- Excellent location, only around 1-2km from Sapa church you can go there by walk on daytime but it's very hard for motorbike in foggy night, taxi is recommend!!! Excellent view from room balcony to MuongHoa valley. Dinner buffet available on weekend only. - Hotel facilities and cleanliness is well controlled, staff service is very good. Indoor heat pool also nice and suite for kids (depth from <1m to 1.6m). Kid center at Lobby is a plus. - Wi-Fi signal and connection stability should be improved a lot, as in hotel rank. Stayed 1 nite in H'Mong suite room.

Even though this is 3-star hotel, for me, it is better than the 5-star Novotel Phu Quoc hotel where we just stayed a week earlier. The view of Aira Boutique Sapa Hotel is beautiful as it faces to the Muong Hoa valley. The bedroom is clean and cozy. Breakfast was very good. Services are excellent ...

Our trip to Sapa was made amazing by our stay in SilkPath. We took an overnight train from Hanoi to Lao Cai and arrived in the hotel at 0700hrs. While it was full house, the hotel was kind enough to let us use the shower facilities to freshen ourselves in the morning before heading out for the adventure in Sapa. Everyone was so warm and nice from the reception staff to the porter and to the restaurant staff. Waldo was superb in arranging all our needs from transportation to pick up, and sharing tips on travelling in this beautiful town. Not to mentioned, that the GM Steve was very helpful and nice in ensuring that our stay and visit was all in order. Kudos to the team for having such a exemplary leader. This has to be one of the best hotel we have stayed in and will definitely be back! Well done SilkPath team! Truly 5 star!

Superb staff led by managers Mr. Kiem and Mr. David, who constantly went out of their way to insure their guests were happy. Good location near the Stone Church, so an easy walk up or down to enjoy the central areas of Sapa town. The views of the mountains from our two small balconies were very nice, and would be even better if you're higher than the 2nd floor. The breakfast buffet was amazing...incredibly varied and delicious selection of foods/drinks, and kitchen staff were quickly at your door with drinks and cakes when you returned in the afternoon. The hotel also has a reasonably priced menu of 1/2-day and full-day treks if you want to venture down into the valley. I could go on, but I'll just end by saying this is one of the best holiday stays I've ever had anywhere.

Friendly and helpful staff. Big room big bed big bathroom. Magnificent view. Breakfast is good. HOWEVER, you have to walk 10mins(depends your speed) to reach church and sun plaza through sloppy and rocky road. The restaurant in the hotel itself serves not-good-foods. Can try the restaurant next to sapa diamond hotel. Anyway my family and I enjoyed our stay at Sapa Diamond Hotel!

The Amazing Hotel, centrally located in Sapa, is one of those new-ish types of hotels that needs a little bit more work to be really excellent, and a go to destination for those wanting a little something more from their Sapa experience. Having arrived, as most do, on an extremely early morning train from Hanoi (the less said about that experience the better), Staff were friendly, extremely accommodating and did everything they could to get our room ready in a reasonably short amount of time. We're fairly laid back travellers, so went off to explore the town before we could properly check in. Be warned though. As you arrive in Sapa and guests are deposited from the minibus to their various hotels, you'll spot crowds of local women flocking to the vans to sell their wares. The same applies when (and whenever) leaving your hotel of choice...many people comment on it, but the reality can be fairly overwhelming initially, especially when they not only follow you wherever you go, but then WAIT outside any restaurant or shop you choose to visit! I find it funny, but many will find it intimidating. So, back to the hotel. It's perched on the edge of one of the many hills in Sapa town, with the design really benefitting from the surrounding landscapes. Floor-to-Ceiling windows really do make it feel like you're melting into the scenery. Rooms here are really lovely, and to a standard that you'd only typically expect from some of the bigger cities in Vietnam, and certainly better than many of those. Clean, modern with comfortable beds and beautiful linens, there's also a bar area and enclosed, heated pool on the roof...enjoy a bath-temperature soak on colder, wet days or a post-walk soak and a great cocktail before heading out to find dinner. We didn't ever eat in the Restaurant, so can't comment on that, but the price of drinks is really reasonable especially in comparison to some of the local restaurants and bars. Nothing special. Have basic clean room. Furniture a bit dated but acceptable. No lift and room is not sound proof. Stayed at the room near the stairs and can hear loud noise people walking by and also the noise upstairs especially those that are with children. Nevertheless some of the staff are excellent (not all though). One of the staff help me when I am sick. They also pack breakfast for me as I need to leave early. Location - near to Sun Plaza and the square (Stone Church). - happening area. Walking distance to the Sapa Lake (10-15min). You can walk all the way to Sapa Market as well (less than 30min leisure walk). Visited 31 Aug-2 Sep 2019 and mostly raining all day and some landslides. Padi terrace looks a bit yellowish and. Nice to view during this time.

