Ok accomdation in a good location ”
Accommodation was just ok. Clean but old fashioned rooms. Pillows were awful and so uncomfortable. Main door remains open at night which I felt was a bit unsafe. One can hear when the guests arrive home - not quiet at all. If I choose to stay in Northcliff I would stay elsewhere. Thembi was helpful and accommodating.

I loved the room and we had full access to the beautiful venue. Their service was very good as they provided the romantic ambiance I asked for. However the bathroom door wouldnt close properly which very irritating. There was also no toilet paper and no one to ask for it at night. They pay better attention to detail.

Thembi was a wonderful hostess and makes a lovely English breakfast. Mushaba (I hope I spelled his name correctly) the taxi driver who is called when needed was an excellent tourguide.

DISAPPOINTMENT!”
We were booked to stay for period 1st-3rd August but conditions were poor and totally unacceptable and we insisted on being accommodated elsewhere.The front electronic gate did not work.The guesthouse was being painted(we were informed by chance the previous day).The common areas,lounge etc were inaccessible.The paint smell on entering was overpowering and unacceptable to expect anybody to stay there(and pay!)Our bedroom's outside sliding door had no key and could not lock(with property full of painters).Manageress was not on the property and we had to communicate by phone.Generally a disappointing and poor show.Will never return.
