I cannot speak highly enough about the service I experienced in the hotel! Believe it or not I very rarely write reviews but felt obligated to in this case! From the moment I walked in everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I stayed for 4 days and can honestly say this hotel is well on its way to at least 4 stars! I rarely write reviews but all of the staff are committed to doing their absolute best from the front desk to the spa staff and my sweet cleaning lady. The hotel is still under construction which was a bit of a bummer, but despite this the actual facilities are very relaxing and well designed. The view on the roof is spectacular especially at night. Despite all the pros of this hotel I do have some areas of constructive feedback in the interest of helping to make it the best it can be: please put a fan or air con in the gym!! It’s a smaller space (still sufficient) but it gets very hot in there! Also, please add hooks to the bathroom in the lobby!

A&em Art hotel exceeded my expectations. To me it”s room, bed, pillow quality & staffs are on par with Hilton. The location of the hotel is very convenient situated walking distance from ben Thanh market. Front desk receptionist Ms Bich Phuong & bellboy Mr Tan are very friendly & helpful. I stayed here, moved out to District 1 Japanese street middle of my trip then moved back again to this hotel end of my trip. There is welcome drinks & nice breakfast.

Thanks to Mr En Nugyen, supervisor for upgrading my stay there. He is so helpful and trying his best to serve with a great smile. I am also grateful to Mr Khoa Pram and Mr Trong both for helping me to find my wallet in the room while I was away for a golf game. Upon my return, The supervisor, Mr Nugren quickly showed to me my wallet left in the room and the wallet was fully sealed and opened in front of me to confirm that all is in order. What a great hotel with well trained staff with honesty and great service in almost all departments. However, the water pressure was extremely weak and that causes the dissatisfaction of having a good hot shower all the times. Hope the facility department can address this problem and surely will come back to stay in this good hotel again next time. Keep up the good job !

My husband and I stayed at this property for 5 nights for his birthday . I would like to admit that by far this has been my best hospitality experience. I love to travel and have been to some luxury five star chains but hotel nikko experience is unparallel. We stayed at the 23 floor in the king club room . The room is spacious and the decor is modern and chic. They provide a turndown service and the housekeeping staff is well trained to add small touches when they clean the room( for example keeping shoes in one line) , it feels home when you come back to room after sightseeing. The breakfast is ellaborate and what is more interesting is that they change few dishes ( including the local ones) on a frequent basis so if you stay like us for more than a night, it will be a sigh of relief for your taste buds to try something new. Staff are well trained and willing to assist. Our best experience was with nikko club lounge( situated on 23 floor) where the views over the city are spectacular and the staff is extremely courteous and efficient including all the trainees who made us feel very special. I would recommend to book a room that has a lounge access , every extra dime you will pay is totally worth it. The staff in the nikko club lounge are so well trained and know how to deliver the first class standard of service. They also helped me arranging a cake for my husband and help me arrange a surprise for him. The hotel is truly a gem in district 1 of ho chi minh! It is slightly away from the touristic madness of city but if you fancy something wild the backpacker's street ( bui vien) is walking distance from the hotel. The other landmarks( cathedral, post office etc) are also not too far and you can order a grab for quite cheap rate. After spending at Six sense NINA Van Bay,here is EXCELLENT,compared with SSNVB, 1000 times better !THIS is 5 STAR HOTEL! Definitely staying at here makes my whole trip in Vietnam happily,good ending! Seems staff never say NO,they are super well training,great service! Especially house keeping is outstanding! They are very thoughtful ,they know how to make the guests comfortable and happy! Of course cleanup the room perfectly! I had quick breakfast,both the range of foods and taste are great,but milk pancakes are not good. The best bang mi in Saigon (I tried two best know one but here is better than those two! As information,SSNVB ‘s one is awful!)

Thank you for the services during our stay which make us feel exceptionally welcomed. The design of the hotel is impeccable, fell in love when I first entered. Every room comes with ensuite jacuzzi which is brilliant, we soaked in it every night after a long day out. The hotel is very generous, also provided lemongrass salt and bubbles for the jacuzzi. We also received a bottle of complimentary wine, cake, daily afternoon tea, and were told to help ourselves for the minibar. The complimentary afternoon tea was not shabby at all, every piece was a delight. Despite the renovation noise outside which is not within the hotel's control, chilling out by the pool is pretty awesome. I'd recommend perhaps chill out on a Sunday when the workers are not working. Hotel is situated is a not-so-busy street, however we could still hear loud music. Could guess that the sound-proof is not that strong, but the noise is bearable, might be we were too tired to be bothered. Lastly, I sincerely hope that the hotel could keep up or even be better in years to come. I'd certainly visit again.

