As usual, I booked my stay this time with Agoda and aware that the price stated on the booking should be paid at the hotel. Overall I satisfied with the say since the hotel attached with Empire Subang Mall where you can find anything that you want especially foods, easily. But I just a little disappointed to know that the swimming pool and gym were quite far. For those who want to use that facilities, have to go to the ground level of the mall, find the lift beside one of the restaurant, then go up to level 8 in another building ( I can saw it from my booked room). The rest, for me its quite awesome especially the Red Box karaoke, was just around the corner :)

I absolutely loved this hotel for its value for money and distance to the venue of my conference. Comfy beds enough to make me want to stay in the whole day instead of doing what I'm supposed to. Would be better though if there was a bidet - using a bucket is hard. Also slightly annoying that one code can only be used for one device - free WiFi should be available for unlimited devices considering how close it is to colleges for conferences and events. Overall, a good stay with no regrets.

been staying here quite alot. Alone with friends and even bring family. Staff very friendly and try the best to accomodate you. Very quick registration. While checking in a foreign couple couldnt get a cab by my taxi app. They try thier best even by using personal phone to get a cab for them. Beside mall lots of coffee shop gym and not so pack movie area. Might not be the too star hotel but fullfill all your need as traveler for business. Kids can go to top floor for pool over look the highway,mountain and city. Price you pay u get more facilities than other boutique hotel

This was my 4th stay at Lavender Inn. Everything is wonderful about this hotel, including the very friendly and pleasant staff, the location, wifi, cleanliness etc. However, I informed the hotel (by email) more than 1 month in advance that I will be arriving around 8-9am and would like an early check in if possible. The 2 people who were occupying my designated room checked out at 9am and I was allowed to take the room at 10am, but I was charged extra RM30. As a 4th time customer, I was very surprised that I was charged this fee which was never told to me before. Also, the usual check in time is 2pm and they could not have given the room to anyone else between 10 am and 2pm!! So allowing me to occupy it at 10am could not have cost them extra at all. I handle bookings for a high end resort and we NEVER charge our guests for an early check in. NEVER. If the room is available they can occupy it. If it's not, then obviously they have to wait. Simple as that.

Prompt reply when I contacted through FB regarding parking lots. They provide parking tickets . Easier to get parking if you check-in around 3pm I guess. Loved the room, cleanliness, and also the staff who were courteous. Loved the design, although the numbering was slightly confusing. One of the best hotels I 've stayed. For those taking flight from Subang Airport, this is a good stop. There's a cafe just at ground floor.

He says one of the best shoplot-revamped boutique hotel he has stayed in. Nice architectural and interior design touches. Clean and comfortable environment. Very well situated with varied food outlets and restaurants in the vicinity. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. He would be booking a room again whenever he visits this part of town. Very highly recommended!!

We liked almost everything about this hotel. Staff was fantastic, helpful and friendly, breakfast awesome really good taste and western choices. Everything was in good condition, clean and tidy. The internet connection was fast n good.also have coffee dispenser and biscuit at lobby free 24hour. However this hotel near with citta mall and evolve mall also subang skypark airport only 7 min from hotel very near.The most i like about vanilla cafe is the taste of food on breakfast and lunch really tasty n delicious flavor. I'm Will be Back To this Hotel again.

Pros:- 1. Value for money. 2. Strategic location (between Summit USJ Mall and Damen Mall). LRT and BRT is just a 6-minute walk (500m) from the hotel. 3. Room is spacious and clean. The 2 queen beds can comfortably accomodate 4 pax. 4. Polite and helpful hotel staff (Fritzie). Check-in was a breeze. Her boss Marcus is also a very nice gentleman. 5. Can park in front of the tower. Security is good. Cons:- 1. Only 1 room key and 1 lift key were given. A little troublesome for a group. 2. No bottled water provided. Suggest to provide bottled water and increase the room rate.

