This is one of my favourite hotel so far because of the value for money with great location and view. The check in lobby was way up the building which is quite interesting and a sight to remember looking at the Petronas twin tower both daylight and night time. The hotel is beautiful. The room was spacious as we booked the Grand king room. Swimming pool was awesome with great view. Breakfast was also great with lots of selection while enjoying a beautiful view from 38th floor. Going to Suria KLCC takes around 5 minutes, going to Pavilion you can just use the aerobridge to keep you cool from hot weather and rainy days. Overall experience was great.. Staffs were friendly and helpful.. Will stay here again.

Booked few hours before check in. 1. From hotel car park quite a distance to walk to lobby as in another building with a linked walkway but carrying heavy luggage walking the staircase up and down..hhmmm...noticed there have Valet parking lot at the basement of hotel building. 2. Upon arrival at lobby, the front desk was congested with heavy load evening check-in. ( around 3 counters), a lady receptionist who just walked out from front office alerted and very attentive by immediately open another check in counter at my line. Firstly, she unable to find my booking provided name with I.D card, according to her reservation was closed on that day. Anyhow, i gave her the Agoda confirmation email of booking number and room details. Without further delay, she check me in and brief the rest of info as the routine procedure. (wifi login, breakfast...etc) when got into the room, later only found out that my room was upgraded from Superior to Deluxe.3. Room - Clean and quiet room with the basic facilities that meet 4-star standard plus ironing facilities and cd/dvd player. Comfort bed, good selection of international tv channel. WiFi connection a bit slow at night (barely connect) but speedy in the morning. No bathtub but shower with good water pressure, no water hose attached next to toilet bowl may be old structure of hotel building. Food - Good varieties of buffet dinner, A la carte for Combo set RM38nett not bad too, portion served just nice for a person. but was recommended the Chinese restaurant food not bad. Buffet breakfast meet the basic 3~4 star standard for Asean not Asian countries coz no Japanese or Korean in buffet line. Bakery choices are fair enough for the Western but not the cheeses and no dessert (mini tart or petit) so the finishing normally will be the fruits. Location - easy access to KLCC, Pavilion. Nearest place to chill out - Hard Rock Cafe just next to hotel. Overall a pleasant stay in Concorde Kuala Lumpur, recommended for business or leisure in KL

I stayed here with my husband for business trip for 4 nights. Perfect location for city lover just 5mins walk to KLCC. Near with many choices of public transport (bus, lrt etc). I booked grab to go for my course at Wisma Sejarah. Very convenient hotel, got room with balcony. Nice and clean swimming pool, gym and sauna. They have spa for massage which I will want to try for my next stay. Everything was 5 stars for me.

It was Outstanding, Shangri-la proves as one of most outstanding Hotel in KL. I am upgrading my rooms from Deluxe King to Club Rooms with Twin Tower View. Even though the Twin Tower rooms a little bit dissapointed as we only see one tower building (not twin tower) as we had seen in our stay at Maya Hotel KL, but the rooms is great, nice, and really comfortable. We've had a nice foods and beverages at Horizon Club, and wide variety of breakfast at Lemon Garden Cafe. All is delicious. The Gym equipment is the BEST as long as i have been stayed at many 5 star hotel. Full equipment and complete! We didn't walk outside the hotel cause we went by car in the morning and back at night durng our 2 days staying, but it is closed to Twin Tower area and Bukit Bintang Area. There is a little issue as i don't feel warm hospitality as 5 Star Hotel should be, some were nice, some just OK and below. Should trained their staff more, make warm hospitality as their culture and identity as Shangrila is an Asian Hotel with warm Asian hospitality. Other than that, all is PERFECT.

Booked 2 nights initially so that we have an option to change. But extended for balance 2 days since everything was great for a family stay. Service from all with no exception efficient and very polite/friendly. I'd say some of the best service in any hotel i have stayed and i have stayed in many on my business travel. Rooms were Big, Clean. Instead of usual hotel branded toilteries they provide Crabtree and Evelyn. View from room overlooked a older building but still had great city views and KL tower which was right next to hotel. They serve a good Breakfast buffet which has something for all. Eggs cooked on order the way you want. Waffles made on order as well. The location is great. Just 15-20 mins easy paced walk (with 9 yr old kid) to Bukit Bintang, KLCC, Twin Tower. KL Tower is next to Hotel. We only took a taxi for Airport and return. A mini-mart is available in the small shopping mall (Menara Weld) that is right in front of the side street Hotel is located (Jalan Punchak, Hotel can be entered from 2 streets). We took all we need from there. Shop closes around 7pm. The small has Dunkin Donuts, Secret Recipe, Dominoes, etc. as well and a telecom shop to get a Prepaid SIM which we did).

