I cannot speak highly enough about the service I experienced in the hotel! Believe it or not I very rarely write reviews but felt obligated to in this case! From the moment I walked in everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I stayed for 4 days and can honestly say this hotel is well on its way to at least 4 stars! I rarely write reviews but all of the staff are committed to doing their absolute best from the front desk to the spa staff and my sweet cleaning lady. The hotel is still under construction which was a bit of a bummer, but despite this the actual facilities are very relaxing and well designed. The view on the roof is spectacular especially at night. Despite all the pros of this hotel I do have some areas of constructive feedback in the interest of helping to make it the best it can be: please put a fan or air con in the gym!! It’s a smaller space (still sufficient) but it gets very hot in there! Also, please add hooks to the bathroom in the lobby!

A&em Art hotel exceeded my expectations. To me it”s room, bed, pillow quality & staffs are on par with Hilton. The location of the hotel is very convenient situated walking distance from ben Thanh market. Front desk receptionist Ms Bich Phuong & bellboy Mr Tan are very friendly & helpful. I stayed here, moved out to District 1 Japanese street middle of my trip then moved back again to this hotel end of my trip. There is welcome drinks & nice breakfast.

got the top floor which is nice and comfortable.has weird stink but once a/c is on it's bearable.bathroom has jacuzzi which is surprising for this kinda hotel.be careful of hot water from shower heard, comes in spurts where its too hot so need to figure out the knobs for a while. staff is courteous. can hear the traffic but its muted at the top floor.close to massage parlors(with ladies calling out for you to have massage) down the street filled japanese themed restaurants as this street is sort of like little tokyo i guess. what is impressive wifi is free and it's 50Mbps at least up and down. no gym though but this is defintiely a value of rmoney hotel.in summary 3star hotel with 4 star bedroom(on the 8th floor) and 5 star bathroom(with jacuzzi) . it was the priciest room but hey you get big windows to look out and doesn't feel claustrophobic.

My husband and I stayed at this property for 5 nights for his birthday . I would like to admit that by far this has been my best hospitality experience. I love to travel and have been to some luxury five star chains but hotel nikko experience is unparallel. We stayed at the 23 floor in the king club room . The room is spacious and the decor is modern and chic. They provide a turndown service and the housekeeping staff is well trained to add small touches when they clean the room( for example keeping shoes in one line) , it feels home when you come back to room after sightseeing. The breakfast is ellaborate and what is more interesting is that they change few dishes ( including the local ones) on a frequent basis so if you stay like us for more than a night, it will be a sigh of relief for your taste buds to try something new. Staff are well trained and willing to assist. Our best experience was with nikko club lounge( situated on 23 floor) where the views over the city are spectacular and the staff is extremely courteous and efficient including all the trainees who made us feel very special. I would recommend to book a room that has a lounge access , every extra dime you will pay is totally worth it. The staff in the nikko club lounge are so well trained and know how to deliver the first class standard of service. They also helped me arranging a cake for my husband and help me arrange a surprise for him. The hotel is truly a gem in district 1 of ho chi minh! It is slightly away from the touristic madness of city but if you fancy something wild the backpacker's street ( bui vien) is walking distance from the hotel. The other landmarks( cathedral, post office etc) are also not too far and you can order a grab for quite cheap rate. After spending at Six sense NINA Van Bay,here is EXCELLENT,compared with SSNVB, 1000 times better !THIS is 5 STAR HOTEL! Definitely staying at here makes my whole trip in Vietnam happily,good ending! Seems staff never say NO,they are super well training,great service! Especially house keeping is outstanding! They are very thoughtful ,they know how to make the guests comfortable and happy! Of course cleanup the room perfectly! I had quick breakfast,both the range of foods and taste are great,but milk pancakes are not good. The best bang mi in Saigon (I tried two best know one but here is better than those two! As information,SSNVB ‘s one is awful!)

The Myst is a brand new hotel along the high end Dong Khoi street. Upon reaching @ around 11, staff immediately served drinks while waiting for a hassle free check in. Needed a 1million VND for deposit upon check in. The room was spacious and there was a jacuzzi outdoors with a beautiful river view. So most of our time in Saigon was spent in the jacuzzi watching the beautiful scenery 😅 There's a beautiful pool on the top floor and served cocktails there. The restaurant which serve breakfast is just under the pool. Breakfast was okay, variety was fine and the view of the river from the restaurant is good too. Note that there's a construction beside, heard that they are building Hilton hotel? It's not a good news as it will definitely block the view of the river. Overall very good experience in this brand new hotel. The location is good and 15mins walking distance to Ben Thant market too. Not too expensive for taxi ride to and from airport.

