My girlfriend and I had an absolute blast in this hotel. The view is unbeatable. An amazing view from our balcony overseeing the hills, mountains and rice fields! We had a big sized bathtub overlooking the rice fields! The breakfast buffet was good, but I think they need more variety. The ROOFTOP bar is awesome too! It has a very nice view! I really recommend this hotel for couples. It is a 5 minute drive to Cat Cat village so it is also convenient. It is not near the city center, but if you pay 30-40k a taxi will take you there in less than 10 minutes.

Our stay in Aira was far better than what we expected. They let us check-in early at 8 A.M after we had our local breakfast and main streets observed. The room is beautiful with a stunning view of foggy valley below and gigantic Fansipan up high. We had a Deluxe Balcony facing the mountains. Highly recommended even if you don't smoke like us. (Our trip is in late June, which is the time when it is raining and foggy all day) My most memorable and satisfying memory of Aira was the staff. They were so thoughtful and generous. Can't believe i can meet hotel staff of this level in Sapa. They were honestly better than lots of 5-star-hotel i've stayed at I didn't like the pool. The placement is not comfortable for me. The road to the hotel is indeed terrible. Not that anyone can do anything about. P.s: if we'd ever come back to Sapa again, Aira would mostly be the reason why.

Our trip to Sapa was made amazing by our stay in SilkPath. We took an overnight train from Hanoi to Lao Cai and arrived in the hotel at 0700hrs. While it was full house, the hotel was kind enough to let us use the shower facilities to freshen ourselves in the morning before heading out for the adventure in Sapa. Everyone was so warm and nice from the reception staff to the porter and to the restaurant staff. Waldo was superb in arranging all our needs from transportation to pick up, and sharing tips on travelling in this beautiful town. Not to mentioned, that the GM Steve was very helpful and nice in ensuring that our stay and visit was all in order. Kudos to the team for having such a exemplary leader. This has to be one of the best hotel we have stayed in and will definitely be back! Well done SilkPath team! Truly 5 star!

I would have given this hotel 5 stars for the hotel itself but I feel travelers to Sapa should be aware that the town is undergoing massive construction. Sapa Horizon Hotel is surrounded by major building projects. Through no fault of the hotel, it is very noisy early in the morning until dark with jackhammers, earthmovers and hammering. I can honestly say this is probably the case wherever you stay in Sapa as there is building everywhere, with lots of dust and dirt. The hotel itself is lovely and the staff is just wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. We received a bottle of wine on arrival and fresh fruit in our room daily. We really loved trekking in the rice fields and our trip to Mt. Fansipan was great, but Sapa itself is experiencing some growing pains. Last but not least, the town is very noisy on Friday and Saturday nights with music blaring from town. A great holiday all in all, just not very relaxing! Bring earplugs!

Once in while a hotel surpasses your expectations. The hotel is brand new, everything works, plenty of electrical sockets, hot water and good shower, AC/Heat works well. The mattress is western style and very comfy. I had a lovely view of the mountain from the balcony. The room is immaculately clean. Service is exceptional. From the manager through to the cleaning staff i have not been met with such warmth and friendliness outside of 5 star hotels. It really is that good. The manager was asking if there was anything that could be done to make the rooms better, i mentioned a coat hook would be appreciated for the wet coats... within 30 minutes someone arrived at my room with a screwdriver and one was fitted. Speechless. Breakfast caters to local viet tastes. There was a number of fried items fries/potatoes etc that were left on plates to go cold. I wish these could be kept warm. There is ample selection and good coffee, im sure any westerner would find something to enjoy.

From my 2-night stay, I am so impressed with the service of the hotel staff. All of them are very much co-operative, polite, and equipped with good English. They tried their best to assist every guests during their stay. Especially, Ms Ha, the receptionist, who intensionally woke me up for last minute breakfast and surprised me with a bunch of flower and a cake in my room on my birthday. My room in the first night actually already had a great mountain view, but it was upgraded to a suite, which had more space with a waiting room on the second night. All in all, the Sapa Diamond Hotel is a very nice hotel and one I would recommend highly.

