Wooden blinds are environment friendly and do the job well. Hard floors are polished. The bathroom is somewhat congested. The shower stall is pretty tight with no hand-held shower. Showering is not comfortable. The toilet bowl, on the other hand, has water jets, button controls, and the hand-held spray. There is a bath-tub too, which I would have gladly traded for a larger shower stall. The house specialty is Asian cuisine likewise in-room dining is mostly Asian. The usual kettle and tea things are in place, moreover a micro-wave, cereal bowls and cutlery are above par. The Grande Centre Point is pricey, and worth every penny. Book early, without hesitation.

It's a place where you can feel comfortable in many ways. It is well located, the hotel staff are friendly, and the rooms are kept clean. This is the hotel where you are going to visit again.

my family and i stayed here for 4 days, 3 nights between christmas and new years. we were fortunate enough to get a rate on agoda that made the executive floor reasonably priced. i stayed with my wife and kids, aged 6 and 2, and we all had a wonderful time. throughout our time at the novotel, every staff member was friendly, kind, and courteous. they went out of ...my family and i stayed here for 4 days, 3 nights between christmas and new years. we were fortunate enough to get a rate on agoda that made the executive floor reasonably priced. i stayed with my wife and kids, aged 6 and 2, and we all had a wonderful time. throughout our time at the novotel, every staff member was friendly, kind, and courteous. they went out of their way to ensure that all of us had a great stay. the kids loved the pool. it is a decent size and has a kids pool that was suitable for my youngest to play. it is also high enough up (on the 4th floor) to make sure there were no bugs to bother you. the executive lounge was great, and definitely worth it. the breakfast buffet was plentiful and had a great variety of food. the drinks throughout the day made for a nice pit stop between sightseeing trips. in the evening it was nice to relax with a bottle of wine and a great tapas bar. as we live in bangkok, the lounge helped make our stay something special. we also loved the hotel for its location. situated across the street from siam paragon department store and the siam bts station, it was the perfect place to begin sightseeing, go shopping, or take in the night life. i highly recommend this hotel for your stay in bangkok.

(breathtaking view from the treadmills over the city). on top of that centara grand features the red sky bar on the 55th floor open until 1am everyday. best views guaranteed. only drawback is the price. everything is overpriced at this hotel. every drink, internet, business center, breakfast, it's more expensive than even in europe! for breakfast we payed 756thb. almost four times more than at aetas residences in bkk. for 5min internet and 4 pages printed we payed 220thb!! for thai measures very expensive. room price is ok tho'

FREE WI-FI is a plus points ;) Our Bathroom has own/separated shower, bathtub, toilet bowl with sprinkler & the best of all, they're unlimited use of aroma therapeutic toiletries that you can use for the bath tub and deep in for hours! :) And lastly, we have our own master's bedroom with 1 king-size bed with an office table on the side, and 1 bed side table. LOCATION: Evergreen Place Hotel is located at the center (but not so busy/crowded area), the hotel is located 2mins walk away from Ratchethewi & Siam BTS Station (MRT station), 5-10mins walk (depends how slow are you) to MBK Mall, Siam Discovery Center, Siam Center, & Siam Paragon, and a lot more malls. Just right outside of the hotel has a coffee shop, sushi bar & resto, and Seven-Eleven 7/11. FOOD: FREE BREAKFAST: Not bad, but still ok. 6/10. POOLSIDE: They have a good poolside to chill in during lazy hours, I think each corner of the poolside has a gazebo if you want some shade ;) and beside there poolside is the cafeteria & gym :) CONS: • The receptionist can't hardly speak nor understand english (6.5/10). • They have two (2) elevators but only 1 is functioning so you have to wait long if the elevator is already FULL from the other floors. TIP: take a roundtrip instead

