did lots of research before settling on this hotel. i made the right choice. tallest hotel in the vicinity. spacious and lots of pollock-inspired pictures lobby. great location, easy access via chow kit monorail, however via a shady road. cab fares to sunway lagoon: rm27, to bukit bintang rm7, to klia rm77(rush hr). only take cabs with meter, as we've been scammed at rm23 for a rm7 ride from bukit bintang to hotel. call eddy 0169442615 for a honest taxi driver, charged us rm80 only to kila, and arrived punctually at our hotel to pick us up. monorail fares to bukit bintang, imbi: rm1.60, to bukit nanas (zouk) rm1.20. last train at 11.50pm. ask conceirge for approximate taxi fares or directions. they are very friendly and helpful! the deluxe room is very spacious, they even have a small pantry. the view was awesome at my level, 28. could see the towers at night. king size beds were clean. lcd tv. however, byo toothbrush! they charge toothbrush & toothpaste at rm5. lifts can be problematic. got stuck in it for a few minutes. tried the indian dinner buffet for rm39 after discount. not alot of varieties. only 2 meats. coke was at rm10. not really worth the money. overall, for this price, i'd definitely would stay here again!

I booked two-bedroom suite in Sunway Putra Hotel on 13 Aug 2018. We stayed one night just to celebrate my dad's birthday. The check-in was quick and smooth. Special thanks to mr. Azizhan and his team for serving all our requests . The room was really nice and  spacious. They even decorated the bed with 'happy birthday' sign using flower petals and prepared a small piece of birthday cake for my dad. Thanks Ms. Siti and team for the nice decorations n the cake. We also had dinner in the coffee house. The food were quite nice and delicious and affordable too, and good service! . They had promo on selected ala carte meal sets for only RM25 including tea/coffee and desserts. For kids meal, to get a complimentary meal for every main meal ordered, need to have Sunway Putra Mall kids club membership. For breakfast, not many selection for Malaysian food and have rooms for improvement. We definitely will come again. We really like the hotel, with the low price from Agoda, the spacious room, the food, the hospitality, we also enjoy the shopping mall just few steps away (same building) and close by  lrt station. Very recommended for those who wants to enjoy KL city centre and travel with kids especially. Thid is one of the most affordable hotels and near to the city centre.

1. Location- Just in front of Hotel, there is a 5 story shopping mall (Sunway Putra Mall) for your shopping. In ground floor of Sunway Putra Mall, you can exchange your money. In 4th floor, there is there is a shop (in front of "popular book shop" for buy many items for cheep prices. In ground floor, there is a good supper market. In 4th floor, you have many restaurants for eat (Generally, in hotel, lunch dinner are very expensive) Also, if you ask extra rice from from Room Service, first they tell it is 5MYR for extra, again they say 14 MYR). It is too expensive. 2. Airport transport: It is 120 MYR from hotel reservation. Please try to use UBER. It is around 80 MYR.

PRO Location is in the middle of town. Walking distance to Sunway Putra Mall and other eateries. Room is very big and sufficient for a family of 6. Bathroom although old but clean. Ample parking provided. Cons Staff seldom smile (hardly). Bathroom fixtures needs fixing. Some shower heads might fall off soon. TV is Sometimes disappointing. Either its broken or no channels.

I booked three days with separate bookings and type of room to experience myself at Tamu Hotel. And out of my 10 years staying , reviewing famous hotel in KL, I truly fall in love with Tamu & Suites Hotel. The staff very kind, polite and always smile like an angle suits with image and value behind the name of Tamu (Respected Guest). The food mmmuah so delicious. You’ll be treated like a Malaysian Warmess culture if you are also respecting and not exaggerating in demand. I do like this place very much till I signed to be vacation club without second thought. Strongly recommended to all tourist from all over the world. And I can say its far away better from Pullman KL, Grand Millenium, The Chorus, The 4 Season , Impiana KL, Mandarin KL Hotels. All of these luxury hotel is expenses , dusty room and the food are so lame

Pros : friendly staffs, many facilities available such as iron board, high water pressure, comfy bed, walking distance to lrt and sunway putra mall, basement parking available. Cons: the rooms are too dim causing pain to my eyes plz change to white light. Breakfast variety but the food is too plain lack of meat such as totally plain fried rice, totally plain noodle soup. Plz be more generous.

