Amazing! We chose the Hilton because it was conveniently located across the road from the airport express terminal, and offered 5 star luxury. It did not disappoint. From when we first arrived off a 13 hr flight and ordered room service, we were amazed by the quality of the food, the huge portions and how cheap it was compared to Europe. The following morning, the breakfast buffet overwhelmed us - there were 9-10 food stations covering cuisine from Europe, Malaysia, India, China, Japan - and impeccable service. Later that night, we visited Chinatown (bad move!) and my wife had here purse stolen from her handbag. We didn't realise until we got back to the hotel - no problem, the concierge paid the taxi and passed the receipt to reception to charge back to our room - amazing! The excellent band, Silver Gypsies, playing the in the lobby got us back into the romantic mood with a playlist of love songs, as did the complimentary glass of Moet for my wife to help her get over the distress of being pick pocketed - big shout out to the lobby bar! The hotel pool complex was fantastic - the longest serpentine pool ever - with a fun water slide. When we checked out, we never touched our bags once - they were loaded into the courtesy van and we were whisked next door to the train station where a porter took them to airline checkin and we were booked on our flight and free to spend the rest of the day sightseeing. One tip - make sure you have everything you need for your flight beforehand - it all happened so fast we forgot to retrieve our warmer clothes for the flight! Also, the Hilton website is not very specific about how to get to the hotel - they advise you to get the airport train, but neglect to tell you what to do next - I had to make a call from the UK (three times - transferred to reservations, then concierge, finally to reception) to get the basic information to go up one level and follow the signs to the Hilton.

It was a last minute trip and i was looking for an affordable trip within KL. Majestic was not what i had in mind initially as i thought the rate may not within my budget. I was totally wrong, I got the best deal from Agoda for my stay. I even get further discount using the mobile app. Big win yeay! The check in time is 3pm but I arrived an hour early and the staff just let me checked in without me asking. Awesome 😍 The check in was so smooth, it took less than 10 minutes to get done ✅ Staffs were incredibly polite, helpful and always smiling. I'm not just talking about those at the check in counter but also the housekeeping team, staffs at restaurant, concierge etc. The unique part of this hotel is the staffs are all dressed as per colonial era. Love this ✅ The only thing Majestic can consider is the welcome drink for the guest 😁 I booked for Deluxe room and it is located at the new wing. There are 2 wings, the old/colonial wing placed all the fancy suites ie governor suite etc. My room is pretty awesome, it is a corner unit and facing the main street where you can see the old railway station (still in use) and the city view. Love love love ✅ The room is quite spacious, the star of the room is of course the bathroom. It has the luxury feel with all the black marble floor, bath tub with tv. Oh i felt like a royal family already hahah ✅ Due to the short stay, i didnt managed to dine at the restaurant(s). But i used to experience a hi-tea session at the famous Orchid Conservatary sometime ago. The room were filled with all kinds of orchids. Stunning! Personally i would say the desserts were average. You can book for the hi-tea session without staying at the hotel. Another thing to highlight about this hotel is of course the stunning interior deco. You wouldn't get the same feeling at any other hotel than Majestic. The moment you enter the lobby, you will definitely feeling transported to the colonial era. Not just because of the unique uniform wore by the staff

well, since agoda canceled comment get 500 points I never comment any hotel except a few bad experience hotels. but today I must comment this hotel because that experience is awesome! I have been to total 10 countries, I stayed a lots of any kind of hotel, from 5 stars to backpack guesthouse, but this time I was felt what is friendly and energy last weekend. I am wonder how to training staffs become friendly and attentive that smile that warm welcome is from the heart not skin and everybody same as that. I don't know other country's aloft hotel like here or not, but here is superb. hotel's interior decoration quality is better than room. freezer is empty, shampoo with bath foam put in the refill box installed wall made me remember public toilet liquid soap at airport or cinema. I feeling like youth guesthouse. bed is large and comfortable, they put one doof bean seat let me easy fall in watch tv that is nice idea. but, could you put 2 doofs in the room if guests are couple. at lobby you can use any new model slim iMac online internet, in hotel any floors has free high speed wifi let you online facebook anytime. best idea is if you wanna print your ticket or booking or maps or plans paper just press print at iMac then go to TV side take it. that is free!! aloft is youth and energy with fashion design hotel, but made me suprised is staffs superb friendly with attentive. I love it.

