Room was cozy and clean. Adequate for a simple stay as we booked due to its location - close to the wedding hall we needed to attend. Wish there was a full-length mirror in the room, or at least another mirror other than the one in the bathroom.

Its cleaner than nearby Hotel Permaisuri. But the water heater broke down on my first stay. My friends had a room with aircon spoilt during their stay at early part of this year. I think regular servicing and maintenance can improve this.

Hotel is clean, dispenser for drinking water available at end of stairs, helpful staff. Although at first night, rooms smelly of cigarettes. But afterall, value for money. Easy to find food around hotel, at every Wednesday night, there's longest Night Market at KL, at Taman Connaught, not far from hotel.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to many eateries including 2 mamak restaurants. Just across Aeon Cheras Selatan. Simple room with working hot shower. Room is clean and comfy. Good choice for those on working trips. No hotel parking, but public parking is available - which can be hard to find especially during working hours and early evening.

Friendly staff. Room is just nice. Only the location, quite hard to park. If it's raining it's quite troublesome if you have to walk a long way down to the hotel. The hygiene at the convenient store beside is below expectation as i saw a lot of cockroaches when I went back to hotel at night. Others are just find.

Firstly I would state that the rooms are on level 2,3 & 4 and there is no lifts (stairs only). So this could prove troublesome for couples with children and elderly folks. very nice place with nice view for a green mountain , the people working in the hotel is very kind , friendly , helpful , you can go every where by Grab taxi , but you have to know that this hotel is only 2 floors in a building of 12 floors , the other floors for a university , and the food in the restaurant very nice and with a good prices (about RM 10) .

The price is cheap compare to other hotels at the same area. No hair dryer provided. Overall, the services provided is good based on the rate.

I have not much of complaint during my stay at Sun Inns Hotel. It is just a simple hotel with good location. There's a mamak restaurant just next to the hotel and also a food court near to the hotel with a few minutes of walking distance. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

Good enough though a bit dirty. Room is SPACIOUSSSS. Only accessible by car. The receptionist were okay. Pasar malam was right in front of the hotel. 4 stars for being this cheap and provide a good night sleep for us

It's an awesome homestay with hotel standard. Cozy, comfortable and well equip. Person in charge is helpful and kind. All rooms come with shower, so don't need to worry bout queuing for toilet.

It was never mentioned in listing that this is a non-smoking hotel. WiFi was there but never available even until checkout. Pillow were too soft - felt like almost not using any at all.

Very good hotel to stay.comfortable bed.a lot of tv channel.but 2nd night i stay was terrible because customers next door held a birthday 'party'.very noisy,shouting around & seriously i cant sleep until 4am.i hope it wont happen again next time because for me,hotel room is not a place to do any kind of celebration with friends ecspecially during midnight.please alert ...