I Used to book Nomad at Sucasa which is just opposite Lanson Place Ambassador Row. Unfortunately, Nomad Sucasa have raised their pricing to am unbelievable price of around RM 360 per night. For this price, I can look for a decent good hotel stay around in Kuala Lumpur. For this price, Nomad Sucasa cannot simply worth it even though they claim theirs is a 5 star stay. More like 3 star to me. For this price, It prompted me to look for another alternative. Finally, I found Lanson Place Ambassador Row with a price tag that agoda had offer. I booked a 1 bedroom apt. Good and cleaned room. Customer service excellent and most importantly with easy access to their Internet service within their hotel areas. Room signals are good as well. Whatever is it, this Apartment is definitely a extreme value for money and u will not regret staying especially when family with young kids is concern. Altough no restaurant to serve breakfast, but who cares abt breakfast since food is easily available in nearby areas.

We booked a 1 bedroom executive for 5 nights stay. This hotel is very suitable for family. The room is very spacious which give my son plenty of space to run, friendly staff and room is very clean and tidy. Room has a view with twin towers. This hotel also has big gym and kids pool and playground (Indoor and outdoor) quite a lot of facilities for families. Only downfall is the location is not that great.. It's about 10-15mins walk to KLCC, but you can always order transport use GRAB (but you need local number to use this app) and there's only 2 mini mart next door located inside Summit suite building. But overall this hotel is very nice and I highly recommended for family.

It was a real pleasure to stay at the MO. The service was impeccable, the staff very professional and kind, the hotel is in a great location and the breakfast was really excellent. Any question, or request we had were immediately answered to by the hotel staff. The only disappointment was the view from the room, we booked the room with the tower view, but it is very close to the towers and they were not lit so we were really surrounded by buildings and skyscrapers (the pictures shown on the website are not accurate). Otherwise it was a great experience. If we ever return to Kuala Lumpur, MO will be our first hotel choice!

We were a bit worried when we booked this hotel since previous reviews have not been so good. But we had a positive surprise! It is of course still a 5-star hotel (stars have nothing to do with how new the hotel is) with all services that a good hotel offers: restaurants, bars, swimming pool, fitness center etc. The hotel has a sky bar on the 13th floor with a beautiful view of the PETRONAS Towers and the Menara TV tower. The sky bar offers free coffee / tea with cookies every night between 9 and 11 PM. The rooms are big and spacious. We asked for a room high up (got one at level 16) with King-Size Bed and a view of PETRONAS Towers. We got everything we asked for. Yes, if you look closely you can see that the hotel is a bit old, but it was still very clean and nothing was broken in our room. They do not yet have flat screen TV:s, which nowadays feel a bit strange, but they do have a fast internet connection. The location is good. There is a 5 minute walk to the nearest Monorailstation and/or to PETRONAS Towers and the KLCC subway station. The Suria KLCC shopping center at PETRONAS Towers is the best we have visited (and we visited a lot!) offering both very expensive brands and more "normal-priced" brands such as GAP, Esprit, Nike etc. The KLCC park behind the towers is absolutely beautiful. Once you are at the PETRONAS Towers, you can also take the airconditioned skybridge from the Convention Center which takes you all the way down to Bukit Bintang, where there are more shopping centers and a lot of restaurants. All-in-all it is a 25 minute walk from the Maya hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights mid year and overall it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and modern and the breakfast simply amazing! Stayed at many 5 star properties around the world and this was one of the best breakfasts ever. It was quite cheap too The only shortfall i would say would be the location. Having previously stayed at Traders which is right next to Suria KLCC and Pavillion, Hilton is a tad far from the centre, esp if you enjoy having a casual stroll to the shops. A taxi is only a 5 minutes ride however if you wanted to walk out and about, theres not really anything around. But overall, very happy with the hotel and their service.

Free Bus BusStop is just infront of the Hotel Cons. 1.Bad Breakfast ( Not just bad.. Worst Compare to other Local Hotels ) 2.Small Rooms compare to other Holiday Inns 3. Small Windows (Compare to other Hotels) 4.No Washroom Door Lock For Deluxe/Standard Queen Size Bedrooms ( Why Buddy Why ? ) :( 5.Becuse its an Express Hotel, Not as best as Other Holiday Inns.

Very convenient location except that there are many buildings being built around the hotel, it is quite hard to get to the hotel if u walk from and to hotel. However it is very close to Pavilion and there's really convenient walk way from Pavilion all the way to the twin building (starting from pavilion, there's over head path to the convention centre then from there, its under ground path. Air conditioned.). The room itself was spacious and clean, though some little things were not up to the standard. I.e. broken lights, blocked sink, loose tap in the shower, short supplied towers(only big bath towers were supplied for two days out of three.), house keeping wasn't perfect, no remote for air conditioning(or my hubby was the remote).. things that you wont expect from 5 star hotel. However, it is not really that expensive to stay there, so we wont expecting real 5 star experience any ways.The swimming pool has a great view of the twin tower, breakfast buffet is good, staff members are very attentive and polite, a magnificent lobby, very firm and comfortable bed.. I enjoyed my stay there for what I paid.