My family (two young toddlers and my wife) and I spent two nights at Amazing Hotel in Sapa on 21st and 22nd of Sept 2018. I can only warmly recommend this hotel. Hotel is super clean (it is a 4 stars), good facilities (they have a swimming pool on the roof-top with an amazing view over the mountain), staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is good, location is very central (near Sapa square) etc... Excellent hotel from my point of view!

About nearly 2km far from the city center - the cathedral of sapa, but this hotel has surprised us a lot. Nothing different from the photos, it's even better in reality. With Helpful staff, beautiful and clean room with mountain view, this might be one of the best 3-star hotels in town, awesome quality with the price. Also, nice breakfast! We had absolutely enjoyed 3 days 2 nights over there, in a room for 2 whịch was nice and cozy with a wonderful foggy mountain view. We love Sapa and Praha hotel as well. Will come back since we have other occasions to visit the city.

This hotel is super clean, and location is on top of the hill , can overlook the city of Sapa. All staffs are helpful and friendly. Especially Customer Service Miss Anna, She is a very friendly and sincere in her duty. We had our dinner there as well. The staff make our self at home and relax. We all end our dinner at long hours. Staffs still with all smiling face. Really best service. Hotel also offer us to store our luggage before we had our climb to Mount Fansipan, Ms Anna also offer us a room to fresher up after our return, but we did not take it as we had another hotel to check in under the tour package. The amenities in the hotel also rated as 5 stars.

If there is any one person who did not enjoy their stay in Sapa Unique Hotel, I dare say they must be really unreasonable/difficult. service is simply out of this world. This is the first time I have ever encountered such excellent service rendered to me out of the many times I have visited Vietnam. They treat their guests probably like how a Mother would treat her children. We felt extremely well taken care of and it felt closer than home itself! Location was excellent, Room was big and spacious, very good value for money (unless you are expecting 5 star Loccitane amenities or 2000 threadcount satin bedsheets, then Sapa is not for you). But I high recommend this hotel in Sapa anytime. I am an extremely fussy person and get really irritated at the slightest things but this stay really amazed me. Well, my only complaint is... at night if you open the windows, there will be moths/ flies that come into the room. But not a problem - just turn on the A/C. Make sure you book trekking tours with them as their recommendation (on everything) is excellent and well suited to your every needs. Also, they prepared food for us to take on the train. We were so extremely touched by this small gesture! If you are intending to do any tours in Halong Bay, feel free to email them and enquire as they also own a Travel Agency. What really made me happy was... when I offered tips for carrying our heavy lugguage up 2 stories, he told us: "Your Happiness is our Biggest Tips". Shocking for this to happen in Vietnam I dare say. So all in all peeps, book your Hanoi tours with them! We will be back.

We booked a standard double room but, upon arrival without even asking they upgraded us to a superior. It was a beautiful clean room with a comfortable bed and mountain view. Staff was super friendly and spoke very good English. The breakfast was amazing with so much variety and the wifi always had good connection. The location was right by the city centre and walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. We dicided to visit Cat Cat village on our own with out a guide and it was super easy, we even walked there from the hotel and it took only 30 minutes. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. Oh! Also, watch out for the children and women trying to sell you souvanirs. They are very agressive and if you talk, look or smile at them they will not leave you alone. On that note, If you do plan on visiting Cat Cat village, there are many beautiful home made things to buy and your supporting the village and families as well. Good luck and great travels!

