I had my first own experience with hotel staff who are so courteous and efficient, and professional at K.C Hotel. I am very pleased with the performance of the frontline staff that the Management must be very proud of. 1. 08:10 am - Informed the receptionist about the misplaced and lost of my envelope which contained Australian dollars and Myanmar Kyats worth about U$900. (Not expected to get it back as I have to catch a flight at 10:30) 2. 08:30 am - Left for the Yangon Airport International Terminal by Taxi 3. 08:50 am - Checking in at the flight counter, surprisingly the receptionist appeared with my lost envelope in her hand. She came in a taxi to deliver my lost envelope with money nothing was lost. What a great customer service. I will definitely give 10 out of 10 stars for staff. "

"Surprisingly very good. I chose to stay here because I had an early morning flight to Naypyitaw and noticed on AGODA it had a swimming pool. If I were in Yangon for other purposes I would not stay here but as a hotel close to the airport it very good. The best thing of course is the attentiveness of the staff. I have reached the conclusion no matter how good or bad a hotel is if the hotel has good staff that is its most important attribute."

"Brand new hotel - opened on Jan 1st 2017. Room is extremely clean, and well furnished. Shower Area / Toilets spacious. Staff are very friendly. Lobby is uniquely-designed. Good food - though the menu was slightly limited as I was one of the first guests and the full menu wasn't on offer at that time. Beside the hotel, there is a good thai restaurant, a very popular hot-pot restaurant, and a bar. There is a gym with the basic necessities, perfect for business travellors who just want to do a little bit of exercise to keep fit. Nothing negative really. Very good price-value ratio - actually the best value to price hotel you can book that is relatively near to the Airport. Will recommend and stay again. "

"Cheap hotel with comfortable beds .nothing fancy but a grate option for someone who needs a good night sleep before flying out. It is only 3minuts drive from Airport"

"The Grand Garden Hotel Yangon is homey and comfortable indeed. Especially the staffs; the people who still smile naturally and who are naturally willing to help as well, as though they are hosting or welcoming old friends or relatives or familiy members in their own house. This atmosphere is a rarity on this earth, we mean it. The hotel offers transfer service too, both from or to airport. Simply let them know your flight details they will take care the rest, they are very professional. Another thing is; having flown from Europe to Yangon people have been at least 16 ours in sitting position which burdens your body, the hotel offers spa and massage service with very very... and very reasonable price. And you know what? This facility runs 24 hours! This place is an oase, period! We decided to book there again before we left. Of course we are looking forward for coming back, and we wish it happens soon.."

"Nice and clean hotel, just as advertised.\ Very nice and friendly staff. Near airport. Surrounded by some shops and shopping center. Closed to MCC where we had business there. Cons: - Far away from China town and Pagodas. - Breakfast menu unchanged for whole week. - Unstable internet wifi connection during daytime. Although it's nice after 11pm."

"Hotel rooms were big. Breakfast was good but suits an Asian pallet. Good English service. Couple of breif power outages but not longer than 10 minutes. Need to keep windows closed to keep mosquitos out. "

"Close to airport. Clean, good sized, comfortable rooms. Good views from floors 3 upwards. Nice helpful staff. Close 5 min ealk to Ocean shopping centre. Close 5 min walk to good restaurants. Good Massage nearby at 9th Hotel and across Pyay Rd from Ocean Centre. Cons: long way from downtown so need to go off peak. Nearest new large modern shopping centre is 5 or 6 km"