OMG. For a Reasonable Price, I checked in here feeling like I was at the Hilton, But this was just a Boutique Hotel and it gave service HIGHER than the Hilton even as I walked in. They Have a door man, Bell Service, And the Reception and Staffs , Even the Cleaning staffs, were ALL SO POLITE AND ATTENTIVE. I had extra towels changed, a higher floored room, and since the Credit card terminal was down, They told me not to worry about payment till i checked out! So much Trust. And there is the Hotel Cafe just located Next Door. It is a Middle Eastern Restaurant and It even offers Room Service, for a 3 STAR Hotel!! This hotel needs to be given 5 stars coz they made us feel like royalty! The Manager was so helpful and receptive, and the Owner was also around to make sure the guests were happy and satisfied. And across the road, there is an amazing New Mall for shopping or Starbucks or the Cinema. That makes is super convenient. and Guest even enjoy an additional 10% on the Restaurant Bill!

Arrived here having already spent a few night nights at a few hotels around Singapore and Malaysia. Compared to them this seemed like a 5 star hotel. I was really surprised and kept thinking I had made a mistake about the price and that surely it was much more expensive. Great location, the local monorail stops at all the significant places. The room was clean with a great bathroom and huge walk in shower. The best thing was the breakfast which was a buffet style with loads of selection and one could sit outside on the balcony looking at the KL skyline. Included in the price and Great!! Didnt feel like a 3 star hotel at all and I would definitely go back!

Wow very Near From Nu Sentral And Subway Kl Monorail Only 10m from train station And You from Airport Go To City And Sleep in this hotel Use KLIA ekspres or Transit Its Above 55MYR And Subways Its Connecting With Nu Sentral So Very Near! So my friends and I booked a Deluxe Family Room. Regular rate is approximately USD45 (we were able to book it for $42 something) a night and everything was worth every penny! The location itself is great. There are two 24-hour convenience stores right outside the hotel . It's also right in front of a mall connected to KL Sentral (KL's transit hub, so easy access to trains, buses, taxis, etc.). The mall has a lot of food choices and shops, it's a great stroll during the night. The room itself is very spacious. I'm not sure if all of the rooms are since we were given the end-most room on the floor (room 210), but the space between the two double beds could still accommodate another double. The room is actually more spacious than the pictures in the ads. There were no closets but there was a decent-sized mirror with mounted hanger on the far corner of the wall so it doesn't look crowded. The best part was that there were outlets and light switches right beside the two beds so you can charge your gadgets even without getting out of the bed. The desk came with four complimentary water bottles and an electric water heater. The bathroom is quite small, but efficient and very clean. It came with a small sink, a decent-sized mirror, a bidet and a shower area; also came with complimentary toiletries, extra tissue rolls and a pair of bathroom slippers. The only drawback was that the shower area didn't have a curtain so there's a tendency for the shower water to splash everywhere and the bathroom door of our room was creaking loudly, we were afraid it would get unhinged. The WiFi connectivity is also good, especially since the router is mounted right outside our room. The LCD plasma we had in the room comes with a USB port so you can charge other gadgets there. The view outside the window is not very picturesque as it's technically right in front of a multi-story motorcycle parking lot but it wasn't a big deal since the curtains were big enough to obstruct the view. My party chose to stay here because, studio apartment! Bare in mind that this is also a residential building. So you won't get that holiday vibe bumping into people on their way to work in the morning. We also got a few looks when the kids in our group were a bit loud. We got the 2 bedroom suite which had just enough beds to fit us all but only a single bed was on the upper level so only one of us had the studio experience. We loved the kichenette. There's a microwave, water heater, toaster (bring bread for morning toasts! Or all day toasts), rice cooker, pans, porcelain dishes. But none of those instant coffee sachets like most local hotels so remember to BYO. The staff that handled our bookings were friendly enough, I hardly interacted with the building's staff at all. Just ask these guys anything, they will reply pretty quickly. Travel by train! Parking space is limited and I doubt they're legal or free.

