Nearby is the Gimyong market and Santisuk Market renowned for its wide variety of electrical goods as well as street stalls selling an abundance of fruits and other products at attractive prices. Centara Hotel Hat Yai is also a local landmark and a preferred venue for corporate events in addition to offering comfortable accommodation for leisure and business travellers as it is located 20 minutes from Hat Yai International Airport.

In the middle of the town. Location is good, infront of the hotel has morning market and night market (selling food, clothes and etc) and near to restaurant, 7-11, McD, Money Changer, easy transportation at plaza entrance. McDonald's just downstairs if you are after their signature pork burger. Room is spacious & bed is huge even is a superior twin bed but lighting is too dim with only three yellow lights provide the whole room, the room looks old but still comfortable. Less than RM150 from Agoda, you can get the best location in Hatyai, free breakfast for 2, gym and swimming pool but its under plaza and many food stalls within walking distance and superb security as you need to show your bag every time you enter the buildings. Breakfast is awesome although mentioned pork free but i found fried rice with chinese sausage during my breakfast session. You also can have cheap buffet spread with just 169Baht (RM22) at 33rd floor. Just 10 minutes walking distance from train station to hotel.

The location of the hotel is strategic. It's easy for me to find halal food around there. Easy to find tuk tuk. It only cost 30 baht for each person to go to the night market. The tune hotel is near to the odean shopping mall,santisuk market,phaeng thong marke,asia market,yongdee market,kimyong market,lee garden plaza and many more. We don't have to take tuktuk to go around there.My family and i just walking. The conclusion is tune hotel is the best hotel and people should choose this hotel.

Without a doubt, this hotel offers the best quality and place to spend your nights in Hatyai. Convenient location, very close to Lee Gardens and Pink Lady Complex, magnificent view from high floors, full facilities like swimming pool and gymnasium, great foods, exemplary staff performance. Easy to find halal foods at place nearby, especially at night. On the day of checkout I've waited for my coupon taxi for almost 45 minutes, ask one of the staff at reception counter. She helps calling the taxi company to send me a taxi promptly. On her own phone. Very nice of her, thanks. I recommend this hotel strongly. Deserved more stars actually

1. Location : In the heart of Hatyai town centre. Near to the Night Market, Robinson and absolutely inside the train station building. 2. Food : A lot of halal restaurant near the hotel. Even the hotel itself got halal menu. 3. Shopping : Night Market near the hotel. Robinson just in front of the hotel. 4. Facilities : Internet was good in the room. Lift provided. Room and toilet very clean. Toiletries provided. Got open space for car park in front of the hotel. 5. Staff : very polite staffs 6. Value for money : For the price paid, its worth the money.

The location of the hotel is strategic because 2 minutes walking to Kim Yong Market, 5 minutes walking to Santisuk Market and can reach the centre of street attraction (Lee Garden Plaza, Santisuk Market and etc.) by 5-7 minutes walking distance. May get Tuk tuk and grab car easily for the transportation. Good 3 star Hotel, Friendly Staff and room is clean. Recommended for couple and family. My experience of this hotel is the pressure of water (especially hot water) need to be taken into consideration of improvement. Others this hotel management and arrangement was superb and excellent.

Asian Hotel is just a corner away from the heart of Hatyai - Lee Gardens Plaza area. The street in front of the hotel is less crowded, hence it is more peaceful and less noice during peak season. While the room is a little aged and we can't really adjust the air cond tempreture, it is clean and comfortable. From our room window we can have a good view of the street. Our room package does not include breakfast, which is great for us. The morning market is just a few steps away to the left of the hotel and to the right there are a lot of restaurant just few minutes walk. Eating at the local eateries and market may be the best way to experience Hatyai. Location for this hotel is the main selling point, Kim Yong Market and Santisuk Market are within short walking distance. Major shopping mall like Lee Gardens Plaze, Central and Odean can also be reach by walking. The plus point is if you are tired of the busy central area, just return to your quieter hotel street.

I'm a season traveller there. I've stayed many hotels but none can be compared to BP Grand Tower. Check-in staff/bell boy all very friendly and helpful. Room, big spacious and clean. Bed sheet change everyday. Provided daily 2 bt drinking water and 2 coffee sachet with creamer n sugar. Also a hair dryer for those required. Toilet amenities; 2 small bar soap, shampoo n body bath plus cotton bud. However, no tooth brush provided. Hot water can be adjusted to suit your bathing temperature. Room window views is spectacular. Can see the town if on high floor. Now back to room prices. This hotel usually provide a package with breakfast included. This time somehow i booked online which show breakfast excluded. Prices was reasonable and to my liking as i usually woke up late. Anyway, i'm there to enjoy and relax. I would suggest hotel management implement a 2 tier pricing; with and without breakfast. If not for this i would have given a 5 star ratings. Finally, my 1st choice hotel!!!

