"I was staying in a horrible Airbnb and was looking for last minute hotels around Namba/Shinsaibashi area. The closest and best alternative I had was this hotel, which was literally 5 steps away from Nipponbashi subway station. This hotel is located at Exit 4 of the Train station. Location is fantastic when taking train. It takes about 12 minutes to walk to Shinsabashi area, a straight road down to the bustling area. I was able to leave my luggage there prior to check-in and there was welcome drink free for all to refill and drink at the reception area. The room was small, albeit cozy. The pillows used were traditional japanese pillows with beads but had the sheets over it. Although, we could feel the springs of the bed, it was still comfortable! Toilet was clean and amenities provided were immaculate . Staff was very friendly and helpful. Greeting us every time we walked past the reception area. Highly recommend to all! "

"My travel mission in Central Osaka was to simply experience Japan’s kitchen while entertaining my shopping habits. Cargo had made my trip more comfortable and relaxed. After getting good sleep in my private mini room at Cargo, I was able to get ready in its fully equipped washroom and shower facilities without any hassle. Cargo’s house-keeping services will provide fresh personal amenity set including a pyjama set, everyday!; and were also able to consistently maintained the whole place clean. Going back to Cargo for these facilities and services after a long day is truly a stress-reliever. What got Cargo to me was the flexibility of privately packing-unpacking my things in a mini room with purse-friendly rates, and it’s strategic location to either enjoy the shopping street of Shinsaibashi-Dotonbori-Namba area (Chou-ku) and to enjoy the less hectic area of Shinsaibashi that offers strings of small shops, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets - all within the vicinity of train stations. Thank you to everyone at Cargo for making my trip to Osaka, a better and restful experience!"

"I've stayed here 2 times (3 nights the first time and 1 night the second time) already because the price is good, the bed is comfortable, everything is clean and the hot bath really made my day the first time I stayed there! Its located close to Namba station, close to Shinsaibashi area and dotonbori area so you have a lot of interesting sightseeing spots that you can easily find from the hotel. Also, if you take the right exit from Namba station (exit 25), the hotel is literally 1 minute by foot so it was very easy to find. Staff was also very friendly. There were lockers for personal belongings. Cabins were spacious considering its just a capsule hotel. The only thing I can criticize is that it gets a bit hot if you close your cabin overnight, even with the air condition on. So I recommend leaving it open a bit to get air. But after all I can really recommend this place, especially if you're on a budget. The (free) hot bath after a long exhausting day was exactly what I needed!"

"Having stayed in really small rooms in Tokyo, this hotel was a surprisingly spacious. We absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms had wi-fi and were so comfortable and luxurious. The staff were so polite gracious, and helpful. The location was the best as it was just above the Shinsaibashi subway station. Just in front of the hotel was a great shopping area with a covered shopping arcade just behind all the high-end shops. We would definitely stay here again and will highly recommend this hotel. "

"I have to say that this would be one of my favorite hotels in japan for it's price! The rooms are relatively bigger than some of the other hotels i've stayed in. The staff speak decent english, and best of all, the location was perfect. about a 30 second walk (1 small block) away from the shinsaibashi subway station and pretty much near Amerika-mura! Dotonbori is about a 10 - 15 minute walk away, which means it's close by! If you're looking at staying in Osaka, i'd say this hotel is definitely one to pick up and stay in!!! A cafe/bar (planet 3rd) is attached to this hotel and is right outside/infront of the complex, which means easy options for coffee or breakfast."
