I’m a frequent traveler and always trust agoda for my traveling. Agoda always recommend good hotel with best rate. But this was my 1st time in my entire life staying in a 4 star hotel that provide 2 star service. I can’t believe myself even how a hotel could provide such a bad service. 1st problem my room is not provided tooth brush, shower cap, face towel, cotton buds, and much more in the toilet. I called the room service they said all that is chargeable. I go down manage to meet the duty manager and complain how a 4 star hotel could provide such a service. After that they send all that for free to my room. 2nd problem my next door having party till 5.30am in the morning. According to the hotel regulations I believe 1 room max for 2 people but that room they have more then 5. I called the front desk complain 2 times but after 30 min only they took action. I consider this was my worst hotel experience. Hope agoda remove them from your hotel list to maintain your good name with people who always trust for traveling.

I booked two-bedroom suite in Sunway Putra Hotel on 13 Aug 2018. We stayed one night just to celebrate my dad's birthday. The check-in was quick and smooth. Special thanks to mr. Azizhan and his team for serving all our requests . The room was really nice and  spacious. They even decorated the bed with 'happy birthday' sign using flower petals and prepared a small piece of birthday cake for my dad. Thanks Ms. Siti and team for the nice decorations n the cake. We also had dinner in the coffee house. The food were quite nice and delicious and affordable too, and good service! . They had promo on selected ala carte meal sets for only RM25 including tea/coffee and desserts. For kids meal, to get a complimentary meal for every main meal ordered, need to have Sunway Putra Mall kids club membership. For breakfast, not many selection for Malaysian food and have rooms for improvement. We definitely will come again. We really like the hotel, with the low price from Agoda, the spacious room, the food, the hospitality, we also enjoy the shopping mall just few steps away (same building) and close by  lrt station. Very recommended for those who wants to enjoy KL city centre and travel with kids especially. Thid is one of the most affordable hotels and near to the city centre.

seri pacific is the best value-for-money hotel. i booked through agoda through a very cheap rate even though breakfast not provided, no problem lots of shops nearby. room is excellent, with all the amenities that you would expect from 5 star. room is modern, simple yet luxurious. i love the bed and the pillow are firm n soft. what i love most is the shower!separate shower and bath tub, the shower is great even though your are in upper floor.they provide bathrobe and hair dryer. location wise is superb, infront of sunway putra mall you can go shopping and cold storage to get your supplies. check-n was a breeze. through my experience, i would recommend to book via agoda or any other website for faster check-in as they will immediately issue you he key rather to book via their website they need to do the admin work. e.g. check your credit card, etc. i would definitely book this hotel again when i'm in kl.

Everything ok, nice room, clean, big, confortable, nice view.. Can be upgrade for new tv... Just only missed communication between agoda and hotel management, i book and paid for 4d 3n but first second day hotel receptionies come to my roon and ask me to check out, after i show my agoda booking voucher and go to reception counter after double check everything be fine...

Price is very value for money. Nearest to HKL/ UKM health center/ UUM KL at walking distance good location for those who attending course , not spent much time in the room only for sleeping and bath. Nearby restaurant around the hotel area. Easy for food hunting for Thai food. In the heart of KL city centre. Easy access to monorail station to reach other tourist exciting location in KL. nice delicious breakfast local Malay cuisine . Cons: do not aspect much the hotel fascility. Old carpet and furniture can’t be avoided by aging Hotel . But for those who did not mind the classy first class appearance this hotel is recommended.

Pros: 1. Very clean 2. Location strategic 3. Spacious room Cons: 1. Limited parking space 2. We are very upset during check-in time. We arrived at hotel quite late around 7.30 pm but many people check in at the same time because it’s public holiday. I’ve shown my booking details. However the receptionist couldn’t find our booking. One of the customer facing the same problem with us. However one of the reception just left his colleague to handle everything on his own because he want to go out. He only advised us to directly contact Agoda and request from Agoda for the claim. I informed him that I’ve done so many booking through Agoda website but never experience with this kind of issue. I’ve managed to contact customer service and she has put extra effort to help us. Even though we book through Agoda, but our booking is through agent actually. The agent trying to call few times but the receptionist didn’t pick up the phone because he was busy doing check in process for others customers. I’ve remind the receptionist to pick up the phone. Due to long waiting, I’m getting angry and almost lost my temper. Less effort from the receptionist to help us. After long time waiting, Agoda manage to settle our booking. Our booking is there, but maybe the receptionist is not properly train on checking customers booking through Agoda website. Only can check in around 9 pm..thank you so much to Agoda for your help. Hope that hotel can improve your check in process or else customer will get disappointed. Make sure your two receptionist always on duty. May consider to go out when no customers at the reception for check in process.

My 8th time staying here with my family because it is near to National Heart Institute easy to take my dad for a check up. This time we got a room facing Pusrawi medical centre. It was a quiet room compare to the room facing the main road and the view was so- so. the room situated at eleventh floor and we had to face the airconditioning problem. anyway...the staff were really helpful and the technician had fix it. and we were able to stay at the same room for 2 nights. the furniture and the room design brought you back in the 90s..... the drawer and cupboard were dusty.... No LED tv screen. Don't expect too much. If you are "simple" person, u can stay here.

