Great! Even though we stayed for only 3 nights, the staff made our trip as comfortable and convenient as possible. The rooms are bright airy, clean and modern with full amenities. We also had a poolside view which was very nice too. The Location is a little far from main Hua Hin centre; which can't be walked, but they offer you a transport service free of charge to the beach and to the main strip of Hua Hin. The breakfast buffet was well stocked, ranging from selections of breads, cakes and jams, to asian miso, congee, noodles, not to mention full English breakfast with a salad and fruit bar. Lunch time was a little more of a challenge, the shoreline beach club's menu was relatively limited in their selection, but nevertheless when I asked for specific ingredients to be taken out due to allergies they were more than accommodating. We also treated ourselves to a massage at the 'Breeze Spa', which was amazing. I had a hot stone package and they give you a full consultation before the service, we felt very relaxed and it was the 'icing on the cake'.

We’ll definitely come back to Holiday Inn if we travel to Hua Hin again. Everything are so good from the reception to the security guard. And there is multiple entry to the Vana Nava Water Park for the hotel guest. A wristband can free you hand for any access. 5th floor is a kid club and my son love it so much which the staffs are well trained & patience. You can leave your kid to them which age from 4 to 12 with no extra charge. The only one thing that i Could have some word is the about the location because around the hotel is quite hard to find food but not big deal, hotel provide shuttle to town or you can just dine inside hotel restaurant. Or is you dun mind to walk, you can walk to the main road, opposite Tesco there is a local market with you can get very local food & there are cheap & tasty. Additionally.. thanks to Holiday Inn updated our room to Ocean View king bed room.

This small hotel (77 rooms) has everything expected from a 5* hotel. The staff and service is great, the breakfast is absolutely excellent, with little extras on the buffet every day, and lots and lots to choose from. The pool area is great, one of the biggest and best pools I've seen. Comfy sun beds, and enough for everyone, two towels per person and day, and as soon as there was a rain shower that wet the towels, the staff came running with new ones! A little bit overpriced with food, and especially soft drinks in the bars, and the food in the restaurant is good, but not excellent. The pool bar is another source that needs improvement, no action, no good drinks, no happy hour (this was instead in the lobby bar 4 pm - 5 pm, but who sits at the lobby bar in the afternoon?). The rooms are huge, with nice balconies facing the garden/pool. We stayed in a superior room, so there were also bigger rooms, but we were 2 adults and 2 children, had 2 queen size beds, and this was more than enough for us. The bathroom is lovely too, with doors that can open up to the room, if you want to. Lovely interior design, colonial style, nice bathrobes and slippers, umbrellas and beach bag in the room. I can definitely recommend this hotel if you are going to Hua Hin and Takiab Beach. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Hua Hin town, we never had problems to get seats. Taxi back is 5 minutes and 150 baht. The only downside is that there are few restaurants in the area, besides the hotel. And in Hua Hin you have to like Italian, which is the most they serve there. But Supatra on the sea, south Takiab by the mountain, has great food and lovely surroundings for dinner in the evening. On the way in to Hua Hin I can reccomend a restaurant called Roccia, with rooftop dining (Italian, great pasta!) in the moon light! The hotel is lovely and I warmly recommend it!

The hotel is relatively new. The room is very clean. It may not have the full amenities that you get from 5 stars hotels, but this is definitely one of the best clean affordable hotel for Hua Hin. The bed is pretty comfortable even though it may not be very big. The bathroom is also relatively small. The room has a balcony which is a nice touch for those that are bringing pets to stay. This was our main reason for staying here too. There aren't many places that do allow pets. The location of the hotel is relatively close to the Hua Hin market. The hotel also provides a shuttle to take you there.

Discovered this massive, beautiful and awesome hotel during our stopover in Hua Hin. We were so impressed by the place and warmth of the staff that we extended another night. The huge bedroom we were given is cozy and nice. What impressed me was the way the bathroom was designed. To cater to the needs of the elderly and handicapped by having bars at the toilet and bathing zone. It was my first time encountering this kind of set up which was a bonus as we had someone who is wheelchaired. There are ramps everywhere making it very easy for us to travel around. Love the idea the hotel has for pet lovers as they have the pet staying zone. Will definitely bring my dogs along to try it out. All in all, it was a very awesome place to stay. Thank you.

The hotel is located in a good location, quite comfortable to go around if you have a car but a little hard if you don't. The parking lot is not enough for all guests during weekends, it would be much better if the hotel could provide more parking space. The room was very clean, spacious, and all needed amenities were there. The bath was a little small but the water stream was good, not to little or not too much. The air conditioner was new and the temperature was easy to adjust. The bed was great but we found the expanded wooden base where the mattress was put caused us hurt quite a lot. I mean my girlfriend accidentally hit it with her shins and feet many times. I even slipped when I stepped down the bed and touch that wooden base and hurt my back when I fell down and hit it very hard. Maybe we were careless though, I don't know. One more thing we think the hotel needs to improve is the wi-fi signal which were all poor no matter what channel we tried to connect. We didn't swim so we have no comment about the pool, but from what we could see, it was very dim and needed more lights in the night. The staff was friendly and helpful enough. Checking in and out were quite fast. Overall, we think it's worth of money and we will stay here again if we go back to Hua Hin next time.

