hotel location has easy access to the kl sentral station in 2 mins as well as convenient access to the monorail station in 10 -15 mins walk. on day of arrival, reached hotel early before check-in time but friend was not feeling well and reception staff had offered a temporary room as my booked room was not available yet. from kl sentral station to klia is a breeze via the klia express train. able to reach klia in 28 mins. also toilet facility available in the klia express train. love the night view from the hotel room facing the highway. breakfast spread was good with variety of choices. on last of stay on 17dec12, renovation started with a little inconvenience of accessibility within the hotel but well managed by hotel with notice given 1 day in advance. overall stay experience is good.

It was a last minute trip and i was looking for an affordable trip within KL. Majestic was not what i had in mind initially as i thought the rate may not within my budget. I was totally wrong, I got the best deal from Agoda for my stay. I even get further discount using the mobile app. Big win yeay! The check in time is 3pm but I arrived an hour early and the staff just let me checked in without me asking. Awesome 😍 The check in was so smooth, it took less than 10 minutes to get done ✅ Staffs were incredibly polite, helpful and always smiling. I'm not just talking about those at the check in counter but also the housekeeping team, staffs at restaurant, concierge etc. The unique part of this hotel is the staffs are all dressed as per colonial era. Love this ✅ The only thing Majestic can consider is the welcome drink for the guest 😁 I booked for Deluxe room and it is located at the new wing. There are 2 wings, the old/colonial wing placed all the fancy suites ie governor suite etc. My room is pretty awesome, it is a corner unit and facing the main street where you can see the old railway station (still in use) and the city view. Love love love ✅ The room is quite spacious, the star of the room is of course the bathroom. It has the luxury feel with all the black marble floor, bath tub with tv. Oh i felt like a royal family already hahah ✅ Due to the short stay, i didnt managed to dine at the restaurant(s). But i used to experience a hi-tea session at the famous Orchid Conservatary sometime ago. The room were filled with all kinds of orchids. Stunning! Personally i would say the desserts were average. You can book for the hi-tea session without staying at the hotel. Another thing to highlight about this hotel is of course the stunning interior deco. You wouldn't get the same feeling at any other hotel than Majestic. The moment you enter the lobby, you will definitely feeling transported to the colonial era. Not just because of the unique uniform wore by the staff

I spent one night in this lovely hotel in the busy city of Kuala Lumpur. It is very convenient as it is directly connected to the KL Sentral. I would think it is slightly better than the Hilton or Le Meridien, as both these hotels are connected to the busier Sentral terminal, hence more crowded and messy during peak hours; while Aloft is connected to the Nu Sentral shopping mall and monorail station, which gives it an overall less crowded appearance, and yet still a stone throw's away from the central terminal. Overall, I think the hotel is great, being new and friendly staff are the two main features of Aloft. We stayed in the Suite at 27th floor, and it was very beautiful and with stunning view. They even provided a camp (yes! a camp!) in the room for FREE, for my kids to play with, and another 2 air-mattresses to accompany that tent! Very innovative! All the mini bar drinks are FREE too, and they generously provided 4 bottles of mineral water. The room was very spacious, probably because it is a suite. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The location was so great that I could take my kids to travel in the LRT and monorail trains, and they absolutely loved it. And we could even end our day by catching a movie at the cinema (so brand new!) in Nu Sentral Mall. However two things I quite dislike about this hotel - the signboards leading towards the hotel parking, if you drive to Sentral KL, are not very clear, and that made me turn a few rounds before getting in; and still I thought I have gone into an office block car parks (actually they shared the car park premises). Secondly the water pressure in my room was considered awful, very weak, and I didn't quite enjoy the bath; furthermore, there is only a rain shower and does not have any handheld shower head, hence it was quite difficult to bathe my 5 year old kiddo. But if anyone of you thinking to stay in Sentral KL, I think this is the hotel you will not regret staying in.,

It was a totally new hotel when we first book a stay at the hotel..I think they offer very cheap rate to initially promote their hotel so my friend and i choose family room. it has 2 king size bed..It was a very comfortable stay. we have no regret to choose the room and we were very happy about it. But i believe the floor (3rd floor if i'm not mistaken) we stayed was still under renovation since the number of rooms were written by hand. In the room they provide hangers, but we didn't see any place to hang our clothes..quite funny experience.. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. Iron provided at the corridor. Shopping mall just across the road in fornt of the hotel..near many restaurants and 24hrs convenient store. Less than 5min walk to monorail station.