I booked three days with separate bookings and type of room to experience myself at Tamu Hotel. And out of my 10 years staying , reviewing famous hotel in KL, I truly fall in love with Tamu & Suites Hotel. The staff very kind, polite and always smile like an angle suits with image and value behind the name of Tamu (Respected Guest). The food mmmuah so delicious. You’ll be treated like a Malaysian Warmess culture if you are also respecting and not exaggerating in demand. I do like this place very much till I signed to be vacation club without second thought. Strongly recommended to all tourist from all over the world. And I can say its far away better from Pullman KL, Grand Millenium, The Chorus, The 4 Season , Impiana KL, Mandarin KL Hotels. All of these luxury hotel is expenses , dusty room and the food are so lame

The hotel very near with LRT station, PWTC. Just walk within 5 minutes only. From the hotel, we can go to Sunway Putra Mall, PWTC easily. KFC also walk within 10 minutes from the hotel. However, it is quite noisy because it is at town where you can hear the lrt sound, people using engine, and others transportation sound. The bed sheet is a little bit of dirty where you can see at one glance. But the room that I booked is big for two people. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Overall, the hotel is good. I give four star out of five star to the hotel. Thank you for your services.

Nice room with daily room cleaning service, rooms have hot water kettle with coffee and tea and 2 waters daily, air conditioner blows cold but the shower head could use an upgrade. It’s an old style hand held that’s very difficult to position on the shower wall and is pretty grungy, the hot water heater also makes a ton of noise when it’s in use, it’s the only disappointment of our stay. Hotel staff was wonderful, there’s a front door man that will open the door for you every time you arrive or depart the hotel. The breakfast buffet is terrific with a couple meat dishes, usually a Malay chicken curry and a deep fried chicken egg roll, there’s noodle soup that you assemble yourself and rice soup with condiments, there’s an omelet bar, pastries and fruits, orange juice and very good coffee, the buffet was the best part about our stay, we looked forward to it every morning. Location is half decent, a 7-11 and KFC 2 blocks away, 6 blocks away is a large shopping mall

Unless for the hot water at shower, the water has something like steel dust and normal water tap at shower cannot be use. We only use shower. Hair dryer also not function and unable to replace as the wire is stick to the wall. Need some repair for that thing. pillow also maybe need to change after a long time use. Carpet may need to consider to change for a new one(if still has budget) Lastly, the smell from the opposite market is quite strong until itreach the lobby. It is so frustrating for first impression. Maybe you can design something at the entrance, like an aesthetic feature wall so that the smell unable to reach directly at the lobby. You can seek for interior architect/designer how to overcome it. For bedroom is clean, ample size and comfortable. Remind me the day when I check in to 4/5 star hotel 10years ago. The ambience is good. Overall, I have a good sleep there and worth the money with that kind of ambience. I like the price a lot! Thanks Agoda and Regency!

We checked-in around 2pm, although it stated check-in time 3pm. The reception staffs were so nice. They allowed me to check-in first and pay the deposit later since I didn't have enough cash at that time. They pointed me to the nearest ATM (CIMB) which is located at the PWTC LRT Station. The room was cosy. The aircond was good, even felt cold at 25ºC to me. There were 12 tv channels, our favourite were Disney and Fox Movie. The sejadah (praying mat) was kept in the wardrobe. The bath towels still warm when they handed to us around 3pm. There were sachets of coffee (3x), sugar (6x) and creamer (6x) with 3 cups and water boiler. The bathroom was okay. The basement car park were limited, but enough lighting at nite. The noise from outside (vehicles) can't be avoided since the hotel located at the city centre, but to us it was not so disturbing. Breakfast was awesome, worth the price. For 1 nite stay, we enjoyed so much. Thank you.

Felt more like a 3 star hotel. Walking distance from Sultan Ismail LRT. but a little hidden. Wish the staffs at the reception could be more friendly and cheerful. Almost twice it happened that the staff blurted that the hotel is fully booked before i even started clarifying my situation. The staffs at swimming pool level were extremely friendly though, me and my partner requested towels for bath as we had to attend a cosplay convention at PWTC at 10am and there was no room available for early check in, the swimming pool/breakfast staffs delightfully borrowed us two towels, an accommodating attitude worth praising. We only checked in at 9.30pm on the day due to our busy schedule but it was a good sleep. Room was clean, beware that no toothbrush or toothpaste supplied, no telephone in the room, something is making the room not cold despite the air from aircon is slightly cold. Also wish the spa and massage centre looks more professional and legit , we did not try it due to first impression of the atmosphere. Overall comfortable stay, felt that price is a little on the high side and many things could be improved :)

Apart from a few small cockroaches I have seen in the bathroom , my room was nice l Large with comfortable beds .The TV only had free Malaysia channels -2 of them blur...When I asked at reception a few minute later someone came up and fixed the problem . Wifi was VERY good . Drinking water was provided .For additional hot and cold drinking water there was a dispenser. Eating in the area is good and cheap-try the big hotel across the road .The Free GOKL buses stop 50 meters away from the hotel-Monorail 5 minutes walk For the price I paid -a bargain :-D