The hotel and rooms are very clean. The breakfast is very, very good with lots of Western and Eastern options. The quality of the food is exceptional. The location is right in the center of District 1. The A/C works great. The staff speak English and are very nice. I make note of the following issue with Caravelle. 1. The water pressure and hot water availability was exceptional. However, in our room, the shower head was kind of cheap and didn't allow for a nice spray pattern. The shower head really only had a narrow stream. It would be nice if they upgraded their shower heads to a higher-quality that allowed a better spray pattern/more spray pattern options. After all, we are talking about a 5-star hotel here - right. 2. My wife and I attempted to enter the Gambling area on the second floor. It should be noted that this area is restricted to foreign passport holders only. While I was able to freely walk in (as I'm Caucasian and clearly not a local), my wife, who is of Vietnamese descent, but is a US citizen, was restricted from entry. While we advised the manger of the gambling facility (inside the Caravalle) that she was a US citizen, she was still not allowed to enter. I can understand their foreign policy for admittance (as gambling is not legal for local residents), this experience came across as discriminatory. We submitted a copy of our Passports to the Front Desk. The manager of Gambling facility could made an effort to contact the Front Desk to cross-check our background - but - was unwilling to do so. This reflects negatively on the Caravelle Hotel. I complained about this to Caravelle management. We received what we feel was an unsympathetic apology. Our stay here was brief. If I had more time I would have escalated or taken more action on this. 3. The staff were nice, friendly and spoke English well. However, I think they fall a little short of 5-star. 4. All this aside, I would definitely stay at the Caravelle again.

We got to the hotel quite late, so weren’t so keen on traipsing around at that point for a drink. Thankfully, after a smooth check-in, we found that the rooftop bar was open till about 2am so we managed to get a couple of drinks before bed. The room is clean and quite comfortable with all the amenities you would find in a good 4 star hotel. The breakfast buffet, was a decent spread of asian and western options which will keep you going till late afternoon. There is wifi through out the hotel, but it worked best at the roof top bar so you can put off your roaming and still be connected to the rest of the world. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the service at the bar/restaurants was pretty decent. When you do go out, you might need local currency and if you haven’t had the chance to exchange it, worry not because you can do so at the reception at a very good rate. The best aspect of the hotel for me was the location. The hotel is situated in the heart of District 1 and everything is walking distance from the hotel. You can find a city map in your room or at the reception and hold onto this for your trip, it’s very useful. Ranging from 5 to 20 minutes you can reach, the Ho Chi Minh city museum, War Reunification Palace, the War Remnant Museum, Notre Dam Cathedral, the Central Post Office, the Opera House, Ben Thanh market and even the riverside for a nice evening walk. You don’t feel like eating in the hotel, there are plenty of nice restaurants spread around the hotel ranging from local vietnamese pho to exotic french cuisines. There are quite a few bars around if you do take the effort to locate them if you want a good mix of the locals and expats. I however enjoyed drinking at the rooftop bar for nothing else but the fact that I was just knackered by the end of each day and didn’t have the energy to go out drinking. Everything is reasonably priced within the hotel as well. PS: Carry a bottle of water while you're out.

I loved this hotel, I used the pool and the gym and the breakfast, well, it was the stand-out. The food is replenished and is of highest of quality and the seats are comfortable. Rooms and linen are all pretty much pristine and brand new, air cond perfect. Found the best sushi restaurant called sushi-sushi around the corner in an alleyway. Recommend you eat there is you're into good, cheap Japanese, much better than the retail places fronting the main streets. I fully recommend this hotel and forgot to mention getting round in taxi was easy b/c the concierge speaks English and could tell the taxi drivers where we wanted to go (like take a one hour drive around Saigon).

