In First I wan to say many many Thanks To Grand Hyatt Hotel make my this stay at this hotel alot of memories and best hotel in my life..i going to celebrate my birthday with my wife..at first we book grand deluxe king..after i reach hotel at check in counter there let us check in early about 11am plus..after check in the hotel stay name kenny to me he wan give me some special to my stay to celebratemy birthday..and he say grand hyatt upgrade my room to grand executive suites to me..is a super nice room..so enjoy when we stay and the staff is so friendly and helpfull..thanks grand hyatt..i will come back again for next trip..

concorde hotel is located near the bukit nanas monorail station. it's a good comfortable base to enjoy kl and getting around was easy. it takes maybe 10 minutes to walk to dang wangi lrt station. good views of kl tower and the petronas twin towers. the streets are busy and lively around this part of town. if you enjoy nightlife, the hotel is near zouk at jln ampang or the stretch of bars at jln p ramlee. breakfast was excellent and included in the room rate. we were a family of three and paid for an additional roll-in bed, which was equally comfortable as the regular beds. we drove up from singapore so complimentary parking was appreciated too. however, the one thing i hated about the hotel was each room only entitles you to complimentary wireless internet for one device. we were not told this when we checked in. so once you logged in with one device, you couldn't use the same log-in for any other device. we complained about this to the front desk and they gave us another log-in id since they had failed to inform us of this set up when we checked in. so be prepared that if you have multiple laptops or smartphones that need to connect to wifi, you'll need to pay per password. other than that, we enjoyed our stay here. it was a quality four and a half star hotel (not quite five star) and we wouldn't mind returning.

my husband and i booked a stay in this hotel due to its strategic location to the international conference that we were going to attend at jalan ampang. this hotel good with the free car park facilities, where normally kl rate is very expensive. what you need to do is bring your car park ticket to the reception and they will stamp and certify for you. the reception staffs were friendly and appeared smiling face all the times. location nearby klcc and kl tower. many food choices outside the hotel, and price considered to be economical. the only thing to be improved is that supposed to be double bed room but eventually turn out to be twin bed room during checked in.

We reached late Fri night and were upgraded to the Horizon Club room. The room had an excellent view of the KLCC towers. Features of the room that we liked most were the comfortable king sized bed and the soft pillows. We also liked the toilet which had separate shower and bathtub areas. In addition, there were also l'occitane toiletries provided (we smelled like lemongrass after).. The hotel is situated right next to Jln Bukit Bintang, Jln P. Ramlee and Jln Ampang, which house several good clubs, eateries and shopping malls, most of which were within walking distance. On Fri night, we went to the Beach Club just across the street from the hotel. The club played mainly mainstream top 40s. The alcohol seemed watered down and we stopped ordering house pours after some time and had bottled beers instead. By the way, we noticed several ladies who seemed to be working girls at the club that night. On Sat, we went to ZOUK KL. Awesome house and trance at the main room and the Phuture club had a great crowd partying to the latest hip hop beats. Crowd looked to be generally in the 20s at Zouk. Drinks were priced around RM20 for a glass of standard house pour. We did a fair bit of shopping at Fahrenheit88 at Jln Bt Bintang and KLCC. We also checked out Chinatown at Jln Petaling and Little India at Brickfields. Fahrenheit88 is specifically catered for ladies shoes; there were more than 10 shops selling shoes for women (thanks to my iPhone, I had something to do while waiting for the ladies). KLCC has all your Prada, Gucci and LV outlets. And many more high end stuff. Chinatown and Little India had really good food and coffee shops. On Sat, we also spent some time at the hotel massage and spa. We had 75min foot reflexology and upper body massage, which was very professionally done. We headed back home on Sun with a heavy heart.

we stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. the experience was great from the moment we walked in. it took us so long to get out of the airport and to our hotel, so by the time we got there we were pretty tired and just wanted to go up to the room and rest. the staff were very welcoming and ready to answer any questions that we had. check in was quick and easy. we loved the rooftop pool/ bar at night and spent a lot of time up there. the service we got in all aspects of the hotel was amazing, from things such as taking our order at the bar or restaurant to booking our tours for us. the staff went out of their way to do or answer anything we asked of them. for example we were there on valentines day and wanted to book a nice day spar and dinner. the staff organised everything for us including booking the spar at another hotel. all we had to do was show up and enjoy the day. the room we had was huge. a few problems with the fridge and getting the dvd player back in the wall but all was fixed straight away. the one thing that i was disappointed with was the loss of my bathers. i had left them wrapped in a towel that then got collected the next morning with the towel. the staff checked many times but noting showed up in the end we could fill out a report but decided not to and the bathers were lost. overall i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone it has things to suit every persons needs. we can't wait to go back and stay again.