We initially booked 2 nights in this hotel through Agoda with the intention of probably moving elsewhere once we had a chance to survey all accommodation options in Sapa on the ground. As it transpired, we spent our entire 8 days in Sapa at this hotel. The biggest plus are the staff. They are helpful, honest and fair - rare commodities in Vietnam. Also, the hotel itself is newish (about 6 months old) and the rooms are large, well appointed, clean and our room was cleaned & bed made daily. Usually when you book tours or rentals, etc. through a hotel, the mark-up is such that it is not worth it. However, at this hotel I ended up arranging trekking, trips, motorcycle hire, etc. directly through the hotel because the prices were reasonable and I came to realise I could rely on the staff. Trust me - I am not an easy person to please. I have amassed a litany of hotel complaints over the years, but this one gets my unqualified endorsement. Sure, it's no 5 star, but it does what it sets out to do extremely well and for a great price.

Fantastic experience. The hotel itself is a nice, clean and charming boutique hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the complimentary laptop in the room was definitely a plus. Best thing about the hotel though was the staff! They were so attentive and helpful. They organized my homestay and trip back to Hanoi, which made things super easy. I even needed to see a doctor and they called one to the hotel for me. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone going Sapa. I wish more hotels had the same level of service as this one. Special shoutout to the front office manager Nguyen Duc Tung. He was incredibley friendly and helpful. His recommendations and help booking everything previously mentioned truly made my stay in Sapa wonderful.

We were actually glad that we ended up staying at the Sunny Mountain. We usually find a new, lower star hotel beats a 5 star hotel in less travelled destinations. We were upgraded to the suite The suite is very spacious, comfortable and in excellent conditions. Room has excellent view; hotel is in the town center for easy access to shops and restaurants. Nice and friendly staff. Seemed understaffed or not as well prepared for when the hotel is at full capacity. I wasn't able to get much of their attention for travel info.

Our family of 4 booked 2 connecting rooms on Christmas Day. But due to the power breakdown of Fansipan cable car, we decided to stay 2 nights, so that we can come again the next day. Luckily the rooms are available. The hotel reception & their staffs greeted us, friendly and provided taxi arrangements and also cable car tickets purchased. On one occasion, due to missed communication, the taxi driver supposed to pick us in Fansipan cable car station but we took the wrong one. The hotel didn’t blamed us and willing to absorb the cost. The room deco & cleanliness are super!! It is equivalent to 5 star hotel standard for sure!!! The location is near town centre, but quieter and less dusty. I strongly recommend whoever wish to come Sa Pa to stay at this hotel.

I'm at a loss for words at how amazing my stay was at Sapa Relax Hotel & Spa. The hotel is relatively new and my girlfriend and I took a bit of a risk booking a room here. We were not disappointed! The accommodations were very clean, beautiful, and modern. The complimentary breakfast was delicious (not mediocre like many other hotels in Vietnam). The staff was incredibly friendly and treated us with great warmth. We felt as though we were more than just regular hotel guests. Anything we needed, they provided--including recommendations on activities to do around town. We were able to get massages right in the hotel and left the spa feeling like a million bucks. The view of the terraced mountains from our bedroom balcony was breathtaking. I only wish I could give this hotel 6 stars! This is the gold standard for hotels in Vietnam, and VERY reasonably priced!! Do yourself a favor and book your stay here when you are in Sapa. I definitely will again whenever I am back in town.

Location was good, within walking distance to the main square and eateries. Booked a mountain view room and the view was rewarding. Best part was the customer service by the receptionists. Despite their poor English, we could see that they tried their best and we give them a thumbs up!! Only downside is a lot of construction going on beside the hotel but still giving a thumbs up!

I stayed here for one day and left my bags while I did the ha Giang loop in the north. The stay was so good with such a scrumptious buffet breakfast, quite a treat after travelling in hostels where the best breakfast you can expect is a pancake. The mattresses are comfortable and morning view wonderful. I liked the staff very much and stayed here when I got back from the loop. I stayed two nights in a shared dorm and then left to get a private room but actually came changed my mind and came back to the hotel to use their private room. It was the best sleep if had in ages. Highly recommend this spot.

