I cannot speak highly enough about the service I experienced in the hotel! Believe it or not I very rarely write reviews but felt obligated to in this case! From the moment I walked in everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I stayed for 4 days and can honestly say this hotel is well on its way to at least 4 stars! I rarely write reviews but all of the staff are committed to doing their absolute best from the front desk to the spa staff and my sweet cleaning lady. The hotel is still under construction which was a bit of a bummer, but despite this the actual facilities are very relaxing and well designed. The view on the roof is spectacular especially at night. Despite all the pros of this hotel I do have some areas of constructive feedback in the interest of helping to make it the best it can be: please put a fan or air con in the gym!! It’s a smaller space (still sufficient) but it gets very hot in there! Also, please add hooks to the bathroom in the lobby!

This is one of the newer hotels in Saigon. While it is not right in the centre it is only 15 minutes walk away. The team there was very helpful and patient assisting us sort out last minute flight tickets. They even suggested and booked us Vietnam version of Uber to get to the airport. It ended up costing us 90,000 VND (4 USD) instead of the usual 130,000 VND. Facilities only got 4 stars because it was advertised with a swimming pool. It turned out to be a jacuzzi pool. But then again the friendliness and the eargerness to serve of the staff trump over the facilities!

the best place ever! no complaints at all, the chocolates and fruit for the welcome and turn down are so good, i think i'm addicted. the beds are so comfortable and the food is great. lots of selection for breakfast. i must try the other restaurants when i have time. i've stayed here probably 10 times already and i just can't get enough. this post is to celebrate the newest 5 star hotel in saigon.

After spending at Six sense NINA Van Bay,here is EXCELLENT,compared with SSNVB, 1000 times better !THIS is 5 STAR HOTEL! Definitely staying at here makes my whole trip in Vietnam happily,good ending! Seems staff never say NO,they are super well training,great service! Especially house keeping is outstanding! They are very thoughtful ,they know how to make the guests comfortable and happy! Of course cleanup the room perfectly! I had quick breakfast,both the range of foods and taste are great,but milk pancakes are not good. The best bang mi in Saigon (I tried two best know one but here is better than those two! As information,SSNVB ‘s one is awful!)

Great location and easily accessible to many eateries, convenience stores and also a short ride to the Saigon Central Post Office and Notre Dame. Room is spacious and clean, nicely designed with well-thought details and amenities. The entire hotel looks wayyyy better in real life than in pictures We chose the Saigon City View room, so were not affected by the construction noise at all. The outdoor tub was a bonus, only small drawback is that perhaps they could add another blind to cover up the entire window when necessary. The afternoon tea was a nice touch, with nice view of the Saigon river to boot. Managed to make good use of the pool too. It's not huge but it was good enough for some workout after all the feasting. Overall it was a really good stay and we'd love to stay at The Myst Dong Khoi again the next time we go back to HCMC.

Reviewers should not expect Saigon five star hotels to mirror what is considered five star in Hong Kong. The Hyatt is probably the only hotel in superior to this hotel but then expect to pay three time the price. In light of the above, we have some very positive comments on this hotel. The breakfast was very busy and even better the efficiency of the staff meant , never needed to queue. The service was very good, the poached eggs were as good as anywhere else in the world. They had good range of Asian and European dishes. It is not often you get roasted pork/ham for breakfast We stayed in two rooms for three nights. The hotel is very safe, very clean and the staff are courteous, all of whom could understand our English. The beds were comfortable (bedding arrangement). Room service was quick (15-20 min), and unlike other reviewers, the pho arrived hot. You could not find a more central location as it boarders the intersection of the Saigon CBD's two main streets. Some more general comments for prospective visitors: the pool water in Saigon is fairly cold at this time of the year It;s cheaper to taxi to the airport (USD$6) but you must prepare 40 minutes travelling time due to large number of motorcycles.

