The location is very convenient, just a few steps away from the train station (Etoile) and Arc de Triomphe. Champ Elysees is just a street away and there is a nearby currency exchange place very convenient for tourists. Also, there are a lot of choices for restaurants and shops. We had a convenient time because it was pretty much the middle of Paris and we got to easily explore the city due to its location. The hotel itself has a cute Victorian vibe. We stayed in a junior suite which is convenient already for a family of 4. What I liked the most is that they have a bidet for the toilet, not all hotels have that. We didn't get to try the breakfast, but overall our stay was still very good.

The reception was friendly and welcoming and answer all our questions, offered us maps when we did not ask for it (Thumbs up!) Lobby had a lovely snacks and drinks corner for guest like us who are tired or hungry after exploring the city to get some snacks before going back to our room. Biscuits and sweets are so TASTY! Housekeeping was great, room is always cleaned after we are back and toiletries and teas replenished! Most value and wonderful hotel stay, after staying for 5 nights we still can't bear to leave this hotel. Pillow ann bed is super comfortable Amazing prices + Big room + Great Service. Strongly recommend travelers to stay here. Thank you Best Western!

Madeleine Plaza is located right across, at the backside of Igliese Madeleine. It is centrally located and is within walking distance from major tourist attractions in Paris such as the Louvre Museum, Champs Elysees, Opera Garnier, Place de Concorde, Place Vendome, to name a few and major shopping areas such as Gallerie Lafayette, Printemps, Rue de Rivoli, etc. The L'Open Hop-on, hop-off Bus stop is just a few meters away from the hotel which makes it very convenient for us to go around the major tourist sites and go back to the hotel whenever we feel like resting. We chose to stay in a room at the upper floor, with a balcony and the view is just amazing. Teh staff are all friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay in this hotel again!

ROOMS WERE SPACIOUS, STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. LOCATION -- HOTEL LOCATED RIGHT IN THE CENTER OF CHAMPS ELYSEES, CLOSE TO RUE DE FAUBOURG SAINT HONORE(EVERY GIRL'S SHOPPING HAVEN), AT THE CORNER YOU'LL FIND ZARA (FOR LAST MINUTE GIRL FINDS), IF YOU NEED COMFORT FOOD FROM A QUICK MCDONALDS JUST AROUND THE CORNER TOO. NO TOO MENTION A PHARMACY NEARBY. OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS SUPERB!

This hotel was perfect for me. It was one block from the Metro, had the best restaurants that were reasonable priced, great stores for gifts. Also, across the street from the hotel is a bakery that makes fresh baguettes every morning - they're still warm from the oven when you buy them. The hotel was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. I was so happy I selected that hotel and when I visit Paris again I only want to stay there.

i thoroughly enjoyed my stay at beauchamps hotel, paris. the front desk was helpful in arranging an early check-in for me after a 14 hour flight so that i can freshen up before my 12noon meeting & i was pleasantly surprised to discover the cup of caffe i had in the restaurant while waiting for the room was complimentary! also a delight to know that my luggage was sent up to the room even before i was informed that i could use it! it was also an extension of their good service for the concierge to walk me out of the hotel to ensure i got into the right cab they called for me. the room & decor was lovely & contemporary with good standard of hygiene & cleanliness (the towel rack was even heated so it was great to have a warm towel after shower especially in february!) & the bed was very comfortable! (if only there were more selections of english programmes on their cable tv - the only english shows were the news channels.) the proximity to both champs elysee (just 5-7 min walk) & to rue faubourg st honore (about 10 min walk) is great! lots of cafes & restaurants nearby too! only problem i faced was the noise from the clubbers across the street & irate motorists honking...not sure if the hotel could upgrade their windows to be more sound-proofed from external noise...then the rooms would be perfect for a 3-4 star hotel! beauchamps hotel is a definite choice for me if i should visit paris again! great price for the comfort, location & wonderful service!

I booked this hotel based on reviews that i have read and i didnt regret a single bit. Despite the location being on a slightly quiet street away from the crowded areas, its a short walk to the famous shopping street in champ elysee and 10 minutes walk to the branded Saint Honore shopping area. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and the room is of a good size. i love the fact that there is a separate shower and bed is comfortable. I will stay again.

the location of this hotel is superb for shopping!! right smack on rue du faubourg st honore. very good access to high end designer shops. as for the room, the size is alright for paris' standard. its a little old but still acceptable for the price you are paying. definitely recommended for someone who wants superb location but doesnt want to pay so much for hotel. i personally felt it was worth staying since i only spent time sleeping in the hotel room.