1. Receptionist is very friendly nice, all info provided upon query 2. Room is cozy/acceptable with basic amenities provided, 2 bottle water provided 3. Free Tuk-Tuk shuttle to Kim Yong market & Lee Garden (the Hotel selling point!) 4. Hotel environment is quiet suitable those need good rest after explore for whole day activity 5. Compliment WiFi provided (lil bit slow during peak hour) We booked 2 room with connecting, thus can’t get a new renovated room (hence the room abit decent old); & just a single door interval hence sound was clear from next door. (Room 712 & 714) Only two small lift in the building hence skip the usage during peak hour. Walking distance at least 850m (15min) to reach nearest 7eleven convenience store (near Kim Yong market) Hotel deposit is THB1000 and only accept cash. Overall is satisfy to the stay.

The location is good. Most of the attractions (Kim Yong Market, Lee Garden Plaza, Santisuk market etc) and railway station is within walking distance. If you boarded the bus from Malaysia, most of the buses last destination (Alisan, KKKL etc) is just few mins walk to this hotel. Both halal and non-halal food were easy to find around this area. As for the room, pretty decent. Good amount of TV channel, hot shower, pretty basic but the bed was comfortable. Tuk tuks are easily available outside the hotel. The only downside is sometimes there are moldy/damp smell and the walls are thin you can hear the next door chit chatting. Check-in/out process were okey, but they INSIST to have your passport regardless you provide them with a copy. In return, you travel around with a “passport receipt” that acknowledges that they have your passport for safe keeping. This was my biggest NO. Overall its a decent hotel. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend this to others.

I'd booked 2 triple room for family trip 8 of us (include 3 children).We reached hotel around 9.30am, very Good customer svc allow us to check in early.Hotel facilities quite old but overall ok..minimum toiletries(need bring your own).Hot water to drink only available in lobby room nearby lift. Good Wifi access and there's Kiblat direction in room,muslim restaurant just opposite hotel and end of corner left of hotel at reasonable price.For other amenities like money changer,cake house,cafe,groceries shop just few min walking.If travel via train also not so far from hotel just walking distance.Early in morning where traffic still not busy can hear train siren from hotel room.There's good foot massage next to hotel and opposite side. Very easy to get Tuk Tuk their always waiting in front of hotel.We are lucky coz we get muslim Tuk Tuk driver.Convenient to go anywhere and we charter him everyday base in our trip visitation selection with affordable price since quite num of us. Don't worry price are negotiable.For reference next traveller can contact his hp +66-8695839-66 Abg Aree. He can speak fluent in Malay and very humble person (not taking advantage in pricing).His having new Tuk.Tuk and good for family/small group which can accomodate up to 12 ppl. Just inform him which destination then he will bring you there.Travel hour can start from 7am until night time up to your request.It's easy as along the way we try a lot other muslim traditional food and visit mosque too.Great experience. Definitely will call him if come again if we going to Hatyai and stay at same hotel.Some of interesting place that we go Klonghae Floating Market,Municipal.Park, Cable Car, Hatyai 3D Museum,Samila Beach, Asean Market, Hatyai water park,Chang Puak Camp(elephant santuary),central festival mall,songkla aquarium,Sultan Mosque, Plaza Hatyai 1,2,3 (morning and most affordable day market where you can try all.local food/fruits,clothes, household item, dry fruits & nuts, etc), Phan Yong market

A little far from hat yai town center, is on south edge, but just 3 minutes' walk to Sakura Hotel for great massages and buffet breakfast. You can enter hotel/lobby from the back through the carpark or front. As you exit from the hotel's front entrance, walk left and turn left around the corner, walk straight ahead (towards the city center), you will pass a few street foods and eating shops all along the right opposite side of the road. You will find delicious and non-tourist priced thai food - noodles, mixed rice, and dim-sum. You must try the famous one that has the best wantan noodles and chicken/duck/pork rice - it is behind the Hatyai Rama hotel, as you walk straight towards Sakura Hotel, just before the opposite of the hotel on the right, in a small lane (left side of the lane).

Great location with 5 to 10 mins walking distance to access all shopping areas, night street shopping,food stalls and famous wantan mee, roasted pork (Ter wan kiam chai in Thai), Kim Yong Market and Restaurant Kan Eng. The room has refurbished and fixed with LED lights and looks trendy. The plus point is separte showers. Stayed for 3 nights and really enjoy ! The only negative point is no connecting room and little inconvenient for family with kids and pls be reminded : " Do bring along a 2 pins adptor for your charger!", else spend 40baht to get it from any stalls nearby.