A 5 star hotel with superb location. Many high end boutique, cafeteria and restuarants within walking distance. Very spacious room with all relevant aminities. Plus point is the super comfy bed linings and mattress. The sound proofing is great too, one can watch the busy traffic out of the hotel room window without hearing any outside sound. Good spa services provided at the centre. I had an excellent manicure service by the professional. My husband also had a great full body massage session too. The hotel front desk staff was very kind enough to offer us a spa discount voucher to compensate for the late release of our room to us when we checked in on the 1st day. Thus, staff is quick to provide a serive recovery. Merit points to the concierge staff whom had recommended us to all the great resturants with delicious food. We were really very satisfied with all the resturants that he had recommended to us during our 3 nights stay. My husband also enjoying himself in the casino while i was having a great time shopping at the nearby shopping centres. The hotel disco pub also provide a romantic night scenary of HCMC with great band music. All in all The Caravelle Hotel is an excellent hotel to stay in when you are in HCMC. Will definately stay in this hotel again whenever we are going to HCMC. Best recommended for couples, family groups as well as for corporate trip due to the very convenient location.

We got to the hotel quite late, so weren’t so keen on traipsing around at that point for a drink. Thankfully, after a smooth check-in, we found that the rooftop bar was open till about 2am so we managed to get a couple of drinks before bed. The room is clean and quite comfortable with all the amenities you would find in a good 4 star hotel. The breakfast buffet, was a decent spread of asian and western options which will keep you going till late afternoon. There is wifi through out the hotel, but it worked best at the roof top bar so you can put off your roaming and still be connected to the rest of the world. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the service at the bar/restaurants was pretty decent. When you do go out, you might need local currency and if you haven’t had the chance to exchange it, worry not because you can do so at the reception at a very good rate. The best aspect of the hotel for me was the location. The hotel is situated in the heart of District 1 and everything is walking distance from the hotel. You can find a city map in your room or at the reception and hold onto this for your trip, it’s very useful. Ranging from 5 to 20 minutes you can reach, the Ho Chi Minh city museum, War Reunification Palace, the War Remnant Museum, Notre Dam Cathedral, the Central Post Office, the Opera House, Ben Thanh market and even the riverside for a nice evening walk. You don’t feel like eating in the hotel, there are plenty of nice restaurants spread around the hotel ranging from local vietnamese pho to exotic french cuisines. There are quite a few bars around if you do take the effort to locate them if you want a good mix of the locals and expats. I however enjoyed drinking at the rooftop bar for nothing else but the fact that I was just knackered by the end of each day and didn’t have the energy to go out drinking. Everything is reasonably priced within the hotel as well. PS: Carry a bottle of water while you're out.

I loved this hotel, I used the pool and the gym and the breakfast, well, it was the stand-out. The food is replenished and is of highest of quality and the seats are comfortable. Rooms and linen are all pretty much pristine and brand new, air cond perfect. Found the best sushi restaurant called sushi-sushi around the corner in an alleyway. Recommend you eat there is you're into good, cheap Japanese, much better than the retail places fronting the main streets. I fully recommend this hotel and forgot to mention getting round in taxi was easy b/c the concierge speaks English and could tell the taxi drivers where we wanted to go (like take a one hour drive around Saigon).

