We had a problem with the toilet and it was addressed as soon as we reported it. Upon check in I asked if we could have a room with a view, in spite of it being a very economical two nights stay over a busy weekend (Dec. 19-21). I didn't expect much because of the price, but the ck-in lady gave us a room on the 20th floor of the west tower with a view of the lake and ...

it's in a great location. you can walk to millenium park and sears tower. room was spacious and clean. however the entire building looks very run down and seems like it need renovation immediately. the people at the fron desk were not nice at all. they are kind of sully. i would recommend those you only care about location and cleaness. but if you want a neat/re...

Room was clean, spacious, with magnificent view on Willis Tower. Walking distance to all major attractions: Museums, Magnificent Mile, Willis Tower, Lake. Internet was NOT complimentary in the room price, so was not Fitness and pool, which I fould a little frustrating, althogh the price compared to NYC was very good. Service OK.

We like shopping, and the hotel is located near the best stores in downtown Chicago. The hotel is also close to the Art Museum which is a wonderful atraction oif the city. You also have very good restaurants in the area or if they are far away the subway and bus are good options. Also, coming back and forth to the airport in the blue subwayne to Monroe station is a fas...

Really liked staying here.. not the biggest rooms, but perfect for sleeping and showering - Centrally located - walked to Museum, The Cloud (Bean) and Millennium Park. Walked to the Sears (Willis) Tower... Used Lyft to get around to other places - SUPER Easy!! GREAT staff - always available and helped with a smile...

The hotel is in a very handy location close to most things you want to see and do. It is modern, clean and at the same time, homely. That is down to the attentive staff. The front desk are very helpful with tips and advice and the doorman treats you like his favourite guest. A nice way to be greater on your return from a day’s sightseeing.

I came to USA for business trip to Grand Rapids, MI. So this is one of the nearest Big city from there, so I came here. For the trip, I read throu "Lonely Planet: Eastern USA", and they recommend ONLY this hotel for visit on Chicago. That is the most reason why I choose this hotel. Cause this hotel was founded late of 1800s, so it has more than 120 years of histo...

The hotel is very nicely done - it's modern and the place is relatively new. Overall staff was friendly. There is valet parking downstairs for $67/day with in and out privileges. Or park across the street or around the corner in the self parking lots for about $47-48 per day. The hotel lobby is on the 9th floor so you do have to go up to check in first (and not the g...

Great staff. Convenient location. Well kept and updated. Good food at the restaurant and neighborhood -- generally speaking, yummy food around Chicago! Room very clean -- service a bit slow, but perhaps low manpower? Still, nice and clean. $16 Urban fee was a bit much -- that is, in-room espresso machine was wonky and made bad coffee (an upgrade would be good); we didn...

We got a view with such a great view! Most rooms either have a city or river view but we got a room with the river and a view of the lake! The room was nice and the bathroom was spacious! There was no bathtub, which agoda advertised for, but the bathroom was still really nice. Will definitely book again!

Our stay at the Radisson was excellent. Couldn't really fault any part. Upon checking in the staff asked if we wanted to upgrade to business for our stay which was reduced to $40 per night (from the standard $75). We decided to do it and it was the best decision we made. The breakfast and evening drinks by far covered the cost. The concierge was very knowledgable and...

I stay at this hotel yearly for convention during this time. The location is very good. My room was #425 which had 2 beds with microwave and refrigerator. There were many restaurants and convenient store such as 7-11 nearby. The hotel people were helpful. This time I had made reservation via agoda.com. It was cheaper than booking directly via hotel website. However nex...

The hotel is 10 minutes walk from S. Michigan Ave so is very handy for a good range of tourist and business venues. It is reasonably priced compared to many others in the area, but clean, comfortable and I had a spacious room. A little wear and tear showing in the bathroom, but it was kept very clean. Breakfasts in the restaurant seemed to be a bit pricey and the menu ...

I had a pleasant time at the Allegro Hotel. I stayed 4 nights. I couldn't understand why we only received 2 breakfast tickets per night, when we paid for 3 adults. The Hotel was very clean all the time. All the staff were very nice whenever we engaged. i loved the location. i would have to say that over all, i had a great time(because of the stay i had with you!

I was please that I checked in early and how polite and helpful the receptionist and the concierge were. The hotel was lovely, decorated lovely, and had a great atmosphere. The cocktails were great and the fresh cup of coffee in the morning was a great touch. With all this greatness I was very surprised to find 3 flaws. Once I entered my room upon checking in, I found ...

I traveled to Chicago with four friends for a 4 day trip. We did not know anything about this hotel before and booked it only because it was cheapest. It turned out that it was quite a perfect choice. The beds are quite clean and comfort, and the hotel is near several famous attractions like the Art Institute, Skydeck, Shedd Aquarium and Field Museum. It's also near th...

i love Kimptons and have stayed at several. This one is aptly named -- the room was v. small and dark, odd organization of space and no drawers. Location is noisy but that is to be expected in the loop; the rooms are fairly quiet. Not bad value for $200/night (relatively), just not my usual experience w/the brand.

I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights with my boyfriend. I like it because it’s very close to everything. I noticed that they don’t have reviews that much, to be honest, it’s very cheap but worth it. I mean, I only paid for like 50-60usd per night and I’m right in the center of the city, walking distance to the orange line, millenium park, target, walgreens, cafes and ...

We stayed at this hotel Thursday-Saturday and attended a Bears game on Sunday. The hotel held our luggage for us until after the game at no additional charge. They also did not charge us for valet on Sunday, even though our car stayed there until after 5pm. My husband and I did feel a little bad that we had a young child with us (7 months old) as we felt the hotel was ...

Room Type: 1 Elite King Bed The room itself is less spacious but equipped with a large UHD Samsung TV Built with Chrome Cast. They also have steam iron so it doesn't consume much space. I really love their bathrooms. Their mirror is built with lights around it suitable for preparing make-up. Other facilities include espresso coffee maker and a small refrigerator. ...