The Hotel Sentral (Brickfields) is in a brilliant location for travellers who do not demand four star facilities. It's a short walk from the rail platforms and bus bays at KL Sentral station, up to the first floor of the station complex, then through the Nu Sentral Mall, down a lift over the othger side of Jalan Tun Sambanthan, then 70 metres down a side street next to the Monorail Station, which leads to Jalan Thambipillai. The rooms are clean and adequate (as is the breakfast), the staff helpful and the views from high floors excellent. The monorail going to the Bukit Bintang shopping precinct is literally next door. The fairly down-market location in KL's Little India is full of life, and in Jalan Thambipillai are several excellent Chinese, nasi kandar and Indian restaurants. There are other excellent restaurants nearby, including the Gem and Legend Claypot Biryani. Five small 7-11 type shops are within 100 metres of the hotel, and the Nu Sentral Mall holds Tom's Groceria, a huge supermarket. There's an excellent tour/taxi operator in the lobby of the Sentral,and reliable moneychangers nearby as well. I have made the Hotel Sentral a KL stopover base for 2-4 nights several times in my frequent Air Asia flights - just too convenient to go past it.

NU Hotel located very near to Monorail KL Sentral Station. Just take the lift or elevator from KL Sentral Monorail Station, follow the alley below Monorail Station and then turn right when you reach jalan Tambipillay, NU hotel located at the right side. Hotel building was new and clean, receptionists were friendly and polite. They will ask 50 MYR for deposit, check in process quite fast. Both bedroom and bathroom was quite small but very clean, they also provide basic amenities in the bathroom and electric kettle with coffee&tea. No breakfast but there are lots of Indian food stall and Indian restaurant around the hotel. Old Town White Coffee and NU Sentral mall also near from the hotel. This hotel is very suitable for transit in KL, just 5-10 minutes walk via NU Sentral mall to KL Sentral Bus Station & KLIA Express Station to KLIA&KLIA2 Airport, KTM Commuter Blue and Red route, LRT and KL Sentral train station.

The Location is very convenient - right in front of the Nu Sentral Mall, adjoining KL Sentral station. So if you are arriving by the Airport Express - walk into the Nu Sentral Mall by the escalators, walk right through, and out to the Exit that leads to the Monorail Line (the Green Line starting at KL Sentral). As you walk out of the Mall (still on higher than street level), - you will see the entrance to the Green Monorail Line. On the right hand side there is a Lift (Elevator) and an Escalator heading down to the street level. Through the Glass the Easy Hotel can be seen right behind the Lift. It is not only right next to KL Sentral Station, but bang in front of the Green Monorail Line, which makes going around KL very easy. This is a Budget hotel with a decent comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels, a working Air Conditioner, a working Shower with Instant Hot Water, a working Internet connection, a 'sometimes' working TV (TV works, but the channels are few), a small refrigerator and a hot water kettle. There is No Security Deposit Locker / Box in the room (which could easily be added by the owners). But all in all, it is good value for money. If you are there for a brief stopover and just need a clean bed for the night, the place serves the purpose. They provide a Breakfast voucher (if you chosse the 'Free Included Breakfast'), which can be used in the adjoining Restaurant which serves a set of basic options which is ok for a very basic breakfast or you can order from the menu. Else you can choose to walk right across into Nu Sentral Mall and go into Cafe Coffee Day or numerous other Coffee shops or restaurants, or simply walk down the Jalan Tun Sambanthan towards Little India where there is Sarvanaa Bhavan on the left, and many more options further ahead. The place is run mostly by smartly turned-out Bangladeshi migrants, who were very happy to be treated respectfully, who made an effort to be cheerful, and kept the place clean.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite at KL Bangsar Suites EST and when we arrived we were surprised by the spaciousness of the apartment. There was even a sofa bed and a single bed on the loft. The apartment is able to accommodate at least 6 to 7 adults. The place was clean and everything was neat and in order. We requested for the apartment on a high floor and the view was spectacular. The location of the suite is connected to an LRT station which is one station away from KL Sentral that proved a convenience for travel. Across the suite is Bangsar town where there are restaurants and cafes for food. The apartment is also very near to Mid Valley and you can get there easily by Grab. Security at the apartment was tight and the staff were helpful to meet our requests and even whatsapped before the day we arrived to check our check in which most lodgings do not practice. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. We hope to return and stay in the same apartment again if we ever come to KL again.