The hotel was centrally located in KLCC area whereby the nearest LRT station - Ampang Park is merely about 2 to 3 minutes walk. If you decided to take the cab from airport to the hotel upon arrival, it's about RM45 from KLIA. Check-in and out procedures were a brisk. The staffs were friendly and helpful. We were granted an early check-in at 11:00a.m. albeit the standard check-in time was 2:00p.m. The suite was spacious in my opinion, both master and guest bedrooms. And both came with ensuite bathrooms. There was also another guest washroom in the living room. Each suite was given a user ID and password for unlimited WIFI access but limited to 4 gadgets only at the same time. There were a few restaurants located in the hotel itself, they have Oriental and Korean. You can have supper just right across the hotel - Acme Bar & Coffee, located at The Troika. There is a grocery store - Jaya Grocer located about 6 - 10 minutes walk from the hotel and Ampang Park Shopping Mall is around the area too. Unfortunately, the taps and pipes in our suite had been leaking all the time whenever we turned on the tap. Be it the tap in our ensuite bathrooms or the kitchen. The microwave in the kitchen wasn't properly cleaned as we could still see oil stains on the walls of the microwave from previous usage. All in all, this is a value for money and comfortable hotel to stay in if you are looking for a place centrally located.

This hotel was astounding and had everything we could ask for. The pool was amazing and the late closing time of the pool allowed us to be out all day then still be able to come back at night to relax in the pool and have fun. The children loved the pool especially and would have happily spent the whole week in the vicinity of the pool. Location of the hotel was excellent, only a 10 minute walk to KLCC. The hotel was always impeccable and a massive shout out to the housekeeping staff for always keeping our room in a tip top shape. We were extremely pleased with how we could come back and the room would be like we had just checked in for the first time. Absolutely great! Would 100% come back to Fraser residence every time. The facilities were good especially the view from the Sky Gym at night and it definitely felt like a five star hotel. The only thing that could possibly be improved is to have a free shuttle service to maybe the mosque on a friday etc. Other than we were very pleased!

Very Recommended Hotel : - Infront Of Hotel is AVenue K Mall : Just Go Inside and 1 access same to Suria KLCC (very near to twin tower petronas) - Transport is MRT is very near, just go in Avenue K Mall , with Rapid KL LRT KLCC - this hotel is very cheap is you booking early - breakfast is very nice and many food you can pick - Room is very Nice View, clean, facilities is very good - many place you can go - Tranport another MRT, you can use Grab Car (Online transportation), GRAB is very Cheap between Uber or another Taxi Meter, Just download in Playstore or App Store - From Airport KLIA (kuala lumpur International airport), you can get to the hotel very simple : 1. From KLIA to KL Sentral with Bus (price is about RM10-30) 2. From KLIA to KL Sentral with KLIA Express (One way is RM55) from KL Sentral, you take LRT Rapid KL to KLCC (price RM 2.30) after arrive KLCC LRT, you just go out to AK Mall, and you arrive soon to hotel. this the best recommend hotel at Kuala Lumpur

We had a large group travelling together for the Future Music Festival in KL, and on the second night we moved into the city area. Our friends had earlier booked this hotel so we latched on. My sub-travelling party was a group of 4, so we opted to stay together in the Deluxe Suite with an extra bed. There's a two-seater couch so that doubled up as a bed. Booked this hotel off Agoda and I was quite pleased to see that the suite was exactly as pictured. We had a room on the 13th floor which is the same floor as the Sky Lounge. Our room was big enough for the rest of our group to hang out in between activities. We're talking around 10-12 people here, comfortably seated in various spots in the suite. There's a coffee machine (CBTL), a very respectable DVD movie list - you simple call up the call centre and they send it up to your room within 5 minutes (awesome). They also sent extra towels and bowls very promptly when called. Right in the heart of the city centre, you can walk to KLCC from the hotel (about 5-7 minutes walk). The only down side to the location is that one side of the hotel seems to face a cemetery..? You can see it from windows of certain rooms, if it matters. The up side is that the hotel is literally across the street from KL Zouk, if it matters. The food street Jalan Alor is only around 5 minutes away by cab. The only unpleasant part of the stay was when the hotel staff were unable to offer alternative means of transport to the airport when the road outside the hotel (Jalan Ampang) was closed off for a weekend festival. We had to walk out to another hotel about 5 minutes away with our luggages in tow, in order to get a cab. For a five star hotel, I guess that was mildly disappointing. But overall, the experience was great and I would stay here again.