Had an absolute pleasant stay,location great able to walk to most amenities (restaurants,mall,some tourist attractions walking distance.Breakfast best with great variety,hotel staff were very helpful just commicating bit of a challenge,hotel fairly new so bedding/linen ,towels pure white...only thing first night had problem with toilet blocked though was fixed next morning when I reported ,rooms small but hey you only at hotel to sleep during day was touring...I loved it hotel made my trip to Saigon.

First impression is very important in my option especially a 5 Stars establishment like yours! This is what I had found in Lotte Legend Hotel Saigon when I’d entered in their front door step Monday 2nd July, 2018. 1 . Staff at door entry greeted us and made us very welcome. 2. Then we were greeted by Ms Mia ( Guest Relation Officer) she was really wonderful and friendly settling us in and made us feel really welcome and she had organised a day trip tour to Chu Chi tunnels at a fraction of a cost the very next day. She is a great value. The whole few days stay experience was just perfect and every staff members there were all very friendly and helpful!! Thank you 3. Executive Lounge Restaurant was fantastic with great service staff and great window view of Saigon River. 4. Pool and Gym facilities was fantastic! Very clean and maintained. 5 Very close proximity to locals and shops/ entertainments . Thank you Mia for patience and your Great Service to my Family during our stay there. As a frequent visitor to HCMC for business, I have stayed in at least 10 different 3 to 5 stars hotels in HCMC over the past year. Many are good but every one of them is lacking in an area like service or facilities, or is just too expensive for what they provide. I don't write reviews but felt inclined to do so based on what is undooubtly my best hotel stay experience in HCMC. Eden Saigon is new and there are a few minor teething problems as can be expected. The location is good but certainly not the best compared to the up market opera tourist area. But none of these matters. The management and staff has to be congratulated for the best service I have ever received in any HCMC hotels bar none beating out much better known and much more expensive high end 5 stars establishments. The architecture and design is elegantly understated by Vietnamese standards with an impressive grand lobby and 12th floor pool and bar not to be missed for the incredible views. Most importantly, the room is elegant, warm and comfortable, equipped with everything one needs with a few extra touches that makes the difference between good and excellent....and I stayed in the lowest end room. I have no doubt Eden Saigon will flourish if they continue their impeccable service and maintain their facilities, and do not look forward to the day when their rates catch up with their reputation. In the meantime, I am going to enjoy not staying in a different hotel everytime, now that I have found the one perfect for me.

My wife and I stayed in this Hotel for 10 days, of our 30 day trip to Vietnam. So we got to know the Hotel very well! The rooms were clean! The sheets were changed daily! The breakfast was excellent! They offered a couple of new items each day! If I was to return to Saigon; I would not hesitate to stay in this Hotel again. It is walking distance to Saigon Square and Ben Thanh Market (10 minutes). Lots of restaurants and small markets nearby. Book with Agoda, as the rates are much higher at the hotel! Enjoy!

This was a place for Kings and Queens, Captains of Industry, Tipans and other elite. What an experience! It's the best hotel in Saigon, there's no doubt about that. If you pay the extra to be on the River, you can sit out on the Pope's balcony and watch with wonder the river boats and commercial and private traffic and be transported back in time. The 1925 building is a real artifact from the Roaring 20's, and you get a real sence of the opulence of that period. The Staff is amazing. They are attentive and speak great English. Especially, the housekeeping. They clean your room on command instantly. But just be aware, this building is owned by the Communist Party and there is no privacy at all. The walls don't seem to have any insulation, so voices carry. (was my experience.) The Lunar New Year's Gala was Spectacular. I have stayed in several hotels in Saigon and this is the best for the money. The service was #1 and the rooms are very nice and clean. It is 1 block from the market and very central to everything. The morning buffet was always tasty and very fresh. The staff was very helpful and nice, with very good english. I will return to this 4 star hotel in the future. One happy client.