Positives: The staff is overtly friendly. The rooms and public areas are very clean and relatively new. The breakfast buffet is one of the best attributes of the hotel. The views from the 11th floor is wonderful. The location is great being located on a dead end street, yet in good walking distance to most District 1 attractions. In the evening, there was a pianist in the lobby, which was a nice touch. It is worth mentioning once again...fantastic and attentive staff. Perhaps the foreigner manager could be more friendly like his staff, but I did not have many dealings with him. He seemed friendly, but nothing like his employees. One final note, the beds are awesome. Negatives: Throughout the hotel, they advertise a happy hour for drinks. It is advertised as buy one drink, get the second for $1.00. I bought a beer and a cocktail. I did expect to pay full price for the more expensive of the two. But, they tried charging me full price for both since one was a beer and one was a cocktail. I was able to finally get the beer for a dollar after a long process of speaking with the manager. They should be more clear in their advertising in this regards. It set a bad tone with me in regards to my overall experience with the hotel. The pool is very small, especially when you look at the hotel next door and see a huge pool. Of course the hotel can not do anything about this. They have very limited space on the roof. The hotel does try to maximize it's seating near the pool, but it feel crowded and uncomfortable. Again, with the space being limited, I understand why they did it. But, it is not comfortable. I made a suggestion to one of the staff that they invest in some fans for the roof area too. When the sun is out and there is minimal wind, it is quite hot in the area. One of the biggest drawbacks for me at this hotel (and I think it is common at most hotels here), you only get about 15 minutes of hot water for a shower before it goes cold. First impression is very important in my option especially a 5 Stars establishment like yours! This is what I had found in Lotte Legend Hotel Saigon when I’d entered in their front door step Monday 2nd July, 2018. 1 . Staff at door entry greeted us and made us very welcome. 2. Then we were greeted by Ms Mia ( Guest Relation Officer) she was really wonderful and friendly settling us in and made us feel really welcome and she had organised a day trip tour to Chu Chi tunnels at a fraction of a cost the very next day. She is a great value. The whole few days stay experience was just perfect and every staff members there were all very friendly and helpful!! Thank you 3. Executive Lounge Restaurant was fantastic with great service staff and great window view of Saigon River. 4. Pool and Gym facilities was fantastic! Very clean and maintained. 5 Very close proximity to locals and shops/ entertainments . Thank you Mia for patience and your Great Service to my Family during our stay there. As a frequent visitor to HCMC for business, I have stayed in at least 10 different 3 to 5 stars hotels in HCMC over the past year. Many are good but every one of them is lacking in an area like service or facilities, or is just too expensive for what they provide. I don't write reviews but felt inclined to do so based on what is undooubtly my best hotel stay experience in HCMC. Eden Saigon is new and there are a few minor teething problems as can be expected. The location is good but certainly not the best compared to the up market opera tourist area. But none of these matters. The management and staff has to be congratulated for the best service I have ever received in any HCMC hotels bar none beating out much better known and much more expensive high end 5 stars establishments. The architecture and design is elegantly understated by Vietnamese standards with an impressive grand lobby and 12th floor pool and bar not to be missed for the incredible views. Most importantly, the room is elegant, warm and comfortable, equipped with everything one needs with a few extra touches that makes the difference between good and excellent....and I stayed in the lowest end room. I have no doubt Eden Saigon will flourish if they continue their impeccable service and maintain their facilities, and do not look forward to the day when their rates catch up with their reputation. In the meantime, I am going to enjoy not staying in a different hotel everytime, now that I have found the one perfect for me.

this area normally gives you a choice of expensive 5 star hotels or the lower end of 'mini-hotels' to choose from. this makes nhat ha 3 a great choice for something in beween. the surrounding area is still being revitalised but the hotel sets the standard and is beautifully finished off, spacious and airy. street side cafe tables operated by the hotel make for a pleasant venue for light refreshment.

Strictly speaking in terms of the hotel conditions, it was great. Centrally located, walks away from the shopping areas and dining areas. A very wide breakfast spread. The room was very very good. Definitely rated 5 stars for the room and bathroom. However, we were a little disappointed in the staff perfomance of this 5 star hotel. We requested to change our bedsheets because the flower petals caused my boyfriend to have an allergy. The receptionist doesnt seem to understand our simple english. Thus, language skills could be improved. Although it was a grand and nice hotel, we werent felt warmly welcome. (Because we were backpacking throughout Vietnam from Hanoi, all the way down to HCM). We just had a feeling that we do not suit into the hotel. Which was not a good feeling. Although we were carrying backpacks and does not look wealthy does not mean that we are not. This might be my own opinion, however, this is the truth that how we felt at the end of our stay. There is no initiative at all. Even for the bellboy at entrance. He didnt smile to us or say goodbye to us. While he was loading our bags to the taxi, he just spoke a few words in vietnamese to the driver and the driver looked at us and smirked. Definitely not a very good impression on the stay with Majestic Hotel even though they are a 5 star hotel. Our hotel at Hanoi - Calypso Hotel which is only a 3 stars hotel definitely exhibits the quality of a 5 star hotel. The service was way better than Majestic. This all serves as an opinion. Nothing wrong about the Hotel. It was a great building, grand and with huge bed, comfortable. But theservice definitely could be improve on.

