i stayed here during songkran and absolutely loved it. we booked the cheapest room, just the standard bungalow, and was a bit worried after reading negative reviews, but found the bungalow to be very charming. the standard bungalows are located just off the resort right next to the restaurant but are situated directly on the beach. in fact, they had the best view out of all the rooms from what i could see. we were more then pleased with the value we received. the hotel itself was wonderful. the pool was great, and we spent many hours hanging out at the swim up bar. the hotel staff and owner were very friendly and genuinely seemed to care about their guests. we ate most of our meals at the hotel. the food was very good, the pad thai was one of the best i had in thailand. the location on choengmon beach was delightful. it was not nearly as touristy as the rest of the island. i look forward to staying here again.

This place is lovely, but it's brand new. Because of this, you can get a great deal on it. It is really a luxury boutique hotel. Pro: - Everything is new & modern, spotlessly clean. - sunset at the infinity pool overlooking the water can't be beat - breakfast is delicious - I've seen great deals on it, way below what market rate will be when it's done Cons: - it's new, so there are some hiccups. The hotel is run somewhere else & so it's hard to get information from the front desk - the restraunt isn't open yet so there is no food other than breakfast - everything outside the rooms/pool are kind of under construction- it WILL be great but the current pictures are a bit deceiving If you see a good deal on this place, book it! You'll be glad you did.

this hotel more than met our expectations. it was so reasonably priced that we wondered if it was too good to be true but we had a large, clean room with good air-conditioning, a nice shower, fridge and a daily maid service. we were in the new block which sits a little bit away from the main hotel but were a 1 minute walk from the beach and 1 minute walk from the main street where the bars and restaurants are. we only booked 5 nights to begin with but ended up staying there for the full 15 nights as it was such fantastic value. we ate on the beach there one night and the food was good but there are so many other restaurants available, you won't be stuck for choice. (can definitely recommend garland and garland song for very reasonably priced thai food) we made use of the gym too, which although fairly small has all the equipment you need. would definitely recommend and may well return ourselves.

A fantastic place to stay, (best place we stayed at in Thailand). Lovely cosy bungalows with your own balcony & all amenities required, (fan, AC, fridge, safe, toiletries, towels, beach towels, hot shower), local supermarket just around the corner & local town a 10 minute walk away. Accomodation, massages, food and drink is all very reasonably priced, (fabulous cocktails for 80 BHT). Really amazing food, (huge menu with masses of choice); - highly recommend the crab & mango salad with lime dressing...so tasty! Great live singer on the beach every other night and super douper friendly staff, that are always on hand to help. Reception are always happy to assist with organising taxi's and ferries, getting you the best price. We would definitely stay there again if in that neck of the woods, as they really made our trip!

The hotel facility was perfect. Room condition was perfect. Great Location. Very clean and Nice swimming pool. A nice restaurant with a wonderful food and view. Just want to say it was so so perfect staying here. For the most, the staffs are so so kind and they are professional. (My son got a small accident, they did a great treatment there and they took us to the hospital immediately. I felt so glad I was staying in that hotel.) Just want to say again, It was the best hotel not only in Koh Samui, but in Thailand.

This is not a 3 star hotel the description is false. We had a room facing the pool top floor the sea view is through the filthy window in the bathroom which has no blinds so the neighbors can see you. The room was a sweat box and the air con was useless and noisy which kept us awake The shower does not work at the pool neither does the jacuzzi Booked for 2 nights checked out after one Complete dump there are much better rooms nearby for not a lot more money

We stayed 1 night when we flew into Koh Samui beofe taking the ferry to Koh Toa. We were impressed. Do not take a taxi from the airport.. it was 200baht each for the taxi and it is a 5 minute walk. Get a map at the airport or pre-print one and walk! The ferry was a 1 minute walk. The hotel is new and clean. The rooms were large and comfortable. Best shower in thailand!!! Bed was comfortable, I found it maybe a little stiff but my wife loved it. By thia satandards I would say it was a great bed. In room coffee... made my morning even if it is powdered. Balcony was nice as well, relaxing to people watch. Noise wasnt bad, I was worried by its location but the concrete walls and solid balcony door did a great job. The only downside to this place was that the room is dark. There is a bathroom light, enterance light, and way down by the balcony a light. All recessed single bulb. In the main area you had to adjust your eyes to see. But that being said, I would call that a minor issue.