after i read positive reviews from agoda and tripadvisor, i booked this hotel thru agoda, instead of slh site, because agoda provided super low special promotion at that time ($150 for studio including tax and service charge). i stayed for 5 nights for relaxation and recharging after heavy work for last few months. this hotel fits very well to my purpose for holiday ...after i read positive reviews from agoda and tripadvisor, i booked this hotel thru agoda, instead of slh site, because agoda provided super low special promotion at that time ($150 for studio including tax and service charge). i stayed for 5 nights for relaxation and recharging after heavy work for last few months. this hotel fits very well to my purpose for holiday and i enjoyed 100%. 1. location taxi driver might not find hansar so you may ask four season or hyatt erawan (they are very close by). other wise, public transportation is good. bts station is in 3 min walking. you can move to siam (1 station away) or silom direction. for sukumvitt direction, you can transfer at siam station or walk little more (10-15 min) and take a sky train at chitlom bts station. 2. studio room (entry level) it has huge space for room itself and storage areas. room is separated from bathroom with sliding doors. separate kitchen and study sections are near the main door. the bed and living room are combined and represent as main area of the room. washer/dryer (provided with a detergent and a softner) was very useful if you easily get sweated under the bkk weather. mini-bar was free with sodas, beers and bottled water with few snacks, but not fancy since they are free. bathroom was great with separated rain shower room and soaking bath. room service will clean your room 2 times a day to maintain neat and fresh.

Daily room service are prompt and efficient. Credit to a team of young man who work hardworkingly in cleaning our room daily. (I stay in 9th floor during this period). Only set back is the check-in time, though with 8 staffs in counter but still take us 20 min to get the keys. And also the color faded floor carpet (though I think is clean but will make u felt dirty when u see the colour). Will recommend to friend and will come again .

What really touched me was, my dad’s birthday falls on one day of our stay. The team had prepared a card and a slice of cake in the fridge and it was Super sweet of them!! really appreciate the effort they put for the guest!

If you take a right as you exit the hotel, and walk a block or two, there is a great place for a Foot (and back etc) Massage. It is super close to a few malls like MBK, Siam Center, Siam Paragon and if you go a bit further, Central World Plaza. Pratunam is also in reasonable walking distance. Getting back to the hotel is easy by taxi, because everybody will know the National Stadium BTS station. ==Access from Suvarnabhumi (BKK) airport== Take City Line to the end station (Phaya Thai). Transfer to the BTS train, headed for Bearing. Get off at Siam BTS station (2nd stop). From Siam, you can either walk to the hotel (5-10 minutes), or change to the Silom line, heading for National Stadium BTS station. The hotel is directly below the National Stadium BTS station. Walking to/from Siam is more economical, but maybe train is better the first time with luggage.

We were given a room on the top floor of the hotel and the rooms were nice and cosy. Just nice for two people. The room looked new and smelled fresh. Toilets were just nice as well (mainly because both of us aren't big-sized. Bigger sized individuals might find manoevuering in the toilet a little tricky and squeezy. Our only complaint was that there was constant drilling and knocking on the 17th floor due to construction and tooth brush and tooth paste were not provided. Having a hotel literally next to the BTS was a total charm. After a long day out in the city, the last thing you want to do is carry your luggage a few hundred metres or more to your hotel. We just had to come down a flight of stairs from the bts station and voila... there our hotel was. The deal we booked did not include breakfast (was expecting the staff to be kind enough to offer it complimentary but alas, they did not - not a big issue to me though). We had our breakfast every day at a thai local eatery just next to the hotel at pranee building. They are open every day except sundays. The staff was helpful and command of english was adequate. Concierge was particularly helpful in recommending places to visit (Even though we had places we wanted to go in mind), as well as efficient in hailing taxis for us. All in all, a very comfortable and happy stay... would tip everyone if i had more baht remaining. Haha. Would definitely come back to Ibis Siam the next time i'm in Bangkok.

