The staff was very helpful when we needed help with a flat tire. The location was phenomenal and the rooms were clean and spacious. Bed was kind of hard but that seems to be the norm for the price range. Would stay again.

The hotel facilities are quite nice, both in the room and in the common area. The bathroom is really spacious. Staff are nice, too, we requested for a room of a certain layout and they are kind to provide just that. The view from the room is impressive. The location is quite good, transportation-wise, although you'll need some walking from the nearest bus stop. There's a convenient store very close to the hotel. Breakfast is not quite good, I think, but alright for a quick meal.

best experience in Busan”
This was my second visit for Gwangan Hound Hotel in about 8months. I had a great time with my friends last September. The ocean view is amazing, compared to other hotels in Gwangan with this view, value is the highest I think. So I booked again for my family from US, and they just couldn’t stop talking how clean this place and has great value with amazing view!!! I will definitely stay this hotel for my mext visit for sure. Oh and we stayed with 3 years old little lady too and she loved the place as well, and there’s no problems staying with baby.

Nice room and stay”
Great stay. Room and washroom are big . Clean hotel. Staffs are super helpful . They even help us to get KTX train ticket to seoul station. And provided help when we needed to catch a movie in Busan . Hotel is super near Gwangalli Beach(1min walk to the beach). Roof top of the hotel was superb. Beautiful view.

I stay in deluxe double room. This is one of the best hotels, room is superb clean, water is great, love the bathtub, bed is comfy, huge tv, great location, value for money, near the beach... just cant say enough about this hotel.. would stay at this hotel again if visit Busan.

Beautiful hotel. We had an impressive sea view. Thay called us to tell is they found my spouse's wallet in the bed!. Luckily we hadn't left Busan yet. Many nearby restaurants. Nice Italian ice cream shop right around the corner. Plenty of parking available. We loved the hotel.

Great view of gwangalli beach”
The hotel is perfect for those who want a nice view of gwangalli beach! It was easy to get to from Busan station (straight bus!) as well. The rooftop was really pretty too. Love the overall atmosphere of the hotel!

A fantastic stay!”
first time staying at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was next to the beach and had a great view of the Gwangali bridge. Many good restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby. Much quieter than the Haeundae are which made it a good stay. Will recommend this hotel to others. Thank you

Beachside hotel with a great view ”
I got a seaside view room, which is one of the more premium rooms on the property, and it comes with a bathtub which you may find useful (if you’re not the Jimjilbang sort). The area is littered with cafes and other entertainment. Location-wise, really great place if you’re going to be lingering around the beach area, but if you are going for the typical tourist spots in Pusan, it may not be as convenient.

Shower water does not drain well”
The hotel is a disappointment as the shower water doesn't drain well resulting in the bathroom being wet every time we shower. Everyday, we have to lay down extra towels to dry up the floor. In addition, one day the cleaner did not clean the room at all. We arrived late one right to an unmade room. A fantastic located hotel with some issues.

Good Hotel but limited English speaking staff”
Like the hotel, spacious and nice ocean view. The design is good with separated bathing and toilet because we’re a family with child and parents. However do note that can peek inside person bathing if standing near the toilet door. Walking from subway to hotel is downslope, walking to subway is upslope. Hotel does not allow called delivery but you can take-away on your own to eat in the hotel.