I was in KL to attend a concert at Wisma MCA. Found this hotel which is 3 mins from LRT station, 3 mins from the concert venue. It was a dream. Housed within the ILMA Tower, Elements by Westin is a gem of a hotel. Spacious and luxurious rooms I would definitely recommend to travellers of all nature. The pool on the 39th floor has a great view of the city and the design is just so lush. I am looking forward to return if the prices stay so competitive!

Stayed at this hotel with my Mom for 3 nights. At first this hotel was chosen in the internet because of its amazing outdoor pool with a magnificent view on the famous twin towers - Petronas. When we arrived there late in the evening the staff at the reception was very welcoming. The room wasn’t very luxurious and a bit old but nice and cozy enough, also with a view on the Petronas towers which is very beautiful at night. We had some problems with the AC and toilet but both were fixed in a short time. The buffet breakfast offered quite a variety of tasty food and fruits and delicious cakes, and we enjoyed nice and peaceful relaxing atmosphere of the place. We were very pleased with the work of concierge Aoran. He did more than just a perfect work. Every request was fulfilled in the best way, and everything arranged in a timely manner with no delays. The location of the hotel also was very convenient. It took us only about 5-10 min walk to the Petronas towers. And several big shopping malls are also within a walking distance. There is a Monorail station just across the road from the hotel! Which is veeeery convenient when you go shopping in those malls and need to get back with a lot of shopping bags, the tickets for Monorail are really cheap. It’s also a fast and cheap way to get to the other places of KL and to watch the city around through the windows. We used it to get to the Birds Park (which is up to the last station, and then took a taxi from there to the park itself). The hotel also has Mandala Spa located in there, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to try it. But I know it’s very famous so next time I’m sure to stay at this very hotel and use the Spa packages.

Great Location across the road from KLCC. We took the 2 bedrooms apartment which is spacious. Non smoking but the room still reeks of cigarette smell nevertheless. While we were there, 2 fogging sessions ongoing. At night, there we lots of mosquitoes which we didn't expect at all being in a 4? star hotel on the 9th floor (we would expect mosquitoes if we were in a resort somewhere near the nature but not in the middle of the city). No mosquito repellant provided but a phone call to reception solved this issue by sending a technician to help "spray" aerosol within the room. Not the best solution especially with my 2 under 4 years old but better than the kids kept getting mosquitoes bites. Will return if have good value for money promotion. Breakfast not much choice. Can be improved!

Stayed for the weekend while getting daughter's UK student visa sorted at the visa centre located next door at Wisma MCA. Hotel is looking a bit tired but well maintained. Check-in was quick, front office staff friendly. Room was large, clean and the cot for the 3rd adult guest was set up while we were out and about and was comfortable. Bathroom is reasonably large with a tub and shower but the water temperature mixer was a bit fiddly. WiFi provided free and was quite fast and reliable. Hotel restaurant for the buffet breakfast struggled with the number of guests, which was a let down as the restaurant wasn't that big. Overall the experience was positive but there was am issue with the reservation department charging my credit card twice for the room and the front office couldn't even reach them for clarification. The charge was eventually reversed but only after causing no small amount of anxiety.

Yes, hotel is above five stars. and is worth the price and value. I Would like recommend this property to all. I wish from General Manager to read on this assessment "Review". Hotel management is very integrated, responsive and helpful. Duty Manager, Front Office, The reception, Experience Concierge, "Joshua" and "Suria" And all the staff are very professional, cooperation and welcoming. Friendly staff in all departments. A new and modern place and wonderful smart buildings. and best "Views". Elevators, corridors, rooms, furniture, restaurant, swimming pool, facilities and the hotel's smell are very refined, high taste, cleanliness and luxury. Thank you and everyone for their kindness, dealings and communication, thanks for the hospitality, for the comfort and satisfaction, for the quality, for attention and care. So, It must be Banyan Tree KUALA LUMPUR the best hotel "always". Thanks for you very much personally and to everyone individually.

we were so happy with our room. when we arrived it was late at night and all the main building hotel was booked, so the receptionist wanted to moved us to this second building that they have. i refused to go there, because i made my reservation for the main hotel building. finally she agreed to place both me and my mother into the last two bedroom apartment in order to lock one of the rooms. i agreed and she gave us 507 on 5th floor. it was a great clean and large apartment. because i saw a comment in agoda comments, that the rooms are filled with cockroaches i looked all over the place and there are none. also the room cleaning are really regular. every day they have changed already used laundry.

