Find hotels in Singapore Land Tower

It's important to know there are two towers and it's a long walk if you make the wrong choice. The reception desk (tower 3) is set up to handle crowds but the check process itself is more efficient, read quicker, than most Singapore hotels (I've stayed at almost all the 5 stars in Singapore). The elevators are easily identified (some hotels it takes a road map to find them) and there are enough of them to make the elevator wait not very long (at least while we were there). The room is very well designed - not huge, but certainly not small either. Internet was complimentary, fast with wireless and wired available. We arrived early evening but were tired from the flight so we had room service. It seemed to take longer than the 30 minutes mentioned by the order taker, but the wait wasn't excessive and when it arrived it was a pleasant surprise - my wife had mushroom soup which she declared was the best she'd EVER had - and she's had her share while my hamburger was excellent but too large for me to finish. The server was efficient and very polite - asking if we wanted him to open the beer bottle, set up the trolley where we asked for it and moved chairs around the trolley. IOW, room service was a good experience, repeated for breakfast on our last day as we needed to check out on time to make our flight. The only complaint we had was the security on the 57th floor, while not exactly not like the US TSA, wanted both of us to have the hotel issued "ID" when it was obvious we were together. I suppose some restrictions are necessary to keep the 57th floor from becoming overcrowded with non-hotel guests, but it seemed just a tad excessive. We had several lunches and dinners at the restaurants in the "mall" in the hotel but that would take another whole report - suffice to say the food was outstanding but very expensive - OTH, it's a 5 star hotel and one expects to pay for a nice experience. We are looking forward to our next stay at the Sands.

Marina Mandarin one of best hotel in Singapore. It's 5 star hotel with great services for customer which stayed at the hotel. The places had great location, because it was near to esplanade theater, merlion landmark, singapore flyer and marina bay sands (walking approx 30 minute). If we want to travel by using MRT, there was an esplanade MRT station next to the hotel and city hall interchange MRT Station (15 minutes walk). The only bad news for the hotel was : - accidentally we found "2 cockroach" at our bathroom as we entered. Anyway we will stay again at this hotel if we want to visit Singapore again.

this used to be the best hotel in Singapore a decade ago. but now many better hotel with similar class. I like best about the room, the size is quite Big comparing to similar hotel of it's class, you can pack 3 people (with extra bed) without having space problem for your luggage. the lifts is very close with the entrance, so you can have privacy. the staff is very attentive. their service is superb. but again, it's not so in the shopping friendly environment. also, you can't find foodcourt kind of food nearby, so be prepared to live a luxurious life if you are staying here... you can't go cheap.

The customer service was very attentive and professional. Something which is lacking in many five star hotels in Singapore. The hotel itself is very tastefully decorated with subtle Eastern touches. The pool area is very well thought out with plenty of space and different areas to explore. The executive club experience is worth the extra cost as the food and drinks is of a high standard.

my colleagues and i needed to stay at a business hotel that's near city center. my colleagues regularly travel to singapore and often stays at this hotel. i decided to stay here so that we can sync up after visiting customers during the day. first is the location. the hotel is within walking distance to marina sands (the casino hotel with a space ship sitting on top of three towers), esplanade, and merlion. the hotel is also a 5 minute walk away from the nearest metro station (promenade) and two shopping centers (millenia walk and suntec city). restaurants are sprinkled around the hotel, some within a food court downstairs, and some in the two shopping centers. you are within striking distance of anything that you may need. this is a hilton brand hotel with all the trimmings. it has a nice but somewhat cozy gym. guest service is on par with what you would expect with a hilton. the hotel has two places to eat breakfast: oscar's on first floor is nice and big but a bit of a zoo in the morning. the cafe on fourth floor next to the gym is convenient and cozy; the food selection isn't as good as oscar's, but it's good enough for people on the go looking to get in, eat and get out. overall, if you have only one or two days to stay in singapore and wanted to just get a sampling of what singapore is like, conrad centennial singapore is a very nice place to stay, for business or family trip.

living in singapore since almost 20 years we are regularly checking out hotels in singapore for a short weekend getaway. we know the ritz since it was opened and until today it is still unmatched with the size of room and fabulous view from the bath room, especially bath tub and the bed it offer, no matter whether you choose marina or city view rooms. so if the price comes higher as most of other 5 stars rooms take into account that your getting a room n bath that is about twice or more the size of all other rooms that others offer, unless you upgrade to suite size or so in that places. unfortunately they do not have the fantastic precor brand fitness equipment anymore that they used to have but one of those substandard "still does the job", but commonly used brands, still giving you enough push during your work-out... but not the precor work out unfortunately singapore hotel prices still way overpriced !!!!

Wow! Is this the best hotel in the world for the budget traveller or what? The hotel is located some 20min/20SGD (£1 = approx 2SGD, better rate in Singapore than in London) from the airport (with taxi standards as similar to those in London) and the reception was very efficient in checking me in. They even checked on me if the room was quiet enough as requested; despite being too tired to change the room they convinced me to move to the 28th floor, 2812 with the trendiest room I have ever seen: lots of mirrors in the large bathroom with a very cool shower, also a bath to relax after the long day, huge bed and those amazing views stretching from the Flyer and Sand’s Bay hotel to the towers of the City. Kettle and free bottles of water: now officially I have the most unused travelling mini kettle in the world. Negatives: 1. The only thing I can think of was the noise coming from the road outside but rather than counting sheep I induced myself into thinking it was a big artesian. After all, I was sleeping every night with those amazing views, plus lots of other people in the Mandarin opposite were having to put up with much more than me. 2. I wish I was able to turn the taps in the bath with my toes just the way I do it home: just kidding. The permanent smile on my face told me I could not ask for anything more. The hotel brought everything to perfection: from the happy and I hope sincere receptionist and Concierge to the House Keeping or Executive Floor which allowed me to relax in their Guest Room (after checking out) for some 90min, have a bath after the best Foot massage I had at Kenco spa and refresh before my long flight to London (after using their PC free to check in for my flight) Tips: 1. I found the buildings that house the Singapore Art Museum and National museum of Singapore more interesting than the exhibitions, however the Asian Civilisation Museum was very brilliant 2. The malls on Orchard road are overrated with European designer stuff but the

I simply love the attention given when I was checking in. They have so many guest relation personnel just anxiously wanting to serve you. This is the 1st hotel that I went that has so many staff on the floor. All thumbs up for this initiative The rooms are modernly decorated with feel of exclusivity and the pool view (on one side) of this hotel is facing towards the Singapore business district park with all the magnificent sky scraper (at a distance). Within the building premises has all the nice pubs and restaurant to choose from. But of course it's the mid to high end pricing restaurant that we are talking about. But if you just take a short walk out of the building premises, you will encounter the some colonial era shop houses which you can find some good local delights at reasonable price tag. Getting across the road (or underground via the MRT), you will immerse yourself with a huge mall (Suntec City) for your shopping spree.
