We stayed at the Amari for 2 Nights. I would like to start by saying how Excellent the Staff at this Hotel were, from when you walk through the door up until when you leave, they have a great understanding of when a person needs a little bit of help or guidance but also when not to intrude on privacy. I would gladly stay at this Hotel again just on the Staff performance, from the Parking Guy, The Lobby Staff, Cleaners, The Pool workers, always willing to help. Along with the Staff the Room was very Modern, Spacious, and Super Clean. The Location is Great, 5 Minutes walk from most things and 10 minutes from the Centre of Town. The Restarant was excellent, they are obviously aiming at 5 Stars. Go, Try It!...You'll Love It!

Booked this trip with another couple in understanding the property prior to arranging one for the whole family. Property is rather remote from the rest of the main Hua Hin popular areas. It is alone in its location and it is not accessible by foot to anywhere. It has shuttle bus that requires pre booking, however it goes to major popular places. It doesn't continue after 11pm. You'll need to get private transport ranging from 150 to 200 per way. Morning breakfast is great and wide ranging. Many guests during break fast probably due to its remote location. The water park is very fun and convenient. Infinity pool is also great. Remember to apply loads of sun block to prevent sun burn. Kids room is great with obstacles to climb and TV consoles to play with. Great to dump your kids if you need some alone time. Tried the in house massage. Prices is not cheap but services and quality is very good. Gym is completely empty and underutilised. Great for exercise freaks. In summary a good place for family to stay.

A unique boutique hotel with a colonial design and very beautiful garden. Rooms are large and as fully facilitated as any other 5-star hotels..Bathroom has shower, rain shower and bath tub, and fully equipped with toileteries. Beds are big and comfortable. There's a balcony overlooking the garden in every room. Don't be put off by the lack of seaview from the room because the beauty of the garden and the whole surroundings of the hotel weighted much over that. And the hotel is located on the beach with no road in between so can be convenient. Food at their restaurants are pricey but very good (except the curry).The river prawn with basil sauce on hot plate taste much better than at the other famous restaurant in Hua hin (The only complaint would be that the prawns were too small). And the crab cake was the best of its kind. Breakfast was lovely and had more selection of food than I expected considering that it was included in the room price...Felt more like a brunch than breakfast.The downside of the hotel is that it's a bit away from the center, and their free shuttle bus doesn't operate upon calling, but only run on schedule 4-5 times a day. Can be inconvenient if your arrival/departure time doesn't match their schedule. But taxis are not difficult to find. Staffs are friendly and attentive. Despite the hotel being fully booked with groups and parties, the hotel managed very well to keep the noise from other customers so that I didn't feel disturbed at all. Well done about that. Will definitely return.

Arrived by car. Parking space is limited, so had to park at the IBIS parking lot across the road. Didn't mind too much, but was issued a ticket to park at the hotel side, and then another when parking across the road. I didn't like the hassle of keeping tabs on both tickets. Check in was efficient, the room was what I expected from IBIS...good for just sleeping in a clean and safe environment. WIFI was ok. The area is quite nice, which a few minutes walk brings u to a white sandy beach..best in Hua Hin so everyone keeps telling me. Cicada market is just up the road. You can access the beach to the left and to the right lanes of the hotel, as well as Takiab soi 3 at the back of the Hyatt. Overall I was pleased and would stay there again.

We stayed in the pool access room. This room's landing leads directly into the "private pool" (It's not really a private pool as one would find at a pool villa. But, access to the pool is limited to the 15 pool access rooms with their own landings.) We thoroughly enjoyed stepping out on the landing and dropping into the pool. The facilities are well maintained with ample parking. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Wi-Fi was excellent. The breakfast was good. We definitely intend to come again.

The hotel is located in a good location, quite comfortable to go around if you have a car but a little hard if you don't. The parking lot is not enough for all guests during weekends, it would be much better if the hotel could provide more parking space. The room was very clean, spacious, and all needed amenities were there. The bath was a little small but the water stream was good, not to little or not too much. The air conditioner was new and the temperature was easy to adjust. The bed was great but we found the expanded wooden base where the mattress was put caused us hurt quite a lot. I mean my girlfriend accidentally hit it with her shins and feet many times. I even slipped when I stepped down the bed and touch that wooden base and hurt my back when I fell down and hit it very hard. Maybe we were careless though, I don't know. One more thing we think the hotel needs to improve is the wi-fi signal which were all poor no matter what channel we tried to connect. We didn't swim so we have no comment about the pool, but from what we could see, it was very dim and needed more lights in the night. The staff was friendly and helpful enough. Checking in and out were quite fast. Overall, we think it's worth of money and we will stay here again if we go back to Hua Hin next time.

My stay at Norndee was absolutely brilliant. From the second I stepped into the ultra modern hotel after a long journey from Bangkok I felt immediately calm and relaxed. I got a standard double room, which was very large, exceptionally decorated in a nordic style with a very nice bathroom. Breakfasts at Norndee were absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to help me organise transfers back to Bangkok airport and were very knowledgeable about local restaurants. I cannot understand why this hotel was so cheap apart from the fact that it didn't have a pool and wasn't beach front. That said it was only about a 3/4 minute walk from Hua Hin beach and literally 30 seconds to the super clean and pristine Cicada Food Market. I unreservedly recommend this place- best hotel i've stayed in for a good few years.

This is actually my second stay here at Bihai Hua Hin. Everything is pretty much the same, great. Just a 5 minutes walk to the beach. For European tourist, which you guys usually walk a lot more than Thai people, this would be nothing. The beach is not connect to Hua Hin beach as Tra Keab Mountain split the beach and the beach is a lot more peaceful. On the weekday À la carte American and Thai breakfast is provided, while on the weekend hotel will provide buffet breakfast. Swimming pool is a reasonable size. Hotel's parking lot can accommodate 7 cars. 3-4 more cars can park in front of the hotel which hotel security will help you on that. Only down side of my stay is the inconsistency of water temperature.