The hotel is about RM65 away from KLIA1 (from the black and yellow taxi booth). The hotel itself is great. From check-in to check-out using their airport transfer (RM100), the process was pain free. Deposit of RM100 is required for each room, we booked superior queens. The rooms are spacious and relatively new. Very comfortable bed and decent sized bathroom. No complaints here! Breakfast included were nasi lemak, soft boiled eggs and coffee, served between 6am and 9am. There are restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel, my favorite being the roast goose behind the hotel named Wei Kee. What a gem! We did wander to Sunway pyramid, by booking a cab using "MyTeksi" app, about RM17. Summing it up, great hotel, polite staff, wonderful surrounding, will definitely be back.

Stayed in the hotel for 6 nights with my siblings to enroll my son to a nearby college. Hotel could be rated as an average hotel to stay on a low budget. Although no inhouse restaurant, you will find renowned food outlets nearby, including Burger King, Subway, Starbucks, Pizzahut, McDonald's and good restaurants of Chinese, Malaysian and Korean cousine. Nearby you will find lots on retails outlets as well including 24/7 open shops 7-11, Family Mart, KK Mart Wi-Fi is good in all areas you can watch few channels on tv. Within 10 mins you could reach Sunway Pyramid and Subang Parade Shopping Mall. Hotel staff are exceptionally helpful and checking in and out of hotel is the easiest process I have experienced so far. Room I stayed is cleaned daily and the facility and amenities have been maintained in good condition but you may encounter cockroaches and mosquitoes so remember to carry your insect killer as you will not find a phone in the room to call reception for help.

I stayed for a day in the hotel, I occasionally choose the hotel to reminisce my stay at Subang as a college student (well, a little bit of nostalgic moments). I do feel that the location of the hotel is very strategic, you can walk around the area and easily find something to eat. And it is also very near to a bus stop, so it is very easy for you to find public transport. The offer rate is also pretty good deal. One thing that should be improved is the lack of sound proofing of the room. I was staying in the first floor which is down the hallway from the receptionist, I can hear clearly all the noises in the hallway. Maybe if you're staying in the upper level there shouldn't be a problem then. I hope this wouldn't be an issue for my next stay. =)

Very close to the Subang Airport. Rooms are a just slightly small but adequate. Could use a few more hangers tho free flow of drinking water at the reception + complimentary water provided in the hotel room, ensure that you will never go thirsty, unless u lazy the rooms smells clean, dont hv that lingering smell of cigarettes like some hotels do but i reckon someone smoked at the corridor (presumably one of the guest who cant be asked to walk out of the hotel to puff away) which made me choke a little while carrying the luggage up the staircase. walls and doors feel quite sturdy which unless the neighbouring rooms are on high volume banging.... music, it's quite a peaceful night of sleep with occasional mat rempits pushing their low cc engines of their small motorbikes into overdrive, could be heard faintly from the main road nearby. overall, this is a bearable small room hotel but a good experience with a ton of convenience to offer with very good accessibility, unless you are flying from KLIA / KLIA 2. entirely in my honest opinion.

I came here with my husband for he has the training to attend nearby. The room was just nice, not too big and not too small, it was decent. Staff services are very good, they were very helpful and polite every time. There's 24 hours self-service laundry is just around the corner, many restaurants nearby so not to worry about food. Cleanliness of the room is okay. The toilet is functioning well along with the hot water. This hotel was the closest and we could easily get Grab or an MRT Bus Feeder to get to places. The stop is just right in front of the hotel although there is no signage. But it stops right opposite Laura Medina Cafe, bus number T803. There's another one, T802 but the stop is slightly further, which is in front of Help University. This bus will get you to MRT Kwasa Sentral station (basically from here you can go anywhere you want) and you need to have TouchnGo card to be able to use this bus, only RM1 is required. All in all, we are both satisfied with the hotel!

Totally, I am very happy to stay in here. I booked a deluxe room, which can occupy 3 adults. When we reached there, there was a heavy rain. The staff was friendly and told us when we reached fourth floor, there would be another staff lead us to the room. Another thing I love so much is the breakfast. I ordered roti jala with chicken curry. It's delicious but it's too small size for me.

