A nice hotel with friendly staff, with decent size rooms. Very clean facility and well kept. We took advantage of the nice size swimming pool and was of great use for my son when the beach was cold and foggy. The hotel offers free breakfast that saved us the hassle and money. If we visit san luis again, we will stay in this hotel again for sure
Stayed one night as a stop over for our road trip. We check in after midnight and the staff was nice and understanding to allow us to check out late the next day. Room is clean. Overall good but just note that there’s no lift to second storey.
Dogs stay free and they give a welcome kit for your fur baby!!! Love that! Staff are great too. I came in with a guy complaining about his room but he had changed 3-4x and was threatening the staff that he will leave the next day! Bottom line guys if you treat the staff rudely you’ll get what you give! Be nice people they treated as well.
