"What we liked - Decent room for the price, cable tv, bathrobe and plush slippers. Short walk to famous cafe Airspace and Family mart. Hotel has shuttle to Cicada night market.
What you should know - Location is about 600m walk to Khao takieb beach, 1.5km to Wat Khao takieb. It gets pretty jammed on the narrow roads getting into the city center about 5km away so consider your transportation.
Also, toilets and shower not completely separate but are glass dividers that dont go all the way up the ceiling like bathroom stalls. Can see clear outline of your roommate and then odor from use of toilet.
Improvements - Staff took long to pick up calls from our room and were not helpful or accomodating. Should stock better medical kit onsite.
We had the worst experience of bed bug bites all over our limbs during our 1 night stay, notified reception and just got a simple apology and that they've notified housekeeping. We suffered horrible itches & discomfort for days.

"Really nice hotel. Room was very clean and well equipped. Huge Jacuzzi. Shame there is no view from the room. There used to be a few good seafood restaurants on the beach North of Wat Khao Takiab, these have now all gone. Your only option for dining with a sea view execept for La Mer is now hotel restaurants. For this reason I would not stay in this area again. Nothing to do with the hotel which I really liked."

"Big, clean room to accommodate 3 adults , shower and bath tub area, balcony. No toothbrush but got all other amenities.
No lift but staff help us to carry luggages up.
Love the proximity to beach area, night markets. Beach is clean and sand is fine.
Good buffet breakfast with menu for extra choices of food, request for eggs to be soft boil, hard boil or sunny side up.
Staffs are all courteous, smiling , putting on their best service to make guests comfortable
This is a small boutique hotel so love quietness and cozy atmosphere . "

"A hidden beautiful resort! It is not difficult to find the location, just have to look out for signages “Paskani” on the road when in the actual vicinity. Requires a little walk in and out a little alley if heading out to take/alighting from the “green bus” song thaew- a cheap way to get around Khao takiab-cicada-blue port-market Village. Taxis or Tuks Tuks can arrive at the Resort.
Beautiful room with Swimming pool right at my balcony which makes my Son very happy! A clothes drying line available to dry our wet swim suit. Room is spacious and cozy! Toilet is spacious and hot water and water pressure pleasantly good! A short 2 minutes walk to beach! Shower facilities available outside the reception for us to rinse away all sand before we step into our room.
Beautiful breakfast in a beautiful little cafe!
Reception is helpful and tries their best to communicate! "

"First time here and most definitely not the last. Located right on the beach is this quant the hotel. Its rated a three star but in my view the rating is closer to 10 star."

"First, like the vast majority of hotels in Thailand, the staff here are very attentive and smile a lot. They are efficient and do an excellent job, for no doubt absolute minimum wage. They all deserve our congratulations.
The owners of hotels like this leave a lot to be desired. They cut corners a lot. For ex, they don't have a kettle in the room to make your own tea or coffee. No free tea or coffee. And therefore no cups and saucers!!
No in-room safe.
This is a very busy hotel, but that is because various institutions in Bangkok send their staff for one or two-day "conferences". Double-decker buses dominate the parking lot, with all too often their engines running.
The breakfast caters almost exclusively to Thai tastes. Westerners who like corn flakes and toast will find an adequate supply.
So, for a farang, this hotel is ok for a short stay of one to three days, but then the inadequacies begin to intrude.
To end on a positive note, the staff really go out of their way to be of help."

"This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in Hua Hin at this price range. The staff were comforting and helpful. The room was huge with an amazing view on a spacious balcony. We were lucky to be offered a generous offer of complimentary high-quality snacks and soft drinks, something unheard of among its peers.
We also learned that the hotel management is considering having a fully-operating restaurant to cater lunch and dinners. We hope this will be functional as soon as possible as this will make this already-very-good hotel excellent!"

"If you like calm and relax place with nature, you'll like this place. The gardening is well arranged and you can go to quiet private beach any time you want. Beach walk especially at night is great.
You'll see friendly white cat name Kood at pool bar. Also if you go to Khao Takiap just 2 mins from hotel, you'll see monkeys, and friendly stray cats and dogs.
Actually, 10 years ago me and my family have stayed at this resort when we've lived in Bangkok. Since then Supatra Hiahin Resort Hotel is our family's best resort hotel in Thailand :)"

"It's the first time we stayed in such a garden theme Thai house. A very special great experience for those who is bored of standard hotel room. They offer us a private, personal SKY ROOM with a large washroom and almost every facility I need. A swimming pool just in front of us and restaurant for a nice breakfast just next to the pool. Wow it's the best breakfast I have in Thailand seriously, baked cheese ham toast, Pad Thai, all day breakfast, buffet salad and bread bar, omelette in a pan, chocolate twist and Thai pork roll, all taste like 5 star hotel. The only thing you need to aware is the Mosquitos because it's in the greenery garden with lots of trees and plants, prepare spray if you attract mosquitos a lot, but no wrong this is a good pick :)"