Our room is on fourth floor with private balcony so we can clearly see Muong Hoa valley and Fansipan mountain, The room is big with twin bed .. that is very comfortable.. . the bathroom is modern and convenient for using with bathstub... The lunch on restaurant SAPA SKY VIEW is so tasty .. We love to sit on this nice restaurant that may be the best place in Sapa to enjoy fresh air and outdoor table is the best choice to enjoy the amazing view of Sapa .. We really love this hotel !!!

We stay here for 2 nights, arrived early from overnight train we were tired but understood if the hotel were fully booked then the early they can provide the room will be noon, we got in submit check in voucher, drop off our bags went out for breakfast, walk around then massage, when we back at noon room iris ready! What a beautiful comfortable room, staff are friendly, everyone of them. Food was simple but ok for breakfast, whenever I request they try to do their best for me. The Receiption lady really sweet & polite, the guy is very friendly fun & a bit crazy which make you laugh all day :) the hotel also provide trekking tour but we didn't join any, will back for that and recommend my friends & family to stay. Saw some rude guest yell at the Receiption complain can't early check in at 7am, reason for complain because they have babe with them, babe need sleep,then if that's so important they should pay for extra day for early check in but not yell at the staff!!! Also during that two days, these ladies with babe created a lot of noisy, on the day check our I was talking to Receiption arrange a van back to train station. ( hotel can help you booked van left at 5:30 back to town get train) the lady was come out ask me to speak very very quietly because her babe is sleeping at lobby public area.. Again if you plan to travel with babe want comfort then please pay extra, do not ask people to speak whispering in public!

Booked from 21st to 24th Jan'19 and absolutely enjoyed the stay at Hotel. Nice and clean room, professional and friendly staff. Gave pretty good advice on saving money and suggesting convonient tours suitable to enjoy with a 3 yr toddler. Located quite well. Booked mountain view room but as weather was all foggy couldnt say how was the view (not a fault of hotel). Only things could have beeb better are Wifi and shower. Wifi was very weak in tje room could be room to room basis and shower was fluctuating between cold and hot water. Best part was the room inverters which kept the room cozy warm when outside temp was 4 degree. Thumps up for the hotel.

We had the best stay at this hotel in Sapa. My main reason for picking it was so we'd be away from the noise of the main town of Sapa and as this hotel is right on the outskirts it definitely delivered. The scenery is incredible overall but the views from the rooms is beautiful. If the day is foggy well there is nothing you can do but on sunny days...Wow. Breakfast was so good, the buffet had anything even for the pickiest of eaters. Eggs, ham, fresh baguettes, pancakes, fried rice, Pho, little sweet cakes, veggies, cheese, fruit, coffee, tea, seriously we were not expecting it to have so many options so that was a big bonus. The rooms are super clean and had all the little amenities (comb, toothbrush +paste, shower cap, ect) hairdryer in the room, fast wifi, motorbike rental on site, laundry services (everything came back fresh and clean) and mostly the staff always tried to be super helpful in any way they could. So, so nice. We didn't bother to ask about tours from the hotel and such because there are 2 places in town run by local Hmong women (Sapa Sisters & Sapa O'Chau- highly recommended) and we wanted to use either one of them so we just went directly to the tour offices and inquired there. We meant to stay 2 nights and stayed 5. Went on a tour left our luggage here & returned everything a ok. Only one morning, there weren't too many guests so they asked us to choose one thing from the menu and we were a bit disappointed but then again we eat a lot and there are tons of places to grab extra breakfast at nearby. This did not affect our opinion of this beautiful, clean new hotel. We would return and highly recommend staying here. We had friends who stayed more into town and they hated it- they should have stayed here! Wish we could have stayed here longer!