SPG members get good perks. For us was complimentary late checkout. The staff at reception was very efficient and friendly. The hotel has always been our go-to for a quick weekend getaway because of its convenient proximity to KL Sentral, monorail stations and Nu Sentral for shopping and food. The Deluxe Rooms come with comfy super singles too, so you can squeeze in with smaller kids if you're too lazy to get an extra bed.

we just stayed here for 1 night coz we have to go back to singapore for our flight back to Phils. we had hard time finding the hotel coz when we asked the locals there, they dont know where it is located. but we soon found out that it was located at the street just behind the monorail station. the hotel was for budget travellers/backpackers, nothing fancy. but it was clean as it is still new. the staff were nice. they also offer city tour, etc. we booked a room with king size bed. the room size is okay, the toilet and bath is spacious and they have bidet,not common to budget hotels. bed,mattress & pillows are comfy. the only downside was that the thin walls. you can hear people talking at the corridor. so if you're a light sleeper, it would be inconvenient. but i guess all budget hotels are like that. overall, we enjoyed our stay, it is accessible to monorail (to avoid traffic) and kl sentral terminal for kommuter train and bus to&from the airport.just a short walking distance to the station. will definitely stay here again if i go back to malaysia.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Rated as a 2-star hotel, we were really impressed by every aspect. The staff are very friendly and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, it´s ab 10 min walk from KL Sentral and NU Sentral Mal or 3-4 min walk from Tun Sambanthan Monorail Station. We can recommend this hotel and it´s certainly among the best hotels in KL for this price.

I am piss off with Young Check In Staff. No Smile & After Giving Key , He didn't inform me of the room number. I have to ask him what is the room number. No word of sorry too. That guy should be expel out of hospitality service & work in a hospital mortuary instead. BUT i will still stay there again because it's modern , furnished with new furniture , close to jalan petaling which is just 2 stops away. Close to BTS , Bukit Bintang shopping places. All within a few stop from the nearby monorail station. I am extremely happy with the location. Also the restaurant downstairs , next to it belongs to the hotel as well. You may order and get them to send up to your room. Although there is no call for room service.

I can't say more about the location, it's the best at least for me,few minutes walk to KL sentral and Tun Sambanthan monorail station. 7-11s are absolutely near by, you also can found a indian roti prata shop selling prata 24/7. Besides, the hotel staffs are nice and friendly, security guard is on duty 24/7 and the free wi-fi on each floor just make checking email on your phone after an hectic day a breeze inside your own room(although it may be slow depend on the utilization rate at that time).

We stayed at the Prescott Hotel for 5 days in total in a standard room for four nights and deluxe queen for one night. The location is brilliant, a five minute walk from KL Sentral station from which you can take the KTM and LRT monorails straight into the city, and more importantly the bus direct to the airport. The hotel, unlike other budget hotels in the area, is located away from the busy and apparently slightly dodgy area of Brickfields and is set up on the main road leading into KL Sentral. This makes it a bit noise to stay in if you're in a room facing the road, but the convenience and added safety are worth it. Rooms are clean, well-designed, and the cleaning staff are efficient and very friendly.We found the staff are the best thing about the hotel, they are incredibly committed to making your stay comfortable and will look after you extremely well. Late (and we're talking 4-5am) check-ins were ok, and they put us in the largest standard room available when the hotel was quiet ( request room 8401 if you can, the floor plan makes it very large). There were lots of other small things staff did to make the stay better, such as free breakfast tokens after a small problem in the bookings, or lending an umbrella free of charge for the day because we'd forgotten ours. Really made such a big difference to the stay. So if you're looking for budget accommodation with easy access to sight-seeing, I highly recommend this. Warning though, it does get very busy on the weekends and less of the good rooms may be available.

Location is excellent. 5-minute walk to Nu Sentral shopping mall and the integrated rail transportation hub. Less than 100 meters to KL Sentral Monorail Station. Many food outlets nearby. The hotel is new and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and polite. They made me feel at home. The room: Neat and clean. Aircon is good. Bed is very comfortable. Safe is easy to use with simple and clear instructions. Bathroom looks modern. Shower with good temperature control and water pressure. Hairdryer is made available when guest calls room service. This is my first time staying in this hotel, which i reckon is excellent value for money. Now that i have found it, my future visits to Kuala Lumpur will be made easy. No second thoughts, this hotel will be my 1st choice.

this is a pretty new hotel and very close to the parent hotel my hotel @ sentral it offers most of the amenities a budget traveler will need .. reasonably priced close to the monorail "tun sambanthan station is 10 minutes away by foot" and is walking distance to kl sentral . the staff were polite and efficient check in and check out was a breeze ...stayed for 3 nights and was rewarded buy lovely sleep and amazing hot showers ..clean rooms and corridors..local food stalls right across the street...and yes free wifi in the rooms ..tv with limited cable we had star movies ,espn , and bbc world news.no toiletries provided other than soap ...coffee maker and 2 bottles of water everyday. highly recommend this hotel

I have stayed in many 5 & 6 Stars hotels around the world, and St. Regis in KL is one of the best hotel I have stayed. The cleanliness and attention to detail for the room's daily cleaning and turn down service is far beyond expectations. Well done housekeeping department! Butler's personal handwritten note everyday and evening adds that special touch to the guest's stay. Astor Bar is nicely decorated in a very New York style and serves amazing Martinis🍸🍸 I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Kuala Lumpur, as I would most definitely come back to stay in the near future visit to KL.