The Rep on arrival was informative and spoke great English, The pool was clean and big enough to accommodate the number of guests staying during our visit. The room was spacious and had everything you needed - Home from Home. we were on the Eighth floor overlooking the pool and mountains behind. The room was clean and parking was no problem, the guards on the gate both day and night were very pleasant. The location was within walking distance to the beach 500 meters, the part of the beach where the monkeys can be seen belly flopping into the sea off small rocks. The main part of Hua Hin was a 15 minute drive with great markets and beach side restaurants, we stayed 3 nights , wish we had stayed longer , will 100% be going back.

To be completely honest, we love this place so much that we wish we could stay longer! I went with my girlfriend few days before songkran and the town was dead quiet. The owner of the place is so kind and helpful! The design of the place is sleek yet retro, nonetheless I love the lobby! Every detail counts! The bed and pillow are so comfy you just want to be in your room forever seriously! If you ask me will I come back to huahin? I would say YES only when The Restro room is available! Only 9 rooms in the place so book fast else you'll regret! Of course it's convenient as well, 7-11 is just outside of the hotel. You can reach places by riding motorcycle like we did. One of the best hidden gem I found in huahin, this town is full with surprises. Not to mention the little pool is so cute! You can really see the hard work owner put in designing this hotel!

Super new hotel, nice sized rooms with good clean facilities and a great balcony overlooking the pool. No need to book the more expensive poolside rooms, which to be honest do not appear that private. Clean fresh rooms, good parking and nice friendly staff, out of town a little so transport is a must. However a real haven from the noise and chaos of Hua Hin. Fantastic large clean swimming pool which we all enjoyed, especially our 3 year old. Negatives… the builders were in adding a smallish extension, noise was a bit annoying but not excessive. More annoying were the ornamental sea shells they have hanging over every balcony. They do look pretty but in the wind they crash against the balcony railings and believe me the noise is horrible and a quiet nights sleep was not possible. On windless days not a problem, but we stayed 5 nights and the wind was strong.. It wouldn't take a day just to raise the hanging so that they did not bang against the railings. We did complain but got the Thai shrug and nothing was done, seems petty but it really spoilt our stay and I am surprised management don't act. Other negative not one single English speaking channel on the TV. We would stay

Very quiet and so very unassuming from the main st . But if your looking for a nice friendly small quiet hotel , i cant speak highly enough of this place , great rates and friendly staff (Tom) hotel owner . Everything has been well planned and thought of here and nothing is a strees for the onwer , a close walk to the beach and Cicada night market , guest parking and a quiet courtyard garden . And a mini courtyard on the back door for clothes drying and washing etc . My only disapointment here was that i did not book for longer , now i can see why he books out so easily most days . Great Hotel !!!!!

i came to huahin by myself, after being cheated by the taxi driver at the huahin railstation, finally arrived at this hostel. and then i was led to my room directly, the room is nicely decorated, very clean and comfort w/a balcony,free wifi is available. because i was not well prepared for this huahin trip, so i had no ideas how could i get to the places i plan to visit, so i asked the owner who is a super super nice lady, eventhough, she can't speak english very well, but she always try her best to explain the things to me/help me, take care of me. and on the day of my departure, she even got on the bus w/me and accompany me to the railstation !!!! how nice of her !!!! i will definitely come back if i have a chance come to huahin again, and i recommend it to everyone !!!!

We stayed here in February, big clean room in the main building. Large balcony with table and chairs for relaxing and some of the most beautiful tile work in the bath room I have seen. The pool and pool area were clean, well maintained and a welcome break. The place is about a kilo from the beach and the bus stop is just outside the door so a quick ride to town is easy. The town has bars and a nice shopping center at a bus stop (Village Market mall). We spoke highly of it at rated it well. We just returned from south Thailand to spend two nights awaiting our flight out of Bangkok and rented a small, lower priced room (1/3 less). The room was small as expected. The room was clean. Now, I had complaints and did go to the manager who offered us a bigger/different room but the room size was no the problem. I had read some other posts and they had poor/bad reviews and we wondered why when our experience was nothing but the best. Well, the bathroom of the small room was stained with black mold on the ceiling, backside of the door and some on the walls, that's why I mentioned it to the manager. Second, the blanket was just that, a polyester/fake wool, old and scruffy (and no cover or sheet). This was the first time I had seen that in Asia, every place we have stayed (in 90 days) provided a comforter with a cover. The earlier room we had rented here had one too so why did they have this blanket in a cheaper room? SO, LOOK AT THE ROOM BEFORE YOU AGREE TO IT, specifically the bathroom. If you see a blanket, tell them you want a comforter for comforts and hygienic reasons. If you see black mold, get another room. We think this a great place to unwind after a frantic week in Bangkok.

I have been going to Hua Hin monthly for nearly a year, and i took a chance staying ar HK as they had no review ratings yet on Agoda. Not only is the staff delightful, the rooms lovely, the location superb (very close to the beach and Cicada Market), but the food is fantastic - both Thai and Western dishes. The staff went the extra mile in every way... offering me a free ride to the bus station, a free aperitif with dinner, customized and delicious breakfasts and more. They are beyond attentive, speak English fluently and offer excellent insights into the area. The room was clean, with a spacious balcony and discounted well below surrounding rates. I rented the superior balcony room, but the standard rooms were also superb in my opinion. Wifi is strong and complimentary. I know where I will be staying in Hua Hin from now on.... see you at Heaven's Kitchen!
