"First time to use this facility and was thoroughly impressed. We only had a 5.5hr stop-over between flights (SYD-LHR) but getting a couple of rooms for my family of 4 was well worth it. The ability to stretch out on a proper bed for a couple of hours and then freshen up with a shower before the next flight was totally worth the money. As the hotel is in the international terminal it is so easy to get to; you can step straight from your flight to the hotel and then just re-emerge at boarding time for your next flight....so easy. It’s a shame that use of the hotel lounge and it’s facilities weren’t included in the room rate but grabbing something to eat in the terminal wasn’t a drama (there is a kettle and tea making facilities in the room). "After arriving late into Kuala Lumpur, I needed a place to stay between my 12+ layover. This new capsule hotel is near Q Gates and the location was perfect for my next flight! The capsule was neat, clean, and tidy, as well as the bathrooms. Both had secure locks so I felt very safe with leaving my belongings. Their hospitality and amenities were excellent! They give you new bath slippers, a sleeping mask and ear-plugs -- all that you are able to take home, and even have shampoo and body wash dispenser and hairdryer in their private bathrooms. Overall, my experience here was lovely and I was able to sleep throughout the night. I rarely heard any noise around me, which was definitely needed after a long day of travelling. Great stay and I highly recommend this capsule hotel!"

"Basically, it is a dormitory with capsules. And not a "hotel". It is very simple but OK for a couple of hours. The capsules do not block the noises other guests make but offer some privacy. Generally, WiFi works, but some apps did not work for me, like Kiwi. Showers and toilets are acceptable. Finding a cheap ride from the airport may not be simple, you have to offer 20 ringgits for a 10 minute ride. There is a restaurant nearby, so you do not need have to eat at the airport."