Location of hotel is perfect as it sits on a ma with lots of wonderful eateries and a supermarket and it has a bridge that links to Ampang Park Mall which boast female local traditional wear and the money changer has good rates plus the mall sits on MRT station Ampang thus perfect to move around! Buffet breakfast was awesome which had spreads of local malay cuisines, indian, chinese and western. Loved the Nescafe Kopi Tarik free flow! The host of the Restaurant was a pleasant Indian man who remembers our preferences and made us feel like we have been friends. Thanks! Loved the room service food too. So fast. Huge portions and so good!!!! Room was good. Had the corner room thus very quiet and had a walkway corridor. TV channels were a little limited but its ok as we were mostly out and about. However, the bathroom floor tiles and shower floor tiles were very slippery and we feel is inappropriate to be used for toilets. Do think of ways to make it non slip. My sister had a horrifying fall and hit her head against the sink counter. Luckily no bleeding or injury known and we were so relieved it was not our elderly mother who fell. After that incident we placed towels all over the toilet and shower floor to prevent slips. We reported this to the front desk upon check out and he felt so bad for us that he delighted us with a tin of their famous choc chip giant cookies. Thansk Mr Gaffar for that gesture. We loved the welcome cookie and the freeflow of ice tea at front desk. As it was during the horrible haze season that we arrived, perhaps the front desk or housekeeping could supply guests with disposable face masks in the room or even leave a precautionary letter on Do's and Dont's during the haze season. We are regular tourists to KL and we wil definitly come back and stay at your hotel. Will bring rubber slippers next time! Hehe! Thank you Double Tree for delighting us.

We had a good experience in this hotel and would definitely come back when we have the chance. Hotel location was superb, 5 minutes walk will bring you to the new pavilion mall in the heart of bukit bintang area. There is a bridge between the hotel and pavilion mall that it is practically connected to each other and you can go in and out as often as you want between the hotel and the shopping area. The room was nice, clean and modern but the height of the bath tub was a bit too high making it difficult to get in and out of it. You have to take your shower in it though. Other downside was the lift. There are about 30 floors in the hotel and there are only 3 lifts. So you will have to wait for sometime before getting access to it. the hotel was packed as the restaurants can barely cope up with the number of guests during breakfast. Checking in/out was easy. But dont make local calls from the room as it is quite pricey. Anyway, it was a really good value and the location of the hotel makes it a big winner.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Chulan which had been recommended by a work colleague who stays there regularly. We had booked a Deluxe with Breakfast and was initially provided with a room for smokers. We asked for non-smoking and were upgraded to a suite. The extra space, separate living area, kitchenette and large balcony to sit out on at the end of a day of sightseeing was fabulous and I'd happily book this style accommodation in future at the Royal Chulan and recommend it to others. Porters, Reception and Dining area staff were polite, cheerful and helpful. The hotel was immaculately clean. A good 15+ minute walk to KLCC Park and Suria Shopping Centre that includes Petronas Towers, 10 minute walk to the large Pavillion shopping complex. There's a short cut out the back of the hotel to get to Bintang Rd and Pavillion maybe a bit quicker. The only negative is that its a good 10+ min walk to the nearest light train and mono rail. I'd rate this hotel as probably one of the cleanest and best value hotels I've stayed in throughout Asia and probably anywhere else for that matter.

I would like to compliment this hotel and encourage all travellers to book with Element KL by Westin. It is new, the room is spacious, bed is comfortable, stay at level 51 with amazing view despite not facing KLCC. The room has direct USB charging plus USB plugging from mobile to Smart TV. Another great point is that there is 3M filter system which it is safe for drinking from the 3M labeled tap. This is better than the usual 2 free bottles of mineral water. Iron, ironing board and bedroom slippers are available too. The bathroom is very spacious, great for big-sized travellers. It uses both rain shower and shower head. I love the toiletries which are organic, good for travellers with sensitive skin I guess. I cannot find any hair dryer though. Make use of the infinity pool at level 39, it is awesome. When we swim backwards, we can see ourselves from the ceiling mirror. We take pictures and it is so instagrammable! Check-in is at level 40. It is abit challenging to identify the exterior of the hotel as it is a full black tinted glass tall building. It is about 10 to 15-min walk to KLCC and other shopping malls. It is near to some embassies too. Security is 24 hours at level 1. My husband and I enjoy our stay so much that we would rather sleep in than to get ourselves out to do some shopping but well, we need to get out to get food. There are other available services which we have no chance to experience. Eg free rental of bicycle, yoga class in the sky, sky dining, beer promotion etc. The design and layout of the lift lobby to room corridors are uniquely and consistently designed as well. One thing is that we can hear other guests closing theirs door, it is loud. I believe it is due to the door for being heavy. I truly urge all travellers to book Elements when you visit