The stay was above expectations. We have arrived early in the morning at 10 (we immediately got our room) Room was clean and neat! Dont forget to take your own USB movies in case you wish to play them you may use the TV to do so! Also in case you have no charger you may use the same TV USB To charge your phone from ;) Anyways, Nice room, great Bathroom Clean and neat all around. Location is the best from all, Train station is about a minute of walk, where several food courts are available, also a mall is opened till 10 pm on the other side of the station. The hotel is just besides HILTON at the KL Sentral station. 5 stops away is the Petronas Twin tower with LRT, that is a ride must take as well. Staff of hotel is helpful and it really deserves the 5 stars. WE have taken the cab in and the train out, but should have only consider the train (relevantly shorter ride (only 30 minutes) whereas the cab is double the time, and cabs in KL seemingly are wobbly and shaky, not good suspension. All in all I reccomend it to everybody for staying in KL, have stayed before in several venues but this one is the best. Oh the Pool side is amazing with its bar and little outdoor garden worth trying it, very nicely done. Enjoy your stays

we just stayed here for 1 night coz we have to go back to singapore for our flight back to Phils. we had hard time finding the hotel coz when we asked the locals there, they dont know where it is located. but we soon found out that it was located at the street just behind the monorail station. the hotel was for budget travellers/backpackers, nothing fancy. but it was clean as it is still new. the staff were nice. they also offer city tour, etc. we booked a room with king size bed. the room size is okay, the toilet and bath is spacious and they have bidet,not common to budget hotels. bed,mattress & pillows are comfy. the only downside was that the thin walls. you can hear people talking at the corridor. so if you're a light sleeper, it would be inconvenient. but i guess all budget hotels are like that. overall, we enjoyed our stay, it is accessible to monorail (to avoid traffic) and kl sentral terminal for kommuter train and bus to&from the airport.just a short walking distance to the station. will definitely stay here again if i go back to malaysia.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was there for 7 nights, probably longer than most people, as it seems like a "transit hotel" where people usually stay for 1 or 2 nights. Considering how inexpensive this hotel was (and it is rated as a 2-star hotel), I was actually really impressed by every aspect. The staff are all extremely friendly and courteous. Check-in and check-out was very fast and easy. Everything functioned well in the room: The safe was a decent size, it fit all my valuables including laptop comfortably; no issues with electricity, lighting, or fan/AC; the toilet, shower, and sink were all clean, good water pressure; bed linens were clean and comfortable. I asked for an iron and ironing board on my second day at the front desk and it was brought to my room immediately, and I was able to keep it there for the whole week. The location is amazing, about a 5 min walk from Nu Sentral (a new mall which is connected to KL Sentral, which is the main hub for public transportation in the city). It was fast and easy to get anywhere in KL. I came back most nights at 1 or 2am and I felt safe in the neighbourhood, it's always quite busy on the road, even very late. I added a very small additional fee to my room in order to have access to the breakfast buffet. It was worth it. The food is by no means gourmet, but it was a perfectly adequate breakfast. I had fried rice, noodles, seafood dumpling, chicken nuggets, fried egg, a bowl of fresh fruit (pineapple and watermelon), and juice every morning. Over all I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay somewhere clean, safe, convenient, and they don't have a large budget. I spent about $40 CAD a night (you can do your respective conversions), and this is certainly among the best hotels in KL for that price. I will definitely be coming back here again.

my husband and I stayed 2 nights in this hotel: first we're confused on the name of the hotel co'z there's another "my hotel" in the same place but it's not far from the hotel we booked,, if ur already familiar to this hotel it's so easy to find..there's a nice, cheap price restaurant near this hotel that you can try..it's near to mrt, nice receptionists,, you can ask anything and tried to help you..they clean your room even not ask for it, it's a nice location too, not crowded people and establishment around,, you can sleep well, it's so quiet place...i'll definetely comeback to this hotel..