Pros : - Room clean, new and comfortable as well. - They provide water heater and iron each level on that floor. So, can drink hot and cold water all the time. I like this... :-D Bonus : The rooftop view is awesome!!! Cons : - Room is not sound prove. I can hear my neighbor talking and laughing very loud from my room. - The staff talking a bit laud outside the room when ever they pass the my room. Feel a bit disturb for someone wants to have a rest. Overall, price super cheap for the hotel like that in kuala lumpur and good service specially the counter staff lady. served customer with smile and profesional.

Value for money because you can get room with above RM200, Near the Plaza GM (Chowkit), Food is sooo nice i love it. If you eat at sudirman cafe, even price RM20+ but the portion is too much and you can share with 2 people and very delicious. Breakfast only nice with many choice. Overall is good but in front of hotel is toooo jammed and don't have any lobby to pickup or drop off. Near convenient store, kfc, and many more. To me if you want to go sunway putra, pwtc, Lrt , you can walk. about 1km+ i think and not to far .

Being a low budget hotel, there is nothing much we can comment. Everything were so fine. The only drawback is water dispenser not working at all at all floor. Can't make myself a good breakfast although I had brought own cup and 3 in 1 coffee satchel. Good location, walking distance to shopping malls, Jalan TAR, monorail station, bus station etc. Cleanliness is above satisfactory. Staff is ok. Parking available in front of the hotel.

+ New swimming pool, just opened one week ago, 4 feets depth, clean and suitable for kids. + Restaurants, food hwakers and mini shops are just nearby this hotel, very convenient. + Very near to Sunway Putra Mall, about 5 mins walking distance. + Air-conditioning is cool. + Lift is clean and in good condition. + Two bottles of mineral water and two sachets of nice coffee mix (Aik Cheong) provided inside the room. - Limited free car parking lots (<20), need to wait for long time in order to get the free parking lot. - Bathroom floor is not clean, also found some small hairs stick on the bathroom wall. - Housekeeping room is just changed the mattress cover, bedsheets cover and pillow cover. Housekeeping should also including vacuum the floor, cleaning all the room items (window, TV, etc. ) and furnitures (desk, chair, etc.), bathroom sink, wall and floor. This is the second time that I stayed at this hotel, felt comfortable and convenient. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Felt more like a 3 star hotel. Walking distance from Sultan Ismail LRT. but a little hidden. Wish the staffs at the reception could be more friendly and cheerful. Almost twice it happened that the staff blurted that the hotel is fully booked before i even started clarifying my situation. The staffs at swimming pool level were extremely friendly though, me and my partner requested towels for bath as we had to attend a cosplay convention at PWTC at 10am and there was no room available for early check in, the swimming pool/breakfast staffs delightfully borrowed us two towels, an accommodating attitude worth praising. We only checked in at 9.30pm on the day due to our busy schedule but it was a good sleep. Room was clean, beware that no toothbrush or toothpaste supplied, no telephone in the room, something is making the room not cold despite the air from aircon is slightly cold. Also wish the spa and massage centre looks more professional and legit , we did not try it due to first impression of the atmosphere. Overall comfortable stay, felt that price is a little on the high side and many things could be improved :)

i stayed here coz i have to attend meeting at sunway putra mall hotel, just walking distance many mamak restaurant / eateries nearby and also convenient store need to be careful at night, lots of foreigners walking distance to SOGO mall adequate facilities including iron corner at eaach floor room clean and basic but small, adequate for 1-2 people only got cafe at lobby floor, no chance to try but looks delicious got parking space too, just speak to the receptionist and security guard before park

Apart from a few small cockroaches I have seen in the bathroom , my room was nice l Large with comfortable beds .The TV only had free Malaysia channels -2 of them blur...When I asked at reception a few minute later someone came up and fixed the problem . Wifi was VERY good . Drinking water was provided .For additional hot and cold drinking water there was a dispenser. Eating in the area is good and cheap-try the big hotel across the road .The Free GOKL buses stop 50 meters away from the hotel-Monorail 5 minutes walk For the price I paid -a bargain :-D