Liberty Central is everything a traveler can hope for in a hotel if it is your first time visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Located just beside Ben Thanh market, it is also within walking distance to all the attractions in District 1 such as Reunification Palace, War Remnants Musuem, Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office and Dong Khoi district. HCMC is a very walkable city so do explore on foot, plus you can see a lot of interesting places such as small cafes, boutiques and shops along the streets! If tired, a cab can be hailed from anywhere and typically cost less than 50,000vnd ($3). The hotel and room itself is very well equipped. Room is a little small but very clean and new, and nicely decorated. Laundry and room service is cheap. Pool is tiny but would be what I call cozy, and you get a really good view since it is a rooftop pool. Buffet breakfast spread is amazingly wide, and good! What I love best about the hotel is their service. Every service personnel I came across, from receptionists to bellboys are friendly and helpful. The bellboys at the door will keep reminding you to be careful with your belongings, ask you how your day was, check where you are going before hailing cab for you etc. Highly recommended! You can't get better value for the price.

I arrived early but as they have no room for me yet, I waited for a long while. They were apologetic about it and tried their best to hurry for me. Still, it was awhile before I can rest in the room. The staff English was basic enough to communicate, but don't expect anything more. They have some who can speak Mandarin so we managed to communicate what we want most of the time. I booked all my tours with the hotel, and they were efficient. I simply have to reserve before 9pm each night and they will arrange the tour for tomorrow. We will wait at the lobby for the bus to come get us each day and the staff will serve us tea once we sit down. Super efficient. The staff were always polite and attentive. As for the room, it is very clean. Beware though, the toilet is completely see through. Extremely awkward if you go with friends. Do not get the room with window if you are a light sleeper. Ho Chi Minh street is noisy, no fault of the hotel, will probably be the same no matter where you sleep. I would be awaken by the traffic on and off till very early in the morning. Breakfast is good. It is not a spread, but it is good.

For me even only 1 night stay but it's totally pleasant stay and impress. Location is the best, you could reach to almost every interesting place of District 1 with 5-10 minutes or walking distance. Many international and local restaurants surrounded, convenient store is just opposite also supermarket, main sightseeing places, business hub of Ho Chi Minh City especially Bitexco Financial Tower, etc. The hotel appearance is colonial style since 1930 but it has renovated thus it's look elegance. Room is functional and look nice especially bathroom (really love it). Cleanliness is one of my pleasant point of this hotel, almost everywhere in this hotel is clean and neat. Staff are very nice, friendly and informative. Good breakfast. Nice swimming pool in the backyard, quite relax. VINASUN Taxi stand is just the front of this hotel. So, don't worry to travel to anywhere in Ho Chi Minh City with hassle-free. It's a 5-Star hotel in HCMC that i would like to recommend :)

Blue Diamond Hotel is located along the Thu Khoa Huan Street, only about 5 minutes walk to the famous shopping market of the Ho Chi Minh City,Benh Thanh Market,where you can shop a lot of things such as textiles,clothing,food, shoes and others. The famous Phoo 2000 and Phoo 24 are located just besides the Market where probably the best Phoo are served in v Vietnam.It is also near to the backpackers areas,Pham Ngu Lau where many pubs and restaurants are available for foods and beers.

At SGD50/night for a twin room, this has got to be 1 of the most value for money stays I had. Room and shower are spacious and clean enough. Location is superb, with endless options of bars and eateries along the same street. Hotel staff are friendly and buffet breakfast, though lacking in variety for the 3 nights I stayed, is good enough for me to want to wake up to eat. We were also given a VND 50,000 voucher each for use at the rooftop bar, which served decent food and offered a considerably good view. Slight drawback is the soundproofing of the rooms, which gets noisy if your room faces the street or when other guests drag their luggages outside. And the tv channels could do with more international channels in English. Will not hesitate to book this hotel again the next time I visit HCMC.

You can't beat the location, and you can walk to most things in District 1. This is a true four star hotel (not all hotels which advertise themselves are such compared to international standards). Make sure you book a city view room. If you do then will get get a fantastic panorama of the city skyline, which is magical both day and night. Another must is the roof top terrace on the 14th floor, (the pool is also up here), where you can drink in the views, day or night. The beds are really comfortable and the room I stayed in , had a lovely new bathroom. Breakfasts were great, too. I have been to HCMC many times and have stayed in many Hotels, there. Bt when it comes to the combination of factors such as budget, quality of rooms (mine was a large city view on a higher floor), ease of walking access to most of the local sights and value for money, then you can't beat here.