It is an old hotel. Their Location is quite strategic, santisuk market is just around the corner. Staffs can understand english well and they were honest. My mom left an earing in the room after we checked out and they returned to us. However the water in the shower room running slow, so took us longer time to shower. Other than that is ok. The hotel staffs are friendly and able to speak mandarin and english. Hotel environment is good. The room is clean and big enough for 1 extra beds. Bathroom with bathtub in good conditions provide with shower cap, tooth brush, shampoo, shower gel, tower. The coffee in room is free to drink but there are some beer inside the fridge, not sure it will be charge or not if customer consume (suggest to ask reception before you open). Parking is available for guests. Beside lobby have a money changer shop which is very convenience for quests. Its very near to Lee Garden and night market nearby. Very strategic place for stay. Will come again.

This hotel is walking distance from the railway station, bus stop to Songkla and major attractions like Gim Yong market, many other markets and Lee Gardens Plaza. I hardly use taxis during my stay. The only downside is the rooms are not all the same. I was given one with a drainage and AC problem but they were quick to give me another room. They told me there was no WiFi in the rooms but I found a number of available free networks. The hotel look respectable and it is quiet. I am a non-smoker and had to put up with someone smoking on my floor. Non-smoking signs in this part of the world (SE Asia except Singapore)generally do not mean much.

we reach at this hotel, they ask we to transfer to another hotel. we request for extra bed, they don't have it and it so terrible for us cz we have to share 1 bed with 4 person in that time room are fully booked. please do not do like this again and please inform earlier for not to jeopardize our holiday with service like this. overall, for the "exchange" (little bear hotel) is best service, clean and nice.

Leelawadee Resort 2 located few miles away from Hatyai Town, this make it away from crowded and noisy places, it is recommended for those who want an quiet staying environment. The best advantage this resort is there is own car parking area right in-front of your room, ideal for those who drive own car to Hatyai. Inside room have fridge, tv, air-cond, but doesn't have cupboard, should add a cupboard in the room.

stayed here for 2d1n. it's pretty far from the city. had to keep taking the motorbike taxi (abt 7 mins ride, each trip cost between 30b to 50b one way depending on the time). not many food places nearby. you can find some thaifood within the near walking distance, but the options are little. the hotel itself is located beside 3 clubs..the clubs are loud! the rooms are somewhat well insulated but you can still hear the heavy bass till about 4am or 5am, depending on what time they feel like going home. so if you're a super light sleeper, this is not a good place. as for the hotel itself. the room is spacious (i got a superior room). the shower and the room is clean. however, there isn't a coffee/tea making facility in the room, and the hotel's cafe is closed for some reason, so no breakfast/coffee here either. and hotel room view is just neighbouring buildings. the receptionist don't speak much english so communication was a lil bit of a problem. the room in which i stayed, they bulb in the shower was fused, i called them up, the room service woman came up, said something in siamese, shook her head and when away. so i had to manage with the mirror's light. so in total, the room is clean, beds are comfortable.. but there are too many other downsides, so i wouldn't stay here again. it would be better off staying smack in the city.

our room consist of 1 master bed and 1 single bed which was comfortable for 3 of us. they provide everything including the towel, mineral and soap. the service was fantastic eventhough they have trouble to speak in english..they are very helpful and most of them can speak malay..so, for those malaysian people, i really2 recomanded you to stay here.furthermore, this hotel was located near to the tourist attractions such as the floating market which sell all the halal food for muslims. there is also plenty of halal food around the hotel.other than that, its also near to the central plaza which sell all the afforable good from food, cloth, toys and etc.so check it out!!!

Stayed here for 3nights in April and this is a right choice for us. Located about 2km away from Hatyai town centre (Lee Garden or Centara) and suitable for those who drives on your own and preferred a little quiet neighborhood. You can ask for Tuk,Tuk service from the reception. The double bed room is nice, modern and clean. No carpets and tiles only (good for those who are allergic to dusts). Booked the room only without breakfast and is affordable and value for money. Got wifi, LCD TV, AC , bar fridge and also safe deposit. No coffee/tea facilities but is okay for us. 24hrs Tesco Lotus or 7,11 stores just about 2mins walk/500metres away and at night got local eateries places to eat. There's a good Thai massage centre nearby called Oliver Ancient Massage :) Different types of stalls and food located nearby and mostly catered for the local Thais here. Will certainly recommend to everyone who would like to try somewhere less touristic and go for some local taste.