i stayed at the hotel with my friends following a business meeting elsewhere in paris. it was winter in february 2012 and the big chill is starting to enter france. we went there by rer/metro, got off at hauvre caumartin station and had to walk to rue saint-lazare. the hotel sign was small that we walked pass by it. it was overwhelmed by the much bigger sign of mollard restaurant. the location is nice, really close to boulevard haussmann, where the grand magasins are, namely galeries lafayette and au printemps. we should've got off at saint-lazare station, as the hotel is really close to the exit. when we arrived, the elevator was broken and we had to drag our suitcases up the stairs to the reception. the receptionist was friendly. he acknowledged the broken elevator and promised to help our lady friends with their suitcases. the room was smaller than what the picture suggested, but it was warm, clean and cozy. the bathroom is also small, with narrow showering chamber. no complimentary bottled water, so i had to use tap water for coffee. small lcd tv hung on the wall. wifi was free and could be used in room, but i had to make an account first. the connection was excellent. as it is located on busy/shopping area, there are a lot of places to eat, including mcdonald's, starbucks and some local cafes. it provides many tour-related services, and also booking for airport transport.

I love this hotel. It’s tucked away on a residential street filled with children, dogs and instruments makers. Mostly wind and string. There are two restaurants on the street other of which I recommend. Turning left from the hotel and go to the end of the block. There is a pharmacy, a bakery and a bar!! Go around the pharmacy (Paris streets resemble spokes on a wheel. Sometime getting somewhere it’s not so much a right or left angle but a curve.) and there a grocery store with a nice selection. Check in was easy and very friendly. Elizabeth was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and directions. The hotel is was going through some renovations which wasn’t a hindrance. We stayed in room 423. It had an interior courtyard view. Regulating the room heat required opening the windows but I love fresh air so no worries. The room was small and by that I mean there wasn’t any room to spread out the luggage. But that really didn’t bother me because the bed and bathroom were large with bathroom counter space, shower and bathtub. There were plenty of electrical outlets, a small fridge stocked with FREE drinks, a safe and kettle with an assortment of coffee and teas. Tv has several English speaking news programs, Spanish news, German soups and French programming. Check out was easy. Just had to pay for the city tax and we were done. Really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!!

I cannot say enough of how nice our stay was at the Hotel Francois Premier. The Hotel staff are excellent, the room was immaculate, and the location is outstanding. Only a two minute walk from the Champs-Elysees, the Hotel Francoise is on a quiet street, with literally no noise. The hotel feels like a best kept secret. Breakfast is offered in the downstairs restaurant, again, excellent and quiet, perfect for couples wanting a romantic getaway. We hope to get back to Paris again someday, and I would stay at no other hotel than the Hotel Francois Premier!

I love the Guilded Lounge Suite I stayed, which was one of the rooms designed my Martin Margiela under the Suite Couture collection. I emailed the hotel for this room specifically (they have 4 different designs) and I'm happy they reserved it for me. The staff speaks English well, friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, with a very comfortable bed. There are free movies, big screen Mac computer with wifi and Nespresso machine. The food is good especially the Sunday brunch at La Table du 8 restaurant. Mostly, I enjoyed the design of the room and the whole hotel, the simplicity but with great amount of details. The location is on a quite street but very close to luxury shopping and Champs Elyesees. I visited the Grand Palais, which had a great Dynamo L'Exposition and it was just 5 mins walk from the hotel. The grand Palais cafe across the hotel is a good substitute for lunch and tea time. Great experience for something different and would definitely recommend to others.

My friend and I booked Amarante hotel through Agoda depending on its location, the customers' reviews and its price. Really we were never disappointed by our choice when we came to the hotel. We were very well welcomed by the reception staff. We found the room suitable for us and it was very clean and tidy.When we went outside the hotel, we were very delighted since the districts we wanted to go were mostly near the hotel and one could reach them walking.Honestly speaking, I don't have any complain only if the lights in the room are stronger.

Stayed at a junior suite. Bathtub comes with jacuzzi feature! Loved that the flooring is timber strip tile instead of carpet. Cosy big round bed, good size for family with kids plus there is a foldable sofa bed available. As this is at the top level, certain part of the ceiling is low so those who are much taller need to watch out. Walking distance to Palais Garnier, galleries lafayette, branded boutiques at saint-honore.

Arrived at the hotel at 7 am There was no room was ready, I waited more than two hours trying to enter after a long journey. The hotel made an offer for upgrades with the addition of 240 uro per night, it was a very good offer from the hotel. the Prince De Galles very distinct in the services and proximity to and is one of the luxury hotels in Paris. That the most important to be one of the important think i was lucky i am member of Agoda

Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg Hotel located in good central area for shopping to Rue Saint Honore and walking istance to Printemps and Galleries La Fayette. Close to metro, Tuilleries Gardens, Louvre and Musee D'Orsayand Musee L'orangerie. Lots of Resturants, cafes and bars close and area felt safe and clean. Hotel felt light and well furnished, staff freindly and helpful, easy access for cabs and brekfast courtyard very sunny and quiant. Bar intermit and trendy, with great cocktail selection and coffees. We would stay there again as we enjoyed our stay.