Love our stay and would strongly recommend staying there. The hotel is just a stone throw away from Ben Thanh Market. The market is shifted out at night to the street next to the building. Very central to the attractions and bus station. Everything is walking distance. The hotel service is great. Very friendly and courteous staffs. Most of them speak good English and understand very well. Their service is extremely welcoming. Tour arrangement by the hotel is slightly more expensive than the travel agency we enquired but for the sake of not going through any hassle of not being picked up or arrangements not properly made, we settled for the hotel package tour. (Previous experience of bus pick up to Phnom Penh by a travel agency which came late by 1.5 hours made us very worried and frustrated, nothing much can be done when it is early in the morning before working hours) Thus, going through the hotel, everything is settled smoothly. Breakfast is absolutely great. Wide range or varieties and tasty. 4 types of fresh squeezed juice to choose from, fresh fried sunny side up or omelette upon request, pho beef, halal corner, dessert corner, fruits, all the other typical breakfast dishes like salad, sausages, bacon, cereal etc. The only down side was the TV & Internet was not very stable when we were there, short breakdowns of less than 5 minutes is experienced once in a while. The cleaning trolley was blocking our door when we first stayed and was cleared away once mentioned to the front desk. There was a comment slip in the room when checked-in, filling up the form and mentioning about these small issues earned us a free transfer to the airport. They really try their best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Still in contact with some of the staffs, extremely friendly people.

My wife and I decided to have a night "away" and checked into a Palace Signature Suite of the Palace Hotel Saigon. The room was a corner unit split into a living room and a bedroom. It had a small corner balcony and view of Nguyen Hue street, the Bitexco tower and a sliver of the Saigon River. A highlight of the room was the bathroom, that stretched the length of the living room and bedroom and included a small jacuzzi - something not found in other suites in this price range - bubble soap and view onto Nguyen Hue street through tinted windows included. Staff was extremely friendly. For example, they brought us two wine glasses within 2 minutes of our request. They even thought so far ahead and included a bottle opener despite not asking for one. We slept through breakfast, so I can't comment on the quality of the food, but breakfast was included. However, given its great location, there are many options - expensive and local - to get some food or simply a coffee. The best part was the price. We were able to get the Suite for about USD 112 (non-refundable) on Agoda, which was on par with standard rooms at the other 4-star+ hotels in the area, and far below the rates for their suites.

I loved this hotel. The location is excellent, the room was great, the breakfast was delicious, and I really appreciated the daily one hour massage included with my booking at no extra charge. Not just an ordinary massage…I would say the massages at the hotel spa were some of the best I have had anywhere. The staff was absolutely outstanding. Everyone was all smiles and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Everyone spoke English, and they were always helpful with any questions. My arrival in Saigon started with a problem because the hotel's driver wasn't at the airport to pick me up as pre-arranged, so I took a taxi to the hotel. This seems like a complaint, but in the end it turned into a positive experience because of how the staff handled it. They were very apologetic and reimbursed me for the taxi. I will definitely stay at Fusion Suites on my next visit to Saigon.