This hotel was one of the best hotels I have stayed in so far. Upon checking in, I have noticed that the hotel is very clean and most of the stuff being used in the hotel are quite new. There are no spots of dirt or any gross insects. The hotel staff was most friendly often accommodating our requests and helping us with directions around the city. The location was the best part because it was super near to all the train stations and even the bus station coming from the airport is located here. We did not have a hard time going to the places in our itinerary, and best part of all we saved so much money because we did not have to take the taxis. This hotel even had strong wifi connection per floor which I liked best because I could use it to research on where to go around Malaysia, and it helped me to stay connected to my friends and family back home. Lastly, the breakfast was really delicious, and the restaurant Old Town White Coffee is just beside the hotel. We were able to save on breakfast money for really good meals, and it helped us save time looking for restaurants for breakfast.

I love this hotel, cause with a cheap price, it including iron facilities, ice box, hair dryer, which not all hotel will provide in each room, even there is 3 star hotel. And i realise others hotel will not see the remarks we make in the hotel booking, but they will. They give us a high floor rooms with windows, which is what we ask for. There is menu too in the rooms, you can call for delivery. Just that inside bathroom is not design well, inconvenient for two people to use the bathroom in the same time, it must have a people to done shower just another people can use the toilet. Another things is their aircond is so slow to make the room turn cold, but there got fan, so it helps too. All this is a small things for us, just that the sound insulation is really poor. In the morning about 8am, me and my sis stil sleeping, but we heard all the sound of door open and close, and the sound they tidying up the room, and their talking with walkie talkie like there is a speaker inside our room. We not sure is it other rooms also like that, but we really curious is it really a speaker inside our rooms. This make us wake for few times in the morning before our alarm at 10.30am.

This is one of the best budget hotels I have ever stayed. It is very close to KL Sentral station so if you are going to use public transport in KL or visit any parts of Malaysia, KL Sentral is the best location. Staffs are very friendly especially the Malaysian lady at the reception. Room is really clean and there is a an electric kettle and coffee in the room. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. We loved KL city so much that we have decided to revisit there again and we will definitely be staying in this hotel again.

Cons- rooms we had was small, me and my husband bumped each other and got limited space to put our bags and things. Anyway it was hari raya so most of the big room was occupied.Tv has few channels and we hear noise along hallway but that was noisy guest that the hotel cant controll PROS. Room was clean and comfy. Has the necessary amenities. Towel changed every day. We leave the bed messed up and came back with beddings neatly done. Shower and toilet is clean, functioning hot and cold shower. Soap smell nice! Not the typical soap scent in hotel, wifi connection is fast and signal is excellent. Staff are warm and helpful specially the guy who is doing room service, he cleaned our room everyday during our 1 week stay and none of our things gone missing. Honest staff. We will stay again in this hotel and will book a bigger room.

LOCATION: The hotel is just a few minutes walk from KL Central and different train systems. Just outside the hotel are a series of local restaurants offering Indian, Chinese, and some Malay cuisine. We did not have difficulty walking to the train and bus stations despite having multiple luggages because of the accessibility of the hotel. STAFF: The staff speaks perfect english, are very accomodating, and knowledgeable. All the staff are very helpful but Zamira, the beautiful Somalian student-staff particularly stood out because she is all smiles every time we talk to her. VALUE FOR MONEY: The hotel is very affordable, tidy, and provides free breakfast. Our group flew to Langkawi and stayed there for 2 nights, luckily we were allowed to store our luggages in My Hotrl for free after we checked out the first time which gave us additional convenience for free. When we arrived back from Langkawi, our luggages were in the same condition when we left which proves that My Hotel staff are trustworthy. I had been to Kuala Lumpur several times and stayed in different budget hotels but My Hotel is by far the best I stayed in.

