"I was really suprised at how clean and organised the hostel is. By the way, it doesn't really have hostel vibes, more like a hotel. Pros: Nice room, clean, comfortable bed, mirror Very clean bathroom, even though it was shared, best shower in SE Asia! Kind and helpful staff Amazing buffet style breakfast (very few options though - bread, veggies, eggs, bananas, but very sufficient) Free drinking water, tea, coffee through out the day Location good, walking distance to night market, bus station Cons: The fan was a bit noisy but nothing we couldn't deal with. "Shouldn’t compare to Bangkok hotels of the same stars but I have no complaints. My room (409) was immaculate. Good size with bathroom and separate shower room. Bit mean with bottles of drinking water and coffee making sachets. Breakfast more than acceptable. Restaurant very good value and choice. Staff were helpful and charming."

"This hotel is a short walk from the clock tower. It is spotless, the rooms have a/c and nice bathrooms. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were extremely helpful. There were breakfasst options of western or Thai. Printing services are available. Close walk to night market and a number of wats. We visited 4 in a few hours after we took the bus to the white temple.. Easy walk to bus station. Great value for the money. "

"Wanted to experience Northern Thailand and was in Chiang Mai for a week. Chiang Rai was an easy commute via Green Bus and Hi Chiang Rai was just around the corner from the bus stop. Lovely new hotel with a pool on the main floor with rooms over looking it. Rooms were clean and recently renovated so the hotel had that fresh feel to it. Easy to get around Chiang Rai from the hotel and just a short Grab to Wat Rong Kuhn (White Temple). There is also a daily shuttle you can catch that will take you to the Central Mall - nice touch."

"I've been in many Hostels during my trip in Thailand. But this was one of the best. Let me tell you why: - the dorm bed very comfortable and clean. Very good quality of bed linen. Spacious and well equipped. The beds were fixed to the wall. So there were no disturbances from roommates. I slept like a baby! - they have separate bathrooms, and the bathroom for women is huge, clean and easy to feel good in - the whole hostel has a nice design, at the pool you can relax well although not swim - the area is very quiet and yet you can reach easily the bus station and night market on foot I would book it again anytime! "Stayed here for a second time, and it still is for me the best in Chiang Rai. It is centrally located, rooms are clean and well maintained. The only downside I experienced was, we arrived early in the day, but we weren't allowed check-in until about 1PM. They kept telling us that because we booked thru Agoda, check-in time is strictly 2PM. Nothing really bad because that's what it says on print. They allowed to keep our luggage so we can go around town. But, it would have been a nice touch if we were allowed to check-in earlier, the hotel wasn't really fully booked because it's off season for travel now. I wonder, if we booked through the B2 app, would we have been allowed to check-in earlier? Perhaps... In summary though, the value for money is really way above board, especially because we got a discounted price. Will definitely stay again here next time I'm in Chiang Rai."

It was lovely to sit out there at sunset and enjoy a beer before heading out for dinner. Very cute, I would stay here again :)"

"Two weeks in Thailand and planned to spend only one day here. But found out that Chiang Rai is a convenient launching point to the various sightseeing places in northern Thailand. And BEDs poshtel offers the best bed, eats and drinks (right here on the rooftop)! The staff are very knowledgeable and user friendly. Today is new year’s day and finding transport is difficult. But I was assisted all the way from getting to the bus station, to the airport and back to BKK. They even helped me book my air ticket! Highly recommended for anyone who needs a clean dorm room, very fresh bed linens, washrooms, lounge, computers with wifi, fully equipped kitchen/pantry and a quiet place for a drink with a Friend right on the roof top. Live band on New Year countdown as well. All prices same as outside eating places. Key takeaway is clean place with friendly and helpful staffs."