My friend surprised me with a city break to KL and booked us into this lovely hotel. The location is very central and only a short walk to the market and eateries. Plus there are several LRT/Metro stations close by for the other attractions around the city. The modern style room was very spacious and comfortable (5 star hotel mattress) and most importantly very very clean. Finally, the staffs are all very accommodating and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

As usual, first reaching to the hotel we will go to the frontdesk first for checkin. And as usual there is the friendly frontdesk name Nas. Never fail to smile and serve us with polite. And how do i know his name. Coz its not the first time i booked this hotel for holiday. Its one of my favourite so far. 😊 Next stop is the room. Always the best room. Clean and as what i wanted it to be. The bed is cosy. So not much i can comment. Next stop is the breakfast. Not that i say its not good. But can be better. Not much of a choice there. But still okay. If you plan to go on a trip to kl. Sure to book the hotel. Super value of the money and location not far from their monorail. Easy access i can say. Overall i rated it as a good deal. Will sure to book this hotel again. 👍

First off, this hotel is located SO close to chow kit monorail station. The monorail is the best way to connect to most places in KL and the proximity to transit was the #1 reason I picked this hotel. To arrive at the hotel, take the KL express train (35RM) and get a budget taxi from the counter at the top of the KL sentral station (should be 18RM before 12am). I see that there is a 15RM KL Sentral transfer service but I wasn't able to book it with my booking...)There's a nice little local food market outside the hotel and a few 7/11 if you need some odds and ends (ie. Ice cream, slurpies and water haha). Front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind, even offering to send someone with me if I wanted to go out after dark to get food and felt scared. Breakfast in the am was nice and a great idea if you wanna head out exploring right away. The server mehdi was so kind and friendly. He met me with a smile every morning and made me feel right at home. Breakfast consists of coffee/tea, eggs (fried, omelette, scrambled) watermelon, cereal, bread to toast and orange juice. The room was average, no window but that makes for a better sleep I suppose. Clean bed, tv with movie channels if you need some white noise and reliable wifi. Oh, and air conditioning so when you're having a hot flash, you don't end up dying. The halls were super loud and echo-y when I stayed there, but again, all travellers should bring ear plugs. I enjoyed the close proximity to KL sentral station and bukit nanas station (pentronas twin towers, KLCC Centre etc.) and was super easy getting back to the airport when it was unfortunately time to leave. I'd stay here again :)

EXSIM is a great serviced suite apartement like a 5 star hotel. I booked deluxe king suite room in agoda and they written is with bath tub but the staff said bath tub is only for premium suites and premium loft. Then i complain and show email from agoda, and the staff is helpfully upgrade my room from deluxe king suite to premium suites, there is a big bath up in the room! The best part is infinity swimming pool, you can see twin tower. The lack is about the wifi did not work, the location is too far and the room i got was a bit dusty.

Hotel is ideal for tourist visiting the Western olden portion of KL. Near to amenities : shopping complex - Quill, Maju Junction, SOGO, Sunway Mall. Public transport : Bus stop right infront of hotel, Star LRT - 3 minutes walk, Taxi - a lot plying the main road (Jalan Raja Laut). Convenience Stores - 3 24 Hrs stores located within 1 mins ; 7Eleven, KK , 1 Malaysia outlets .

I've been staying here for one month plus and this hotel will always be my choice when i come around to do check-up for my baby(3m) at WCH ( Woman Child Hospital ) . I am so impressed with how polite the staffs here, from the receptionist to the houskeeper, everyone is the best during my stay and i really feel like im home by that long stay period. It was so sad that im leaving this hotel and move to another place(Rumah Yayasan from Hospital) And i think im gonna be back cause i wanted to stay at place where i feel like im home. Thank you so much to everyone for their hospitality you guys are the best ever. Love from Sarawak!

The hotel has great location in the heart of the city with very nice view on the twin towers. In front is the Syrian restaurant with very nice food. Room is very clean and comfortable. Only small things they need to take care for improving: rooms supplies like shampoo and water you may need to ask then they will give, drinkinig water out of stock for two days, some light not working and so on the mirror and the balance, wifi very slow. But overall these are minor things, i still liked it so much and plan to come back again especially for its great condition and location. As an Arab the Syrian restaurant in front is very important and cheap.

The price for de hotel is cheap & unexpectedly extremely clean. Although de room is slightly smaller, but de bathroom is quite big & comfortable to move around. However, there is no parking provided by de hotel. I was being fined early in de morning by de local police. Overall, de hotel is a good place to stay as it's a strategic place. Just make sure to wake up early in de morning to pay de parking fees or you will be fine.

It is located opposite of the LRT PWTC station. KTM's Putra train station: 15-20 min walk. Definitely Sunway Putra Hotel is the best choice for having connecting bridge to the LRT station and shopping spree at the Sunway Putra Mall. Anum Hotel nevertheless, is an affordable accommodation surrounded by restaurants and shops including 24/7 KFC, 24/7 Mamak, 7-Eleven convenience store, laundry shop...wifi is provided, staffs are friendly.
