"Got an upgrade on check in. Very clean and new. Nice rooftop. Food a bit overpriced. Breakfast is ok if you like asian food, no western brekkie. Staff was helpful but had a bit of an issue when we booked a day tour, they wanted to charge us extra. Then they also denied our transfer to the bus station, so we needed to sort ourselves. We used grab and everything worked out. They also allowed us having a shower there free of charge which was cool. Good for a night or two."

"We had an amazing time in the hotel. Staff has been really helpful, especially Ei Ei Kyaw. They did everythin they could to helt think about it p us organizing excursion, accomodating late check out or providing a beautiful room. Don, just book it. It is close to local market, easy to move around walking or by taxi and views from the restaurant are great. The show every night is a good way to wind down your day. I would definitively book it again if I come back to Mandalay. THANK YOU"

"I booked the standard single room. The room had a fridge, aircon, warm water, and the staff would bring me a hot water keeper/tank daily, as there was no electric kettle. The wifi works well, but it did go out for a day during my four-day stay. The room was spacious for a single room, but the bathroom is really small and the lighting in the room is poor. Also, the drain in the bathroom was open and looked as if it had not been cleaned in some time. Breakfast was eggs and toast most days, but one day I was offered noodles instead. They advertised a free cocktail at night during happy hour, but none were available when I went to collect mine. The location in on the main road, so there is a bit of traffic. Local food options and a convenience store is a short walk away. I would recommend this hotel to a backpacker or to those on a budget. "
