We experienced some of the best Vietnamese accommodations and hospitality during our trip to Sapa. Our plan was to book three different hotels in several different areas around Sapa. First night in Sapa stayed at Pao’s. . . second night at another more rustic hotel. . . third night – Back to Pao’s! Front office manager (Mr. Thang) – went out of his way to make our st...

Our stay in Aira was far better than what we expected. They let us check-in early at 8 A.M after we had our local breakfast and main streets observed. The room is beautiful with a stunning view of foggy valley below and gigantic Fansipan up high. We had a Deluxe Balcony facing the mountains. Highly recommended even if you don't smoke like us. (Our trip is in late Ju...

I had a excellent experience, words can’t describe. The hotel is so beautiful and the view magnificent. The costumer service is a 5 star or if I can give more star I will give the maximum. David at the front desk is very helpful and make your all wishes come true . You have to book a massage in the hotel , I had a best experience. They breakfast is amazing and included...

Small hotel but room is very clean. It has a small balcony with the Sapa church landscape. Staff is considerate and very helpful. Breakfast at hotel opposite (Dragon). The food is simple but delicious and full enough. Location of the hotel on the Thac Bac street, the road is quite steep so that if you do not want to climb, this should be considered.

Pros: view is amazing! great staff and service. We arrived early and Anna Nguyen allowed us to check in several hours early. Staff also helped us navigate Sapa and helped book our car back to the night train. Cons: amazing view means the hotel is high up. Prepare for a steep climb if you walk. Better to take Grab(aka uber/lyft)

From my 2-night stay, I am so impressed with the service of the hotel staff. All of them are very much co-operative, polite, and equipped with good English. They tried their best to assist every guests during their stay. Especially, Ms Ha, the receptionist, who intensionally woke me up for last minute breakfast and surprised me with a bunch of flower and a cake in my...

My family (two young toddlers and my wife) and I spent two nights at Amazing Hotel in Sapa on 21st and 22nd of Sept 2018. I can only warmly recommend this hotel. Hotel is super clean (it is a 4 stars), good facilities (they have a swimming pool on the roof-top with an amazing view over the mountain), staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is good, location is very c...

Stayed here for 2 days. Can checked in early 4am in the morning. The staff here especially the receptionist is the gem of this hotel. really helpful & can speak good English. Forgot to ask the name, but he helped us to arrange a comfort private car (nissan xtrail) for 4 of us from the hotel to Bac Ha Market - Castle - Lao Cai Train Station.

This hotel is super clean, and location is on top of the hill , can overlook the city of Sapa. All staffs are helpful and friendly. Especially Customer Service Miss Anna, She is a very friendly and sincere in her duty. We had our dinner there as well. The staff make our self at home and relax. We all end our dinner at long hours. Staffs still with all smiling ...

We were travelers of 2 adult females. The hotel staff was so helpful right from the check in to checkout. They helped us book a private driver from Sapa to Bac Ha (couple hrs away) within 30 mins (very last minute request since we wanted to make it to their Sunday market). They were able to book us a couple other tours/private driver and for a reasonable price. The fee...

We initially booked 2 nights in this hotel through Agoda with the intention of probably moving elsewhere once we had a chance to survey all accommodation options in Sapa on the ground. As it transpired, we spent our entire 8 days in Sapa at this hotel. The biggest plus are the staff. They are helpful, honest and fair - rare commodities in Vietnam. Also, the hotel itsel...

I was travelling with another female friend and this was by far the best hotel experience we've had. The staff were so kind and helpful and never stopped smiling. They helped us book a night train back to Hanoi and a car to take us to two different waterfalls. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the room was clean and new. Anything you need they were there for you! ...

Very pleasant. Friendly reception staff. In-house tour facilitator coordinated day treks for us. English speaking guides, who were extrememly informative about local agriculture, customs of the minority tribal groups within the SaPa mountain region, places of interest (waterfalls, rivers), textiles, & advice regarding reasonable prices for souvenier items. Colourfu...

