I booked my room without breakfast knowing I wouldn't take the breakfast on some days. It's easy to add breakfast and perhaps invite a friend to join you and add it to your bill at checkout. The Skybar is famous in KL with visitors and locals. The stunning views of the twin towers and the ambience are wonderful, nothing like it anywhere! The hotel is a short and beautiful walk to the fabulous KLCC mall and twin towers. And the Pavilion mall with it's great food court, Bukit Bintang, and Jalan Alor food street are nearby. I can't say enough about this hotel and will return every time I visit Kuala Lumpur.

The room itself was gorgeous. There's a full length feature window - it's basically one really huge piece of glass that spans the entire wall facing the bed which was absolutely spectacular. There were a lot of compartments in the room so it felt a bit like a mini treasure hunt trying to find them all. We also found a door opposite the sink that we couldn't open - mysterious - although I'm guessing that it links to the room next to us. I found the sofa quite uncomfortable, and the TV is at a 90 degree angle to the bed which means watching TV in bed isn't very fun. Service was impeccable. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are also really quiet. You can barely hear anything except for when your immediate neighbour opens/closes their room door. The staff at Thirty8 restaurant were also very good. There were 2 other people celebrating their birthdays, and a group of staff would go to their tables to sing a special birthday song. For mine, they prepared the Thirty8 signature cake and sang a birthday rendition of Beyonce's - Single Ladies. Another birthday table had their birthday song in the tune of Lady Gaga's Bad Romance. All in all, it was a memorable stay. We'll definitely stay here again.

Our Stay at Concorde specially mentioning "Premier rooms" was really awesome! It is very local, looks rubbish but they serve you with big smile. All local people smiled also as they realised that a foreigner was brave enough to eat there. But it is worth! Very impressed with the Pacific Regency. We stayed here for two weeks in November and will be going back next year. We had an executive room which was large and very clean. I would say its a good 4 star, not really a 5 star like the Meridien or Intercontinental. The rooms are a big plus point here compared to any other hotel I have stayed in. The restaurant Soi 23 was excellent, we had the best Thai food in KL at Soi 23. It was also very reasonably priced and the service was very good.The hotel security was very reassuring, two guards at the front door was good to see.The hotel is a quiet street and its about 15 minutes walk to get anywhere, not to much of a problem as a Taxi was about £2 to £3 to get into the centre of town. the Monorail is about 15 minutes walk at least. The hotel do not provide a shuttle bus into town which I think they should.Taxis are easy to get from the front of the hotel, didnt have any problems. Its 150 RM to get to the airport. Hotel is highly recommended. There is a on site launderette which came in handy.About £4 for a wash and dry for a large load.

The car park entry/exit is a bit narrow for large MPV’s/SUV’s.KLCC within 5 minute walk. A great place to shop and the food court serve great foods.

I have stayed in countless hotels and apartments in many countries and it is my first time at Fraser's facility and I rate it highly and among the top of my list and definately will stay again. This happened before on my stay in another hotel in Penang where booking was made through agoda. 2-3 staffs were not well versed about the hotel facilities and food menus. Capacity turnout for breakfast causes panic in the staff and we were told to wait at the lobby until they call when table is available but were made to wait indeed without any sign of attention where much later guests keep getting the place instead of us.

As I took the hard way to get from the airport to the hotel(because of all the good food I'd been having) I kind of collapsed on the chair at the reception. I produced my booking slip and Arun was taking some time to find my booking. I gently reminded him the I requested for a room with a view. Lying in bed(kingsize)I could see the Twin Towers. Room service was fantastic, especially the speed. All the staff were fantastic.KL Suria was about 8 mins walk and they had some fantastic food courts and restaurants there. Arun organized the taxi on departure to KL Sentral from where I took a direct bus to LCCT. Total cost 22MYR. I gave Arun a $20 tip and a half a bottle of Teachers Whisky.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm cookie. So delicious that I bought another at the cafe. Must try are the muffins - the lemon ones disappear too quick! Well done to the concierge & porters there who are always ready with the smiles & greetings fist to heart. The check-in staff needs to ease up & smile more too. As a single female traveller, I felt safe in the hotel as there is key card access to all room floors. Hotel shares a building with the Intermark Mall - Food court, supermarket and cafes on levels below the hotel lobby. Huge sportswear store at factory prices there too. Tip - pastries @ hotel cafe go at 50% between 5-8pm. But you have to be quick. Traffic to front of hotel is crazy on Friday night. A girlfriend was crawling along for 45mins at 6pm to pick me up so be prepared if arriving around that time. Everyone wants to go to klcc for dinner & shop around that time. Walking distance from hotel via a pedestrian bridge is Ampang Park Train station. 1 stop (RM1) and you get to KLCC. Easy peasy.... Strongly recommended for families too - beautiful sea water pool! A must try - I did and it was a good swimming brisk laps there. But hurry down to grab the lounge beds - limited number! Gym is well equipped for those who must put in their 30 minutes a day.