I have stayed in many 5 & 6 Stars hotels around the world, and St. Regis in KL is one of the best hotel I have stayed. The cleanliness and attention to detail for the room's daily cleaning and turn down service is far beyond expectations. Well done housekeeping department! Butler's personal handwritten note everyday and evening adds that special touch to the guest's stay. Astor Bar is nicely decorated in a very New York style and serves amazing Martinis🍸🍸 I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Kuala Lumpur, as I would most definitely come back to stay in the near future visit to KL.

I stay here during all my trip to KL due to its strategic location at KL Sentral. The hotel is just below the monorail station and easy access to KL sentral. Clean and hygienic with comfortable bed. Good facilities with hot shower, cupboard, LCD TV, writing table and chair, coffee making facilities, even with free coffee and tooth brush/paste. Best of all, they also have Coway water purifier and dispenser at ground floor for free refill of drinking water. However, there are no lift but it's ok to walk up to 1st or 2nd floor with helpful staffs to help you carry the luggage. Do take note, they only have queen size bed and no twin sharing, so if you are thinking of sharing room, you may have to share the bed too! Finally, really like the friendly front office staffs especially Mr. Rubel who is very helpful and nice! Good value for money for business traveler!

Wanted to initially book another hotel nearby but because I booked too late, the price increased and was out of my budget. All turned out to be a blessing in disguise and a great experience. Quickly booked Ascott Sentral to be near my colleagues. Didn't realise that I booked a 2-bedrooom room - thought was just 2 beds. Indeed surprised when I opened the door. Greatly impressed with that the room. It was very well-equipped - with microwave, dish-washer, washing machine and dryer, and last but not least, the Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary capsules. There was attached bathroom to each bedroom. Maybe one minor fault was that the drainage of the shower was quite bad. A minor flood occurred with each use. However, overall, I enjoyed my stay at Ascott Sentral.

I had booked hotel for 2 days there checkin time is 2pm and checkout as 12 noon. I arrived next day at 9 am from my booking date as the flight was late , the staff explained me well about the timings as they were expecting earlier timing, then I have my flight next day beyond the checkout timing so they accommodate my stay well as the checkin was late and they were helpful and understanding. It is located just 10 minutes walk form KL Sentral (thats how central is spelled in Malysia) station and I had lots of luggage since the public taxi do not want to go as it such a shot distance the staff helped me to carry the luggage. Also its a good value for money.

First of all, I have a doubt staying in the hostel (especially in city center. My mind was it would be dirty and noisy). But when the first day I enter the Hostel, the atmosphere is different. Friendly staff and Clean. I found mineral water in the room. The bed like in 3 star hotel. The tidy up your room every morning. You get free delicious breakfast. Especially, just only 5 minutes walk from KL Sentral Station. I recommended to all my friends (and you also) who wants to visit Kuala Lumpur. You get the best service with amazing price

The staff were very friendly. They were respectful (2 male Bangladesh and 1 female Malaysian). The room was cleaned everyday. Linens were changed. Purified water ( 1 liter per day) to each occupants (we're 3), soap and shampoo, toilet paper were provided. There was an elevator. There was a hair blower inside of the room and an iron outside to press clothes... And the last but not the least is the location is situated near the mrt stations ( all routes) and adjacent to very cheap food outlets/malls plus laundrynette within 15 meters away from this hotel. We're very much satisfied. It's cheap. No negative feedbacks. All are positive.

