Find hotels in Restaurant Yasin

I've read lots of negative reviews about the car park being far away & hard to find the way to the lobby but I found that the way to the lobby was straight forward and it wasn't far at all. Once you get the parking ticket stamped at the lobby, your parking is free throughout your stay. I stayed in an executive room on the top 19th floor with my wife and young children. What was great about the executive room was that it had an extra couch that would turn into a bed besides the double bed which gave us a comfortable sleep. The room was very clean, could see the Petronas twin towers from the room and the overall experience was great. I will definitely come back. Walk-in price is RM325 so you save 2/3 by booking through Agoda. Breakfast was ok. It's not the cheap bread and coffee type breakfast you get in budget hotels. They have a few different food to choose from. For the extra price you pay for breakfast, it's definitely worth it. The only reason I gave 2 stars for facilities is because I had no internet in the room, fridge was pretty much the same as the room temperature, and the hair dryer was broken. It seems like they don't do a lot of repairs on broken facilities. But I will still come back. The hotel room is clean and spacious. For a family with young children, or a group of 3 adults, I believe this is the best bang-for-buck room will get in KL.

Hotel has heaps of potential. Design, decor and architecture top notch. Room was exactly as the pic on the website. Negative: outside surrounding of the hotel, looks unsafe. Location was a minus. Had difficulties locating the hidden fridge. Our room had no view, facing brick wall. Front office lady was very helpful during check out and booked us a Grab. Night front office was abit clueless about the area. At 11pm, we asked her if they were closeby restaurant around the hotel vicinity, she told us to walk outside to the stretch next Sheraton, I was down with food poisoning at SG airport on route to KL and was given 2 injections. So I was weak and tired but didnt want to ruin my holiday. We listened to her and walked out only to end up on a dark stretch of road with closed restaurant. We had to than take walk to Sheraton hotel to take a cab to City Centre. I wont advise people and even couples to roam outside the hotel in the night unless you are in a group.

I have repeated three times for this hotel. I love staying in different hotels and I have stayed in over 20 different classes of hotels in KL, this probably this is the only hotel that I have repeated. Truly value for money. You have the choice to book with breakfast or without. I booked without breakfast coz there are many restaurants around to have your choice of breakfast. Therefore no comments about the food.

Thanks to Indra and Hendry on the front desk and manager, Sastry, for a great stay! Very helpful staff, highly recommend! This is a great location for food, shopping, gold, jewelry, clothing, toys (sold on street outside),money changers (Global Millenium Trading best rate in the area directly opposite hotel)., supermarket next door with chocolate shop with largest selection you'll ever see! Sogo Mall within 5 minutes walk with 6th floor food court with abundant local food of all nationalities but also upscale restaurants at reasonable prices well worth the money, and a local food market in building directly behind hotel with local foods and fried banana and snacks and the BEST lime drink ever from the lady with the drink stall. We didn't go far. This was all within 5 minutes. Grab taxis to nearby KLCC, Sungei Wang Plaza, etc.

Room clean and spacious, well decorated as well. Nice view for swimming pool and while having breakfast as KL Tower just stands in front. Staffs of the Hotel are friendly and I can feel their eagerness/enthusiasm to serve their customers best. No problem with the lift and automated car park throughout my 2 nights stay as everything went on smoothly, probably they had resolved these 2 issues raised by guests previously. Kudos to the management team and keep it up for the best service.

This is my first time stay at Sheraton Imperial KL, but the hotel staff really show they are passion about their service. I arrive at the hotel around 1230 hrs, unexpected the room is ready and the the reception is very friendly and within 10 min I can proceed to my room. once I enter my room I amazed by the size of the room and my room mate also said it is too big for us. Later when we going out looking for some places to shop, the Concierge Faizal really give us very good guide line how to travel by MRT which just 5 min walk from hotel. over all the hotel is good but only one thing is the toilet flooring look old. Lastly I need to praise the F&B staff at the breakfast room because at the morning before we check out we went to take the breakfast, but unfortunately my room mate is not felling fell and he is vomit at the table where we sit. The restaurant staff react very quickly to help us and thanks again for their professional attitude. Generally the hotel deserve as 5 star luxury. I will come back again to stay at Sheraton Imperial.

Name Gopi n partner attend us good job.... if can dont go for the new building that i been offer on my first day because the room not yet got vaccant..due i arrived early morning...we did change room the next day that they have promise..The name of the new hotel forgot...if u all can wait just wait the room u book much better.... Rooms big n nice...if i book this THotel ..i will be at THotel ...no new hotel if they offer us again..

I stayed in this hotel for two days. Overall experience was satisfying, initially we got a large bed room but the room had the heavy smoke smell, but luckily we able to change to two single bed room with better smell. The hotel do provide lift service and drinking water machine in each floor. By the way, the parking lot is quite limited near the hotel, if u r lucky enough u may get ask for reserved parking lot from hotel if there's any. Beside of that the hotel is very close to mosque, so for those light sleeper it may affect ur sleep quality in the early morning(due to praying). Hair dryer can be requested from receptionist and the worker will send to ur room. In overall, the hotel done their best to serve their customer :)) hands up for their good service!

