- Please note that this property does have a check-in counter but our caretaker does not work on the premise 24/7.
- However, I will arrange a session of "Meet & Greet" for key handover and familiarization of the property during your check-in.
- Guests will have access to our contact details in case of any query of the property.
- I will be easily contactable via instant messenger tools or just a call away to answer any question of offer advise after payment is made (you will see my contact right away afterwards)

• Look for GRAB, avoid taking premier taxi or no-meter-taxi. (Please note that UBER is not in service anymore for Southeast Asia countries)
• Keep your precious items at safest possible place (At your own risk)
• Appreciate to spend some reading time for the housing rules before stay in

• Please inform day before your check in and out time.
• Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability
• If you are checking out earlier you may place all keys and access card in our mailbox
• Extra house keeping service: RM50 per visit (By request)
• If you are driving to our home, kindly inform us one day before check in for us to arrange parking for you.
• ONLY ONE access card will be provided (*RM250 will be charged if lost of access card)
• Extra RM 200 deposit will be collected upon arrival and will be refund after guest check out.