A highly recommend hotel in Saigon . I stayed at Grand total of 17 nights at the Premier room . i was very impressed of how friendly and helpful of all the staffs at the hotel .The front check in desk always great and acknowledge you right away .For directions and restaurants recommendations, believe me , they all have full knowledge , especially Truong ( ask for him ) , this guy ( not only he has a good sense of humor ) he also give you very good advice about food . The buffet breakfast has a full varieties of Asian , french and American food .. very well presented and displayed .. The Buffet team staffs are extremely beyond expectation . Loi ( Lewis) gave an extra care for his guests , The 2 ladies at the Pho station , always warm you with a good morning an a big smile on their faces... Ngan , the lady who taking care of my room every day , i have to thank her for doing such a good job .Overall , I really enjoyed my stay at Grand Hotel , give you a Home away from Home . Thank u

I've been visiting Vietnam a couple times a year for the past 9 years. I've come to expect a certain conformity and level of service that is, odd but OK. -Liberty Central is a departure from the traditional Vietnamese city hotel. They seem to be taking their cues from the best of European and North Asian hotels. The staff are all attentive and can actually "think for themselves" which as anyone who travels a lot in SE Asia knows is rare. The service was exceptional... especially for a 4 star property. This is a new property (less than a year old) but it has a quality feel to it that is again, a notch above the myriad of new hotels in Saigon. I was only here for 2 days on business so I didn't get a chance to try other amenities like the fitness center, pool etc, but I did see them, and they looked great. The breakfast is positively 5 star! I was very impressed!

It was as other reviewers mentioned, a very nice boutique hotel in Saigon. We wanted to be close to Ben Thanh Market because the purpose of our trip was to scout for goods in the area. The hotel was amazingly just a couple of blocks away from the market which you can actually view as soon as you step out of the hotel. Everything in Saigon is cheap.. lodging, food, transpo, goods, etc. That is the main selling point of touring Saigon. Other than that, there's hardly much else to see or do in my opinion. As mentioned, the hotel's location is very close to the market and to Saigon Square where you will find great bargain clothing and bags. But for a more touristy feel, might also be nice to look into the backpackers' area where there are more cheap stuff being offered as well as a good variety of restaurants. Just a short note in case others find this useful.. upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist got our passports and offered to keep it in their safe. We were too tired from the late night flight so I didn't even bother to think it over and just agreed. I began to worry hours after that but I decided to blindly trust them as I've not heard of any negative reports about this. It was indeed safe to have them keep your passports. They handed it back to us upon checkout. I was just worried because in my years of travelling, I always make it a point to keep my passport with me at all times.

On this Vietnam trip (July, August 2009) I have stayed in several hotels in Saigon and around the Mekong Delta. The Duc Vuong ranked first in terms of value for money and standards of management. I would unhesitatingly recommend it to travellers, business, tourist, backpackers alike. It is in a pleasant, quiet, safe location convenient to Saigon centre and to the tourist attractions and puts an emphasis on being helpful to its guests.

Big conference hotel with gym, pool spa. None of the personal touch from the smaller hotels so probably suited to Corporates rather than tourists. Location is excellent right in the heart of Saigon. Room we had was pretty standard size and facilities. Windows did not block any of the street noise including nearby karaoke or pub music which I thought was poor. View from the rooftop bar and pool was as good as you get for Saigon. Breakfast choices were excellent and quality excellent as well.

This hotel is cheap but mind you, they offer more than what you paid for!Their location is the best among all the hotels in Saigon! For only a few steps, you are already shopping and dining at Ben Than Market. Want to eat where Bill Clinton eats his Vietnamese Soup? This hotel is only 15 steps away from PHO 2000! No need to spend for your halfday city tour, their receptionist will give you a map so you can walk to Saigons tourist attractions!Their breakfast buffet is so delicious

Even though this hotel isn't close to the airport it was the best looking option for an overnight stop with my family (5 young children). The drive ended up only being 30min in the evening and 20min the next morning and allowed us to see some of the city too (the cheapest prearranged taxi we found was through the Klook App - highly recommend). The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The Premium 2BR Suites have a King and a Queen bed, plus plenty of room for a baby cot and extra blankets for one child to sleep on the couch (which they provided free). The pool was a great way for the kids to unwind and we ended up just having dinner next to the pool. Breakfast opened at 6:30am so we could eat before heading back to the airport. (NOTE: make sure you get a regular tourist visa even for just a scheduled overnight stop - they don't offer any "transit visas" at SGN. There is a newer eVisa option which is FAR better than visa on arrival. Research helps!)