The hotel/rooms were very clean and had character with high ceilings and great details. The bathroom (with an enclosed shower) was one of the best we had during our stay in Malaysia. The staff were efficient and straightforward about the amenities (no wifi in the rooms). The location is great with easy 1 minute access to the monorail and the neighborhood was upscale. The quality we received for the price was exceptional. We will book this hotel for our next stay in KL.

It's our first time staying here. The moment we reached the hotel, we were impressed with the building, it has small mall at the lower levels with KFC, ATM and shops available. However, the car park was at the 5th floor and the ride up was dizzying but became normal once you get used to it. The entrance to the hotel was also confusing and need improvement on direction signage. The staff was friendly and nice. The hotel room was clean and tidy although small. The window cannot be locked and there is almost no gap between the bed and the window, please note that although the window opening was limited with a restrainer, the gap was quite big and posing danger to children. I hope this will be fixed immediately. The bathroom and toilet hardware need to be fixed as I found them loose and falling apart for example the soap bar holder and water hose holder. Other than that, the bathroom and toilet was nice. The best parts IMO were the swimming pool and playground my kids loved it.

the hotel staff was polite and show a deciseve willingness to help guest solving their own problems and preocupations. the room was clean and the service good. one negative note for agoda tough. unlike all the other guests, we were not entitled to receive the daily newspaper because our booking had been made through agoda and not directly. that's a shame for agoda isn't it? i dare suggesting agoda to do something to change this negative mark. everything else is ok. i booked hotels through agoda in the last two month (june&july) and i dint's regret. i'll keep on using agoa's services in the future.

Staff welcomed me warmly. When I need to print a 3 page document, they cater to it with free of charge. The facilities were good and well maintained. The infinity pool which I estimated ti be 25m long is fitting for cardio excercise. Also it has a panoramic view of the city center from the deck. The fitness gym beside it has the baaic equipments needed. Compact yet stylish layout of the room. My room on the other hand was very cozy. It has a relaxing ambiance the moment you entered the room. The temp control is easy to use. I had a good rest and sound sleep. Lastly, the location is just walking distance to wisma MCA building which is my destination. If you wish to visit key areas in the city, its easy to get a public transport or youncould avail the scheduled shuttle service peovided by the hotel for free. Overall, it was a business trip with pleasure.

The view from the infinity pool is a MUST! Being able to walk back and forth from Suria KLCC/Petronas Towers was also a huge plus. There are also plenty of banks with global ATMs near the hotel, so getting cash was really convenient. The breakfast is kind of cheap quality, but it's a budget hotel, so. (Also, they don't provide shampoo or conditioner. There's a Watsons down the block where you can buy some travel-sized bottles for cheap, but it might be best to bring your own.)

This is my second time staying at this hotel. And I’m returning again 2019. Highly recommend to booked the CLUB room ie Club Deluxe, Club premier, Club Executive or suites room. These room types entitled you to club lounge access which has afternoon snacks from 3:30pm and evening cocktails from 5:30pm. 90% of the staff here are amazing! 99% of the staff here can speak good English. One negative point but not important is the guys at the bridge section could be more friendlier, maybe standing at that post all day long can get pretty boring I can imagine. I read bad reviews written by previous guests about this hotel but in all seriousness this hotel is not that bad to what people says. You paid for what you get and some people will never be happy no matter what you do, I have stay over hundreds of hotels and consider that this hotel is only rated as 4 stars in my opinion would top (even better) than some of the 5 stars branded name hotels such as Hilton, Stamford even the Sheraton. If you haven’t heard of Grab, download and setup Grab before you get here. Grab is another form of Uber. It’s very convenience and cheap to get all over KL.

I have been staying in Maxstays - MaxsStyle @ Kirana Residence for only three days, but in that short time I have definitely discovered my new favorite place to stay in KL. Cynthea made me feel so welcome and valued that I felt like I was visiting my best friend's home. She also gave me her personal phone number and made herself available for questions at all times, as it was my first time visiting Malaysia. Room was spacious and well decorated, the bathroom was nice and well stocked with awesome toiletries. Large bath tub was a nice touch as well! This condotel is located 3-5 minutes walk from iconic Petronas towers, so I enjoyed the best KL city center has to offer walking to/from hotel and admiring day and night views. Cynthea also gave some really good suggestions regarding other KL destinations, so I had an exciting and eventful weekend visiting those places. Overall, couldn't be more pleased with my stay in Maxstays - MaxsStyle @ Kirana Residence.

This is a very very nice hotel that is not in the middle of KL, it is just out of the centre of the city and for those who like to walk about 20 Min. This hotel allows you to experience the local community and the more you explore the more you find. Food and dinning in this area is at reasonable prices, unlike the centre of the city. Get out and explore by foot great, you can see and taste Malaysia on foot without tourist inflated prises. Big thank you to the staff of this hotel. P.S. newly renovated hotel