Our stay was not without issues - had to move rooms twice - uncomfortable mattress and then air conditioning failure, but the staff could not have been more helpful and moved us within moments of raising our concerns. Highlights of the stay were the lovely rooftop pool and delicious complimentary afternoon teas. We also booked three tours through the front desk - to the Cu Chi tunnels and the Cao Dai temple, the Mekong Delta and an evening dinner cruise all of which were memorable, enjoyable and superb value for money. The desk also arranged foot massage for me at a sister hotel, which, again, was excellent value for money. Location is very convenient - just moments to the main market and a street food market, with Union Square a further short walk away. I hope we can return one day in the not too distant future. I have been travelling to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, for many times. I have stayed in District 1 hotels like "Dragon Palace 1 Hotel", "Dragon Palace 2 Hotel", "Asian Ruby 1 Hotel". I wish to provide feedbacks to every Agoda Hotel seekers who are looking at District 1 hotels. I have always thought most budget District 1 hotels are around the same. Until I decided to try out this T.Espoir Hotel. I can say, those hotels I stayed before, has no fight with T.Espoir Hotel. Here's why..... T.Espoir Hotel is also known as Cititel Hotel. In most previous reviews by other hotel stayers, yes, they went through a renovation. I am pleased to say that the noise are no longer exists as the renovation has been completed. Right now, the contractors are doing touch-ups and cleaning of each room. Genuine Feedbacks below: Breakfast: the bed is so comfortable with cold aircon that I didn't even want to get out of bed to have breakfast. Location: It is so near to Nguyen Du Galaxy Cinema, with lots of food stalls along the street, many drinking clubs... best part is... it': walking distance to Ben Thanh Market. Facilities: If this hotel comes with a swimming pool or Gym Room, it will be perfect. Big lobby area. One lift with cctv in it, good security. Every floor has cctv along the walkway. Staff: Friendly staff. From Door boy, reception all the way to house keeping. They try to accomodate your request, all you need is "ask". They allow me to check out at 2pm because I check in late. Wifi: Strong. Never disconnect before. TV: have most channels except live soccer matches. Aircon: Famous brand by Daikin. Room: Very clean. Spacious. Nice concept. Newly renovated. New stuff in room. Sound Proof: Not sound proof. Basically, you can hear your neighbours making love or talking. Housekeeping: Pretty friendly lady who never fails to clean up room every morning. Best Value Hotel in HCMC ive stayed at so far !!! . After checking out reviews i picked this Hotel to stay at for the last 2 days of our holiday as our melbourne flight leaves at 9.00pm we generally book to have a base until early evening so i was looking for a more modestly priced hotel to stay the last nights . This trip we chose to stay in some of Classic Hotels in the 5 star range at HCMC ,HOI An ,Hue. i was expecting a good to mediocre hotel however The Grand Silverland Hotel & Spa is now at the top of my list ticking all the boxes From arrival to departure i was totally impressed The hotel staff and managers are excellent well trained and very helpful , Taking care of things like airport transfers and phoning checking airline reservations recommending shops that actually can supply your needs . The fastest and easiest check in ever ( They actually take you to your room to complete check in which is great for weary travelers ) Room - Silverland Suite was well appointed clean and had a multi function Jacuzzi portal Location is perfect a few steps from the market and all the sights of district 1 Roof top pool and bar small but fantastic Great spa and massage. Great Breakfast Really the best value for money . Five star service at 3.5 star prices Wish we were still there !!

We heartily appreciated Miss Julie as she provide great service with professional attitude to customer, her service to us 👍. We feel glad to stay C Central Hotel as the location quite convenience to Pham Ngu Lao which could experience the Vietnamese nightlife culture, along the street have great food to enjoy. The hotel provide newly hotel with huge space room and the bathroom facilities is so wonderful as the shower water so powerful and bathtub also so clean. We definitely thanks to the management of this hotel to provide us a great clean room. We feel so touching of their caring as they even put ear plugs due to night life happening. We don't feel will affect us as the music of sound still okay for us . The breakfast also good especially their coffee has good fragrance ☕️🍵😋😋. Thanks to Miss Julie for her best service to us.

Harmony Saigon hotel had everything one could expect in a 4 star hotel -- elegant lobby, modern guest room, quality facilities, tasty food, and good location. However, what impressed me most was the considerate and professional hotel staff. It was on the second day of our stay when my wife suffered a sudden vertigo and vomiting during breakfast. As a tourist who didn't understand a single word of Vietnamese, I could only seek for the help of restaurant manager. Without any hesitation, the manager called reception to arrange transportation and contact an international hospital immediately. When he escorted us to the lobby, a cab was already waiting for us. Upon arriving at hospital, my wife was attended by a doctor immediately, thanks to the pre-registration by another hotel staff. Fortunately, after a few hours' checkup and infusion, my wife was confirmed no big issue and released home. Surprisingly, the same staff was still waiting outside for us. My heart was really touched at that moment. When we reached hotel, the general manager gave us a warm greeting, and a restaurant staff delivered porridge to our room. My wife recovered fast and we had a pleasant trip in the following days. Before checking out the hotel, we reminded the reception staff to settle the bill incurred by the emergency. I was surprised again when he told me all the cost had been waived by the general manager. I have stayed at about twenty 4 or 5-star hotels worldwide. The experience at Harmony Saigon Hotel was unique and well beyond my expectation. I would like to express my hearted appreciation to the hotel staff and wish them all the best.
