Great Hotel! i have stayed at Alagon properties before. This is the best of them so far! Great price and great concept. All the floors have exotic spa like atmosphere. The roof top because of size limitation have a three jacquzzi concept where each jacuzzi has different water temperature. But the small size is made up for by the cozy, comfortable atmosphere and the jacuzzi bar tops it off of couse.! The only reason i have four stars to the location is it is not in the center of district 1 but it is still good because it is right next to the Binh Than market and only 10 minute walk to the cathedral, post office, and opera house. And four stars for facilities only because the small size of the hotel. Maybe alagon will use the Zen's concept for larger properites in future. Now that would be awesome!! Great place. You wont regret it!

We travel to Vietnam often, but this is our first stay at this hotel. I picked it for the location, but was very pleased with all that was offered. The check in staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. All staff spoke some english and others were fluent which made everything very easy. Breakfast was very tasty and offered both asian and western options. Rooms are not huge but roomy enough for two. I am disabled and was quickly accommodated with a room with walk in shower which was very modern and stunning. The rooftop pool was small but good for a cool down and some sunning We would definitely return.

Great attitude from service staff, they speak good english, and are very helpful. I arrived on a rainy day, they immediately provided me with towels and hot tea on arrival. Location wise its fairly near to vincom center, there's a fair amount of shopping. You can walk around 15minutes to beh thanh market. There's a lot of massage shops right outside the hotel, if you turn left and walk. Buffet breakfast was OK

We decided to treat ourselves and stay in a 5 star hotel. The hotel was a walk (25 minutes) from where the Mekong Express from Cambodia dropped us off but taxis were available from there too. We like walking so we walked a lot, but the hotel is a bit far from the major sights for some. Luckily the hotel provides a free shuttle service to (but without return) the major tourist sights like Benh Than market, reunification palace, the opera house, and Notre Dame cathedral. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. And they offered the best exchange rate for USD for $100 bills we found. The rooms were bliss. Like, actual bliss. The beds were big and comfy as were the pillows. The bathrooms were big, had amazing water pressure and came with more amenities than you could think of. The pools was clean and the fitness center adequate. Overall if you need a break from budget hotels and want to get 5 star treatment for 4 star prices hotel Nikko through Agoda should be an option on your travels. We paid 95 per night which only included the room and no other extras like breakfast.

After spending at Six sense NINA Van Bay,here is EXCELLENT,compared with SSNVB, 1000 times better !THIS is 5 STAR HOTEL! Definitely staying at here makes my whole trip in Vietnam happily,good ending! Seems staff never say NO,they are super well training,great service! Especially house keeping is outstanding! They are very thoughtful ,they know how to make the guests comfortable and happy! Of course cleanup the room perfectly! I had quick breakfast,both the range of foods and taste are great,but milk pancakes are not good. The best bang mi in Saigon (I tried two best know one but here is better than those two! As information,SSNVB ‘s one is awful!)

My friend and I had been booked into a '4 star' hotel on the other side of town when we didn't realise how old that rating was and how we didn't want to be in that kind of area. A desperate search online led me to The Myst and I've made only a few better decisions in my life! Such understated luxury and class - far superior to any anonymous chain hotel. Amazing staff, funky building and the hot tub on the balcony was a suprise! Gutted I didn't have time to use it. I'll definitely stay there any time I'm in Saigon and tell anyone who asks to do the same

Location, Service and quality!!! All you can ask for. Right in the center of district 1 Ho Chi Minh City, Caravelle Hotel is conveniently located, Next to Parkson Dept Store District 1, Next to Vincom Center and just opp the HCMC Opera house. Rooms are good quality and world standard, bright and neat. The room decor and facilities are one of the best with nothing much to complaint about. Good attentive service staff and this hotel serves one of the best Buffet in town!!!

bloved this hotel! and the staff was the best! breakfast on the roof was incredible. they have a dedicated and very accomodating staff to arrange all types of tours and things for you. and the drivers work for the hotel and drive you around in luxury. the food at the restaurant is excellent, (breakfast was incredible! i think i said that) you can walk to many attractions, markets and malls in the city center. hotel itself was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and you can see that they worked very hard at restoring the place. i'm definitely staying there on my next trip to saigon!

