Find hotels in Tawaen beach

I stayed here for a night with my girlfriend, the location was near nabian pier and is only 5 mins walk from the pier. However, I rent a motobike at the pier for 250 THB a day with Fuel and just a minute ride from the pier. The only few places to stay with a swimming pool in Koh Larn, I suggest you guys heading here to stay or look for those hotel or rooms with swimming pool. There is nothing to do at night in Koh Larn, the best thing is to spend the night after dinner swimming at the pool with your love ones. The price is cheap for such a big room with swimming pool and breakfast sent to your room in the morning. I was given english breakfast set to fill my stomach. The room come with hairdryer and hot heater for drinking coffee in the morning. There were plenty of channels to water from the TV. You guys should give this place a try, by far the best hotel I have stay.

The visit to Koh Larn was really worthwhile. The Resort has at a clean private beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and varied. Lunches and dinners can be enjoyed elsewhere on the island. The staff is helpful to give suggestions. Hotel courtesy is available for the transport from Tawaen Beach Pier and the Resort. The courtesy transport is also available between Harbour Island Home (Na Daan Pier) and the resort.

Arrived unannounced to Koh Larn pier from Bali Hi pier Pattaya on normal ferry. When we asked directions to the hotel we were passed to a lady that asked "you stay 3 night's?", seems we were expected and after a phone call, a motorbike came to pick us up. A little unnecessary as it was just a 5 minute walk, but appreciated as the signage is not great once there. The room was basic but adequate, I assume one star each for toilet and shower, half star for effort. No room cleaning or bed making over 3 days, even bin not emptied (Ants appreciated this more than we did) 30 seconds from main baht bus terminal meant excellent island and beach access with minimal fuss. All in all very pleasant stay, staff (Motorbike driver and concierge)helpful and unobtrusive. Island a dream and the less busy beaches bliss. Do not go to monkey beach looking for monkey's, there are none, lol.

Hotel FC agoda $50 per night (free Breakfast). Motorbike rental 300 bht per day at FC. Nice newer bikes(Honda Click). Breakfast : 2x eggs, thai hotdog and 1 x toast . Water, coffee and OJ. Many restaurants in the area FamilyMart by the pier Food stalls bybthe pier Seafood restaurants 5 min scooter ride Beaches 10 min away I would definitely stay again .

Location: A 2 minute walk from the pier. You can actually see the hotel as the ferry boat pulls into the pier. 711 and street vendors at the corner of the hotel. Especially beneficially at night since the Island dies down pretty early. The hotel itself is pretty quite at night. You can hear the boats coming in/going out in morning, but even in the end room (closest to the pier), we didn't find it bothersome. Room: Very warm and comfortable. Isn't your 5 star accommodation but very relaxing and enjoyable. Bathroom is a little dated, but they do provide you with shampoo/soap. Towels are exchanged daily and they offer to clean your room. The view from the room was very nice during high-tide (8pm - 8am give or take). Outside of these hours the water level is very low and some debris/rocks/etc. makes up your surrounding. We didn't find this too bothersome since outside of these hours we were at the beach. Hotel Food: They provided you with American style breakfast, not buffet, rather a choice between fried eggs or omelet, coffee/tea/juice. Breakfast and Thai food were good, I can't say the same for the rest. :-/ We did find a restaurant right on the beach for dinner. Take a right out of the hotel and drive straight for about 5 minutes. It's at the end of the island. Getting around: Driving on the island is challenging! There are tons of steep hills which are challenging for motorbike drivers who are unexperienced with it (The locals had no problems of course!) We rented a motorbike from the hotel for 300baht a day which sounds a little expensive but they paid for the gas (whenever empty) and we kept the bike "overnight". Some of the motorbike rentals provide you with a bike until 6pm for 200/250baht. There are also plenty of tuk-tuks that run from main areas to the beaches. Internet: They do have wifi, but sometimes it goes out. Just tell the guy at the front desk and he'll reset the modem.

Very nice staff, I believe it was Mr. Tom, noticed I had a few beers from 7/11 in a bag and before I could even unlock the door to our room he had brought me a bottle opener. The beaches are some of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. They are all within a mile and a half from the room. We only stayed 2 nights, but would definitely stay again. The only downside is it was mildly difficult to find as it is down an alley about 20 yards is all. It really was not a big deal, we found it easily walking, but if you are on a motorbike it would be easy to miss. All in all a great place 5 stars.