New hotel with reasonably sized clean room. No window but you can enjoy cable TV channels like HBO. Wifi is strong with easy connectivity. Aircon is silent and cooling. Bathroom fittings and water heater are adequate, love the rain shower. Location is great, just beside KL Sentral Monorail Station. Hotel management reading this, tirelessly Maintain the cleanliness and equipment please and you will always get healthy occupancy.

Hotel was easy located from KL Sentral. Just walk towards KL Monorail station and it's only 5minutes away. Rooms are clean and just open for business a few months ago. No problem for public transportation as widely available within reach. Facilities is basic but bed and cleanliness is alright. If you are on early flights or wanted to stay near KL transportation hub then this will be your hotel of choice. Plenty of eateries around the hotel and 24 hours convinient stores are available next door. Will stay again.

Booked this hotel for my wife and children. They had pleasant stay in this hotel. The staffs had sent up a box of half dozen cupcakes to my wife room as a compliment of her birthday. That was very nice. To Agoda, please update Ascott hotel on the map. The hotel has mislocate. It is about 400 meter away from KL Sentral Monorail Station sharing building with Menara Shell.

We did not know that the hotel is quite close to the KL Sentral monorail station, which is its major advantage. Its also located in the Bricksfield area, where convenient stores, restaurants and coffee shops are plentiful. The room is large and has high ceiling. The staff is generally apathetic. And it is quite overpriced for the amenities it provides. Overall, I will not recommend it to other travelers as there are other cheaper hotels in the area providing the same level of comfort.

Hotel location is strategic. just 100 meters to Monorail Station and 400 meters to KL Sentral Station which you can catch KTM Komuter, LRT Kelana Jaya, KL express&Transit, Go Genting, and airport bus . This hotel located in Brickfields area as known as little India of Kuala Lumpur. Cleanliness is awesome. Coffee and tea maker works good. At the end of the alley there is an iron. electronic plug inside room work properly. shower and water heater works good. Television channel is worth with what you paid. Air conditioner works good and cool. I stayed in Deluxe Triple Room with city view and window. I choose room without breakfast so I could not give rates for breakfast. Staff is helpful with my request.There are many choices of breakfast near the hotel. Facilities is basic which is matched with this hotel concept. Lift works good. You will not confuse to stay at this hotel because it worth for your money.

The Sun Inns is the best 2-star hotel you can find in KL Sentral for under 100 ringgit. The queen size bed is the most comfortable for any around, the shower is fair, the rooms are clean, and, unlike most places around, the WiFi is fantastic! To me, that is just about all I need. So I'll continue to return to Sun Inns like I've been doing for a long time now. (Tip: take a train or bus from KLIA to KL Sentral, and use uber to get from the station to the Hotel. It's only a half-kilometer or so, but Uber doesn't charge a minimum fare, so the trip will only cost you 3-4 ringgit, and save you a sweaty walk with luggage. :) )

It was quite a bit effort to find this hotel after guide from the locals. We actually lost in little-India and phone call to the hotel couldn't explain clearly in English. Here is my tips: passed monorail from KL Sentral, you are in little India, you can see a gas station named "PETRON", locals are vaguely telling you should turn right on "PETRONAS". We were mistakenly think PETRON & PETRONAS are same, but actually it's not. You should walk towards the PETRON and pass it and keep straight ahead until you see a Green/White LOGO "PETRONAS" gas station, then turn right, you should have the hotel in sight within minutes.

Our taxi driver found it difficult to locate the hotel, even though we had passed by. Located just opposite to Srikota departmental store. We arrived very late in the evening, the hotel staff were friendly and guided us to good near by restaurants. Because it is located in Little India, the local shops have loud music played until around midnight. The hotel rooms were clean and provide value for the money paid. KL Sentral LRT & monorail stations and buses stop are all in walkable distance

It was confusing to find the location if you are walking as there are a few ZEN Rooms Hotel near KL Sentral such as " ZEN Rooms KL Bricksfield " on the Google Maps whilst this was named as " ZEN Rooms Jalan Tun Sambanthan " That aside, the humble hotel is situated at the lively street of Little India. The room although small, was very clean and tidy and great for the night. There is a flat screen TV, electric kettle, some coffee and tea and mineral water. Do note there are no fancy facilities such as swimming pool or dining area. I would definitely come back here. Price is great too.
