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind, even offering to send someone with me if I wanted to go out after dark to get food and felt scared. Breakfast in the am was nice and a great idea if you wanna head out exploring right away. The server mehdi was so kind and friendly. He met me with a smile every morning and made me feel right at home. Breakfast consists of coffee/tea, eggs (fried, omelette, scrambled) watermelon, cereal, bread to toast and orange juice. The room was average, no window but that makes for a better sleep I suppose. Clean bed, tv with movie channels if you need some white noise and reliable wifi. Oh, and air conditioning so when you're having a hot flash, you don't end up dying. The halls were super loud and echo-y when I stayed there, but again, all travellers should bring ear plugs. I enjoyed the close proximity to KL sentral station and bukit nanas station (pentronas twin towers, KLCC Centre etc.) and was super easy getting back to the airport when it was unfortunately time to leave. I'd stay here again :)

EXSIM is a great serviced suite apartement like a 5 star hotel. I booked deluxe king suite room in agoda and they written is with bath tub but the staff said bath tub is only for premium suites and premium loft. Then i complain and show email from agoda, and the staff is helpfully upgrade my room from deluxe king suite to premium suites, there is a big bath up in the room! The best part is infinity swimming pool, you can see twin tower. The lack is about the wifi did not work, the location is too far and the room i got was a bit dusty.

Hotel is ideal for tourist visiting the Western olden portion of KL. Near to amenities : shopping complex - Quill, Maju Junction, SOGO, Sunway Mall. Public transport : Bus stop right infront of hotel, Star LRT - 3 minutes walk, Taxi - a lot plying the main road (Jalan Raja Laut). Convenience Stores - 3 24 Hrs stores located within 1 mins ; 7Eleven, KK , 1 Malaysia outlets .

My stay as a solo traveler at Fine Hotel was a very pleasant one. The hotel is a bit out of the way (15-minute walk from the nearest LRT station) but that also meant that it is very quiet and conducive for peaceful sleep at night. I particularly liked that the room was both clean and had modern facilities. The bed was especially a delight to sleep on. The breakfast at the cafe below featured both local delights and western selection of food. The taste was great for its very reasonable price. For a perfect, no-frills stay out of the rush of the city, Fine Hotel offers a great escape.

As per I book from Agoda and when check in to the room is totally different. when we request back the room we book through Agoda and the staff told us we book the room they don't have. After that we open their company website and show to the staff there to verify again. And the staff tell us the same thing even the official website room also not available in the hotel and we like huh ??? huh ??? huh??? this is the official website we open to you is under your company... we don't let you go through Agoda picture also ... come on ... don't cheat customer please !!!after that the staff let us to visit all the room and then we found the room we want and same as the picture in the Agoda. and then thing happen we need to 'TOP up' !!! What the ... And we have made a police report ... Because we feel like been cheated from this hotel ...

The hotel has great location in the heart of the city with very nice view on the twin towers. In front is the Syrian restaurant with very nice food. Room is very clean and comfortable. Only small things they need to take care for improving: rooms supplies like shampoo and water you may need to ask then they will give, drinkinig water out of stock for two days, some light not working and so on the mirror and the balance, wifi very slow. But overall these are minor things, i still liked it so much and plan to come back again especially for its great condition and location. As an Arab the Syrian restaurant in front is very important and cheap.

The price for de hotel is cheap & unexpectedly extremely clean. Although de room is slightly smaller, but de bathroom is quite big & comfortable to move around. However, there is no parking provided by de hotel. I was being fined early in de morning by de local police. Overall, de hotel is a good place to stay as it's a strategic place. Just make sure to wake up early in de morning to pay de parking fees or you will be fine.

It is located opposite of the LRT PWTC station. KTM's Putra train station: 15-20 min walk. Definitely Sunway Putra Hotel is the best choice for having connecting bridge to the LRT station and shopping spree at the Sunway Putra Mall. Anum Hotel nevertheless, is an affordable accommodation surrounded by restaurants and shops including 24/7 KFC, 24/7 Mamak, 7-Eleven convenience store, laundry shop...wifi is provided, staffs are friendly.