I was checked in for 3 nights and it was great. I don't have any complains. There's free drinking water, free shampoo and shower gel, housekeeping everyday. One thing I noticed before booking this hotel is that people complained about the noise, sure. The walls are definitely thin, I could hear my neighbors fighting in the next room but, its fair for the price they offer. I have had my fair share of 2, 3, 4, 5 stars hotels so don't look for luxury when you're paying for a budget hotel. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room I was imagining that I saw on the pictures, they gave me something better. It was spacious. Security-wise it is pretty safe. They have the key card that specifically takes you to your floor and no where else. So if say, you want to go to another floor, you can't. It's gonna be your floor then the lobby. That's pretty safe to avoid anyone breaking in. Location-wise, it's right in front of NU sentral mall which is also connected to the KL Sentral station. We took a train from JB to KL Sentral and walked to the hotel. 10 minutes. Or maybe less. I went to Petronas Tower thru KL Sentral so it's pretty convenient when you're a solo traveller because the mrt is right there. Going to the airport is no problem as well. The bus that will take you directly to KLIA/KLIA2 is right in front of the hotel. You just have to cross the street via the skywalk then walk in front, 5 minutes. I guess that's where you will drop off as well if you enter KL via plane. One thing, I'd like to have though is food service. At least have chips or microwavable food available. There's a 7/11 down the street but at 3am when you get hungry, it would be much better if you can just call and order from them. So that's it, loved my stay there, I don't know yet if KL is on my travel plans in the next years but i will definitely recommend Hotel Westree to friends and family and if ever I come back, will definitely stay here.

The Sun Inns is the best 2-star hotel you can find in KL Sentral for under 100 ringgit. The queen size bed is the most comfortable for any around, the shower is fair, the rooms are clean, and, unlike most places around, the WiFi is fantastic! To me, that is just about all I need. So I'll continue to return to Sun Inns like I've been doing for a long time now. (Tip: take a train or bus from KLIA to KL Sentral, and use uber to get from the station to the Hotel. It's only a half-kilometer or so, but Uber doesn't charge a minimum fare, so the trip will only cost you 3-4 ringgit, and save you a sweaty walk with luggage. :) )

This was a pleasant surprise. I read some reviews about the internet not being that good and the food choices being limited. However, I've concluded they are just too picky. I was quite shocked to see how nice the rooms were; at least my room. Totally remodeled. Friendly staff. Food in the area was great (to me). I like eating local culture foods. This hotel is in Little India meaning most of the restaurants cater to Indian tastes. I thought the food was great. There's only one Chinese restaurant two blocks away that opens only at night. I'm planning to return next year if my schedule permits.

Not bad for a budget hotel. Easy to find cheap local restaurants and the best thing was there is a Wash & Clean Laundry Services nearby the hotel. It costs only MYR9 for wash and dryer. If you're a traveller, you're able to find interesting places. Will come to stay in this hotel again. Take a Uber or Grab cabs if you wanna go to other places coz Malaysian' local cabs can be notorious about unpredictable cab charges.

This was one of the best budget hotels that I had ever been to in the recent times. Rooms were clean, bathrooms were neat, had an LCD television which played a few channels, was close to KL Sentral, the transport hub in KL. Access to few of the Indian restaurants in the vicinity helped us spend a nice evening in Brickfields. The hotel was mainly occupied by Indian/ Filipino travellers during the weekend in which I stayed there. There is chance that some rooms which are facing the front of the road be noisy as it oversees the main road which is extremely bustling with traffic (jams!). Be careful when you select the room. If you are used to some minor noise and want to drench into a typical South Indian surroundings, do choose this budget hotel.

The staff are amazing..I'm not sure the indian lady name in front desk are really good heart person and really take care about customer. I not really support the zen room because in middle of night I went to this hotel n they said its fully booked and my paid room not available. I don't know what to do and i have to stay out all night and sat near road. I felt really terrified.In same time not agoda company really helpful with their policy because they more bias to zen room management not customer friendly. I not blame agoda staff because some are really good and they try their level best to get some solution.Appreciate the agoda customer service stuff at least they try. But as usual they said nothing much can do because the zen room not agree and they only offer for bad quality hotel as replacement or get refund. I felt really unfair because not my fault which I booked and paid earlier. Luckily I booked the next day too.hotel staff so kind allow me early check in.. I missed interview