We alighted at Siam Station. Following our gps, we got lost in Siam Paragon, how...This is my first trip to bkk with my sister. We're both 18 and 17 respectively and since it was just the two of us and like many people, we read reviews and was quite scare to take a cab upon our arrival in bkk, so we decided to take a bts instead which is at the basement(airport link). We alighted at Siam Station. Following our gps, we got lost in Siam Paragon, however the people here were really friendly, and we got to know there's actually a free "tuktuk" service at B1, Gate 5 of Siam Paragon. Its just a quick 5mins ride and you will alight at the outskirt of the hotel. Just walk all the way straight and you will be able to see it. The staffs in the hotel were really friendly and kind. The bellboy came rushing to help my sister and I with our luggage upon arrival. We got a standard double twin room and the room was quite old, but to us it was okay, since we just needed a place to rest/sleep. Every morning without fail, the staffs greet us with a smile and will ask how's our day/recommend places for us to go. Buffet breakfast was good too, there were lots of variety! The hotel is just 5mins walk away to Pantip mall which sells all the IT gadgets raging from laptops/cameras/iPhone accessories/ bb casing and 10mins walk to Platinum fashion mall. It is also a 5-10mins walk to Siam Paragon and Siam BTS station

Location was ideal as you can take a quick taxi ride to Old City for sightseeing, BTS ride to Sukhumvit for dining and massage and Jim Thompson's house is just next door (5 mins walking distance). Also shipping centres (BTS, Siam Paragon, Siam Centre and so on) are just one BTS station away or 5 ~ 10 minute walk Taxi ride from the airport should be around 350 baht (including airport charge and 2 toll charges) and back to airport should be around 300 baht. Hotel will inform you that it is around 500~550 baht and taxi drivers will claim the same. But I actually travelled from the hotel to airport in early morning for 220 baht as the driver bypassed all the toll booth. Swimming pool can be a good place to chill out and ground floor bar is very expensive for drinking for Thai price but good place for a drink or two with live music.

This was my first stay at the InterContinental. It really is a top quality hotel. My room was with a free internet service. As far as the location is concerned, it is not too far from the Siam BTS station. The Hotel is connect to the Luxury Shopping Mall Gaysorn and through BTS Sky Train walkway can easily access to other shopping mall like Central Word and Siam Parago...This was my first stay at the InterContinental. It really is a top quality hotel. My room was with a free internet service. As far as the location is concerned, it is not too far from the Siam BTS station. The Hotel is connect to the Luxury Shopping Mall Gaysorn and through BTS Sky Train walkway can easily access to other shopping mall like Central Word and Siam Paragon. Bathroom amenities are quite standard with a separate shower and bath tub. The bed is comfortable enough. The perfect things is hotel provide the pillow list for you to choose you own prefer style. This is quite complete and well service compare to other hotel.

Very satisfied with the hotel. When I booked the hotel there wasn't any review for this hotel and I decided to take the jump and booked it anyway, considering it's location, advertised as new and the price. Didn't regret a single bit about it. Location - 10 min walk to the National Stadium BTS station and MBK shopping mall, 15-20min to other malls such as Siam Paragon...Very satisfied with the hotel. When I booked the hotel there wasn't any review for this hotel and I decided to take the jump and booked it anyway, considering it's location, advertised as new and the price. Room - very spacious. I travelled with my wife and a 3 year old kid and we had the space we need. My son could run around in the room. King size bed and spacious washing space. Too bad there wasn't any bath tub but we were ok with it. Only complaint was that the pressure of the shower was rather weak and water temperature was inconsistent. Taking shower for my son was a bit challenging as the water temperature keeps changing. Staff - very polite and helpful. Greeted us everytime with a smile and helped us to carry our shopping bags from the entrance to our room! Price - no regrets!! For the price that we had paid we feel that it was underpriced!! My wife and I was hoping that they will not increase the rate the next time we come back, probably next year!