Got the 2BR apartment at Agoda at a promotion rate. Not easy to find the place as the name of the development is in Thai and the English name is not obvious. Most drivers do not seem to know where the development is. Apartment is of a very good cleanliness standard and our family of 2 elderly, 3 adults and a 2-year-old boy had a comfortable stay with our helper taking the sofa. Toilets, towels and beddings were very clean. Water pressure is good and water heater was working well. The free WiFi is good. TV was not working well but the staff reacted fast and helped us to tune it. Location is a bit far from the town. Around 20, 30mins with transport to town? The concierge could help with the arrangement of transport. The beach is not exactly near but we had a nice 20mins walk to the beach in the evening. There isn't really any street food or massage parlours nearby, just a small Family Mart where we bought our bread, butter and cheese for breakfast. Mostly restaurants at the beach area. There is also a restaurant further down towards the town but you need to know which lane to turn into to get to the restaurant. Food is not bad there. The Wat Khao Takiap temple, Cicada, Breeze Spa at Amari Hua Hin are at a good driving distance away.

- have good sense of design,Staffs are friendly, kingsize bed which is very comfortable, breakfast is good. Very quiet place and have a small pool in garden. - 3mins walk to beach. 10mins walk to Cicada weekend night market. 15 mins drive to Bluport Mall and bus station. But better drive a car to there. Its not easy and not cheap to grab a taxi in Hua Hin. Better rent motobike from 8am to 5pm , the people live in Hua Hin enjoy there life for real.

Super new hotel, nice sized rooms with good clean facilities and a great balcony overlooking the pool. No need to book the more expensive poolside rooms, which to be honest do not appear that private. Clean fresh rooms, good parking and nice friendly staff, out of town a little so transport is a must. However a real haven from the noise and chaos of Hua Hin. Fantastic large clean swimming pool which we all enjoyed, especially our 3 year old. Negatives… the builders were in adding a smallish extension, noise was a bit annoying but not excessive. More annoying were the ornamental sea shells they have hanging over every balcony. They do look pretty but in the wind they crash against the balcony railings and believe me the noise is horrible and a quiet nights sleep was not possible. On windless days not a problem, but we stayed 5 nights and the wind was strong.. It wouldn't take a day just to raise the hanging so that they did not bang against the railings. We did complain but got the Thai shrug and nothing was done, seems petty but it really spoilt our stay and I am surprised management don't act. Other negative not one single English speaking channel on the TV. We would stay

Very quiet and so very unassuming from the main st . But if your looking for a nice friendly small quiet hotel , i cant speak highly enough of this place , great rates and friendly staff (Tom) hotel owner . Everything has been well planned and thought of here and nothing is a strees for the onwer , a close walk to the beach and Cicada night market , guest parking and a quiet courtyard garden . And a mini courtyard on the back door for clothes drying and washing etc . My only disapointment here was that i did not book for longer , now i can see why he books out so easily most days . Great Hotel !!!!!

i came to huahin by myself, after being cheated by the taxi driver at the huahin railstation, finally arrived at this hostel. and then i was led to my room directly, the room is nicely decorated, very clean and comfort w/a balcony,free wifi is available. because i was not well prepared for this huahin trip, so i had no ideas how could i get to the places i plan to visit, so i asked the owner who is a super super nice lady, eventhough, she can't speak english very well, but she always try her best to explain the things to me/help me, take care of me. and on the day of my departure, she even got on the bus w/me and accompany me to the railstation !!!! how nice of her !!!! i will definitely come back if i have a chance come to huahin again, and i recommend it to everyone !!!!

Altough a little far from Hua Hin downtown, we felt the spot was nicer and causy. Still, it's located on the side of a highway, but it remains very calm and a very nice place to stay. The staff can be very friendly and the breakfast is not that bad :) Be reminded that it's included, so a warm rice soup or a simple thaï-american breakfast is a good way to start the day :) The pool is clean and warm enough and a nice spot to hang out when it's too hot to go to the beach. Awesome market nearby with excellent food to bring back to your room, balcony or terasse. There is also a nice little mountain with temples and viewpoint at a relatively short walking distance (15 min?) There are 2 big beaches at a 20 min. walking distance where you can easily spend your days. We booked a room for one night, then booked for a week, and then an other. We would recommand this hotel anytime. It's nice causy and clean, and not a big all-white all-inclusive type one.

I have been going to Hua Hin monthly for nearly a year, and i took a chance staying ar HK as they had no review ratings yet on Agoda. Not only is the staff delightful, the rooms lovely, the location superb (very close to the beach and Cicada Market), but the food is fantastic - both Thai and Western dishes. The staff went the extra mile in every way... offering me a free ride to the bus station, a free aperitif with dinner, customized and delicious breakfasts and more. They are beyond attentive, speak English fluently and offer excellent insights into the area. The room was clean, with a spacious balcony and discounted well below surrounding rates. I rented the superior balcony room, but the standard rooms were also superb in my opinion. Wifi is strong and complimentary. I know where I will be staying in Hua Hin from now on.... see you at Heaven's Kitchen!