Our family of 4 booked 2 connecting rooms on Christmas Day. But due to the power breakdown of Fansipan cable car, we decided to stay 2 nights, so that we can come again the next day. Luckily the rooms are available. The hotel reception & their staffs greeted us, friendly and provided taxi arrangements and also cable car tickets purchased. On one occasion, due to missed communication, the taxi driver supposed to pick us in Fansipan cable car station but we took the wrong one. The hotel didn’t blamed us and willing to absorb the cost. The room deco & cleanliness are super!! It is equivalent to 5 star hotel standard for sure!!! The location is near town centre, but quieter and less dusty. I strongly recommend whoever wish to come Sa Pa to stay at this hotel.

friendly and helpful staff. although near the entrance of the hotel there still some rennovation going on making it slightly unaccessible if you have luggage with you the manager mr nyugen was really helpful in bringing our luggage to the church. the rooms have nice views as well the room that i stayed had full glass window which allows me to enjoy the sapa hill view . overall its a pleasant experience

What i like the most about this hotel is the room with mountain view. The view was indeed so beautiful. The other parts were general, no complaints for that. The receptionist couldn't speak English really well, but she was nice and tried her best to assist and to introduced us some places to visit in Sapa. The breakfast wasn't so good, but it was okay to fill your belly in the morning. The price was reasonable as well. So, overall this hotel is great. But one thing to remember, never ask them to call a taxi for you. The price is higher three times from the taxi you stop on street.

That was the first time we went to Sapa. We spent one night staying at Phuong Nam then we had to start our journey to Fansipan on foot. The room was clean and comfortable. We were also shown good must-see places by the front-desk guy. He provided us a map so that we could find those stunning places easily. Plus, you can rent a motorbike right here with a reasonable price (about 100k vnd/day). From this hotel, you can get to the local church in 5 mins. If you want to find somewhere to eat out, you can also easily come over a place and enjoy some noodles (about 30k vnd/bowl). Actually I'm a big fan of noodles. I had nothing to complain about. Overall my trip was so great. Thanks for your good service. I would recommend this place to my friends.

I booked accommodation in Chau Long sapa through Agoda.com at the last minutes, the price was great, the hotel was great location for the final week of our Sa pa holiday. Short walk through the hotel to center, restaurants, shopping, church and cable train. Staff were friendly, checking in and out was quick and simple. Our room was well appointed, clean, cozy with great views of the mountain through the balcony. Awesome

We stay here for 2 nights, arrived early from overnight train we were tired but understood if the hotel were fully booked then the early they can provide the room will be noon, we got in submit check in voucher, drop off our bags went out for breakfast, walk around then massage, when we back at noon room iris ready! What a beautiful comfortable room, staff are friendly, everyone of them. Food was simple but ok for breakfast, whenever I request they try to do their best for me. The Receiption lady really sweet & polite, the guy is very friendly fun & a bit crazy which make you laugh all day :) the hotel also provide trekking tour but we didn't join any, will back for that and recommend my friends & family to stay. Saw some rude guest yell at the Receiption complain can't early check in at 7am, reason for complain because they have babe with them, babe need sleep,then if that's so important they should pay for extra day for early check in but not yell at the staff!!! Also during that two days, these ladies with babe created a lot of noisy, on the day check our I was talking to Receiption arrange a van back to train station. ( hotel can help you booked van left at 5:30 back to town get train) the lady was come out ask me to speak very very quietly because her babe is sleeping at lobby public area.. Again if you plan to travel with babe want comfort then please pay extra, do not ask people to speak whispering in public!

Booked from 21st to 24th Jan'19 and absolutely enjoyed the stay at Hotel. Nice and clean room, professional and friendly staff. Gave pretty good advice on saving money and suggesting convonient tours suitable to enjoy with a 3 yr toddler. Located quite well. Booked mountain view room but as weather was all foggy couldnt say how was the view (not a fault of hotel). Only things could have beeb better are Wifi and shower. Wifi was very weak in tje room could be room to room basis and shower was fluctuating between cold and hot water. Best part was the room inverters which kept the room cozy warm when outside temp was 4 degree. Thumps up for the hotel.