Positives: The staff is overtly friendly. The rooms and public areas are very clean and relatively new. The breakfast buffet is one of the best attributes of the hotel. The views from the 11th floor is wonderful. The location is great being located on a dead end street, yet in good walking distance to most District 1 attractions. In the evening, there was a pianist in the lobby, which was a nice touch. It is worth mentioning once again...fantastic and attentive staff. Perhaps the foreigner manager could be more friendly like his staff, but I did not have many dealings with him. He seemed friendly, but nothing like his employees. One final note, the beds are awesome. Negatives: Throughout the hotel, they advertise a happy hour for drinks. It is advertised as buy one drink, get the second for $1.00. I bought a beer and a cocktail. I did expect to pay full price for the more expensive of the two. But, they tried charging me full price for both since one was a beer and one was a cocktail. I was able to finally get the beer for a dollar after a long process of speaking with the manager. They should be more clear in their advertising in this regards. It set a bad tone with me in regards to my overall experience with the hotel. The pool is very small, especially when you look at the hotel next door and see a huge pool. Of course the hotel can not do anything about this. They have very limited space on the roof. The hotel does try to maximize it's seating near the pool, but it feel crowded and uncomfortable. Again, with the space being limited, I understand why they did it. But, it is not comfortable. I made a suggestion to one of the staff that they invest in some fans for the roof area too. When the sun is out and there is minimal wind, it is quite hot in the area. One of the biggest drawbacks for me at this hotel (and I think it is common at most hotels here), you only get about 15 minutes of hot water for a shower before it goes cold. First impression is very important in my option especially a 5 Stars establishment like yours! This is what I had found in Lotte Legend Hotel Saigon when I’d entered in their front door step Monday 2nd July, 2018. 1 . Staff at door entry greeted us and made us very welcome. 2. Then we were greeted by Ms Mia ( Guest Relation Officer) she was really wonderful and friendly settling us in and made us feel really welcome and she had organised a day trip tour to Chu Chi tunnels at a fraction of a cost the very next day. She is a great value. The whole few days stay experience was just perfect and every staff members there were all very friendly and helpful!! Thank you 3. Executive Lounge Restaurant was fantastic with great service staff and great window view of Saigon River. 4. Pool and Gym facilities was fantastic! Very clean and maintained. 5 Very close proximity to locals and shops/ entertainments . Thank you Mia for patience and your Great Service to my Family during our stay there. My Family had really enjoyed their stay at your 5 stars hotel. I will highly recommend to anyone thinking booking this hotel. Thank you Agoda app management team for making this happen for us. I will break my review down into sections: Room: The hotel is new and clean with good decor and furnishings. The rooms are modern and comfortable, mattresses are firm however I had no issue with this. Air con was effective. Staff: Always friendly, always wanting to help. The concierge booked a couple tours for me quickly and without hassle. Hotel services: We used the airport pickup - we booked a sedan, and we were greeted at the airport by a concierge staff who traveled with us alongside the driver. This is convenient, and although more expensive that a taxi, it was great not to think about where we were going after our international flight. The private car cost us $18AUD each way, the concierge had our luggage out and into our room quickly. We used the hotel spa which was fantastic - more of a massage service. The staff here were so friendly and professional, and the pricing is very competitive considering the higher standard than could be found on the street. Breakfast is great with heaps of options, delicious pho, omelettes and anything else cooked in front of you with a few chefs always there ready to help. Location: The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the Ben Thanh markets, 5 minutes walk to the war remnants museum - quite central. I think the streets appear a bit cleaner closer to the river or just north of Ben Thanh however everything was in walking distance. The park down the end of the street is a great respite from the hectic city!

located in the end of dong khoi street. cvs is near the hotel. room was wide and gorgeous. air conditioning and shower worked very comfortably. at turn-down every night, chocolates are on the pillow when my friend's iphone was stolen at street, the stuff took him to embassy and helped translating. it worth of staying 5 star hotels in this city. thank you so much for the support. seriously we felt being home and at ease whenever we came back to the hotel. breakfast was great as others also recommend. you can have pho and croissant on the top of the hotels in breeze. it was just too hot staying open-air seats from early in the morning though. the hotel definitely become one of your great memories in the city.

Stayed here for four days. Great hotel if you want added features such as rooftop pool, gym and good service. Used to laundry service which was less expensive than other hotels we had stayed at. Superb views from upper floors and roof of city. If you don't want extra features may be better value hotels in this area as seemed to be numerous hotels in this - District 1- area

I arrived early but as they have no room for me yet, I waited for a long while. They were apologetic about it and tried their best to hurry for me. Still, it was awhile before I can rest in the room. The staff English was basic enough to communicate, but don't expect anything more. They have some who can speak Mandarin so we managed to communicate what we want most of the time. I booked all my tours with the hotel, and they were efficient. I simply have to reserve before 9pm each night and they will arrange the tour for tomorrow. We will wait at the lobby for the bus to come get us each day and the staff will serve us tea once we sit down. Super efficient. The staff were always polite and attentive. As for the room, it is very clean. Beware though, the toilet is completely see through. Extremely awkward if you go with friends. Do not get the room with window if you are a light sleeper. Ho Chi Minh street is noisy, no fault of the hotel, will probably be the same no matter where you sleep. I would be awaken by the traffic on and off till very early in the morning. Breakfast is good. It is not a spread, but it is good.