It was great! I am very happy with everything in this hotel. From cleanliness, to fast check in and check out, to coffee machine and nice tea bag, good variety of mini bar, to helpful staffs, metro and bus are conveniently located, good bars and cafes as well as groceries mart in 3 mins walk. The hotel give peaches to the guest everyday, which are very sweet. The wifi is working perfectly, the interior of the room is clean and nice, i love the bathroom and the coziness of this lovely hotel which is suitable for business, leisure and romance. I enjoyed my stay for 6 nights and I slept well every night, the curtain is thick enough for total darkness to enhance better sleep and the balcony you can get some fresh air when you wake up. The staff let us check in soonest when the room is ready before the check in time, and book our airport transport for me. Everything about Hotel Quality Opera Saint - Lazare is amazing!!!

We loved our stay at this hotel, a gem! Pros: - Location, location, location....right in middle of the golden triangle, Champs Élysées, Ave Montaigne and Ave George. Great for shopping and plenty of restaurants. -The room is done up in modern luxe, with all the trimmings and modern amenities; comfortable bedding, iPod/ iPad station, 40 inch flat screen TV, light dimmer, Free WiFi services. - The staffs was helpful, and accommodating. Helped with our dinner reservation and travelling arrangement. 5 stars service! - The ambience of the hotel exudes an air home comfort with unassuming, private and relax feels. - Turn down services, room services and the best is a free minibar for guests. Cons: - Our room ac wasn't working but we had a bay window that open up to the courtyard, we had the cold winter breeze coming thru so it was quite nice to snuggled up in our bed. The hotel met our expectations and more, we are already making plans to return to Paris and staying here..

Lovely, calm hotel with efficient and friendly staff. Our request for an upper floor room with a firm bed had been noted - if anything the bed was a little too firm (bedroom 53) but no doubt a duvet underneath would have helped had we asked. The room was warm and comfortable - not vey exciting decor - and the en suite was nicely fitted out - spotlessly clean throughout our four night stay over christmas. Well stocked minibar; tea and coffee making facility, good hairdrier and a very good television (confirming just how bad French tv shows really are). Good hot shower. The building is currently scaffolded but we still had a pleasant view. Beware the usual outbreak of Paris bin emptying at 7.30am - but it's all soon over. We did not have breakfast nor room service but the latter especially looked quite inventive and good value. Hotel is conveniently situated close to bus, ho-ho tour buses and metro services in Madeleine (42 bus comes straight from Gare du Nord) and there are more exyensive public transport links ten minutes away at Opera as well as department stores. The Louvre is about a 17 minute walk. Turn left into Rue St Honore to find a good bakery (it's cafe, though, was very poor, foodwise) while there are three restaurants opposite the hotel and a useful Monoprix store close by. The adjacent '3 Quartiers' cafe served us the worst coffee ever with a cold 'hot chocolate' - and it was expensive. The area is well populated with good designer shops, many of them very individual.

Rooms are small, but they are the same everywhere in Paris. The decor is beautiful, neatly done rooms. Looks like it has been refurbished recently. Bathrooms are also small but functional. Only thing missing is a tea and coffee maker in the room. The rooms also have AC, which a lot of hotels do not have.The concierge was not the best we have had, was suggesting places more for the commission.

This is 5 star hotel and there is no hot water in the evening. We stayed 6 nights prepaid. First two nights on 6th floor we had to endure cold showers then we were moved to 4th floor and two out of four final nights luke warm showers. We are unsure if lower floors 1-3 are also affected. Pleasant but inane front desk and management excuses, but no recompense. Their response is that hot water takes longer to get to higher floors (wait 5 minutes) but on those occasions it just didn't arrive. We have no idea why hot water is good in the morning. Management admit ageing plumbing infrastructure in old Haussmanian building and hotel was full.

As always, Hilton is an excellent hotel and just so happy that staff also reflects the great atmosphere of this hotel. It serves a beautiful place for such an amazing and lovely city-Paris. The only downside is that it’s quite a walk from ‘touristy’ destinations but if one knows how to use the metro, it’s great! Metros and bus are just right across the street so transportation wise, it offers a variety of ways of getting to wherever you need to go at a good timely manner. Mini bar is just really overpriced but there are cafes and conventional stores just right outside the hotel so just remember to get some snacks so you won’t have to pay for their mini bar products.