First impression is very important in my option especially a 5 Stars establishment like yours! This is what I had found in Lotte Legend Hotel Saigon when I’d entered in their front door step Monday 2nd July, 2018. 1 . Staff at door entry greeted us and made us very welcome. 2. Then we were greeted by Ms Mia ( Guest Relation Officer) she was really wonderful and friendly settling us in and made us feel really welcome and she had organised a day trip tour to Chu Chi tunnels at a fraction of a cost the very next day. She is a great value. The whole few days stay experience was just perfect and every staff members there were all very friendly and helpful!! Thank you 3. Executive Lounge Restaurant was fantastic with great service staff and great window view of Saigon River. 4. Pool and Gym facilities was fantastic! Very clean and maintained. 5 Very close proximity to locals and shops/ entertainments . Thank you Mia for patience and your Great Service to my Family during our stay there. My Family had really enjoyed their stay at your 5 stars hotel. I will highly recommend to anyone thinking booking this hotel. Thank you Agoda app management team for making this happen for us. As a frequent visitor to HCMC for business, I have stayed in at least 10 different 3 to 5 stars hotels in HCMC over the past year. Many are good but every one of them is lacking in an area like service or facilities, or is just too expensive for what they provide. I don't write reviews but felt inclined to do so based on what is undooubtly my best hotel stay experience in HCMC. Eden Saigon is new and there are a few minor teething problems as can be expected. The location is good but certainly not the best compared to the up market opera tourist area. But none of these matters. The management and staff has to be congratulated for the best service I have ever received in any HCMC hotels bar none beating out much better known and much more expensive high end 5 stars establishments. The architecture and design is elegantly understated by Vietnamese standards with an impressive grand lobby and 12th floor pool and bar not to be missed for the incredible views. Most importantly, the room is elegant, warm and comfortable, equipped with everything one needs with a few extra touches that makes the difference between good and excellent....and I stayed in the lowest end room. I have no doubt Eden Saigon will flourish if they continue their impeccable service and maintain their facilities, and do not look forward to the day when their rates catch up with their reputation. In the meantime, I am going to enjoy not staying in a different hotel everytime, now that I have found the one perfect for me.

The hotel appears to be Japanese operated, so the service level is superb. Great whisky lounge at top floor with good view. Pool is small. Gym okay. Only one shower room for pool +gym. Accessible as the hotel is at road junction. View is so so (city). Good breakfast with variety. Neighbourhood has night clubs, and 5 min walk to Vincom center. Not very child friendly, but good for adults travel.

the hotel is situated right beside the famous ben thanh market allowing guests to shop and head back to the hotel for a rest when needed. superb location! in addition, it is also near to the major shopping malls like vincom center & parkson. a brisk walk of 10mins is all you need. apart from its great location, i must compliment on the hotel's service. i was warmly greeted by all the staff, all the time! i really felt welcomed! the breakfast spread is fantastic; asian, american and european. rooms are spacious and well decorated. the rooftop pool is a nice place to relax and chill under the stars. i highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay with them again!

the hotel is new and beautiful. the room was well furnished with clean, comfortable bed. the 32" led tv was nice and the free wifi was fast. the glass wall bathroom with separate washing basin makes the room look mordern and convenient for use. the hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful yo show us to take less than 5 minutes from the hotel to ben thanh market and many other nearby places, business centers, restaurants, bar & night club. overall, we did enjoy our stay at this 3-star hotel and 4-star service standard. the breakfast buffet was also very nice. it's the best value for money. i definitely will stay again.

I've been visiting Vietnam a couple times a year for the past 9 years. I've come to expect a certain conformity and level of service that is, odd but OK. -Liberty Central is a departure from the traditional Vietnamese city hotel. They seem to be taking their cues from the best of European and North Asian hotels. The staff are all attentive and can actually "think for themselves" which as anyone who travels a lot in SE Asia knows is rare. The service was exceptional... especially for a 4 star property. This is a new property (less than a year old) but it has a quality feel to it that is again, a notch above the myriad of new hotels in Saigon. I was only here for 2 days on business so I didn't get a chance to try other amenities like the fitness center, pool etc, but I did see them, and they looked great. The breakfast is positively 5 star! I was very impressed!

This hotel won't get a high rating for no reason! We had a lovely stay here, couldn't really complain about anything. It's in the center and the busy street of Bui Vien but it's a 50 steps walk to the actual nightlife and the noisy street so you'll have a lovely sleep as you won't be bothered by the noise from the outside. When I checked the other hotels/guesthouse nearby I was really glad I booked here because all bars were on blast music that I think it will be impossible for you to sleep. The breakfast is superb! Considering it's price, they serve buffet and they don't repeat the menu. Even the fruits, they try to put varieties everyday! The staff are friendly and do extra mile to help and accommodate you. They clean the rooms everyday. There is a rooftop bar with a really nice ambiance and view. Definitely recommend this hotel. 5 STARS!