I had stayed for the first time for one night in this hotel. Greeted warmly by Mr.Calvin at the reception counter. I initially booked a single bed room for my short business trip here in KL, I had my room upgraded for free to a king-sized bed which I highly appreciate. My room was on the 14th floor, the view from my room was magnificent overlooking Kg.Baru area and KLCC. The room was squeaky clean, equipped with a mini fridge, a large LED TV, ironing facility. and other useful amenities apart from the very soft and comfortable bed. The room is equipped with a shower with a strong water pressure despite being at the 14th floor. Air conditioning was functioning well. The buffet breakfast was also excellent with very helpful staff. All-in-all, I had a very good experience staying in this hotel. I will certainly stay in this hotel in the future, perhaps for my holiday with my family. Kudos to the staff and management team. - Dr.Manaf

limited parking lots, dare not to drive after checked in, afraid that we might not find any parking spot when we come back. chowkit monorail station is just infront of the hotel, and Sunway putra mall is just 10mins walking distance away. there is a Malay market and food stalls behind the hotel in the morning. a lots of shops around too. hotel provided us set breakfast instead of buffet and we are quite disappointed with the the taste, and FYI, we are not fussy eater. we booked quad room which means we should get 4 sets of breakfast but the guy only gave us 3 sets because there are only 3 adults and 2 children below 6, we request for 1 more set and he did gave us but it seems like to him, this is a under-the-counter deal.

EXSIM is a great serviced suite apartement like a 5 star hotel. I booked deluxe king suite room in agoda and they written is with bath tub but the staff said bath tub is only for premium suites and premium loft. Then i complain and show email from agoda, and the staff is helpfully upgrade my room from deluxe king suite to premium suites, there is a big bath up in the room! The best part is infinity swimming pool, you can see twin tower. The lack is about the wifi did not work, the location is too far and the room i got was a bit dusty.

Hotel is ideal for tourist visiting the Western olden portion of KL. Near to amenities : shopping complex - Quill, Maju Junction, SOGO, Sunway Mall. Public transport : Bus stop right infront of hotel, Star LRT - 3 minutes walk, Taxi - a lot plying the main road (Jalan Raja Laut). Convenience Stores - 3 24 Hrs stores located within 1 mins ; 7Eleven, KK , 1 Malaysia outlets .

As per I book from Agoda and when check in to the room is totally different. when we request back the room we book through Agoda and the staff told us we book the room they don't have. After that we open their company website and show to the staff there to verify again. And the staff tell us the same thing even the official website room also not available in the hotel and we like huh ??? huh ??? huh??? this is the official website we open to you is under your company... we don't let you go through Agoda picture also ... come on ... don't cheat customer please !!!after that the staff let us to visit all the room and then we found the room we want and same as the picture in the Agoda. and then thing happen we need to 'TOP up' !!! What the ... And we have made a police report ... Because we feel like been cheated from this hotel ...

The hotel has great location in the heart of the city with very nice view on the twin towers. In front is the Syrian restaurant with very nice food. Room is very clean and comfortable. Only small things they need to take care for improving: rooms supplies like shampoo and water you may need to ask then they will give, drinkinig water out of stock for two days, some light not working and so on the mirror and the balance, wifi very slow. But overall these are minor things, i still liked it so much and plan to come back again especially for its great condition and location. As an Arab the Syrian restaurant in front is very important and cheap.

The price for de hotel is cheap & unexpectedly extremely clean. Although de room is slightly smaller, but de bathroom is quite big & comfortable to move around. However, there is no parking provided by de hotel. I was being fined early in de morning by de local police. Overall, de hotel is a good place to stay as it's a strategic place. Just make sure to wake up early in de morning to pay de parking fees or you will be fine.

It is located opposite of the LRT PWTC station. KTM's Putra train station: 15-20 min walk. Definitely Sunway Putra Hotel is the best choice for having connecting bridge to the LRT station and shopping spree at the Sunway Putra Mall. Anum Hotel nevertheless, is an affordable accommodation surrounded by restaurants and shops including 24/7 KFC, 24/7 Mamak, 7-Eleven convenience store, laundry shop...wifi is provided, staffs are friendly.