Our family of 4 booked 2 connecting rooms on Christmas Day. But due to the power breakdown of Fansipan cable car, we decided to stay 2 nights, so that we can come again the next day. Luckily the rooms are available. The hotel reception & their staffs greeted us, friendly and provided taxi arrangements and also cable car tickets purchased. On one occasion, due to misse...

I'm at a loss for words at how amazing my stay was at Sapa Relax Hotel & Spa. The hotel is relatively new and my girlfriend and I took a bit of a risk booking a room here. We were not disappointed! The accommodations were very clean, beautiful, and modern. The complimentary breakfast was delicious (not mediocre like many other hotels in Vietnam). The staff was incredib...

Location was good, within walking distance to the main square and eateries. Booked a mountain view room and the view was rewarding. Best part was the customer service by the receptionists. Despite their poor English, we could see that they tried their best and we give them a thumbs up!! Only downside is a lot of construction going on beside the hotel but still giving a...

I absolutely am satisfied with my choice.. It was opposite good shops for shopping of clothing and apparels, we bought lots of bags included. This hotel is located in the locations where it is easily connected to all other parts of sapa. During my time, there are lots of construction going around but our place seems quiet. We slept in peace during our last few d...

Our room is on fourth floor with private balcony so we can clearly see Muong Hoa valley and Fansipan mountain, The room is big with twin bed .. that is very comfortable.. . the bathroom is modern and convenient for using with bathstub... The lunch on restaurant SAPA SKY VIEW is so tasty .. We love to sit on this nice restaurant that may be the best place in Sapa to en...

Booked from 21st to 24th Jan'19 and absolutely enjoyed the stay at Hotel. Nice and clean room, professional and friendly staff. Gave pretty good advice on saving money and suggesting convonient tours suitable to enjoy with a 3 yr toddler. Located quite well. Booked mountain view room but as weather was all foggy couldnt say how was the view (not a fault of hotel). Only...

Room has large windows, private balcony, a mountain view among the best in Sapa. On the balcony you can hear a waterfall faintly with a stunning view of Mt. Fansipan. Room is very clean, bright, spacious, soft bed, simple, a 3 years old hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Room heater is like turbo charged yet quiet, the strongest I had experienced in Vietnam. Communication...

We really enjoyed our stay in Hmong Sapa especially with the big help from Mr. Dung. He speaks great English. He arranged us a Bac Ha sunday market tour and Ta Van village tour. He gave us a lot of tips in the area. When my husband had a stomach problem, he even gave us tablets and this worked great! When I later had a stomach problem as well, I took it and worked well...

It was a wonderful experience. Someone you can trust to arrange your trains/ tours is really good. On the train ride to Sapa I saw another tourist in front of me at the counter for the same train very frustrated because it seems that she did not have a space on the train even though she had a train voucher. Also, we had arranged our Bac Ha market tour through the hotel...

Absolutely loved our time at Sapa Memory. The hotel was clean, great rooms in a quiet central location. One of the best aspects was Ngo on the front desk. He went out of his way to help us arrange transport and then gave us his number so that when we were out and about we could contact him if we had any difficulties. Thank you Ngo your hotel is fortunate to have you re...

Well organized to book sleeping bus and fansipan ticket in advance for us. We had too long conservation before that but they were very patient to clearify everything. We understood clearly and understood what they tried to bring the best service to us. Never disappointed and can not wait for coming back to stay. Well done

Exceptional view of Mt Fansipan from room VIP3 and its balcony, that most hotels in Sapa would not be able to give. Room was clean with a chimney for winter, with private Wifi as a modern luxury. Only a short walk to the Cat Cat tourism village, and the hotel also proposed day trips to Bac Ha market. Main downside: electricity was down almost the whole of our first ...

Room was clean and nice. But they first gave us a lesser room and we had to ask for a room with the view we were told we would get. Main front desk guy (Johnny) was great and tried to make sure our stay was perfect. Unfortunately his manager just constantly tried to sell us on things. After getting harassed by people trying to get us to buy things all day long we real...

- good location, good breakfast, very nice and friendly staff - spacious family room- great, very clean - excellent price booked via agoda.com Some minor problems with facilities inside the room, but they do not affect strength of this hotel. Highly recommended! Thank Muong Thanh and thank agoda!
