We were greeted with a friendly staff who spoke English and she was very kind to give us a complimentary room upgrade. Overall i would say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed and all the amenities provided in the room were of excellent quality and the room was very clean. Would definitely come back to stay when I visit Busan again.

Great location, clean & spacious rooms”
Great location, very near to BIFF square, Gwangbongno Fashion Street, Jagalchi Market, and the subway station. There are tons of seafood/Kbbq restaurants and street food stalls around the hotel, and they open till wee hours - perfect for supper. Rooms are spacious and clean, and staff are very helpful. Would stay here again!

Mr Jeong was very helpful in booking a tour for us, although it was already 10pm for a tour the next day. He even went the extra mile ensuring that we had a good rate for the tour! The hotel was well located, with a good selection of restaurants and food options, especially at night with a night market 2 minutes walk away). This did not affect the noise level in the hotel; the room we had was really quiet

This hotel was not too far from the Busan Train Station. What impressed us immediately was the service rendered by the hotel staff. Although we arrived much earlier, they allowed us to check in. They even upgraded our room. As we wanted to check out some places, the staff was very helpful in calling the taxis for us. They even came out to make sure we were in the right taxi. We had some trouble with the kettle and the staff came to make sure our kettle was working probably. The location was convenient and we managed to check out the sights that were within walking distance. The room was really clean and the beds were comfortable too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Excellent customer service! Staff was very accommodating. They even upgraded our room. Room and facilities are all new and modern. Bed was comfortable. Spacious bathroom. Location is also superb! Right next to Nampo and markets. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Busan.

Great location so you just need to leave your car at the hotel garage and you'll find good places around. The BIFF square, the markets, food trucks... I stayed only 1 night so didn't used services just needed shower and rest but room was clean and price worthy. Friendly staff too.

The hotel is a good centralised location in Nampo area. Close to attractions and in fact the Gamcheon Culture Village can be seen from our hotel room. Very good room facilities. Just a reminder, no food is allowed to be brought into the room. Snacks are ok.

I had a great time in Busan and staying with Hound Hotel. The staff are very nice and helpful. They gave us free upgrade to a family room and helped us call a taxi to the airport when we checked out. Very excellent location!!!!. The room is very spacious, with bathtub and toilet with automatic bidet. Will definitely come back and stay again. The location is near to many of the street food. There is a CU located just next door. Convenient to get any last minute groceries.

The room is comfy and well-designed. Staffs are nice and helpful. They can speak basic English. It's located near bus stop and not far from Busan station which is good for those who want to get a taxi from and to the station (cost about 7,000 won). Shopping area and food market are nearby. It was a lovely stay and I would surely recommend the place!
