"We stayed in this for 3 days. The room was clean, hot water is working, personnel were friendly and best of all it was cheap when we booked. They have free breakfast which was a bread and instant coffee, but I'm not complaining since it's more than what we paid for. There was some rain when we came one night, the hotel wasn't flooded but the area around it has some gutter deep flood making it inaccessible when coming in by foot. Area is quiet. No elevators but we were just on the third floor. Very short flight of stairs from the ground floor. Wifi is adequate. Overall, it was good value for money."

"We arrived with lots of luggages but none of the staff standing at the lobby lifted a finger to help. They just stared at us as we struggled to retrieve our luggage’s from the car. They have a luggage cart but none of the boys moved to get them to us. My wife had mobility problems but only the lady guard at the door seems to care.
The hotel itself is nice but THE STAFF GIVE THE HOTEL A BAD IMAGE AND UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE TO ITS GUESTS. We have planned earlier to extend our two nights booking but decided to move to another hotel where we fell
More comfortable and welcomed.
The management should change their staff or put them into a retraining program if they wish to stay above their competitors. With all the hotels sprouting in Davao, this hotel would easily decline behind its competitors.

"The location is👍.
Walking distance to people's park. You can do jogging at the park early morning, many people do it and it feels like home. Bank's are nearby, so if easy to withdraw if you become broke 😁😂. The city hall, cathedral, parks, museo dabawenyo are within reach by foot. Enjoy walking because it's good as exercise. Not far from the museo dabawenyo is the D Bone musuem, make sure not to miss this. Museo dabawenyo and D bone musuem has tour guide, they give very informative details. It's 👍👍.
Few blocks away from the hotel is the Penong's and Saging Repablik which happen to be in my itinerary, which makes the it great place to stay.
Roxas night market, pasalubong center, bankerohan market, aldhevinco shopping center and Gmall are all within reach by foot. So enjoy walking.😊👣
711 is the nearest convenient store which is 3-5 minutes walk (depend how you walk 🚶)
For the price, book day before or within the day, it is much cheaper. 😊👍
Before leaving the hotel, you triple check your belongings. Because during check out they will not inspect your room. After you hand over the keys, they will just say that you're good to go.
The cleans are room, during check in they have this form, you have options if you like them to clean the room or not. This makes you feel more secure that once you leave the room on day time, they will not enter without your permission. So it's 👍👍👍"

"the hotel staff was great, very helpful, though housekeeping could have been more at times consistent with keeping the room with more shower floor mates, sometimes hit or miss, room was comfortable, clean. The front desk personnel always helpful and very knowledgeable. the restaurant " tiggos" attached to hotel, the food was not bad but they were very inconsistent with their portions and found a thumb tack in my fiancées food. After that we never ate there again. "

"Convenient location walking distance to gaisano mall and san pedro hospital. There was an eatery directly outside the property. When I arrived at 3pm, my room was barely cleaned yet. Staff was not the most welcoming. Room was very small. If you have heavy luggage, you might want to find some place else."

"Bottom line: It’s an okay place to stay for one night, if no better options are available.
Pros: great breakfast buffet, super friendly and helpful staff, and good location.
Cons: Ants in the bathroom, TV lacks many channels, Aircon was cold but very windy to the point of distracting while in bed. Turning down the aircon a tiny bit made sleeping possible but then it’s too hot.
Bathtub didn’t have a stopper so you can’t really use it for anything but showers anyway (was hoping to have an actual bath when I booked it) and the water never got really truly hot or even warm. It wasn’t ice cold but it wasn’t warm enough to be relaxing.
All this wouldn’t be a problem if it was a cheap hotel (like the hotels in the 750-1000 peso range). But for a hotel in this price range I expected better. "