This is the second time that I've stayed at the Grand Hotel, Saigon. these days people are spoiled for quality 5 star hotel choices in Saigon - many at very reasonable prices. Rooms at this hotel may not quite reach the standards of some of it's mighty nearby neighbours, but at a starting price of around per night, I find it hard to think how you could find a better place for a comfortable stay. Ratings of this hotel probably still suffer a bit from the time that the hotel underwent renovations. But now the hotel offers deluxe rooms with choices of regular or rain showers, premium bedding and flat screen TVs. Breakfast is great and so is the spa and gym full of brand new equipment. The roof top bar could be great if they could attract more people and add a bit more atmosphere. Even so, some of Saigon's best restaurants and bars are within stumbling distance of the hotel, so you're never short of options (perhaps this is their problem). Anyway, I highly recommend the grand in Saigon. It offers a nice mix of colonial style with a more modern hotel.

We booked for 1 night to make sure we are stay in good hotel and good location. Yes we love this hotel. Its so perfect :) The reception suggested that we upgrade the room for another extra AUD 40 with balcony in front of our room with riverside view. We are happy with that but in the night time so noisy, sounds from boat and cars :( I can't sleep until 1 am but at the end, I get used to it :) The seafood buffet all you can eat was amazing. We loved it. The staff so nice and friendly. Nga and Tha Ngha Doi (I'm not sure how to write it) always take care of us and make sure everything ok. The next day we want to extend for another 3 nights but the room fully booked. OMG :( We were dissapointed but they can't do anything. Almost all 4-5 stars hotel around that area are fully booked. So... we move to another 4 stars (old hotel). Liberty hotel really HIGHLY Recommended for couples, single or family. You will love it :) Thank you Liberty Hotel... We will come back soon.

Everything is awesome. The hotel is near to Beh Thanh market and also the night market. It is less than 1 meter. It is easy to travel around as well because the VINASUN cab is just outside the hotel. The breakfast is nice, lots of choices. It is combination of local, Asian and western breakfast. The PHO is really nice. I had it as my breakfast every morning. Room is spacious and clean. The hotel also provided 2 free mineral water every day. During our stay we booked the Mekong trip and Cu Chi Tunnel trip from the hotel. The price is reasonable and the trip was really fun. On our last day of stay, we didn’t do reservation for the water puppet show as we afraid that we cannot make it. We reached hotel around 5.40pm local time and we tried to book the ticket from hotel and was informed that since we do not make reservation. They will try to help us check on this. I saw them keep on trying to call (they call many times but was no one answer the call). They ask us to have a rest in our room instead of waiting in the lobby and they will try their very best to help us getting the tickets. The show start on 6.30pm and we are able to get the ticket when we reached lobby on 6.15pm. Really thank you to Vivian, Lina and Pauline for this. Even it is a 3 star hotel but their service is really a 5 star hotel services. Surely will stay here again when I travel to HCM in future

At SGD50/night for a twin room, this has got to be 1 of the most value for money stays I had. Room and shower are spacious and clean enough. Location is superb, with endless options of bars and eateries along the same street. Hotel staff are friendly and buffet breakfast, though lacking in variety for the 3 nights I stayed, is good enough for me to want to wake up to eat. We were also given a VND 50,000 voucher each for use at the rooftop bar, which served decent food and offered a considerably good view. Slight drawback is the soundproofing of the rooms, which gets noisy if your room faces the street or when other guests drag their luggages outside. And the tv channels could do with more international channels in English. Will not hesitate to book this hotel again the next time I visit HCMC.