We had the best stay at this hotel in Sapa. My main reason for picking it was so we'd be away from the noise of the main town of Sapa and as this hotel is right on the outskirts it definitely delivered. The scenery is incredible overall but the views from the rooms is beautiful. If the day is foggy well there is nothing you can do but on sunny days...Wow. Breakfast was so good, the buffet had anything even for the pickiest of eaters. Eggs, ham, fresh baguettes, pancakes, fried rice, Pho, little sweet cakes, veggies, cheese, fruit, coffee, tea, seriously we were not expecting it to have so many options so that was a big bonus. The rooms are super clean and had all the little amenities (comb, toothbrush +paste, shower cap, ect) hairdryer in the room, fast wifi, motorbike rental on site, laundry services (everything came back fresh and clean) and mostly the staff always tried to be super helpful in any way they could. So, so nice. We didn't bother to ask about tours from the hotel and such because there are 2 places in town run by local Hmong women (Sapa Sisters & Sapa O'Chau- highly recommended) and we wanted to use either one of them so we just went directly to the tour offices and inquired there. We meant to stay 2 nights and stayed 5. Went on a tour left our luggage here & returned everything a ok. Only one morning, there weren't too many guests so they asked us to choose one thing from the menu and we were a bit disappointed but then again we eat a lot and there are tons of places to grab extra breakfast at nearby. This did not affect our opinion of this beautiful, clean new hotel. We would return and highly recommend staying here. We had friends who stayed more into town and they hated it- they should have stayed here! Wish we could have stayed here longer!

I have booked a standard room. I arrived Sapa quite early with the train. And it is normal where the room is not ready such early in the morning at 8 am. I have rented a motorbike from the hotel with a good price and start my day in Sapa to nearby Cat Cat village. When we were back to the hotel at 10 am, the room still not ready yet. It is ok where the check in time is not so early for the hotel normally. So my wife and I ordered breakfast set, sitting outside the restaurant, enjoy our breakfast with great mount Fansipan in front of our eyes!! Wow!! So enjoyable!! Not only the view, but the alacarte breakfast set is just so delicious!! And we were so lucky that Mr.Luan upgraded our room to junior suite room with no extra charges as our standard room is still not ready. The room is big, nice view from the room straight to mount Fansipan!! The every each of the staff in the hotel speak English, and they are very helpful. They show we the way to sightseeing by motorbike, they recommend me which tracking trip we should join, and they show me how to get enjoy in Sapa. The daily breakfast is wonderful with fresh fruit juice with no added extra water. Some people said t is a bit far from the town. But for me it is just 10 mins walk and I could stay far from the traffic and busy town. Location is not an issue here. I am rarely give such high score for the hotel that I have stay. But H'muong Hotel worth all the star that I have given.

This hotel is slightly outside the center of Sa Pa. It's maybe a 10 minute walk from the Stone Church and 5 minutes from the market. It's on the way to the Cat Cat village - the gate is maybe a 15 minute walk from the hotel. We didn't see the inside, but the hotel does look like it has seen better days. He then offered either to stay there or at another place that he would find for us.

Absolutely loved our time at Sapa Memory. The hotel was clean, great rooms in a quiet central location. One of the best aspects was Ngo on the front desk. He went out of his way to help us arrange transport and then gave us his number so that when we were out and about we could contact him if we had any difficulties. Thank you Ngo your hotel is fortunate to have you representing it. We recommended this hotel to everyone we met.

This hotel has definitely got the best value for money,They have been a great help in our trip, upgrading us to a mountain view room, allowing us to check in way before the check in time because we arrived early in the morning.The areas are nicely equipped, magnificent, with views that are great, beds and showers, TV, towels provided, blankets and sheets. We'd highly recommend this particular hotel to anyone planning to invest some time in Sapa.

Firstly, there are two Cat Cat View Hotels right next to each other, one is being renovated and the other is where we stayed. Upon arrival we went to the first one and I was thinking how could I change our hotel. When we figured out the problem and were shown to the right hotel all was well. (March 2020) The room was really lovely, spacious and clean with water provided, warm bedding and heat or air conditioning. It was really chilly in town so the heat was great. The only negative and could be a big problem for some people was the room was a bit damp, especially the bathroom., this may be all of Sapa, and the weather was damp. After a shower it would not dry! Everything was wet in there (there was a fan), but I don’t think it did much. We mentioned it to staff and they tried their best but if you had another shower the same thing happened. It’s was a shame but didn’t effect our trip as everything else was great. The staff were helpful with whatever we needed.

Located in the main street of Sapa where it takes only 5 minutes walk from the Holy Rosary Church. They upgraded our room to huge room with mountain view and it was great the value of money. The hotel staffs are excellent and able to speak with fluent English. They kindly explained the direction to Cat Cat Village and offered trekking tour across Ylinh Ho, Lao Chai and Ta Van Village. By all means, it was a pleasant stay with Chapa Dew Boutique in Sapa. Strongly recommended!
