Friendly service staff. Room is reasonably clean and cosy though the fridge is not working. Near to Taoyuan Night Market. There are a lot of massage parlour around, not sure if it’s a sleezy environment though. Nonetheless, it is a good a stop over hotel before heading airport as hotel comes with car park. Oh, the entrance of hotel is not the address given if you are driving.

My flight landed late in the night, and I arrived at Fullon-Taoyuan shortly after mid-night. The staff at the counter warmly welcome me and in 10 minutes I was in my top-floor room. The room was very clean and everything was neat. I slept very restfully even though I had jet leg. The hotel is within walking distance from a bus stop where I took a bus to a Taipei rapid transit station. The buffet breakfast was a little too pricey since I don't need a big meal in the morning. I was happy to find a MacDonald next door. Before my trip started, Agoda customer service quickly and accurately provided me with the transportation information between the airport and hotel upon my inquiry.

Hotel is just behind a shopping street area and it is within walking distance to Taoyuan Train station. Their service was very good! The concierge will help us take our luggage from the taxi to the lobby and also to our rooms! There is happy hour for guests at the lobby with snacks n drinks. what we didnt like about the hotel was the room. although it was small, we were alright with it as we were only staying for 1 night. the room size was as big as the toilet itself. The toilet was handicapped friendly but it was inconvenient for us to use. It had low shower head, no towel rails etc. Generally still a good stay.

rooms are clean and cable internet is provided. there is a convenience store located downstairs. this hotel would be recommended if you are travelling for business in taoyuan area. otherwise, it is a 45mins, nt50 bus ride to jiantan station in taipei, where shihlin night market is. bus stop is just 50metres away from the hotel and it takes around 15mins interval waiting time. not much variety of food around the hotel. it cost around nt120 via taxi to the nearest night market at zhong zheng road(nothing much to see anyway). overall, good hotel in taoyuan if you're travelling for business.

Our vacation was perfectly arranged by Peter (hotel's manager) - like great airport-hotel-airport service, wonderful tour service, perfect room location, and alot more. He is friendly, hard-working, accommodating, and easy to deal with kind of person. The hotel is lucky to have him to manage the hotel. The location of the hotel is very near the Taoyuan Train Station. Outside the hotel - you can see delicious local food stores, fruit market, and convenient shops. The room - spacious with big & comfortable beds, clean, with great facilities, with fast WIFI internet connection Bathroom- clean and comfortable. Breakfast - buffet, delicious, many choices. Staff - friendly, know how to speak English I would definitely recommend this hotel to others because it is worth the time, money, and effort. We really had a hussle-free vacation in Taiwan. Would definitely stay again and again in this hotel in the future visit. Overall rating - EXCELLENT!!!

i was catching a flight from taoyuan airport the next morning. therefore, i chose to stay in taoyuan instead of taipei. four hours before arrival at the taoyuan airport, i called the hotel. they promptly arrange for the pick up from the airport. my friend has arranged for a parcel sent to the hotel before my arrival. the parcel was passed to me promptly upon my check-in. they have also arranged for transport to the airport for the next day. 5 minutes before the appointed time, the reception called to inform of the transport was ready. overall the services were prompt and attentive. the staff are courteous and helpful. the room is spacious. the hotel is a little old. the room is refurbished and comfortable. it is not at the city center, but i enjoy the small town ambiance. i will come back again if i need to transit at the taoyuan airport.

I went to Taipei City last week with my husband and 3 kids. After 5 days in taipei, we decided to stay another 1 night at Taoyuan City before going back to Malaysia. We searched from agoda.com and found this budget hotel. We were satisfied with our stay in this hotel even though it was only a night stay. The hotel location is great, which a walking distance to some hypermarket such as carrefour and tesco. The night market is just nearby as well. There is a halal restaurant for Muslim traveler which is about 15 minutes journey with a taxi.

WALK TO SHOPPING CENTERS AND FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS (MALLS, RETAILS, FAST FOODS ETC.) ☑️ MILK TEA SHOPS AND CONVENIENCE STORES ARE JUST FEW STEPS AWAY FROM THE HOTEL ☑️ AWAY FROM THE HUSTLE OF TAOYUAN CENTER Hotel Service ☑️ Check in and check out were both smooth. ☑️ Receptionists were all polite and helpful (they can speak English). They will accommodate you with a smile on their faces. Upon our check out, which was at midnight, without us asking, the receptionist offered to call a taxi for us going to the airport. ☑️ Rooms are being cleaned, towels and bed sheets were changed and complimentary toiletries, coffee & tea, bottled water were refilled everyday. It feels nice to come back with a clean room after a tiring day of wandering. Though the room looks old (even the building), it's still good cause it's well maintained. ☑️ Breakfast buffet is just okay. Unli coffee is superb.

