"Had two issues, but overall the place was nice. The cleaning staff left considerable numbers of long black hairs on our floor and bed each of the 5 days we stayed, and that was concerning. One day they failed to empty our trashcan full of leftovers and our room was left to rot all day while we were gone, which wasn't fun to return to after a long day. :( We rented a motorbike from them each day and paid for the rental in full at the begnning of each morning before we set out for the day, however, the day we left, we were accused of not paying for a day because a staff member forgot to log it in their books! It was quite upsetting, as we were nothing but respectful and grateful during our stay and paid for everything we bought or rented upfront during our time there. Since they have issues with keeping records straight, I highly recommend you ask for signatures or some sort of receipt for each day you rent anything from them since they don't automatically offer to do this for you!"

"We can not make enough positive comments about our stay at this terrific hotel. Special kudos to Bee, our adorable Thai hostess, concierge, and tour director. We are a party of 6 who has been traveling through Laos and northern Thailand for the past 3 weeks and must rate this hotel as our best experience thanks to your perfectly trained staff, delicious breakfast, and convenient location. If there were such a rating, the Nak Nakara deserves 4.5 stars!"

"Chiang rai hotel does not have an elevator and it is 4 stories high. The room is small does not have a fridge or a safe deposit. 2 bottled of drinking water, kettle, coffee and tea is provided also a hair dryer. Located 15mins walk from bus station not near any markets scooter rental is nessary to get around. "

"Mora Boutique Hotel is the best place we have ever stayed at. Service Staff food bar pool spa and Accommodation are all 5 star . The amazing staff were there to help with anything we needed and also booked a wonderful day trip to the White temple Buddha and tea plantation and the price was great .The rooms are beautiful with everything you need and the bed and pillows were like sleeping on clouds . Mora is walking distance to many sites etc the clock tower markets restaurants . If you like there is a complimentary shuttle bus to town as well as complimentary snacks. Please don't stay any where else you will love this place and all it has to give like we did. We will definitely return to this wonderful Boutique Hotel "

"Greatest thing was Suvanna, the manager. She was extremely warm, friendly and helpful. I also really appreciated her English speaking skills. 2nd best was the pool that is long enough for laps. Poolside furniture was not very good. My room was very clean but the cleaner they use is toxic. I only let them clean my room once because the smell lingered for days. Breakfast buffet same everyday, mostly asia. Pancakes, French toast, peanut butter occasionally would have been nice. All in all, little pricey but nice place to stay."

"Clean and comfortable room, budget, and walking distance to bus terminal and night bazaar. However, English speaking skill of the hotel staffs were very poor. Motorcycle rental available but slightly expensive compare to other (service charge)."

"Shouldn’t compare to Bangkok hotels of the same stars but I have no complaints. My room (409) was immaculate. Good size with bathroom and separate shower room. Bit mean with bottles of drinking water and coffee making sachets. Breakfast more than acceptable. Restaurant very good value and choice. Staff were helpful and charming."

"Overall the hotel is great, clean and location is great. We are reserved 2 Superior King rooms for 3 Nights with 28 Square meter which indicated on Agoda while we booking, but once arrived we are be given 2 rooms which are No 311 & 314 which is not accordingly to the room size as stated. For both of the rooms size is ONLY about 18.5 sq meter. Please provide clear details on web and give the best services to all the Hotel Valued Guests. "

"Third stay here. This is my prime stay hotel when in Chiangrai. Location is great and all essentials can be walked to (Massage, Motorcycle rentals, Laundry shops and most importantly the night bazaar). Most temples are also within walking distance to get you going. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is a good buffet spread. It is quiet, the bed was comfy and the air conditioning was quiet. Checking the bed,air con,fridge and the state of the bathroom should be on everyone's checklist anyway. The only issue we had was the internet. This is very hit and miss but if you need to use the WIFI do it at the breakfast area or the lobby. The signal is strong there and we had no problem. From the room well it was like I said reasonable or non existent. Apart from that highly recommeneded"
