Clean Room”
The room is pretty basic but we were satisfied with the cleanliness. Location also very strategic, walking distance to night market, convenience store, riverside, and more. There is one famous Thai restaurant (Sinong) just opposite of the hotel building. The night staff was very polite, I wish the other staff could follow his attitude. We should work together to show Malaysian Hospitality.

Card is not functioning”
I have terrible experience with this hotel. Checked in late, 9pm only to have issue with my card. Card given was broken so the powerpoint get disconnected every 5 minutes. Luckily at 12 midnight, the staff helped me to switch to different room (different staff).

Not only the lighting in the room is so dim but also along the corridor which is inconvenience to elderly person . TV channels is so limited & no bottle drinking water is provided & no water dispenser available too … It's only good for short stay traveller with budget concern

Our room aircond not cold, only at middle which aircond point only cold. We called the staff to change the room, but he said cannot, no room anymore. When ask got fan or not also don’t have. So bad service. Staff not smile n looks so cold

Perfect choice for Bintulu”
Ended up staying 5 nights. Very spacious and clean room with hot water kettle and good air-con. Location was perfect for the Bintulu kite festival and there are many good restaurants in walking distance. We would stay here again.

Good Value in an Excellent Location”
Very clean and comfortable hotel close to the riverfront and city centre. The rooms are reasonably well maintained and the wifi works well most of the time. The staff were very friendly and helpful in arranging a taxi for me to visit Similijau National Park and looked after one of my bags while I was away. Recommended for anyone on a modest budget.

Cool, catchy and peaceful”
The hotel for first look it is like a bag packers hostel. After we checked in, it is really nice. Small but big. They have huge tv, fridge and bed in a small room. We are group. Can load to 4 pax in one room. It's really fun to staying there, nearby amenities, groceries, and public transport. But unfortunately, the adopt a angry dog. The dog always barking in the morning. Anyway, it is good for short stay.