Talking about the location of this place is very convenient because it’s too close to the main road and you can find any store or restaurant which is close to your place. The stuff at first I think they are fine but what makes me feel a little bit disappointed is because of the motorbike rent they just they just told me that I have to return it with the time 12 PM but I thought it would be 24 hours for rentingSo I have to rent more like two or three hours for exploring the beach but anyway they’re good they will provide you a ride from the pier to the hotel. The room is very clean and spacious my boyfriends really enjoyed it it so much there are television refrigerator and the balcony for each rooms. Of course the beaches are so perfect it was a relaxing time and also refreshing my soul and my work life balance. I would recommend anyone to come and visit this place cause its close to pattaya and also clean beaches you could ask for.

FRIENDLY STAFF: The staff was very friendly and polite. VERY CLEAN AND MODERN ROOM: The hotel looked either new or recently renovated. The room was spacious and very, very clean. The bed felt firm and new. The balcony door lock would not lock, but a simple adjustment should fix that issue. TOILET PAPER NOT ALLOWED: Oddly, the bathroom had a sign that said toilet paper was not allowed to be flushed down the toilet because of risk of flooding. No toilet paper was provided. This is a sanitary issue that must be corrected. The plumbing must be fixed because not allowing guests to use toilet paper is not reasonable.

This place is quite nice if you are planning to get a motorbike or a taxi to go around otherwise it’s just near Na Baan pier where you can’t get into the ocean or swim. It’s 2 minutes away from 7/11 but if you wanna walk there in the evening when it’s dark there are a lot of dogs barking on you on the way so it feels uncomfortable since the streets are super narrow. The hotel staff was nice, the lady staff was very kind and helpful but when I first arrived there was no one to meet me and the doors were closed I guess they just left for a few minutes. The room was very clean and comfortable. I got the one with a sea view. Also they had breakfast from 7 am to 9am but I didn’t take it because I had stomach ache. The shower was hot and easy to adjust. I guess it’s a nice place to stay but quite far from the main beaches, you can’t walk there

Baan Tip Su Kon gest house wasn't so easy to find since it wasn't referenced on Google Maps, but we really had a great time on Koh Larn Island and in this very cute and charming accommodation! Perfect for one or two nights. In fact very easy to find if you know the following, here's a tip for future travelers: when you get off the boat from Pattaya at the village's pier you just have to go left, without even going into the village, and at the end of a very tiny street, you will recognize the colorful and charming gest house. Very warm welcome, the breakfast is very simple however sufficient given that you shouldn't spend more than 2 days on Koh Larn. Enjoy your stay there!

Once you get off the Na Baan Pier (Main Village), you just turn right and follow the path up about 100 meters until you see a big 2 storey building on the right. The staff cant speak a word of English, make sure you have proof of your booking. The rooms are of decent size, a fridge, aircon and ask for room on 2nd floor during booking, the balcony has a view of the sea. there's no safe in room just like the rest of the hotels on the island and no wifi but I have no complaints, its a Thai family run business and most of its clients are also Thai, nice place and for the price I will surely be back.

This is a nice homestay with a lovely balcony and a little garden. You can sit at the balcony to enjoy the sunshine or the moonlight with a cup of coffee at dawn or at dusk if you like. And you can ask the owner for any help that makes you feel warm. You can rent the motorcycle to look around or go to the beach if you can ride. If you cannot ride, the owner can carry you to the nearby stop where you can take Song Thaew to the beach.(By the way, the Tien beach is the most beautiful and blue beach here. You'd better go there as early as possilble to rent a good seat.)

staff is friendly . place is quite and peaceful. better get bike on pier (around baht per 24 hours) if you decide to stay here - to reach beaches - or whatever you want. shower have only cold water. room is very clean and good decorated. two days on koh lan - enough to check each interesting view points and beaches. a lot of russians on every beach - except main tawaen

Excellent stay! It is an easy easy walk from the main pier and if walking isn't your thing just grab a motorbike taxi (30 baht each I think I paid). The staff don't speak much English and we hardly saw them but I think that was actually part of the atmosphere of the place. You are not near any other accommodation only locals. It was nice and peaceful and exactly what I was looking for when I wanted to get out of Bangkok over the weekend. The blue colour of the cottages caught my eye and they are very cute in person. Inside is fairly spacious and enough room to move around in. Thanks

Our stay in the big bus room is really enjoyable. Everything looks really nice. Would advise to come with someone who can speak Thai, as it's some distance away. When you arrived at the pier, you'll need to call the hotel to come pick you up. They can provide transport service on request. There's a really nice restaurant within walking distance from the hotel. The menu is in the hotel room.