I booked through Agoda at a great rate, much better than those on the Marriott booking site. Tip: Always check prices for hotel properties on the alternative booking sites as well the home site. The hotel is great, from the very cool rain shower in the room, to the Club Room food, the pool and fitness club,yoga classes free for guests and all of the hotel staff. Location a short walk from the KL Towers, across the street from the Malaysian Tourism Authority was very convenient. This hotel worked out really nicely for a woman alone. The staff was excellent. Don't miss the Batu Caves. Note that you should ask to stay in the East Wing as on the West side of the hotel (and next to the best resort pool in KL,) there is a lot of skyscraper construction with daytime construction noise. And, the East Wing is the hip Lifestyle wing with new rooms. I did not want to leave.

We were a group of 8 including one infant, one toddler and one elderly. The apartment (3 bedrooms) was very clean, roomy and comfortable for everyone. The kitchenette was well equipped; though we didn't cook, it would have been easy to whip up something if needed. We like the location due to its proximity to the klcc mall. Driving out is also easy but beware the peak hours. The WiFi was reliable and fast and hotel staff were generally pleasant. There is no washing machine in the apartment but the common laundrette facility worked well enough for us. Some of us decided to stay on in kl a little longer, and because we booked a smaller apartment, we needed to check out and wait a few hours. To our surprise the staff managed to get a room ready very early so our room change was seamless. We made a mistake and accidentally booked 2 apartments instead of 1, and due to the policy we weren't able to get a refund. We loved our stay and despite the hiccup would still return. Great job!

Hotel management is very integrated, responsive and helpful. Duty Manager, Front Office, The reception, Experience Concierge, "Joshua" and "Suria" And all the staff are very professional, cooperation and welcoming. Friendly staff in all departments. A new and modern place and wonderful smart buildings. and best "Views". Elevators, corridors, rooms, furniture, restaurant, swimming pool, facilities and the hotel's smell are very refined, high taste, cleanliness and luxury. Thank you and everyone for their kindness, dealings and communication, thanks for the hospitality, for the comfort and satisfaction, for the quality, for attention and care. So, It must be Banyan Tree KUALA LUMPUR the best hotel "always". Thanks for you very much personally and to everyone individually.

We came here and stayed over a week after searching Agoda for a hotel we could afford that didn't have a lot of negative reviews - it was a difficult task!! Hotel Maluri was the one we chose. It is slightly out of town, but only 10R taxi ride to KLCC. The hotel concierge was not reliable for taxis....just walk a few meters down the road and flag a taximeter. The hotel is a bit Muslim oriented, but in no way is this a negative. You can't order alcohol in the restaurant, but you can at the nice poolside tables, where you can also smoke. The restaurant food is reasonably priced and of high quality for the price, but the menu gets a bit samey after a long stay. There are many cheap eateries in the adjacent commercial block, and you can have Dominos and Macs delivered in. Our first room was a bit noisy from the aircon, when we extended our stay we asked for another room - no problem. Breakfast fine, but choice asian/muslim oriented. Wifi expensive, which is a shame, but Celcom mobile phone 3g access is cheap in KL. I connected my Laptop to the very nice wall mounted TV and we enjoyed many movies. Absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel, Room service food available to 10-30 again very reasonable by UK standards. Each room has a small fridge which you can stock from the local shops. Bathrooms totally acceptable, bathtub a bit small, shower fine, hot water a bit patchy, but was not needed. Tea and coffee facilities very nice, ignore the card saying extra supplies at a cost, and intercept the room maids who are very nice....but don't take advantage!! Tip them. Rooms have heavy curtains and parquet wood floors - very clean. Only expect a 1 in 4 chance of a view!! The views range from not so nice street to nice trees to petronas towers. They haven't invented a one sided hotel yet!! Can't think of anything else....enjoy your stay.