The rooms are very clean and the restaurants (Lemongrass on 14 th floor and the buffet restaurant on 2 floor East Wing) have great food. It is within walking distance to major shopping mall (e,g, Vincom and Parkso) The price per night is a great and fair value for the hotel. WIFI connection in rooms are good and it helps a great deal for business travellers. And the great things is the WIFI is free.

I loved this hotel. The location is excellent, the room was great, the breakfast was delicious, and I really appreciated the daily one hour massage included with my booking at no extra charge. Not just an ordinary massage…I would say the massages at the hotel spa were some of the best I have had anywhere. The staff was absolutely outstanding. Everyone was all smiles and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Everyone spoke English, and they were always helpful with any questions. My arrival in Saigon started with a problem because the hotel's driver wasn't at the airport to pick me up as pre-arranged, so I took a taxi to the hotel. This seems like a complaint, but in the end it turned into a positive experience because of how the staff handled it. They were very apologetic and reimbursed me for the taxi. I will definitely stay at Fusion Suites on my next visit to Saigon.

We had a group of 8 people that stayed in the apartment and it is extremely cheap and great value for money staying together. It is located in district 1 which is centrally located to all great food and attractions. Taxi rides will range from 20,000VND to 100,00VND. Hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport costing around 150,00VND (tell the driver to turn on the meter). Small selection at the buffet breakfast but its still good considering it is free of charge with the room, reception also has a tour guide (buffalo tours) which was very helpful to book flights and tours. Staff are very helpful, friendly and are not bothered when we returned to our room in the early hours of the morning. One of the best stays i have had in ho chi minh considering i have been there 5 times.

Great Location, neer the market & centre of city. The breakfast was great with lots of different choices in food. Room is clean and comfort. Trust me this is a must stay hotel. They aim to strive for the best customer service in district 1. Every members in the hotel play their part in providing the best services and attitude. I have been travelling to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, for many times. I have stayed in District 1 hotels like "Dragon Palace 1 Hotel", "Dragon Palace 2 Hotel", "Asian Ruby 1 Hotel". I wish to provide feedbacks to every Agoda Hotel seekers who are looking at District 1 hotels. I have always thought most budget District 1 hotels are around the same. Until I decided to try out this T.Espoir Hotel. I can say, those hotels I stayed before, has no fight with T.Espoir Hotel. Here's why..... T.Espoir Hotel is also known as Cititel Hotel. In most previous reviews by other hotel stayers, yes, they went through a renovation. I am pleased to say that the noise are no longer exists as the renovation has been completed. Right now, the contractors are doing touch-ups and cleaning of each room. Genuine Feedbacks below: Breakfast: the bed is so comfortable with cold aircon that I didn't even want to get out of bed to have breakfast. Location: It is so near to Nguyen Du Galaxy Cinema, with lots of food stalls along the street, many drinking clubs... best part is... it': walking distance to Ben Thanh Market. Facilities: If this hotel comes with a swimming pool or Gym Room, it will be perfect. Big lobby area. One lift with cctv in it, good security. Every floor has cctv along the walkway. Staff: Friendly staff. From Door boy, reception all the way to house keeping. They try to accomodate your request, all you need is "ask". They allow me to check out at 2pm because I check in late. Wifi: Strong. Never disconnect before. TV: have most channels except live soccer matches. Aircon: Famous brand by Daikin. Room: Very clean. Spacious. Nice concept. Newly renovated. New stuff in room. Sound Proof: Not sound proof. Basically, you can hear your neighbours making love or talking. Housekeeping: Pretty friendly lady who never fails to clean up room every morning. Check-In: No deposit required. Passport: Staff will photocopy your passport and return you the physical passport. Do not bring you

Right next to Ben Thanh! Great communication and service from the staff. They arranged so many things for us: Aiport Transfer both ways, Cao Dai - Cuchi Tunnel full day tour, and late check out! Almost all of their staff could understand and speak basic English -- which is still not so 'basic' in Ho Chi Minh City. In Vincom Center, a high end shopping mall, the sales ladies in this kids' clothing shop could not even understand when we asked for a "size 10" after she showed us a beautiful dress marked "size 8".

We heartily appreciated Miss Julie as she provide great service with professional attitude to customer, her service to us 👍. We feel glad to stay C Central Hotel as the location quite convenience to Pham Ngu Lao which could experience the Vietnamese nightlife culture, along the street have great food to enjoy. The hotel provide newly hotel with huge space room and the bathroom facilities is so wonderful as the shower water so powerful and bathtub also so clean. We definitely thanks to the management of this hotel to provide us a great clean room. We feel so touching of their caring as they even put ear plugs due to night life happening. We don't feel will affect us as the music of sound still okay for us . The breakfast also good especially their coffee has good fragrance ☕️🍵😋😋. Thanks to Miss Julie for her best service to us.