i the last 12 months i have stayed at this hotel for 22 nights over 6 different bookings, this speaks for itself! love the hotel, mostly stayed in a junior suite with club access. just a short walk (almost entirely under cover!)to bukit bintang via the pavilion shopping centre which has fantastic shops and an amazing food court, you could eat every meal in this food co...i the last 12 months i have stayed at this hotel for 22 nights over 6 different bookings, this speaks for itself! love the hotel, mostly stayed in a junior suite with club access. just a short walk (almost entirely under cover!)to bukit bintang via the pavilion shopping centre which has fantastic shops and an amazing food court, you could eat every meal in this food court and still not have tried each stall. the other most important aspect of the novotel kl is the amazing staff. they are all very polite and most helpfull, from the concierge to the duty manager. i had a reservation problem with one of my stays caused by the accor club but the novotel staff were quick to resolve my problem. this is my 'hotel of first choice' in kl and now my brother is about to have his second stay there in 6 months. very highly recommended!

Many money exchanges close by, pubs, restaurants from low to high end in walking distance. One flaw, Wifi in our room was weak, sometimes at 25% strenght. Recommend this hotel as far as location, food , 5 star rating but 4 star hotel prices are concerned, Use Agoda to get the best deal! Others are way higher.

It is new, the room is spacious, bed is comfortable, stay at level 51 with amazing view despite not facing KLCC. The room has direct USB charging plus USB plugging from mobile to Smart TV. Another great point is that there is 3M filter system which it is safe for drinking from the 3M labeled tap. This is better than the usual 2 free bottles of mineral water. Iron, ironing board and bedroom slippers are available too. The bathroom is very spacious, great for big-sized travellers. It uses both rain shower and shower head. I love the toiletries which are organic, good for travellers with sensitive skin I guess. I cannot find any hair dryer though. Make use of the infinity pool at level 39, it is awesome. When we swim backwards, we can see ourselves from the ceiling mirror. We take pictures and it is so instagrammable! Check-in is at level 40. It is abit challenging to identify the exterior of the hotel as it is a full black tinted glass tall building. It is about 10 to 15-min walk to KLCC and other shopping malls. It is near to some embassies too. Security is 24 hours at level 1. My husband and I enjoy our stay so much that we would rather sleep in than to get ourselves out to do some shopping but well, we need to get out to get food. There are other available services which we have no chance to experience. Eg free rental of bicycle, yoga class in the sky, sky dining, beer promotion etc. The design and layout of the lift lobby to room corridors are uniquely and consistently designed as well. One thing is that we can hear other guests closing theirs door, it is loud. I believe it is due to the door for being heavy. I truly urge all travellers to book Elements when you visit

This is a great place to stay since the twin towers and beautiful park is two minutes away. And there are many places to eat in the food court, and the train and hop on and hop off bus are all convenient for this location. I was disappointed that the jacuzzi pool area was under construction during most of my visit there. It was a last minute decision to book the hotel and found the location very convenient with LRT right outside and you can literally walk 10 minutes to KLCC. The breakfast was not that wide a spread but they had all the essential brekkie stuffs. Encountered a crawlie which appeared on the table and promptly informed the staff who apologised and moved us immediately. Restaurant Manager Mohd Robae waited for us to finish our breakfast before personally attending to us to apologised about the incident. Although I said it was ok he was really concerned. This gesture was followed by a plate of fruits and a personal card from him again apologising about that incident. This is the BEST service I have received and am greatly impressed with the gestures by Mohd Robae. 10 stars. Hotel room was big, big comfy bed very comfortable and business served. Will definitely come again. Especially for the location... out of the city but nearly.

There are many cheap eateries in the adjacent commercial block, and you can have Dominos and Macs delivered in. Our first room was a bit noisy from the aircon, when we extended our stay we asked for another room - no problem. Breakfast fine, but choice asian/muslim oriented. Wifi expensive, which is a shame, but Celcom mobile phone 3g access is cheap in KL. I connected my Laptop to the very nice wall mounted TV and we enjoyed many movies. Absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel, Room service food available to 10-30 again very reasonable by UK standards. Each room has a small fridge which you can stock from the local shops. Bathrooms totally acceptable, bathtub a bit small, shower fine, hot water a bit patchy, but was not needed. Tea and coffee facilities very nice, ignore the card saying extra supplies at a cost, and intercept the room maids who are very nice....but don't take advantage!! Tip them. Rooms have heavy curtains and parquet wood floors - very clean. Only expect a 1 in 4 chance of a view!! The views range from not so nice street to nice trees to petronas towers. They haven't invented a one sided hotel yet!! Can't think of anything else....enjoy your stay.

There are three 'towers' or buildings of the hotel. Only tower 1 is operating as of May 2018, the rest is not yet open for guests. Avoid parking at the multi-level parking area if it's not busy. I arrived night time and parked there after being recommended by front desk. The room key says 1106 but i didnt know each tower has room 1106. Went to 1106 at tower three just to find myself, my wife and kids in a dark hall without any electricity.Park at the ground floor near food court that belongs to tower1.