Best place to stay at HCM, all top must see in HCM only walking distance from this hotel. Even in the middle of city , this hotel is very peaceful for your sleep. Nice view, surrounded by restaurant. But the breakfast a little bit boring, need to add a local food thought. Pillow are not so good for 4 stars hotel, but acceptable. There is no bolster. But overall nice stayed on this hotel. Will back to this hotel if go to HCM.

the hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious and kept in great condition. however, it is on the main road, so you might want to request for rooms in tower b, which is on the inside road, where there is less traffic. nonetheless, the great location next to ben tranh market means there will be crowds and noise regardless, but it is less noisy for rooms at the back. just step out the hotel and we are just a few steps away from ben tranh market. they are open in the daytime, but some stalls open for a night market on the street perpendicular to the hotel. not as many stalls or options as the daytime main market, but it is still ok. the rooms in the hotel are kept clean and everything works, including the flat screen tv. it is good value for the money. can't beat the great location. the staff has at least one person at the front desk, who speaks english and they were all very friendly and helpful. the concierge guys were extremely helpful, as we needed to book local inter-city transportation, or to find ways to get to other cities and he spent a lot of time, making calls, and doing research for us, and to help compare and show us prices of the various traveling options of sleeper bus, train and plane. eventually we decided to book flights as we wanted to experience more of vietnam in a short duration, so save time. and the concierge guy helped sort out our plans for us in good time. we enjoyed walking in the big rectangular park in front of the hotel, and used it as a great navigation point, as we went all around exploring, and also ate great seafood and pho. the best pho stall is in ben tranh market itself, it is the corner stall facing the row of sellers of peanuts, beans and pistachio. the owner of this market pho stall wears spectacles and she looks serious, but her food (beef pho) is one of the best we've ever tasted in all of vietnam. she is unpretentious and takes her cooking seriously.

My wife and I decided to have a night "away" and checked into a Palace Signature Suite of the Palace Hotel Saigon. The room was a corner unit split into a living room and a bedroom. It had a small corner balcony and view of Nguyen Hue street, the Bitexco tower and a sliver of the Saigon River. A highlight of the room was the bathroom, that stretched the length of the living room and bedroom and included a small jacuzzi - something not found in other suites in this price range - bubble soap and view onto Nguyen Hue street through tinted windows included. Staff was extremely friendly. For example, they brought us two wine glasses within 2 minutes of our request. They even thought so far ahead and included a bottle opener despite not asking for one. We slept through breakfast, so I can't comment on the quality of the food, but breakfast was included. However, given its great location, there are many options - expensive and local - to get some food or simply a coffee. The best part was the price. We were able to get the Suite for about USD 112 (non-refundable) on Agoda, which was on par with standard rooms at the other 4-star+ hotels in the area, and far below the rates for their suites.

I loved this hotel. The location is excellent, the room was great, the breakfast was delicious, and I really appreciated the daily one hour massage included with my booking at no extra charge. Not just an ordinary massage…I would say the massages at the hotel spa were some of the best I have had anywhere. The staff was absolutely outstanding. Everyone was all smiles and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Everyone spoke English, and they were always helpful with any questions. My arrival in Saigon started with a problem because the hotel's driver wasn't at the airport to pick me up as pre-arranged, so I took a taxi to the hotel. This seems like a complaint, but in the end it turned into a positive experience because of how the staff handled it. They were very apologetic and reimbursed me for the taxi. I will definitely stay at Fusion Suites on my next visit to Saigon.

I stayed at this hotel twice during my holidays in Vietnam. The staff are very friendly and polite and they do their very best to accommodate any requests. Anthony was one of those. This hotel is close to the main markets. A 10 minute walk to walking street, there are museums in walking distances as well. If looking for a sports bar to show whatever sport you are after, go to Phatty's Sports Bar, a 10 minute walk. Plenty of massage shops but remember to add tip to the prices. There is a Street food market 100 metres away on the way to the markets. Sit up on the balcony of Souls restaurant and watch the traffic below.