this is probably the best hotel i've ever stayed at. the staff was super friendly and accommodating, especially the front door people. the hotel is very luxurious and has a modern, beautiful design. the room and especially the bathroom is gorgeous, and they provide all necessary amenities. the food is excellent although a little pricey (but i guess that's to be expecte...this is probably the best hotel i've ever stayed at. the staff was super friendly and accommodating, especially the front door people. the hotel is very luxurious and has a modern, beautiful design. the room and especially the bathroom is gorgeous, and they provide all necessary amenities. the food is excellent although a little pricey (but i guess that's to be expected when you go to a five star hotel). didn't use the facilities because i only stayed one night but they seemed nice as well. the location was okay; there mostly just hotels around there and a few street food stalls as far as i could tell, but the siam shopping area and mbk is only two stops away on the bts (the bts station itself is less than a five minute walk from the hotel). definitely recommend staying at this hotel. only wish i had booked for more than one night so i could enjoy more of the hotel. will come back.

The hotel is clean, fashionably designed, and provide good service. The buffet breakfast has a good variety. Clean and spacious pool, reasonably well equipped gym. The executive lounge is comfortable, snacks and drinks are pretty well replenished. Room is clean and well equipped. I stayed in an executive club room it was smaller than i thought. Still comfortable. The shower room is separated from the rest of the bedroom by 2 glass walls. You can draw down the curtains in the shower room. However the 2 curtains will not be able to fully cover 2 glass walls, you can still see into the shower room at the corner of the glass walls. Not a big issue but might be awkward for some people. The service is good overall. My requests are well responded. However when heading to airport, the concierge got me a taxi not going by meter. I only realized after I saw the meter was broken half my journey. I stayed in many hotels in Bangkok and all 5* hotels get me a taxi with meter, instead of expensive one this one that charged me 800 bahts to the hotel. I hope they will stop using cabs that do not go by meter for their customers. Overall it's a good hotel and will recommend to other travelers going to Bangkok.

For your information, Ratchadamri BTS is one station away from Siam BTS station (Siam Paragon) for your shopping needs, and one station away from Sala Daeng BTS station (Silom, Patpong Night Market, etc) for your night life activity. Another things that I like from this hotel is the design, which feels like home and not too heavy, cleanliness (although I spotted dust behind the bathroom sliding door), and the good service. This Marriott brand hotel provides your basic needs in the room and outside the room. Bathroom amenities are complete (you can always ask for more according to you need for free), in-room safety box, mini bar, complementary drinks-coffee-tea, non-smoking/smoking rooms, ironing board, free wi-fi/LAN, multi-channel TV programs (although not too comprehensive). However, there are no in-room slippers. This hotel also provides you with swimming pool, gym, spa, restaurant, and tuk-tuk service to go to main road. Too bad there's no sauna and steam to relax. For sure Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok provides your basic needs for such price and international-chain branded hotel. Nothing fancy, but carefully and professionally managed.

We booked a superior suite and was given a pleasant upgrade to deluxe suite at LIT residence. Note that you must do some research and be sure what type of room u want as the LIT hotel also offer rooms provided under LIT residence. The services by all the staff were good and all of them were very polite and friendly, especially the doorman for both the hotel and residences who were very pro-active in their duties and lending a helping hand. The room itself was comfortable and all the equipments were in good working condition, including the microwave and the washing machine. Location wise, it was nicely situated with famous shopping Malls like MBK, Siam Paragon just 5 mins walk away. Both the National Stadium BTS and Siam BTS were very convenient in travelling around BKK. There’s also a canal ferry services behind the hotel which is 1 ferry stop away to the pantunam area (platinum mall, big c supermarket, central world). It is very useful to use especially during traffic jams and is very cheap. Ultimately, we enjoyed our stay here at LIT and we saved quite a lot travelling using the canal ferry and the BTS.

It is also next to a canal boat stop which will take you down toward Khaosan Road/Palace etc, or to eastern Bangkok.
