All of the pictures provided are of the rooms and facilities in the main building. The room we were given looked nothing like the pictures and was located on another street away from the main building. Our room was located in a run-down building (extensive dry-rot visible from the ground level) with paper-thin walls and outside stairs leading to outdoor walkways (peeling paint on the floor) to access rooms. Our room was relatively clean, except for the mold growing in the corners of the bathroom window and near the floor at the corners of the shower pan. The shower was claustrophobic. One of the towels we were provided was dirty. The TV remote worked sometimes. There were blood stains on the mattress. The receptionist said other people had complained about the rooms not looking like what was advertised as well. She said the manager posts pictures of newer rooms, then places customers in the run-down building: BAIT & SWITCH!!!!