The Staffs are quite friendly, we need to put some food in the freezer, and they are willing to refrigerate it for 2 days. Also they provide a USB charger on the electricity outlet. But unfortunately there are irreponsible guests who smoked on the room alleys eventhough it's a non smoking hotel. Also, they need to improve the wifi internet connections, which very hard to connect to my devices and the speed was very slow. My other suggestion is the hotel should provide or build a special way/upward parchment for the guests to pull their wheel luggage since they don't have any porters to help you Happy Birthday. Wish U all the Best. carry from the front road to inside the hotel since you must pass some stairs (3-4 stairs). Well, it's worth for the money and it's closed to SS15, only costs you RM. 6 by Grab.

Booked via Agoda, got the instant confirmation in a snap! I was just next door having a sip when i decided to get a room to freshen up before heading for a meeting and shopping :) Naz- the reception guy was very polite, very accommodating, didn't ask for anything in particular like other hotel does :). Room 105 is sparkling clean! Towels so fluffy, bathroom is so fresh and clean, now ready to roll to the comfortable bed watching tv on top gave me zzzz in not ime! Gave him the top notch service par excellence! Very systematic flow of checking in.. done in 60 seconds! Awesome! Will definitely will be back next month! Thank you Lismar and Naz.. i didn't catched you when i checked out. Only missing is Coffee though:(

I think the price is almost near or similar to budget hotel nearby NuSentral at KL Sentral and I believe it is so because of its location in USJ9. Location wise or walking wise is a bit far off from eatery and grocery shops. However, i think there is a famous eatery Murni 2 blocks behind which serves big portion and delicious food. 7-Eleven is a block behind. There are many local banks around. The best thing for me at this hotel are air-cond and fridge which works for a very heat sensitive person like me. I always worried air-cond not cold enough cause most of the hotels rarely service their airconds especially the Central Hotel near NuSentral. Furniture are old but functional since I only need a bath and comfy bed to sleep. The funny thing is its lift is next staircase beside the lobby.

I like how the hotel is actually quite easy to find, and it seems very clean when you step into it. The staffs also seem to take care of whatever concern or questions you have as best as they could. my room is nice & clean. pretty much everything is there. the only thing is that it has the smallest toilets I've ever had in a budget hotel. My previous hotels all have very spacious toilets, and this one is more of a 'pigeon' style, maybe efficient though, quick shower & big business at the same time. Moving space between the bed & walls are also very narrow, I already earned myself one bruise from the edge of the bed frame. I do appreciate the large dining hall, and the compliance of the staff to my needs (for my case it was to clean or not clean the room on certain days, to which they actually ask before you leave the hotel) Easy access to everywhere though.

We book a queen size room one night before we check in. We face problem in finding this hotel. We use waze to find its location, Waze doesn't show 'Hotel Sri Sutra'. We call and the staff tells us we can search 'Kampung Baru Melayu'. We still cant find it. Finally, we search 'Subang Permai' and see a hotel named 'Newton Hotel'. After asking the staff, she tells us the hotel changed its name recently, the original name is 'Newton Hotel'. There are few restaurant nearby there but we still can have our meals in that area. The hotel doesn't provide food(in our booking). The hotel provides free wifi. We park our car in front of the hotel but need to buy parking ticket from the staff. Free parking after 5pm (weekday), Saturday and Sunday. Overall, we are satisfied with the hotel.

I organised a trip for us and another family - 4 adults and four children in total. We chose The Club in preference for the hotel for the luxury features. We were all amazed at the resort. Breakfast was one of the best I've had. They focused on quality not quantity. Evening complimentary drinks and canapes were a joy! We went next door to Saujana Hotel for swimming and bike riding. We ran out of time to try the pool at the resort. Service was perfect. The restaurant was full the first night but they were happy to serve us the same menu in the lounge. The rooms were spacious and very clean. It's not far from KL and close to horse riding and go karting too! We'll definitely come back again for a weekend getaway :)
