My wife and I traveled with our two-year-old daughter. We loved this hotel. It was very accessible from Narita because the bus from the airport stops at the hotel's doorstep. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The room we got was spacious. The bathroom was clean. There was a tub. Water pressure was excellent and the hot water never failed. This hotel is young children-friendly. It has coin-operated washing machines. You can wash and dry your kids' soiled clothing there. A walkway to the train station (Shin Urayasu) was connected to the hotel. Tokyo Disneyland (Maihama station) was a station away. The choices for breakfast (buffet) were fine. We will definitely stay in this hotel again. If you are going to visit Tokyo Disneyland or DisneySea, you may want to try this hotel. We had a pleasant stay.

I arrived late at night (after 10pm). the staff was very helpful. Without asking, I was upgraded to suite room, which contains 2 queen size bed, a living room, a shower/toilet/bathtub and a small toilet. The staff also explain patiently about availability to transfer our luggage from the hotel to the train station. You can also keep your luggage in the hotel for free after you check out (for a day). This is the 2nd hotel i visited in Tokyo Disneyland. I was really impressed with the size of the room considering it is tokyo). There is also a small convenience store located in the hotel. Just ask the staff for the directions. Unfortnately, when i reached, it is almost midnight, so there is a lot of stuffs that already soldout. (eg bread and onigiri)

The place is worth it! As shared by other reviewers, the room is a bit small, but other hotels in urban Japan are the same. They have shuttle services to and from Maihama Station, Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea and that is convenient; just be conscious of the time as the shuttles leave on the dot. DisneySea is reachable in less than 10 minutes while the Maihama Station and Tokyo Disneyland are less than 20 minutes by foot. There is a Lawson convenience store around 5 minutes away for quick bites. Ikspiari Mall is near the Maihama Station and has many stores and restaurants. They have nice amenities in the bathroom and other amenities (moisturizers, facial cleansers, etc.) in the reception.

I booked Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay as my base for the three days I visited Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea. Location is literally across the street from the monorail and is closest to Disney Sea. Though I spent most of my time at Disney and never got to try their breakfast, I used the dining vouchers that I was given to buy food from their snack stand after a day in the parks. It is a 5 minute walk max. to the monorail or you can wait for their shuttle which is on time, air conditioned, and slightly faster than walking. I highly recommend staying at the Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay if you're planning on going to either of the disney parks. The hotel concierge held my suitcases after check out so I was able to have a full day at the parks before hopping on a shuttle bus directly from the hotel to the airport (book a day in advance just in case). I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea!

We enjoyed our stay a lot at this hotel. Although a little small, we practically have no space to open our large suitcase, but no complains for the price we’re paying in this prime location. They were generous with their amenities, although we booked for 2 adults and 1 child, they gave us 3 sets of everything (toothbrushes, bathrobes, and extra bed). The hotel is very clean. Minimal human touch, greeted by robotic dinosaurs at lobby and self check in (but didn’t work for us and the staff had to assist us). There’s a robotic egg in the room, try playing Rock Paper Scissors with it. The kids will love it. Opposite there’s Lawson, we grab some snacks from there. Walk towards the right of the hotel there’s a sushi restaurant which serves very nice and reasonable priced sushi. Location is ok, although far to walk to Disneyland/ Maihama station, but they do provide free shuttle bus which is very useful. I highly recommend this hotel!

A very nice hotel. Arrived around 8 pm; check-in was fast and efficient. Room and bathroom were very clean. Polite staff. Free breakfast bento every morning. Free flow of drinks every evening. A convenience store (Circle K) on the parking lot where we can buy variety of food and drinks (sushi, onigiri, yakitori, oden, sandwiches, etc) at decent prices. A Delivery Service counter at the lobby that can send goods/luggages to anywhere in Japan. And free shuttle busses to Maihama JR Train Station, Tokyo Disneyland, and Tokyo Disneysea. Definitely will stay in this hotel again, and definitely will recommend it to anyone who looks for an accommodation near Tokyo Disneyland/Disneysea.

The hotel is ideal when you are travelling with children and if you are visiting Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea. They offer free shuttle to Disneyland and they have amenities for very small children like cribs, bathing seat, etc. Hotel is cleaned everyday. There is a Family mart and grocery store about 4-5 minutes away from the hotel. The hotel does not serve lunch and dinner so you can buy meals at Family Mart or Mcdonald’s located inside the grocery store. They offer free seafood noodles at 10 pm for the first 30 customers. Breakfast is good so you can include this in your booking. Overall rating - Great hotel👍

Stayed 1 night in april 2019 during our visit to japan.. very near to tokyo disneyland and offered free shuttle bus to disneyland.. rooms were comfortable & affordable.. enjoyed our stay.. the only cons was check in process was a bit slow d/t large groups coming in together with us from disneyland at night..but when our turn finally came, receptionist was very helpful n able to converse with us in english..

We have nothing else to complain than the breakfast that is bit simple and poor. This is ideal location to visit Disneyland. The room is big enough and clean (do not except a huge room but the size is compact to stay). Laundry and shops available. 30-50 meter from the train station. Notice: If you are travelling to airport early morning, there are not many options to reach the airport and the best train will start to depart around 6.30 am

The staff worked very hard to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The breakfast buffet was good. I was worried about our luggage because I had it shipped and sent from two places -- one big suitcase shipped ahead from Sapporo, other luggage moved from a night spent at Tokyo Disneyland Hotel. When we arrived at Sunroute plaza, we were delighted to hear that all our bags from everywhere were already in our room!

Our room is super cozy and spacious and is located inside the Tokyo Disney Resort area. I must say that this hotel was built the latest Japan technology room features and family friendly with its amenities and other services. If you’re touring the city of Tokyo, it’ll be a challenge for you because the hotel’s location is an hour and half or more away from all Tokyo top destination though it’s strategically located in the nearest bus stops that will take you to nearest train station that’ll will take you to different places around the city. On the other hand, if you’re only planning to just tour Odaiba, Maihama or Tokyo Disney resort, it’s much more easy because the hotel location is near and they provide free shuttle service to and from Disneyland. The hotel serves same menu on their complimentary breakfast but it’s not an issue for us because it tastes so good my tip is that try to mix and match the food if you’re staying for a week or you can try convenience store goodies which is located at the lobby of the hotel which is open 24hrs. The hotel is also self service but most of your needs are readily available at the lobby or in each floors. The staffs are accommodating and pleasant though they are having a hard time speaking in English, they’re trying their very best to communicate and serve their guests.