I have booked a standard room. I arrived Sapa quite early with the train. And it is normal where the room is not ready such early in the morning at 8 am. I have rented a motorbike from the hotel with a good price and start my day in Sapa to nearby Cat Cat village. When we were back to the hotel at 10 am, the room still not ready yet. It is ok where the check in time is not so early for the hotel normally. So my wife and I ordered breakfast set, sitting outside the restaurant, enjoy our breakfast with great mount Fansipan in front of our eyes!! Wow!! So enjoyable!! Not only the view, but the alacarte breakfast set is just so delicious!! And we were so lucky that Mr.Luan upgraded our room to junior suite room with no extra charges as our standard room is still not ready. The room is big, nice view from the room straight to mount Fansipan!! The every each of the staff in the hotel speak English, and they are very helpful. They show we the way to sightseeing by motorbike, they recommend me which tracking trip we should join, and they show me how to get enjoy in Sapa. The daily breakfast is wonderful with fresh fruit juice with no added extra water. Some people said t is a bit far from the town. But for me it is just 10 mins walk and I could stay far from the traffic and busy town. Location is not an issue here. I am rarely give such high score for the hotel that I have stay. But H'muong Hotel worth all the star that I have given.

The hotel is located on a relatively quiet street but still within easy walking distance to the central. The staff are very friendly and caring. Even though there are not many choices on the breakfast menu everything is delicious and freshly cooked as ordered. The building is a little old but everything still functions perfectly. Shower is very strong with plenty of hot water and mattress is quite soft too. The best thing about this hotel is still the view from the window which looks directly to the valley, mountains, and terraced rice fields. Once the fog and clouds clear up you'll be presented with a breathtaking view of Sapa from above. Breakfast is served on the top floor with a large rooftop terrace which makes having your breakfast while overlooking the valley even more ethereal. Biggest problem is the frequent and loud barking of the dogs at night. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay.

Absolutely loved our time at Sapa Memory. The hotel was clean, great rooms in a quiet central location. One of the best aspects was Ngo on the front desk. He went out of his way to help us arrange transport and then gave us his number so that when we were out and about we could contact him if we had any difficulties. Thank you Ngo your hotel is fortunate to have you representing it. We recommended this hotel to everyone we met.

This hotel has definitely got the best value for money,They have been a great help in our trip, upgrading us to a mountain view room, allowing us to check in way before the check in time because we arrived early in the morning.The areas are nicely equipped, magnificent, with views that are great, beds and showers, TV, towels provided, blankets and sheets. We'd highly recommend this particular hotel to anyone planning to invest some time in Sapa.

We booked the 4 pax suite for 3 days and 2 nights during December 2014. The weather was really cold and the room has a fireplace which was really awesome. The hotel is clean and tidy. The hotel is situated 5 minutes walk from the main market (not too near, not too far). The location is good as it's really quiet and not located on the main street which could be quite noisy from people's interaction. The private balcony for 4 pax suite is shared with other users (not really private) but the view looking over Sapa terraces is really good. If the weather is good, you can see the sun rises up from the mountain. Breakfast is provided but we can only choose 1 option (not buffet style) which is something I don/t like. The breakfast portion is small and limited. I preferred to eat my lunch and dinner at the market which is much more affordable and delicious. This hotel is located near the Cat Cat village which is a MUST- GO tourist attraction. There are a lot of "Not Genuine" Northface shops around. The best deal shop is located at Cat Cat village. ****** Blackout is quite common at Sapa. I was even trapped in the lift for 1 minute. Not the hotel's fault as the entire Sapa is affected.

We asked the receptionist, Hang, to upgrade our room to mountain view, Hang mentioned because it's not occupied he will not take extra for that :-). So nice of him. • we forget our staff in a texi, and the texi driver had procrastinated, looked like we never see the staff again, I asked another receptionist, (Minh) he helped in coordination between us to texi driver. Finally, Successfully brought our staff to the hotel:) • On the way back from hotel to bus station, back to Hanoi, another texi driver has dropped us in wrong place, we tried to speak with the locals but they wouldn't help/understand, so we called Minh and Hang, they came in 4 minutes with a bike to show us where is the bus station 700 a head.just before we missed it.