Stayed for 2 nights. Booked twin bedroom... size is ok.. with electric kettle, tv (only 1 channel very clear - the English channel), nice bed and one pillow each. The shower room was clean with good water pressure and hot water. I love the shower room as it was very clean and just refurbished... though it can be a bit small in size. Location is the best.. 2 minutes away from monorail and lrt (Dang Wangi)... with many types of eatery surrounding it. Staff was patience - Hendry. Value for money. Tq

It was a good value of money, very near to Lrt Station but the area is pretty dark and will be quite dangerous if you are walking back to hotel alone from the lrt station. Few restaurants can be found few block away. You can also order food from grab food/food panda but there's no dining table in my room so it can be quite difficult to have your meal in the room. We are slightly unlucky as there's an event held outside the hotel in the morning so we got disturbed and forced to wake up at 7am+. Overall, the hotel is pretty clean and value for money.

It was awsome. We are a family of 4 and stayed over there for two nights & 3 days. We went to see Twin Towers twice, went to Batu Caves & then China Town. The amazing thing is that all this we did on train which is accesible at a walking distances from the hotel. The other good thing is the food streets around this hotel. There are food streets for every one around this world, Pakistani, Indian, Korean, Chinese & of course european food. The hotel staff is undoubtedly very helpfull and gives you best advise for your tour free of cost. There are money changers, shopping area & banks all around this place.

My wife and me stayed from dec 9 - dec 12, 2013. The location of the hotel is too good- the train station SOGO is 5 minutes by walk; cab and bus options are readily available. It is a very safe location even late in the night The staff were uniformly very courteous and guided us in choosing best places to visit. A lady waiter in Coffe House restaurant -Benzaya (her name i think) totally blew us over by her dedication to work and courteousness. The restaurant is open till 10:30 pm- a boon in this area where most shops shut by 8: 30 pm. The room is spacious with locker and refrigeration facilities. Some minor glitches though are: The TV channels in the room were very sad. The AC was occassionally too hot/cold- there was no ceiling fan. All the switches were near the door- a minor irritation if you are reading a book in the night by bedlamp. Other than these minor factors, my wife and me have very fond memories of this hotel and will strongly recommend to anyone.

It's a small hotel yeah but who needs a big one I mean as a traveller we'll spend most of our days outside. We're so happy bout the room service! Change of bedsheets and towels everyday.. Replenish tissues and coffee soaps and clean the floor! Woww! Location is nice few minutes walk to lrt and ktm train..rl rapid bus stops infront of the hotel itself near restaurants and yet a very quiet place to stay! The wifi is fast and the best thing that happened is when we needed assistance on printing my fiancé's visa the receptionist did it for us for free! I would highly recommend this hotel as it is still new and not overrated! Thanks Canary for the good stay!!!

i can find nothing bad to say at all. i have been to kl more times than most and have always found it very hard to find a hotel under that is better than poor. well, this place is better than it sounds, better than i thought it would be. ok the room is not big, but it is not small either, in fact it is the right size if like me, you are there 3 or 4 days and will spend most of your time out of the room. in fact the room was so nice i spent more time in the room than i planned. wireless was superb so i worked a lot more than i thought i would be able to. the bed was superior in comfort terms so i slept best i have in ages. shower was lovely, with huge rain shower head and lovely hot water. the room even has large lcd tv, iron and board, kettle, tea and coffee, fridge, ll the sorts of things you normally only get in 5 star places. location is superb, about 5 minutes walks to masjid jamek lrt which takes you to the centre with 3 or 4 stops. kfc and 7 eleven just over the road and the restaurant next door sold some superb malay/indian grub. breakfast was also done there and was superb, really and truly as good as i can remember having anywhere. this hotel is not 5 star but in all regards one would consider, it is! the ladies at the desk addresses me to say hello with good morning or similar every time, made conversation with me and were smiley, happy etc. this was the first time in 8 years i had traveled alone (without wife or friend with me) so i was perhaps more apprehensive than normal, but i needn't of been as this place made me feel so at ease and at home. going back april and will stay here again 100%.

I like everything about this hotel..friendly staff, great location and its interior..you’ll never regret staying here as all the shopping places are just downstairs..Sogo is just a few minutes walk..but its get really quiet after 10.30pm when all the shopping places closed..theres no 24hrs convenience store nearby and no 24hrs restaurant..if you want supper buy before going back to your hotel..but overall I love this hotel and definitely will stay here again👍🏻👍🏻

It is good to stay for sleeping. Security situation is good as hotel is in front of the police station(box). I never expect to hotel service without sleeping. Internet is also very narrow to use but it is enough to use email. Agoda ask me about meal condition, how I can reply. I just check 3. It is covinience to take cheap food at hawkers with local people as my booking is without meal. My purpose to stay was seeing Merdeka events, specially parade. It is close to the place for Merdeka parade about 10 mimutes walk. I enjoyed Merdeka Eve with Malaysian till 1 am. I also found the cheapest shop in KL near hotel, where selling Indian products.