The hotel/rooms were very clean and had character with high ceilings and great details. The bathroom (with an enclosed shower) was one of the best we had during our stay in Malaysia. The staff were efficient and straightforward about the amenities (no wifi in the rooms). The location is great with easy 1 minute access to the monorail and the neighborhood was upscale. The quality we received for the price was exceptional. We will book this hotel for our next stay in KL.

I love the hotel's location, chose the place because it was close to Jalan Tun Razak. Room is smaller than Regency's other hotels. The bed was comfy and the other reason why I chose this hotel was because it provided guests with 4 pillows. The place was clean, our toilet in room 1301 had a little leak at one of the water pipes. Housekeeping was polite and the guy who helped checked me in was nice. They hardly replenish the food for breakfast after 9.30am, not that attentive to the food, so you have to ask them to replenish the food if you want to eat. Upon checking out, only one parking ticket could be validated, said the front desk receptionist. Which is bad because I book the room for two pax, and we drove separate cars. I tried to get some explanation from the guy who checked me out but he only said one car per room. So the parking cost RM16 for one night without validation. I believe this is something the hotel should look into as it brings a bad name to the Regency chain.

this was a great hotel with a lovely pool. had great service, not so bad of a breakfast buffet selection. it's in the ampang area, which is about 15 mins from the klcc suria shopping centre, featuring the symphony water feature. it was the best one we stayed at in kl. the rooms had good a airconditioning system, safe, room service, laundry service, housekeeping, etc. even though it's not central, it's worth the stay to get out of the hustle and bustle.

Spacious and Trendy room design, with the edge swimming pool by the side of the gym and a private lounge allows us to have some personal time of our own. Breakfast voucher is not given during the checkin time for whatsoever reason which is not clear to us, during the next morning when we are claiming our breakfast voucher, it has been claimed and it took a while for the receptionist to sort out the things, and they do not even entertain us, just put us on hold at the crowded check in and check out session. Breakfast is normal from the Souled Out Ampang KL at the downstair.

The view from the infinity pool is a MUST! Being able to walk back and forth from Suria KLCC/Petronas Towers was also a huge plus. There are also plenty of banks with global ATMs near the hotel, so getting cash was really convenient. The breakfast is kind of cheap quality, but it's a budget hotel, so. (Also, they don't provide shampoo or conditioner. There's a Watsons down the block where you can buy some travel-sized bottles for cheap, but it might be best to bring your own.)

This is my second time staying at this hotel. And I’m returning again 2019. Highly recommend to booked the CLUB room ie Club Deluxe, Club premier, Club Executive or suites room. These room types entitled you to club lounge access which has afternoon snacks from 3:30pm and evening cocktails from 5:30pm. 90% of the staff here are amazing! 99% of the staff here can speak good English. One negative point but not important is the guys at the bridge section could be more friendlier, maybe standing at that post all day long can get pretty boring I can imagine. I read bad reviews written by previous guests about this hotel but in all seriousness this hotel is not that bad to what people says. You paid for what you get and some people will never be happy no matter what you do, I have stay over hundreds of hotels and consider that this hotel is only rated as 4 stars in my opinion would top (even better) than some of the 5 stars branded name hotels such as Hilton, Stamford even the Sheraton. If you haven’t heard of Grab, download and setup Grab before you get here. Grab is another form of Uber. It’s very convenience and cheap to get all over KL.

I have been staying in Maxstays - MaxsStyle @ Kirana Residence for only three days, but in that short time I have definitely discovered my new favorite place to stay in KL. Cynthea made me feel so welcome and valued that I felt like I was visiting my best friend's home. She also gave me her personal phone number and made herself available for questions at all times, as it was my first time visiting Malaysia. Room was spacious and well decorated, the bathroom was nice and well stocked with awesome toiletries. Large bath tub was a nice touch as well! This condotel is located 3-5 minutes walk from iconic Petronas towers, so I enjoyed the best KL city center has to offer walking to/from hotel and admiring day and night views. Cynthea also gave some really good suggestions regarding other KL destinations, so I had an exciting and eventful weekend visiting those places. Overall, couldn't be more pleased with my stay in Maxstays - MaxsStyle @ Kirana Residence.

This is a very very nice hotel that is not in the middle of KL, it is just out of the centre of the city and for those who like to walk about 20 Min. This hotel allows you to experience the local community and the more you explore the more you find. Food and dinning in this area is at reasonable prices, unlike the centre of the city. Get out and explore by foot great, you can see and taste Malaysia on foot without tourist inflated prises. Big thank you to the staff of this hotel. P.S. newly renovated hotel