I've been to Saigon tons of times and I only stay at this hotel. The hotel amenities are great, but also at the same time what makes this hotel stand out the most is the hotel's staff. They truly go above and beyond to making you feel welcome and supported. As a person who travels often, and I have stayed at many hotels throughout the world, I can say 100% this hotel is by far the best.

The best Value, the best Service, the best Location and the best Choice! There are many criterias one can use to select an outstanding hotel in Saigon/ Ho Chi Minh City. I was traveling with my wife and older brother, so I needed to check a lot of boxes on the list of desires for our 7 night stay. The Grand Silverland Hotel & Spa delivered beyond our expectations. Arranging pick-up from the airport via the hotel was simple and inexpensive. Just an email request to the hotel with date, time and flight number was all it took. This will be important after a long flight or arriving at some odd time. To know there is someone waiting for you that will take you to the hotel. Excellent transportation service to and from the hotel. There is also a tour service available in the hotel lobby if you wish to book sight-seeing tours with pick-up outside the hotel. The two hotel rooms that our small group used were elegant and spa like in design. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Speaking of relaxation, the roof top pool and roof top bar offer a lovely retreat. A spectacular view of the surrounding area will be appreciated with a wide angle lens on your camera. I'm not a horticulturalist, but someone on the hotel staff spends a great deal of time and energy making the hotel plants and flowers look beautiful. The aroma of the flowers is what you will remember each time you look back at your photos of them. The FREE breakfast at Grand Silverland Hotel & Spa should not be confused with a continental breakfast that you would get at some other hotel. It is a Grand breakfast with all the trimmings. From the omelet station to the fresh fruits, fresh juices, fresh pastries, fresh coffee and tea, all the way to a long list of other international breakfast foods. My brother & me were travelling to Saigon for the first time. We got an extra large room with two single beds. All our requests (non smoking room, higher floor & two beds) are been arranged accordingly. This hotel concept is modern & minimalist. The room is big enough for us. The location of the hotel is in the between of two famous street for tourists which are Bu Vien & Pham Ngu Lao. very happening area. We booked tours on Klook.com. The office of the Klool.com's local travel agent just next to our hotel. We do not need to walk to find the office every morning before start the tour.

Harmony Saigon hotel had everything one could expect in a 4 star hotel -- elegant lobby, modern guest room, quality facilities, tasty food, and good location. However, what impressed me most was the considerate and professional hotel staff. It was on the second day of our stay when my wife suffered a sudden vertigo and vomiting during breakfast. As a tourist who didn't understand a single word of Vietnamese, I could only seek for the help of restaurant manager. Without any hesitation, the manager called reception to arrange transportation and contact an international hospital immediately. When he escorted us to the lobby, a cab was already waiting for us. Upon arriving at hospital, my wife was attended by a doctor immediately, thanks to the pre-registration by another hotel staff. Fortunately, after a few hours' checkup and infusion, my wife was confirmed no big issue and released home. Surprisingly, the same staff was still waiting outside for us. My heart was really touched at that moment. When we reached hotel, the general manager gave us a warm greeting, and a restaurant staff delivered porridge to our room. My wife recovered fast and we had a pleasant trip in the following days. Before checking out the hotel, we reminded the reception staff to settle the bill incurred by the emergency. I was surprised again when he told me all the cost had been waived by the general manager. I have stayed at about twenty 4 or 5-star hotels worldwide. The experience at Harmony Saigon Hotel was unique and well beyond my expectation. I would like to express my hearted appreciation to the hotel staff and wish them all the best.