I have been travelling to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, for many times. I have stayed in District 1 hotels like "Dragon Palace 1 Hotel", "Dragon Palace 2 Hotel", "Asian Ruby 1 Hotel". I wish to provide feedbacks to every Agoda Hotel seekers who are looking at District 1 hotels. I have always thought most budget District 1 hotels are around the same. Until I decided to try out this T.Espoir Hotel. I can say, those hotels I stayed before, has no fight with T.Espoir Hotel. Here's why..... T.Espoir Hotel is also known as Cititel Hotel. In most previous reviews by other hotel stayers, yes, they went through a renovation. I am pleased to say that the noise are no longer exists as the renovation has been completed. Right now, the contractors are doing touch-ups and cleaning of each room. Genuine Feedbacks below: Breakfast: the bed is so comfortable with cold aircon that I didn't even want to get out of bed to have breakfast. Location: It is so near to Nguyen Du Galaxy Cinema, with lots of food stalls along the street, many drinking clubs... best part is... it': walking distance to Ben Thanh Market. Facilities: If this hotel comes with a swimming pool or Gym Room, it will be perfect. Big lobby area. One lift with cctv in it, good security. Every floor has cctv along the walkway. Staff: Friendly staff. From Door boy, reception all the way to house keeping. They try to accomodate your request, all you need is "ask". They allow me to check out at 2pm because I check in late. Wifi: Strong. Never disconnect before. TV: have most channels except live soccer matches. Aircon: Famous brand by Daikin. Room: Very clean. Spacious. Nice concept. Newly renovated. New stuff in room. Sound Proof: Not sound proof. Basically, you can hear your neighbours making love or talking. Housekeeping: Pretty friendly lady who never fails to clean up room every morning. Check-In: No deposit required. Passport: Staff will photocopy your passport and return you the physical passport. Do not bring you

Best Value Hotel in HCMC ive stayed at so far !!! . After checking out reviews i picked this Hotel to stay at for the last 2 days of our holiday as our melbourne flight leaves at 9.00pm we generally book to have a base until early evening so i was looking for a more modestly priced hotel to stay the last nights . This trip we chose to stay in some of Classic Hotels in the 5 star range at HCMC ,HOI An ,Hue. i was expecting a good to mediocre hotel however The Grand Silverland Hotel & Spa is now at the top of my list ticking all the boxes From arrival to departure i was totally impressed The hotel staff and managers are excellent well trained and very helpful , Taking care of things like airport transfers and phoning checking airline reservations recommending shops that actually can supply your needs . The fastest and easiest check in ever ( They actually take you to your room to complete check in which is great for weary travelers ) Room - Silverland Suite was well appointed clean and had a multi function Jacuzzi portal Location is perfect a few steps from the market and all the sights of district 1 Roof top pool and bar small but fantastic Great spa and massage. Great Breakfast Really the best value for money . Five star service at 3.5 star prices Wish we were still there !!

First, the disadvantage of this hotel's biggest one is the 'location'. It is a very good location based on the "accessibility" with the Ho Chi Minh attractions, but it is noisy at night because it is located on De Tham street, which is crowded with clubs and nightlife. They may be sensitive to noise, older, or may not fit well with family units. It is a good hotel to choose for young people who like to play with fun. I think it is a 5 star hotel that can be met at a price of $ 40-50. The kindness of all the staff was close to perfection, so that we could forget some of the disadvantages. The room was small, but the structure was made efficient, and I was able to feel the consideration and effort using good furniture and facilities. Especially breakfast was much better than other hotel's buffet, a la carte and basic dishes, all the ingredients and juice were always fresh. I have written a review based on experience using dozens of hotels across Vietnam for business trips.

For the first time travelling to Saigon,i know nuts about this country & i assume their hotels would've driveway for cars & taxi to enter & exit at ease like any other country i been before.Upon reaching to this hotel,i was shocked to be honest that they don't have any driveway to enter.Taxis & cars will just stop at the side in the busy narrow road of the hotel & pax have to alight just right there.At that moment,i felt nervous cause my intention to bring my wife to this hotel is to surprised her as it's her B'day celebration in Saigon & other travellers had rate them well.I look at the lobby,& my mind said "Oh my,what a small 4 star hotel is this?Is it a mistakes that agoda have rated them 4 star hotel".But what i guess is totally wrong!Upon my arrival,the staff was really looking forward for arrival.The bellman & the security quickly assist me with my luggages & usher me in a polite manner to lobby for check in.On the reception counter,the staff again bring me to the lounge to have my welcome drink while they process my check in.I no need to move a muscle just that i need to give my credit card as deposit to them just in case i consume or utilised anything that is chargeable in their premises.The hotel building is really small like a 3 star hotel but their service standard is par with the 5 stars hotels.Seriously i never expect to be serve like a king in this humble hotel.Even the GM & DM make an effort to come up to my room & apologised for overlooking on my wife's B'day.They gave a bottle of red wine to make up for it but i decline cause i don't drink alcohol.Then they change it to a free airport transfer upon my check out instead.Seriously,there's no obligation to it but they really anticipate to that.My wife was very happy with the executive suite that we stayed cause the jacuzzi in the room is perfect for her to relax.The room is clean & amenities in the room was good.The hotel staff is very friendly & helpful & they willing to go beyond their duty just ensu