This hotel is close to Taoyuan Airport and train station. Bare in mind, THEY DO NOT OFFER FREE AIRPORT PICKUP FOR AGODA BOOKING, they only provide free shuttle to airport or train station on the check-out day. If you wish to enjoy their free airport pickup, please book it directly from their website to avoid disappointment. Other than that, this hotel is good for temporary stay. The staff is polite and very helpful. Another highlight, this hotel is close to a telecommunication centre. If you miss out the sim card service hour in the airport due to late night arriving, you can apply it near by this hotel, approximately 5 minutes walking distance.

Stayed for a night before catching next flight. The good things about this hotel is very clean, helpful staff, comfortable room. However, there is no free shuttle bus or public bus so quite costly. From Airport ($500) hotel to Airpot is ($400) total $900 for transportation. Moreover there aren't any shop nearby. Closest convenience store (7 eleven)is 10min walk.

Even there is only one night stay for me, That's a nice time in here. All staffs are helpful to me. They help me to contact the airport with their service mind. I love the bed so much because it's very comfortable. The pillow and blanklet are soft that make me don't want to wake up. The location is not so bad. It's near the Taoyuan night market where you can find good food and inexpensive shoes such as Adidas, Nike, Nb.

There are Many good food on the street. Cheap price and people are so friendly. ★★★★★ You can go to anywhere around taoyuan city by the bus no. 5089. and its good to tak the bus to the airport. Bus fee from the air port to the today hotel and station name is today hotel. Or you just ask to bus driver before you tak on the bus. But print map first :)★★★★★ But if your height is more than 175 cm.. bed room is not comfort to you. ★★★ I suggest you to book this hotel for one ~ two nights in taiwan.

We had a room where the entire glass panel of the toilet cubicle nearly fell off and we had to help them fix the glass panel back in place for safety reasons. despite eight nights of sleeping here, room service did not notice the faulty toilet door. Compressor was loud and the sound proof service of the room was quite bad as we were alarmed by our neighbor that was speaking over the telephone quite loudly at 3am in the morning. Location to Taoyuan Railway station was good though since its within 5 min walking distance

took a taxi from taoyuan airport to the hotel about nt500. the hotel main entrance is in the middle of the lane with food stalls selling till late nights. the "ah mah" porridge is tasty with chinese style. there is a fruit juice stall in front of the lane. the lane does not look very clean, only walkable with both side stalls. the hotel itself is reasonable good and clean only. it is old with medium maintenance only. typical and choosy person, may not choose this. sightseeing is not in this area. but i am ok. hotel staff is good to help for taxi calling.

Zai Yan Leader Hotel is an old hotel. The most unforgetable matter is about the toilet glass door. It will make a loud "cracking" sound when it turns. It makes me feel afraid of damaging the door during the whole period of my stay. The toilet and the bathroom is in the same area. I do not like some water accumulating near the toliet after shower. The leveling of the floor is not designed very well for the leaving of the water. I think that if the hotel can spend some money on fixing the facilities in the toilet, my experience can be much better. The room and the bed is acceptably clean. The price is relatively cheap. The staff is friendly and is willing to offer help if there is a problem. They also help me to freeze my hand-dleivery package when they know that it is delivered on low tempature. In fact, the mosts of hotels in Taoyuan in Taiwan are old. The district is not well developed. It is not easy to find inexpensive, new and comfortable hotel.

This hotel is like a luxury boutique style with King sized bed with a PC in the room. It is moderately spacious and the toiletries are provided in full. The only downsides are probably the less variety in the chinese breakfast (i find it ok ), the location in the alley not very far from the main road, the drinking water is limited but you can top up in the ground lobby. Overall an excellent stay. Btw, you can take ubus 706 at outside the taoyuan train station n dept store to taoyuan international airport in just 30mins, although the hotel recommends guest to take the 5059 public bus which takes one hour which i find it appalling.
